50 Cent Hits Detroit To Open His Own Strip Club: Report

50 Cent’s business portfolio has roots in pretty much every area imaginable: media, venues, brand partnerships, you name it. However, maybe it’s not as diverse as he thinks it could be, as new reports from the Jasmine Brand indicate that he’s moving into a new area of entertainment. Moreover, the G-Unit multi-hyphenate is reportedly opening up his own strip club in Detroit- maybe not themed around him, per se, but under his ownership. Apparently he already has a location, and is now actively looking for staff members to bring onto the team. There’s still no timeline as far as when it will open, but we’re sure it will quickly become one of Fif’s favorite spots in the city- despite the bias, of course.

Furthermore, this shouldn’t come as much surprise given his strong ties to the Michigan city. After all, one of 50 Cent’s closest partners in the game, Eminem, is arguably the Detroit MC of note (an argument for another time). Recently, they both performed at 50’s Final Lap tour stop in the city, and fans understandably went ballistic. In addition, this is just one of many areas in which he has businesses, financial ties, and cultural impact as one of hip-hop’s most successful musical moguls.

You Can Find 50 Cent “In Da Club” In Detroit

Through Marshall Mathers alone, the 48-year-old has many reasons to love Detroit as they’ve loved him. “Detroit, make some noise for one of the best friends that I’ve ever known, 50 Cent!” Eminem exclaimed to the crowd during his guest appearance at his show. “And also, make some noise for hip-hop’s 50th birthday, y’all. Detroit, I love y’all, man.” “That’s my guy he put me on!” the Power exec wrote in his message reposting Em’s kind words. “You know the vibes we don’t switch up over here.”

“Bro when I do anything with EM people just go cr*zy,” he further reflected on Instagram along with concert footage. “They know he really my boy. I love him till death!” For more news and the latest updates on 50 Cent and his many business endeavors, log back into HNHH.

Drake Shares Wholesome Moment With Fan As He Walks Out On Tour

As one of the biggest artists in the world, many might think that Drake is too far removed from the everyday world to relate to his massive fanbase. Still, he’s proven time and time again that he’s very grateful for the support they show him. As such, the 6 God will often take the time to thank his fans, greet them, or gift them with amazing experiences or one-on-one moments. For example, he popped out to say hello to a group of fans waiting overnight to get wristbands to one of his “It’s All A Blur” tour stops with 21 S*vage. In addition, there’s all the viral moments, interaction antics, and more that he gets up to within the venue doors.

For example, a recent clip shows Drake walking out through the stands, making his way to the stage to start his show with “Champagne Poetry.” Moreover, a fan captured a moment where they saw Drizzy approach them down the stairs, and they shot their shot. In the clip, you can see the fan give him what looks like a piece of paper, and the 36-year-old raises it as a “thank you.” What’s more is that, when the fan outstretched their hand with their fingers forming half a heart symbol, he completed it by putting his hand up to theirs.

Drake’s (Figurative) Heart-To-Heart With A Fan

As small as this moment may be, it means a lot to fans who never in a million years would’ve thought they’d have such a moment with a superstar. Not only that, but clips like these make us think of all the wholesome moments that Drake must’ve had with fans that didn’t go viral online. Sure, not all of them will be positive, but with the OVO mogul’s fame in mind, you’ve got to take those Ls when they come up. After all, neither haters nor superfans ever stopped the wide majority of show attendees from having a great time.

Meanwhile, you might’ve noticed that stories like these are popping up pretty much every time the “Search & Rescue” MC and 21 Sav hit another tour stop. Jay Rock Joins Red Hot Chili Peppers Onstage At Playground Reopening

Jay Rock recently performed in the neighborhood he grew up in, celebrating the grand opening of a renovated playground. The Watts, California playground was cleaned up and given some brand new equipment, courtesy of the HACLA. It’s located at the Nickerson Garden housing project where Jay Rock lived as a kid. He was also joined by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, making for quite the show. Though it may appear to be an unlikely pairing, their set sounded great and attendees seem to have loved it. “My 1st Rock concert in my hood with @chilipeppers, how Krazy is that,” Anthony Tiffith wrote alongside footage of the show.

“We got a new playground for the kids and a dope performance from some true legends,” Top Dawg continued. “@jayrock shared the stage with @chilipeppers that was a moment. S/o @flea333 for showing the kids love and supporting the hood since Covid hit.” Both acts put on their own individual performances, also joining forces to perform together. The band accompanied Jay Rock’s performance of “WIN” from 2018’s Redemption. The rapper then went on to sign autographs and take photos with some kids from the area. RHCP frontman Anthony Kiedis also brought several of the children onstage to dance along with the music.

President and CEO of the HACLA, Doug Guthrie, shared a statement about the revamped playground. “Just this past year,” he begins, “the Housing Authority was recognized with the Public Housing Honor Roll because of our commitment to supporting cradle to career opportunities for our residents. This playground is directly aligned with that commitment to continue supporting the residents we house with opportunities to help their families thrive.”

“We’re grateful to support the Watts community with the design of a playground that can bring joy, fun, and entertainment to families throughout the year,” managing partner of NBBJ Robert Mankin adds. “We’re honored to be among the many organizations that came together to provide much-deserved recreational space for this historically underserved community.”

Kodak Black Opens His New Miami Boutique

Rapper Kodak Black recently opened a new boutique in his home city of Miami. He hosted the grand opening event yesterday alongside Supa Cindy. The event featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and Kodak Black did the honors. The event also featured a live DJ set from Showtime, and attendees were able to meet and take photos with Kodak Black. Guests at the event were treated to various smoking accessories and CBD products, including rolling papers, pipes, vaporizers and more. They were also provided with exclusive Sniper Gang merch. Attendees were also given a walkthrough of the new store.

Kodak Black just dropped his newest LP, Pistolz & Pearlz. It’s the rapper’s sixth full-length album, following 2022’s Kutthroat Bill: Vol. 1. He unveiled the album Friday, after confirming it’s release date earlier this month. The artist also released a short film alongside the album, titled The Don. He shared the film’s trailer with his Instagram followers last week.

Last month, Kodak Black shared his desire to become more well-known as a philanthropist with his Instagram Live viewers. “People care to be a gangsta,” he said. “They care for n***as looking at them like they some type of gangsta. I don’t give a f**k about that s**t you heard me? I don’t live for that. I’m a philanthropist, a good n***a, righteous, all that. I only worry about being a good son and making sure my mom is proud of me. Making sure my family proud of me.”

Kodak Black also shared an Instagram rant in April, about how he thinks Donald Trump’s haters are “on some other s**t.” He explained his thoughts, saying, “They are trying to get Trump out the way cause Trump a stand-up n***a. [Joe] Biden will let a n***a do anything. Trump is a real n***a. He’s a soldier. It ain’t how he snapped for a n***a. It ain’t even about that. Trump already had big baggage. Luggage. Y’all get off Trump, man.”

Donald Glover Recalls Being Booed While Opening For Kid Cudi

Donald Glover recently reflected on being booed while opening for Kid Cudi at Terminal 5 during a performance as Childish Gambino. The Atlanta creator recalled the incident in a new cover story for GQ, published on Tuesday.

“At the time I had a full band and a violinist,” he recalled. “I just kept turning to the band and telling them, ‘Next song! Next song!’ I put on a really intense show through the boos.” In the many years since the performance, Glover has blossomed into one of the most celebrated artists in the industry. His third studio album, Awaken, My Love!, received a Grammy Award nomination for Album of the Year and reached the top 5 of the Billboard 200. Glover’s 2018 song, “This Is America,” also won Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Rap/Sung Performance, and Best Music Video Grammys for the year it was released.

Now, Glover has no qualms about his early career failings. He told GQ that he couldn’t have gotten to where he is now had he, for example, been hired by Saturday Night Live. “I dodged so many bullets,” Glover explained. “Me being on SNL would’ve killed me. I got friends who made it on SNL and, at the time, I was like, damn. But if I got on SNL, my career wouldn’t have happened. And thank God. Thank God I didn’t get some of those pilots. I wanted so desperately to be on Parks and Rec because it was the cool, hipster show. I am the bullet dodger, I feel like Samuel L. Jackson in Pulp Fiction. That wasn’t a mistake, you know? God did that.”

Elsewhere in the interview with GQ, Glover revealed that Malia Obama is currently working on a short film for his production company, Gilga. The daughter of former president Barack Obama previously worked in the writer’s room for Glover’s Amazon series, Swarm.
