Rihanna Goes Off On “Karen” Commenters Upset With Her Election Fraud Joke

Rihanna fired back at users on social media upset with her for making a joke about using her son’s US passport to vote on Tuesday. She had shared a picture of herself in a car on Instagram Stories with the caption: “POV: me trying to sneak into the polls with my son’s passport #votecauseicant.” When sharing it again on her main page, she added: “When protecting pussies and firing pussies can happen all in one vote #votecauseicant #TanSuitSeason.”

“Shut up Karen,” she wrote in response to one IG user telling her that “illegal voting is a crime.” To another user, she clapped back: “When yall stop burning ballot boxes come check me.” Replying to another hater, she wrote: “Where were you in Jan 6 sis? Stick to your discounted crotch. We out here fighting for its rights!” As one user attempted to downplay the importance of abortion access, she retorted: “You’re f*cked! And so is the America you dream of. Hope you don’t have to find out the hard way,”

Rihanna is far from the first celebrity to endorse Kamala Harris in recent days. Cardi B made headlines for speaking about her support of the Vice President during a rally in Milwaukee. That move came after she previously refused to endorse the Democratic candidate when Joe Biden was still in the race, a decision she explained at the rally. Other celebrities to endorse Harris include Beyoncé, Bruce Springsteen, Eminem, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, and many more.

Vice President Kamala Harris Celebrates Hip-Hop: A Lifelong Love Rooted in American Culture

Vice President Kamala Harris

Vice President Kamala Harris

Vice President Kamala Harris is more than just a political leader; she’s a devoted admirer of hip-hop, an art form she describes as “the ultimate American art form” that “shapes every aspect of America’s popular culture.” At a recent barbecue celebration marking the 50th anniversary of hip-hop, Harris shared her deep appreciation for the genre, which she says is intertwined with the fabric of American life.

“Hip-hop culture is American culture,” Harris declared, captivating a crowd of more than 400 guests. The event, hosted in collaboration with the Recording Academy’s Black Music Collective and Live Nation Urban, featured performances and appearances by stars such as Jennifer Hudson, actor-comedian Deon Cole, and Oakland rap legend Too Short.

Harris reflected on hip-hop’s rise from the boroughs of New York to becoming a global cultural force. With roots in African, Caribbean, and Latin rhythms, the genre has fused elements of soul, gospel, R&B, and funk to create something entirely new. “It is a genre. It is music and melody and rhyme,” Harris emphasized. “And hip-hop is also an ethos of strength and self-determination, of ambition and aspiration, of pride, power, and purpose.”

Growing up in Oakland, California, Harris had a front-row seat to hip-hop’s evolution. She shared that she knows every word of Sugarhill Gang’s “Rapper’s Delight” and fondly recalls blasting Too Short’s albums during her college days at Howard University. Her upbringing, she explained, cemented her bond with hip-hop, a genre she praises for its authenticity and raw storytelling. “Hip-hop speaks truth, raw, unfiltered, without apology,” she said.

Harris also acknowledged hip-hop’s vital role in amplifying the voices of marginalized communities. She quoted Public Enemy’s Chuck D, who famously called rap “Black America’s CNN,” pointing out how the genre has historically provided a platform for stories that mainstream media often overlooks.

The vice president’s connection to hip-hop is no political gimmick. Critics may accuse politicians of using hip-hop culture as a means to secure votes, but Harris’ ties to the music run deep and are rooted in her lived experiences. As a Black woman who grew up in a middle-class household, attended an HBCU, and became an AKA sorority sister, her love for the genre reflects a genuine connection shared by millions of Americans.

For years, Harris has seamlessly blended her passion for hip-hop with her political work. From Megan Thee Stallion opening her Atlanta rally to collaborating with Quavo on gun violence prevention, she has partnered with prominent figures in the hip-hop community. These partnerships aren’t just about optics; they’re about engaging younger, culturally aware voters in meaningful ways.

Harris’ embrace of hip-hop culture is reminiscent of President Barack Obama, who famously shared his love for artists like JAY-Z and Kendrick Lamar. It’s a humbling reminder that some of America’s most powerful figures draw inspiration from the same cultural forces that shape everyday life. For Harris, hip-hop is a source of pride and a symbol of resilience. Her campaign’s use of hip-hop is more than a strategy—it’s a reflection of shared experiences and values.

Vice President Harris knows what it feels like to have her identity questioned, a sentiment that resonates with many Black Americans. She’s faced scrutiny for not fitting into rigid perceptions of Blackness, but she stands firm in her truth. “Just because I’m not the Black person you want me to be doesn’t make me any less Black than you,” she said, speaking to a broader narrative of cultural and personal authenticity.

Hip-hop remains a powerful force in shaping culture and political engagement. As Harris champions the genre’s impact, she shows how music can break barriers, spark conversations, and unite communities. For her, hip-hop is more than just music—it’s a testament to the spirit of a nation that celebrates diversity, ingenuity, and the relentless pursuit of truth.

On Monday night, he attempted to host a town hall on behalf of Trump on X but canceled the event amid technical difficulties. Regardless, Musk did predict the former President would win before going offline. “Well, I think if people vote tomorrow, we’re definitely going to win,” he told one listener, as caught by CNN.

Vice President Kamala Harris Outlines Key Goals on Pittsburgh Radio

Battleground Voters React to Vice President Harris’ Optimistic Nomination Speech

Battleground Voters React to Vice President Harris’ Optimistic Nomination Speech

This morning on Pittsburgh’s The Big K Morning Show with Larry Richert on NewsRadio KDKA with Larry Richert, Vice President Kamala Harris shared her priorities if elected, starting with a focus on reducing living costs.

Her plans include a proposed national ban on corporate price gouging, tax credits for families and small businesses, and a $25,000 down payment assistance for first-time homebuyers. Harris also emphasized tackling immigration reform and strengthening American industry to stay competitive globally. “We’re going to need to win the competition with China for the 21st century,” she stated, underscoring her commitment to supporting U.S. workers and industries.

Bringing down the cost of living for folks. I have a package of plans that address that. Everything from what we need to do to create, for example of first time national ban on corporate price gouging on groceries, what we can do around tax credits for young families, tax credits and support for small businesses, including what we can do around a $25,000 down payment assistance for first time home buyers. So I have a whole package of issues that are all directed at bringing down the cost of living. We’re gonna also need to deal with fixing what’s going on with our broken immigration system. It’s been broken for a long time under both the Democratic and Republican administrations. And so I’m gonna be submitting that and then also doing the work of investing in American industry, American workers, and making sure that we are competitive globally in the 21st century. And that frankly, we win the competition with China for the 21st century. So those are my priorities.

Cardi B Admits She’s “So Nervous” For Election Day Results

Cardi B says she’s “so nervous” for election day as Vice President Kamala Harris takes on former President Donald Trump. Taking to her X (formerly Twitter) page on Monday night, she wrote: “I don’t know why I’m so nervous for tomorrow… I feel like I’m running for president.” The post comes after she endorsed Harris during a recent rally in Milwaukee.

Cardi’s replies section is loaded with Donald Trump supporters baselessly alleging that she’ll be headed to jail if their candidate wins the election. Others praised her for supporting Harris and caring about the outcome so deeply. “It’s because you care. It’s a beautiful thing to care so much for your country you worry for it,” one fan wrote.

Cardi previously refused to endorse the Democratic candidate when Joe Biden was still in the race, but changed her tune in Wisconsin, last Friday. “I’ve been waiting for this moment my whole life,” Cardi said at Harris’ rally in the state. “I do not take lightly the call to show up, the call to speak up, the call to deliver a message that’s been on my heart a hot minute now.” She continued: “Just like Kamala Harris, I too have been the underdog, I’ve been underestimated, my success belittled and discredited. Let me tell you something: Women have to work ten times harder, perform ten times better, and still people question us, how we got to the top. I can’t stand a bully, but just like Kamala, I always stand up to one.”

Vice President Kamala Harris Gives Final Pitch to Young Voters: “I Love Gen Z”

Screen Shot 2024 11 04 at 5.51.23 PM

It’s now or never for Vice President Kamala Harris in her final pitch to the youth vote. Specially Gen Z and Gen Alpha.

It all went down at the Vice President’s last rally in Michigan before Election Day, Vice President Kamala Harris urged students at Michigan State University to help secure a Democratic victory, emphasizing that “the momentum is on our side.”

Speaking to a large crowd, because Harris brings them out, she encouraged students to bring friends to the polls, telling them, “Michigan, you will make the difference in this election.” Harris, who campaigned six days earlier at the University of Michigan, praised Gen Z as “rightfully impatient” about issues like abortion, gun violence, and climate change, adding, “This is your lived experience, and I see you, and I see your power.”

In a change, without directly mentioning her opponent, Donald Trump, Harris alluded to him, positioning herself as the candidate of change despite her four years as vice president. “We have an opportunity in this election to finally turn the page on a decade of politics, driven by fear and division,” she said, calling for “a fresh start” for the country.

As you can imagine, with Tuesday’s election looming and early voting underway, Harris’s campaign is focused on mobilizing young voters, a critical bloc for Democrats in Michigan.

East Lansing reported over 1,000 early voters Sunday, while MSU’s campus voting center will allow students to register and vote on Election Day.

That’s a big deal.

Harris opened her strong remarks by acknowledging the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict, promising to work toward peace that protects civilians. MSU student Jeovannie Mendez, among the attendees, appreciated her message but noted that opinions on her response to the conflict are mixed. Mendez, like many students, said he felt motivated by issues including abortion and healthcare. Expressing optimism, he remarked, “No matter what happens, it wouldn’t be the worst, but with Kamala being the better option.”

Listen, with Michigan polls showing a close race between Harris and Trump, Harris’s appeal to college students underscores the importance of young voter turnout for a Democratic victory in this key swing state.

What it all comes down to is turnout. Which candidate brings out the most voters and Gen Z and Gen Alpha can make all the difference that shapes this country for their lifetime. Yes, it’s that serious and hopefully the young voters know the power they have.

Azealia Banks Endorses “Stupid And Incoherent” Kamala Harris For President

Is there a more outspoken celebrity than Azealia Banks? She can make people like Kanye West seem well behaved. The rapper has proven to be a consistent source of scorn and praise for her bold social media statements. She will take anyone to task, no matter who they are or how protective their fanbase can be. Kamala Harris is no exception. Despite receiving endorsements from the likes of Beyonce, Eminem, and Rihanna, Harris has repeatedly fallen victim to the Azealia Banks buzzsaw. Which is why it was such an unexpected twist when the rapper announced she would be team Kamala.

Azealia Banks made her decision known on November 4. The rapper confirmed that she was voting against Donald Trump, but not because she was a fan of Harris. In fact, Banks saw fit to insult Harris a few times while explaining her reasoning. “For as stupid and incoherent Kamala Harris is,” she wrote on Twitter. “And as trash as [Tim] Walz is, and despite the fact that Kamala Harris is the only Democratic Nominee to not have actively campaigned in a Primary…” Not a ringing endorsement by any standard, and yet, Azealia Banks (kinda) landed the plane.

Azealia Banks Wants To Keep Elon Musk From Power

https://twitter.com/azealiaslacewig/status/1853537525211529540

The rapper’s reason for voting Harris/Walz is that she cannot stand Elon Musk. The Tesla founder and Twitter owner has become a key player in Trump’s campaign. Trump even claimed that he would make Musk the head of a government efficiency commission if elected. This is something Azealia Banks can’t abide by. “I really think keeping Elon Musk away from any type of political power… is tantamount to any issue on the table here,” she wrote. “You have to be a complete idiot to think that dirtbag cares about anyone or anything other than himself.”

Azealia Banks proceeded to list off all the other issues she had with the Trump campaign. It’s obvious that she has more negative things to say about him than she does positive things about Harris, but it still amounted to an endorsement. The irony is that Banks’ announcement comes a few days after she went in on Cardi B for endorsing Kamala Harris. Banks mocked Cardi’s appearance at a recent campaign rally and accused her of leaning on a “stupid Latina shtick.” Now, it appears, both rappers have wound up in the same place.

Rihanna Claps Back At Fan Who Questions Her U.S. Residency

Rihanna is not a citizen of the United States. The pop superstar is one of the most famous Barbadians in modern history, and she’s celebrated this aspect of her culture in her music. She is, however, living in the United States, and a mother to two sons who are citizens. Rihanna decided to joke about her lack of U.S. citizenship during a recent Instagram post. Rihanna took a video of herself in the car and described it as an example of her trying to sneak into the polls to vote with her eldest son’s passport. She then dropped the hashtag “#votecauseicant.”

The post was well-received by fans, with many praising the singer’s decision to encourage her U.S. fans to vote. One Instagram user, however, took things in a different direction. The user kristopher_jordan hit up the pop star and questioned why she’s allowed to live in the United States. “How TF can you live here and been living here,” he asked. “If you aren’t a U.S. citizen?” Rihanna, without missing a beat, fired back at the user and wrote: “taxes dummy.” She also included a shrugging emoji, mocking the one that Jordan used in his initial message.

Rihanna Has Supported Kamala Harris For Years

Rihanna is famous for her social media clap backs. She has gotten into heated exchanges with fans and other celebrities alike, and usually comes out on top due to her blunt responses. The pop superstar has also made it known she would vote for Kamala Harris if she could. In the same IG post in which she joked about using her son’s passport, Rihanna included the hashtag “#tansuitseason.” This is a subtle nod to the suit color choices of Barack Obama, as well as Kamala Harris during her presidential campaign.

Furthermore, Rihanna’s Instagram caption made it clear that she was in favor of women’s rights. She voiced her support for Harris’ promise to restore reproductive rights after Donald Trump announced his plan to overturn Roe vs. Wade. “When protecting p**sies and firing p**sies can happen all in one vote,” she wrote. This is not the first time Rihanna has shown her support for Kamala Harris. When Joe Biden won the presidency, and Harris won the vice presidency, in 2020, the singer celebrated via Twitter. “The faces of history makers, boundary breakers and winners,” she asserted.

NASCAR Icon Danica Patrick Claims She Never Attended Diddy Parties

Danica Patrick has been a vocal Donald Trump supporter throughout the 2024 election. The former NASCAR star has used her celebrity to endorse Trump, and criticize those who have put their weight behind Kamala Harris instead. This propensity to criticize the other side was made abundantly clear during a Trump rally in Pennsylvania on Sunday. Danica Patrick took the stage, and implied that she doesn’t have the skeletons in her closet that Harris’ celebrity supporters do.

The public denouncement of Diddy has become a trend among celebrities. The Bad Boy mogul had connections to seemingly everyone of note over the last three decades. Danica Patrick decided to make a Diddy denouncement a political act, however. The retired driver drew a parallel between entertainers who endorse Harris and those who were close with Diddy. “I never went to a Diddy party,” she asserted. “I’m doing this because I love this country. There’s nobody that’s been tested more than Donald Trump on showing his love for this country.” Danica Patrick then proceeded to call out one of Harris’ biggest celebrity supporters: Cardi B.

Danica Patrick Implies Harris Supporters Were Paid Off

Cardi B spoke at Kamala Harris’ rally on November 1. The rapper took to the stage to call Donald Trump a “hustler” and praise Harris as an underdog. Fans praised her words, while critics noted that she read her statement while reading from a phone. This is the point Danica Patrick decided to hone in on during her rally speech. She also suggested that people like Cardi and Beyonce had to be paid to show up and give their support to Harris. “Now I’m speaking. I’m not paid to be here,” the ex-driver asserted. “I don’t have a teleprompter. I’m winging this right now, everybody. I don’t need a telephone.”

Danica Patrick is not the first Trump supporter to align Harris supporters with Diddy affiliates. Elon Musk was particularly incensed when Eminem introduced Barack Obama at a Harris rally in Detroit. The 8 Mile icon made it clear that he was voting Harris, and Musk responded by making a Diddy joke at the rapper’s expense. He claimed Eminem was “yet another Diddy party participant.” This, of course, led many users to note that Musk and Diddy were reportedly close friends, and that Diddy allegedly invested $10 million in Musk’s Twitter acquisition.

Vice President Kamala Harris Will Head to Alma Mater Howard University on Election Night

Screen Shot 2024 11 04 at 11.19.44 AM

Here we go. Election eve. For Vice President Kamala Harris, she will spend election night at Howard University, her alma mater. That’s where she may learn the outcome of her historic 2024 presidential bid. Harris, a Howard graduate of 1986 and the first Black sorority Alpha Kappa Alpha pledge, has strong ties to this historic HBCU in Washington, D.C. Just wow.

“I am proud to be the first HBCU vice president of the United States. I intend to be the first HBCU president of the United States,” Harris recently said in an interview with Charlamagne tha God, underscoring her connection to Howard and her place in history. If she wins, Harris would not only be the first Black woman elected president but also the first HBCU graduate to hold the office.

This is not all news. Throughout her career, Harris has frequently acknowledged the impact of Howard, visiting the campus to prepare for her 2020 debate against then-President Donald Trump and launching her initial presidential campaign there. Her 2024 campaign has increasingly focused on engaging HBCU communities and younger voters, featuring an “HBCU Homecoming Tour” that includes events across several campuses. Trey Baker, senior adviser to Harris, explained that the tour aims to “meet voters where they are,” particularly the nearly 290,000 students enrolled at HBCUs nationwide.

ICYMI, one of the tour’s significant stops was Howard’s October homecoming, where Harris’s campaign held a rally close to campus, providing food, drinks, and campaign merchandise to rally attendees who pledged to vote. Although Harris couldn’t attend due to her campaign commitments in battleground states, she sent a letter expressing pride in Howard’s teachings. “At Howard, we learn that we have the capacity to be great and also that we have the responsibility to work hard to live up to that potential each day,” she wrote.

Howard graduate Cameron Trimble, who organized the HBCU tour, expressed “immense pride” in supporting a fellow alum for president, calling her candidacy a chance for the nation to “make good on the promise… that all people are truly created equal.”

Where will you be on election night? Feels like hiding under a rock isn’t the worse idea. Kidding. But no matter where you’ll be, this election is going to rock the world one way or another.
