6ix9ine’s Spotify Picture Replaced With A Rat

It appears that 6ix9ine’s Spotify account has been hacked, as the rapper’s picture on the platform shows his face edited over a rat with an Instagram username below it. When checking out the page, the hacker’s last post is flooded with fans laughing about the move. Older comments on the same post mention them having done something similar with Lil Peep as well. As of 10:00 AM on Wednesday morning, 6ix9ine has yet to update the image.

The idea of 6ix9ine being a snitch has been viral since he infamously testified against the Nine Trey Gang back in 2019 to avoid serious prison time. He had been facing federal RICO and firearms charges, including conspiracy to murder and armed robbery. Altogether, he was facing the possibility of life in prison.

6ix9ine Arrives In Criminal Court In Houston

HOUSTON, TX – AUGUST 22: Rapper Tekashi69, real name Daniel. Hernandez and also known as 6ix9ine, Tekashi 69, arrives for his arraignment on assault charges in County Criminal. Court #1 at the Harris County Courthouse on August 22, 2018, in Houston, Texas. (Photo by Bob Levey/Getty Images)

The hacking is the latest in a series of unfortunate events 6ix9ine has been dealing with. Last month, he lost a copyright infringement case related to his song “Stoopid.” The United States District Court ruled against him in a lawsuit brought by Seth Gordon regarding the use of Gordon’s “Yung Gordon Intro.” The court ruled he would have to turn over profits from the song, “Stoopid,” and use further profits from his album Dummy Boy to cover the default judgment. Additionally, he lost his Bentley and Lamborghini at an IRS auction for “nonpayment of internal revenue taxes.” He was also arrested for allegedly assaulting two music producers as well as for domestic violence regarding an alleged incident with his girlfriend in the Dominican Republic.

Gunna Approached By Man At BET Awards & Gets Called A “Rat”: Watch

Gunna cannot seem to shake the “rat” allegations after a random man confronted him at the 2024 BET Awards. It was a short but bizarre interaction, as the One of Wun rapper was chatting with two female staff workers on the red carpet before the festivities began. The man walked up to the Atlanta native and said, “Gunna Wunna man, you can’t be in the city doin’ all that ratting and s*** (expletive). Rat a** n****”. As he walked away, one of the ladies shouted “What?!” and proceeded to go after him. However, Gunna stood still and watched as his trash talker scurried away not saying a word.

Instead, he stared daggers into him, and fans were siding with Gunna online. “Then he walked away like a coward cause he got scared of gunna”, one X user said. Another added, “Bro ran off so fast after he said it😅”. Unfortunately, this will most likely not be the last time the hitmaker gets pestered for his alleged actions keeping Young Thug in court during the YSL RICO case. All in all, it was an extremely corny and coward-like maneuver by the guy. Surprisingly, though, this is not the first time he has done something like this.

Gunna Gives His “Rat” Trash Talker The Death Stare

According to HipHopDX the dude goes by K Rich and went viral as well for his recorded interaction with Jay-Z. It was in regard to the dinner or the $500,000 questions that was running rampant online. Rich went up to Hov and said, ““I’m taking that $500,000. I ain’t taking that dinner, I’m taking that $500,000”. All Jay could do is give him a fist bump and tell him “be good, man”. As for Gunna, this might be the moment he remembers the most, and that is even with the three nominations he received at the BETs.

What are your thoughts on this man at the BET Awards calling Gunna a rat? Do you think people will ever let the rapper move past these allegations, why or why not? Are you still in this guy’s camp that the rapper did this? On a scale of 1-10 how corny was this? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. Elliott Wilson Says Kendrick Lamar Jokingly Called Him A Rat

Elliott Wilson says Kendrick Lamar jokingly labeled him a “rat” while dapping him up in Los Angeles on Saturday. The hometown rapper was outside recording a music video for “Not Like Us” when Wilson detailed the run-in on X (formerly Twitter). He wrote: “Kendrick dapped me up and whispered ‘you’re a rat.’ I [heart emoji] hip hop. Ha! #Compton.”

Afterward, Wilson retweeted several responses to the post. One user joked, “And then you told all of us.” Another wrote: “Dot really watched everything! That’s how you war with your opps. This battle will be studied. What a work of art.” Others praised Lamar for having a good sense of humor about the situation.

With his remark, Lamar was apparently referencing an interview Wilson did with Joe Budden, during which he revealed that Drake accused him of giving information to Lamar. While discussing the situation, he explained that the two were in Venice at the same time. “I think he started to think like Kendrick’s in Venice you’re in Venice like he started to view it like I’m just really against him,” he explained at the time. “So when he dropped “Family Matters” it was just like I was like ‘yo you dropping this tonight?’ He hit me back like ‘yeah, yeah, whatever LOL’ and then he sent me a rat emoji.” Check out his latest comments on Lamar below.

Gunna Denies Snitching Claims On New Offset Collab “Prada Dem”

Gunna just dropped off a new collaborative single with Offset, “Prada Dem,” and it’s probably his most high-profile collab since his RICO arrest back in 2022. That’s because accusations of snitching plagued him ever since his plea deal in this YSL case, resulting in some subliminal beefs and a whole lot of debate. But on this new track, the College Park, Georgia native continues to deny these claims as his career grows and evolves past this phase. “I set the trend, I’m a trendsetter / I’m not a rat, still gettin’ cheddar,” he raps on the cut, which is a pretty solid and satisfying link-up between these two MCs.

What’s more is that the Drip Season spitter will go on tour this year to fully capitalize on his comeback. A lot of fans really loved his 2023 LP a Gift & a Curse, and even though it wasn’t the most critically acclaimed release of that year, it was certainly one of its biggest and most pivotal moments. After all, Gunna competed with Young Thug by dropping their first post-YSL RICO albums a week apart. But as time goes on and the “rat” narrative dies down, assuming that there’s bad blood between them seems more and more like an unlikely reality.

Gunna & Offset’s “Prada Dem”: Stream & Watch The Music Video

Not only that, but this contentious speculation also applies to other hip-hop peers, namely Lil Baby. He’s been one of the most outspoken and most thinly veiled actors when it comes to dissing Gunna, which is sad considering their previous partnership. In fact, Wunna seemed to take aim at Baby on his recent single “Bittersweet,” and these constant drops indicate that there could be something big on the way. Maybe a Gift & a Curse cleared the air, and now it’s time for him to go full throttle against his detractors.

Still, none of that means anything if the material isn’t good, so we’ll see what else there is to offer. For now, it’s been all hitters, and as the YSL RICO case goes on, we’ll see if the 30-year-old pops up in it more. 2024 might be an even more successful year for him than the last. On that note, keep checking in with HNHH for the latest news and updates on Gunna.

B.G. Rat Chain Proves His Disdain For Snitches

For those locked up in prison, coming back home after serving a sentence can feel even better than Christmas Day. Cash Money artist B.G. has been living his best life following his 11 years in prison for firearm possession and conspiracy to obstruct justice, though Wack 100 was raising eyebrows earlier this week with allegations of snitching. “At first, I was feeling some type of way,” B.G. shared in an interview after hearing the allegations. “But, you know, the n***as who opinion matters reached out to me. Because I’ve been paying attention to this internet and this internet a fool. This s**t a beast, you heard me?”

After that conversation, the embattled artist had more to say while streaming on Instagram. On Thursday (December 29), B.G. markedly showed off his new chain, which showcases a rat resting peacefully in a coffin. “This my new little ice that I had to pull out. Snitches’ lives don’t matter,” he said to those tuning in. “You want to how this — open casket. That’s the rat in the casket. Casket closed.”

B.G. Continues to Deny Snitching Allegations

As HipHopDX notes, B.G. was also previewing even more new music in the background of his stream. After spending over a decade behind bars, it’s no surprise that the 43-year-old has so much to say when he hops in the booth. His most recent solo effort is “Get Back,” which landed in November. Before that, we heard B.G. on “Yonce Freestyle” with Sexyy Red and Kevin Gates, as well as the New Orleans Remix of Maino’s “For My City.”

B.G. has been staying seriously booked and busy since his return home from prison earlier in 2023. One of his most recent musical releases comes in the form of a Gucci Mane collaborative album, which also boasts a rare feature from C-Murder on “Project Baby.” Check that out at the link below, and tap back in with HNHH later for more hip-hop/pop culture news updates.

Wack100 Claims Birdman Got Heated After He Called B.G. A “Rat”

Wack100 has claimed that he received a heated call from Birdman after he called B.G. a “rat”. “He bitin the hand huh?” Wack said of Birdman as he addressed the confrontation between the two of them. “I ain’t answering Birdman’s calls. I answer yesterday and he light me up. Tried to get me on No Jumper,” Wack continued.

However, fans weren’t feeling Wack’s accusations. “Cheese grater face need to sit down, BG did 14 years that man is not a snitch. Talk about how your artist Bluetooth keep dodging sentences, is he snitching? Who cares what this old geezer says anyway, he needs his own blog since he gossips for free. The rapper has already started putting on music since his release. He recently paired up Gucci Mane for the mixtape “Chopper & Bricks“.

B.G. has been making major strides since his release from prison earlier this year. In September, he celebrated his graduation from a prison rehabilitation program. “Yesterday I crossed another hurdle on this field of life…it feels good to grow, evolve, and be a better man now then I was before I went to jail..since I came home I noticed a lot of people are the same people I left, but I’m not the same dude that left..for all my haters keep hating and for all my supporters ima make y’all proud…thank you to my kids,my team, friends, and fans for traveling this journey with me and pushing me to be GREAT…y’all ain’t seen nothing yet..real n-ggas back in style… #RNS 💯 Heart of The Streets 3 #ComingSoon,” B.G. captioned a highlight reel from the event.
