Jake Paul is someone who has been very open and honest when it comes to his personal life. Overall, Paul grew up around the YouTube culture of documenting every waking moment of your life. There was a time when Paul would vlog every single day. However, he no longer does the whole vlogging thing. For the most part, that trend is a thing of the past. Although, Jake still finds ways to keep his fans updated on all of the things he goes through. Whether that be podcasts or interviews.

Recently, Paul got to speak with Fox News Digital where he spoke about the spiritual side of his life. In fact, Paul has been trying to delve deeper into that world. Following the admission that he likely has CTE, Jake Paul claimed that he wanted to experiment with various psychedelics. Typically, psychedelics and spirituality are intertwined. This subsequently led Paul to try out Ayahuasca. In fact, Paul got to do Ayahuasca with none other than Aaron Rodgers.

“Aaron and I were actually together when we did the ayahuasca,” Paul revealed. “He’s more publicly known for speaking about it, but I was actually there with him when we did it. We spent the week there doing it. Definitely share that similarity in terms of spirituality and reflecting and going into the deepest parts of the mind. Definitely have been doing some of that.” The NFL quarterback has been extremely open and honest about his Ayahuasca use. However, we had no clue he was doing it with Jake Paul this whole time.

Perhaps in the future, these two will sit down for a podcast and talk about their experiences. These are two unique individuals, and we would love to hear what they went through while trying Ayahuasca together. One team that could use Odell is the Kansas City Chiefs. Mecole Hardman recently signed with the Jets which means Patrick Mahomes needs some weapons. OBJ would be perfect for that offense and we’re sure Mahomes agrees. Although now, another team has entered the OBJ sweepstakes. Ironically enough, that team is the Jets. They are on the cusp of landing Aaron Rodgers who has made it abundantly clear that he would love to play with Odell. The team knows that bringing him in will make Aaron Rodgers happy, and if there is anything we’ve seen over the past few years, it’s that Rodgers always gets what he wants.

Tom Brady has been going through it as of late in the aftermath of his divorce from Gisele Bundchen. The two had been together for over two decades, and they had multiple children together. However, they ultimately grew apart and got divorced in the middle of the season. Overall, it was a shocking development that took its toll on the field. Brady was not the same player he has been in the past, and many blamed it on his separation.

Recently, Gisele spoke to Vanity Fair about the divorce. There had been plenty of rumors floating around concerning why Bundchen left the NFL legend. Mostly, fans assumed it was because he went back on his promise to retire from the league. Although, Gisele contested this idea, saying it was because they simply didn’t want the same things anymore. “When you love someone, you don’t put them in a jail and say, ‘You have to live this life,’” Gisele said. “You set them free to be who they are, and if you want to fly the same direction, then that’s amazing. We’re not playing against each other. We are a team … and that’s beautiful. I look back and I have no regrets. I loved every bit of it.”

According to Page Six, Tom Brady seemingly had a response to Gisele’s interview. While taking to his Instagram story, he posted a quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson. The quote is about what success truly is. What makes this quote so interesting, however, is the reference to “False Friends.” “What is success? To laugh often and much; To win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends,” the quote reads.

Ultimately, no one truly knows what Brady was trying to say here. He has been fairly cryptic on social media as of late, which is a common theme among divorced men. Either way, he is Tom Brady which means he can do whatever he wants. He should just go out and enjoy being single. Based on Gisele’s trips to Costa Rica, it’s clear that that’s what she is doing.

Cam Newton Claps Back At Shannon Sharpe

Cam Newton is a quarterback who has struggled over the past few years. Although Newton led the Carolina Panthers to a Super Bowl a few years ago, he has dealt with injuries ever since. Moreover, his accuracy has been non-existent, and the teams he has played for have reduced him to a running back. Based on his last stints in New England and Carolina, it is pretty clear he cannot play NFL football anymore. Sure, it’s a hard pill to swallow, but the National Football League can be like that sometimes.

Now, however, Newton is trying to make a comeback in the league. He recently said that there aren’t 32 quarterbacks in the league that are better than him. Additionally, he will be at Auburn Pro Day where he will get to showcase his talents. On Undisputed yesterday, Shannon Sharpe laced into Newton and hit him with a dose of reality. In the clip down below, Sharpe explains how Newton is now a “random” in the league and that the NFL does not view him favorably. Simply put, Newton cannot start for an NFL franchise.

Sports can be a pretty brutal industry. The NFL especially is known for chewing players up and spitting them out. Some guys have short windows for success, while others are able to be prosperous for long periods of time. Lamar Jackson is easily one of the best quarterbacks in the entire NFL. However, he is being subjected to a truly bizarre situation with the Baltimore Ravens. Simply put, they do not want to pay him his market worth. Instead, they have made the claim that he wants fully-guaranteed money. Moreover, they have hit him with the non-exclusive franchise tag, which sets his worth at $32 million. This is truly insulting when you realize that Daniel Jones is currently making $40 million.

Overall, it is a bad situation that has many wondering what the Ravens are thinking. Furthermore, it has been made even weirder as there isn’t a single team who has hit Jackson with an offer sheet. Teams seem too timid to do so, and it has led to various accusations of collusion. It is a pretty bad look for the league, and it is an especially unfortunate situation for Jackson, who is likely feeling underappreciated right now. However, there could be one team out there bold enough to make an offer. That team just so happens to be the Indianapolis Colts.

The Colts are desperate at this point for a sustainable quarterback situation. Jackson would be able to provide that, and it seems like owner Jim Irsay is ready to pay a premium. According to ESPN’s Stephen Holder, the Colts are absolutely considering their options. “If the 26-year-old former MVP leaves Baltimore, there are reasons to believe the Colts would be a good fit,” Holder wrote. “Owner Jim Irsay is intent on solving a quarterback problem that’s defined Indianapolis for the past five years, and he’s proved willing to pay top dollar.”

Overall, this is bad news for the Ravens. They should just pay him what he’s worth, however, they have ultimately fractured their relationship with the team’s superstar. Skip Bayless is someone who is definitely known as being a huge hater. Overall, he likes to hate those who are great at what they do. For instance, he has had a long history when it comes to critiquing LeBron James. Although LeBron has never actually addressed Skip, the Undisputed host continues to give his hot takes. Ultimately, Skip’s attitude has earned him quite a number of fans, and double the number of detractors. At this point, however, it should be obvious that Bayless’ job is to be a troll.

Despite his reputation as a hater, there are certainly some athletes that he absolutely loves. One of them is none other than Lamar Jackson. The Ravens quarterback was recently hit with the non-exclusive franchise tag, and there isn’t a single team that is offering a contract. It feels like there is some sort of collusion going on, although it is extremely hard to prove that. Either way, Bayless is dumbfounded by what is going on. In fact, Bayless urged teams throughout the NFL to offer sheet Jackson. In his mind, if anyone can turn a franchise around, it is Lamar.

“Every team that needed a QB or still needs one is a fool for not jumping on an available Lamar,” Bayless said. “He’s a gamer, he’s a leader and would take over the face of a franchise.” The issue with Jackson is certainly not his talent, the real issue lies in his injury history. He has yet to complete a full 17-game season, with playoffs to boot. His style of play lends itself to an increased risk of injury, and it has put him in a precarious spot. However, he is still a phenomenal player and a lot of teams need an upgrade at the quarterback position.

At the time of writing this, it seems like the Ravens and Jackson are at a stalemate. Jackson will have to start the season with them, and at this point, the relationship is definitely a bit fractured. However, this is a great opportunity for him. If he plays the entire season and even wins some playoff games, then maybe they will finally give him that massive contract.

Odell Beckham Jr. Responds To Reports About Wanting $20 Million Per Year

Odell Beckham Jr. used to be one of the best receivers in the entire NFL. Now, however, he is coming off of a season in which he didn’t get to play. Overall, this was due to an ACL injury that he sustained in the Super Bowl. However, OBJ did try to get back on the field this year. He tried out with a plethora of teams, including the Dallas Cowboys, Buffalo Bills, and New York Giants. Subsequently, none of these teams signed him as there was this sense that he wasn’t ready to come back.

More recently, OBJ was able to host a workout where numerous teams could come and take a look at him. According to reports, about a dozen teams made the trip. However, since that time, there are no indications that a team is ready to sign him. Moreover, no one even knows who would want OBJ at this point. It also doesn’t help that there is this feeling that Odell Beckham Jr. wants to receive $20 million per year. This is simply too much money, and no team would ever pay that for a guy who has gone through two ACL tears.

In a recent tweet, however, OBJ tried to set the record straight on all of these “reports.” As you can see above, Beckham Jr. is making it clear that he doesn’t need $20 million, although whatever is being offered right now is definitely not sufficient. “I’m just so confused where the quote is from me tht said I want 20,” OBJ said. “All I’m sayin is 4 AINT enough.” Unfortunately for Odell, he doesn’t have much leverage right now.

As a wide receiver who hasn’t played in a full year, teams do not want to take the risk. Moreover, there are so many great wide receivers in the league that the market has already been set. There is simply very little margin for Odell to find himself in a position to get paid. Hopefully, for Odell, a team decides to take a chance on him, sooner rather than later. However, Rodgers isn’t the only quarterback to be blessed with a new team. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced that they would be signing Baker Mayfield to a one-year deal. He will be their Tom Brady replacement, although Sharpe is less than impressed with this move.

Over the years, Sharpe and Skip Bayless have had harsh debates about whether or not Baker Mayfield is any good. Sharpe always argues that Mayfield is just okay, but cannot lead a team to the Super Bowl. Consequently, he felt like going from Tom Brady to Mayfield is a bit of a stretch. So much so that he theorizes that Mike Evans and Chris Godwin could be looking for trades, very soon. “Can you imagine going from Tom Brady to Baker Mayfield?” Sharpe asked. “I’m surprised Mike Evans or Chris Godwin haven’t requested a trade.”

This might be a little harsh, but it is clear that Sharpe is just telling the truth, at least in his mind. Mayfield is part of the Buccaneers’ rebuild, and there isn’t much of a chance of him being there beyond just one season. That said, the Bucs probably won’t care too much if he doesn’t pan out.
