Despite this, he says he was still hoping that Trump would come out victorious.

Either way, the accusation has some users feeling skeptical in his replies. “You didn’t get no money bruh,” one of them speculates. Others are praising him for not backing Harris despite the alleged financial incentive. He’s not the only one celebrating Trump’s win today either, as countless others are also flooding X with positive reactions. Lil Pump, for example, took the opportunity to slam various celebrities who have endorsed Harris in a series of Tweets. He’s been a vocal Trump supporter and Harris hater for some time now, so his response to the news didn’t exactly come as a shock.

Fani Willis, the Georgia prosecutor known for bringing charges against former President Donald Trump over his alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election as well as spearheading the case against Young Thug and his YSL associates, has won her bid for reelection in Fulton County as the District Attorney. In doing so, she defeated Republican challenger Courtney Kramer. Fulton County, which is home to much of Atlanta, has been a Democratic stronghold in the state of Georgia.

Despite the victory for Willis, it was a rough night overall for the Democratic party. Donald Trump declared victory by 2:30 AM, EST after the Associated Press called that he clinched at least 277 electoral college votes, passing the threshold for victory. During that speech, he promised to usher in a “golden age of America,” while labeling his campaign the “greatest political movement of all time.”

Additionally, the Associated Press reports that Republicans have won control of the U.S. Senate, helping Trump secure confirmation of his Cabinet picks as well as choices for Supreme Court justices if any vacancies arise. The House of Representatives, on the other hand, remains up for grabs, and those results could take days to be fully determined.

He spoke to his supporters at a watch party in Florida after outlets like the Associated Press called the big win. “Every citizen, I will fight for you, for your family and your future,” he said in part. “We have a country that needs help, and it needs help very badly… We’re going to fix our borders. We’re going to fix everything about our country.”

Unsurprisingly, the results have earned big reactions from social media users. Cardi B, for example, took to X as Trump’s lead grew to weigh in. “We need a Hail Mary,” she wrote simply. Later on, she hopped on her Instagram with a selfie captioned “I hate y’all bad.” Just a few days ago, Cardi B spoke at Kamala Harris’ rally in Milwaukee. Cardi B is far from the only celebrity to share her take on Trump’s win, however. 50 Cent took to Instagram with his reaction this morning, which was far different from Cardi’s. “I don’t care how the fight goes, I’m leaving with the winner sh*t,” he captioned some photos of him and Trump. “I still don’t know what’s going on congratulations! @bransoncognac @lecheminduroi.” Lil Pump, who’s been a vocal supporter of Trump for some time now is also trending on X for his reaction.

The U.S. Presidential election was a nail biter on Tuesday. The world watched in anticipation as the tallies came in, celebrities included. Cardi B was one of the celebrities in question, and she made it clear to her followers that she was stressed. The rapper hopped on Twitter to voice her concerns about the outcome of the election. Donald Trump took an early and commanding lead in the electoral college, and Cardi B, an outspoken Kamala Harris supporter, did not like what she saw.

“We need a Hail Mary,” Cardi B tweeted out on November 5. The rapper is typically very verbose with her wording. The conciseness, and the concern present in her tweet was noticed by her fans. Donald Trump did not want to divulge his stance on abortion laws in Florida. The former President was cornered and asked how he voted, but he attempted to sidestep the question. He tried to redirect things towards his own achievements while in office, but those in attendance did not let him off the hook. One reporter, in particular, asked Donald Trump a second time about his stance on abortion. This led to a very awkward moment in which the Republican nominee snapped at the reporter and told her to stop bringing the topic up.

The exchange went down on Election Day. Donald Trump initially balked at the notion of speaking up on abortion rights, and decided to heap praise upon himself instead. “[I] did a great job bringing it back to the state,” he remarked to those gathered around him. The “bringing back” Trump is alluding to is likely referencing the overturning of Roe vs. Wade that occurred during his lone presidential term. When the aforementioned reporter asked about Trump’s stance on abortion, he snapped. He told the woman in questioned that they “should just stop talking about that.”

The measure the reporter inquired about would drastically alter abortion rights in Florida. If approved, it would prevent state lawmakers from passing laws that prohibits abortion until fetal viability. This is said to be around 21 weeks, according to Newsweek. Donald Trump touched on the concept of abortion rights in a recent campaign rally. He once again sidestepped the topic, however. He instead claimed to be a “protector” of women, and insisted that abortion wouldn’t be an issue if he was elected.

As president, I have to be your protector,” Donald Trump told the rally crowd. “[Women] will be happy, healthy, confident and free. You will no longer be thinking about abortion.” Trump may not have wanted to talk about his vote, but Floridians made a decision regarding the abortion measure on November 4. It was confirmed by NBC News that the state rejected the proposal. It needed 60% of the vote to pass, but fell short with 57%.
