Post Malone Is Getting His Own Greatest Hits Album After Breaking A Record For Diamond-Certified Singles

Post Malone is having a good year, whether he’s drinking beer out of a shoe in Australia or releasing new music. It’s getting even better after the recent announcement that he’s earned a major achievement.

Today, April 20, Universal Music Group shared a statement that “Circles,” “Better Now,” and “I Fall Apart” all exceeded the diamond threshold, according to Billboard. This makes Posty the artist with the most RIAA Diamond-certified singles at eight total. Therefore, he’ll be unleashing a greatest hits album called The Diamond Collection, to celebrate his victory. Lucky for fans, it’ll drop as soon as tomorrow, April 21, so they don’t have to wait long.

Meanwhile, the “Better Now” performer recently opened a special Cane’s store designed by himself in Midvale, Utah. “I have the best childhood memories of eating at Raising Cane’s in Dallas,” he said about it in a statement. “Collaborating with Todd on this restaurant near my house in Utah was awesome and I can’t wait for everyone to order their meal the ‘Posty Way.’”

Post Malone Breaks Insane Diamond Singles Record

Post Malone is one of the biggest hit-makers in the entire world. Overall, he burst onto the scene with the hit song “White Iverson.” However, his foray into hip-hop certainly came with some skepticism. Eventually, he just went the full-on pop route, as that is where his talents really shined. Regardless, Posty still remains hip-hop adjacent as he can be found collaborating with some of the biggest rap artists. Recently, Malone dropped his new song “Chemical,” and there is no doubt that this has smash-hit potential.

Although, Malone probably won’t have to worry too much about “Chemical” doing big numbers. That is because the vast majority of his other songs are going diamond at an impressive rate. According to the RIAA, Malone just had three songs go Diamond. Overall, these tracks include “Circles,” “Better Now,” and “I Fall Apart.” Consequently, Post Malone now has eight diamond songs. In fact, this is a record. Previously, the record was six Diamond tracks, and it was held by none other than Bruno Mars.

Post Malone Hits New Ground

It was also revealed that “Sunflower” with Swae Lee is now 17x platinum which is tied for the record. Soon, it could very well become the first double Diamond song in the history of music. That said, Post Malone subsequently has plans to drop the Diamond Collection which features nine tracks. Eight of which are actually diamond, while the ninth is his new song “Chemical.” Needless to say, a new way to pump up the streaming numbers has been revealed to the world. The track listing for this project will include “White Iverson,” “Congratulations,” “I Fall Apart,” “Rockstar,” “Psycho,” “Better Now,” “Sunflower,” and “Circles.”

If you are a huge fan of Post Malone, then relistening to these tracks all on one project sounds like a worthwhile endeavor. Either way, you can’t help but be impressed by this new record. Only time will tell whether or not he can increase his record even more. Let us know your favorite Diamond Post Malone track, in the comments down below. What Was Bad Bunny’s Coachella Setlist For 2023?

Bad Bunny was the first of three headliners — Blackpink and Frank Ocean being the other two — of Coachella 2023, taking the stage on Friday night, April 15. Benito ratcheted up the anticipation with an Instagram thirst trap, and he delivered on his promises. (Although he’s still playing coy over whether he’s dating Kendall Jenner.)

Uproxx summarized Bad Bunny’s whirlwind set, which included several special guests.

“Bad Bunny closed out the night with a bang, and I’m not just about the fireworks during his main stage set. The Puerto Rican rapper drew the largest crowd of the night, and for good reason. While the moment was historic — Bad Bunny is the first Latin solo artist to ever headline the festival — he made sure to highlight the roots of Reggaeton music and credit the artists who made his success possible like Celia Cruz, El General, and Tego Calderón. On top of that, his show-stopping stage design cleverly nodded to the viral concert he performed on top of a gas station late last year.”

Bad Bunny started his Coachella set with the same two Un Verano Sin Ti songs he used to open the 2023 Grammys in early February: “Tití Me Preguntó” and “Moscow Mule.”

See Bad Bunny’s full setlist below (as recorded by setlist.fm).

1. “Tití Me Preguntó”
2. “Moscow Mule”
3. “Efecto”
4. “Neverita”
5. “Si Veo A Tu Mamá”
6. “La Difícil”
7. “La Santa” (With Intro Of “A Tu Merced”)
8. “Vete” (With Intro Of “Pero Ya No”)
9. “Otra Noche En Miami (With Intro Of “Ser Bichote”)
10. “Estamos Bien” (With Intro Of “Ni Bien Bi Mal”)
11. “Si Estuviésemos Juntos”
12. “Te Bote” (Remix, New Shortened Version)
13. “I Like It” (Cardi B Cover)
14. “El Apagón”
15. “Safaera” (With Ñengo Flow And Jowell & Randy)
16. “Yo Perreo Sola”
17. “Un Coco”
18. “La Canción” (With Post Malone)
19. “Yonaguni” (With Post Malone)
20. “Dakiti” (With Jhay Cortez)
21. “Tarot” (With Jhay Cortez)
22. “No Me Conoce” (With Jhay Cortez)
23. “Callaíta”
24. “Me Porto Bonito”
25. “Después De La Playa”

Bad Bunny’s Headlining Coachella Set Had Very Fun Surprises, Including Post Malone, Jhay Cortez, And More

Last night, Bad Bunny kicked off weekend one of Coachella as Friday’s headliner, and he had some surprises in store to set the bar high. During “Safaera,” he brought out Ñengo Flow and Jowell & Randy.

Another special guest included Post Malone joining him on stage for an acoustic set. The two performed “La Canción” (Bunny’s song with J Balvin) and “Yonaguni,” the latter of which was a cappella, due to technical difficulties.

The two also hugged on stage as the crowd cheered. Fans online, however, were surprised by the duo’s friendship and Post’s appearance, given the two have no songs together. “bad bunny and post malone was not on my 2023 bingo card,” one person wrote.

During the performance, Bad Bunny reportedly revealed that Post was helping him practice English while he was teaching him Spanish.

Despite the shaky moment, the show kept going smoothly. Shortly after, Benito had Jhay Cortez out to play three more songs from the B-stage, as they did “Dákiti,” “Tarot,” and “No Me Conoce.”

“The happiest I’ve been during this whole Bad Bunny set was when Jhay Cortez came out because they have the best songs together,” another Twitter user commented.

Post Malone Returns with New Single and Video "Chemical"

Post Malone, who has received five diamond certifications and is up for a GRAMMY® Award, has just released a brand-new track titled “Chemical” on Mercury Records/Republic Records.

“Chemical” heralds the beginning of Post Malone’s next era as he puts the finishing touches on what will be his impending fifth full-length release and one of the most eagerly awaited albums of 2023.

You can hear the release below.

Post Malone is a man of many talents.. and now he’s designing his own Raising Cane’s restaurant!

It’s always full circle when an artist can go back and do dope things in their hometown, and Post Malone does exactly that. The “White Iverson” recording artist has designed his own, one-of-a-kind Raising Cane’s joint in Utah where he currently resides, making it all pink and Post Malone-themed. They even deem it a “complete visual restaurant takeover.”

Post Malone’s designs will be featured everywhere from the parking to the bathrooms inside the building, to even the packaging that the chicken tenders will be served in. Their typically exterior brick design has been replaced with a 360 pink wrap, decorated with pictures of Post Malone’s tattoos and a stainless steel ‘1’ tower. Showcasing his love for cars as well, a Classic 1974 Ford F250 with a custom license plate sits outside as a permanent fixture.

Inside the restaurant will be endless decor that reflects Post Malone’s style, as well as outfits he’s worn and some of his personal guitars. The restrooms will be medieval-themed, showcasing Post Malone’s genuine interest in medieval armor.

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is an American fast-food restaurant chain that only serves chicken fingers, originally founded in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. But with this new location, it’ll definitely draw in more than just chicken lovers — undoubtedly set to attract some of Post Malone’s die-hard fans.

Food-lovers will have the opportunity to order Post Malone’s favorite meal from Raising Cane’s: four chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, two Cane’s sauces, and two Texas toasts, served with a half unsweetened tea/half lemonade in a collector’s cup. Additionally, if you order the “Posty Way,” you’ll receive Post Malone-themed packaging, napkins, and even a surprise sticker!

Located at 890 For Union Blvd. in Midvale, the exciting new restaurant opened its doors on Thursday (April 13).

Post Malone Is Addicted To A Lover In “Chemical”: Listen

Post Malone is back with a new single, “Chemical.” It’s been less than a year since he released his fourth studio album, Twelve Carat Toothache. The album debuted at number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100. It included lots of features from other big artists. Perhaps most notably, it featured The Weeknd on “One Right Now” and Doja Cat on “I Like You (A Happier Song)”. The songs peaked at number 6 and number 2, respectively. Earlier this week, Post announced that “Chemical” would be released this week.

Post has been the subject of a lot of controversies over the years, even being as unproblematic as he tends to be. He has very publicly struggled with substance abuse. He credited his fianceé as the person who “made him feel human again” in the midst of his alcoholism. It was apparently a very serious problem at the time. “It was to a really rough point,” he said. “I couldn’t get up off the floor for weeks.” Recently, things have been looking extremely positive for Post. He welcomed a daughter last year. He did scare fans recently, who seemed to think his performance style was indicative of drug use. His manager put those fears to rest, saying Post is the healthiest he’s been in years.

Post Is Addicted To Love

In the newly-dropped “Chemical,” Post talks about how he can’t leave a relationship even though he wants to. He speaks about the love as an addiction. “Oxytocin making it all okay / When I come back down it doesn’t feel the same,” he sings on the track. “Now I’m sitting around waiting for the world to end all day / Because I couldn’t leave you if I tried.”

The track itself is an upbeat but melancholy acoustic pop song. It sounds like the kind of song you’d blast late at night on the way home from a party. That said, it’s a perfect time to release the song. Summer is coming up, and this is definitely going to be one of the songs of the summer. It’s interesting to see how much Post has changed since Beerbongs & Bentleys, but it’s always great to watch an artist grow and expand. What do you think of the new Post song? Sound off in the comments!

Quotable Lyrics:

Outside of the party, smokin’ in the car with you
Seven Nation Army, fightin’ at the bar with you
Tell you that I’m sorry, tell me what I gotta do
‘Cause I can’t let go, it’s chemical
No, I can’t let go, it’s chemical

Post Malone Comes To Terms With His Vices And Habits On His New Single, ‘Chemical’

Post Malone is back with new music. Tonight (April 14), the singer/rapper has dropped an introspective new single called “Chemical.”

On “Chemical,” Post details his vices and struggles to let go of his addictions. As a result of several nights of debauchery and bad decisions, he has found that his habits have done damage to his personal relationships.

“Outside of the party, smokin’ in the car with you / Seven Nation Army, fightin’ at the bar with you / Tell you that I’m sorry, tell me what I gotta do / ‘Cause I can’t let go, it’s chemical / No, I can’t let go, it’s chemical,” he sings on the song’s chorus.

Over the course of the past year, life has changed a lot for Post. Last May, he and his fiancée welcomed a baby girl. The following month, he released his fourth studio album, Twelve Carat Toothache, which featured singles like the viral “Wrapped Around Your Finger” and the Doja Cat-assisted “I Like You.”

Yesterday, Post opened the doors to a Raising Cane’s location in Midvale, Utah, which is close to where he lives now. The location was designed by Post himself and is decked out with an all-pink exterior, and also sells a variety of fan merch.

You can listen to “Chemical” above.
