Jessie Reyez & Miguel Paint A Seriously Sexy Picture On “JEANS”: Stream

Miguel and Jessie Reyez are both talented R&B vocalists in their own right, but now that they’ve come together on “JEANS,” we’re craving a collab EP from the pair. The new single landed on Friday (August 18), following the “Criminal” hitmaker’s joint effort with Lil Yachty, “Number 9,” the weekend before. This release is equally as buzz-worthy, and extremely sensual in nature. It finds two lovers going back and forth with bedroom innuendos, seemingly talking each other through an orgasm with their verses.

“‘Cause I might let you do it, I might let you shoot it / ‘Cause she need some milk / She need somethin’ real, real bad,” the Canadian croons on the first verse after carrying us through the chorus. “The atoms between us have melted away, and we’re one tonight / When I see the way of your eyes, I know I, I’m doin’ it right,” Miguel later responds.

Jessie Reyez and Miguel Turn Up the Heat on “JEANS”

In the accompanying music video, Reyez is arrested while robbing a small convenience store, and she certainly gives the officer processing her a hard time with her bratty antics. When she’s finally made it to her cell, she and Miguel get as close as they can with the bars separating them. Though there’s only so much they can do physically, their lust for each other is obvious, and expressed through song rather than touch.

Check out the sultry visual for Jessie Reyez’s “JEANS” single with Miguel above. If you’re feeling the collab like we are, be sure to add it to your playlist on Spotify/Apple Music. For more HNHH release recommendations, check back in later this weekend.

Quotable Lyrics:

The atoms between us have melted away, and we’re one tonight

And I feel you growin’, my love, how you hold back for me

Quavo has come through with a brand-new album called Rocket Power. Following the death of Takeoff, the former Migo decided to embark on a new creative endeavor. Fans knew that this would be a difficult listen, simply because of the emotions at play here. However, upon listening to the project, it is clear that Quavo did a great job of honoring Takeoff and his enduring legacy.

There are some great tracks throughout this new album. As you may have noticed, Quavo handles most of these songs on his own. However, there are some key features here and those artists definitely leave their mark. Among them is none other than Young Thug, who shows up on the song “Focused.” While he may be incarcerated, he is still making appearances on people’s songs and albums. Kuttem Reese Recruits Ski Mask The Slump God For “Black Forces”

Kuttem Reese has nabbed some high-profile features over the course of his career. For example, his debut project Kutt Dat Boy, released in 2021, saw Lil Durk, Chief Keef, and Fredo Bang make guest appearances. However, Reese has remained fairly quiet over the past two years, releasing only five singles up until a couple of days ago. This new cut with Ski Mask The Slump God brings a massive wave of energy, but also some nice flows and bars.

“Black Forces,” the name of this new song, is all about violence and getting revenge on people that did him wrong in the past. It is also quite humorous that he used “Black Forces” for this record because the running jokes on social media would tell you that people are up to no good when they wear the black Nike Air Force 1’s. Certainly, Reese and Ski Mask are in the streets doing what they should not be, but it makes for a fun listen nonetheless.

Who Is Kuttem Reese?

Some people might not know who Reese is because his career started not too long ago. He was born in Orlando, Florida, and began making music when everyone was stuck inside during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. What really got him on the map was when his song “Madden” was played at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Superbowl pre-game. Now, he looks to be on the fast track to making a career and it looks like he could become another star from Florida.

How are you feeling about this new track, “Black Forces,” by Kuttem Reese and Ski Mask The Slump God? Should these two collaborate more often? What is your favorite Reese song? Real Boston Richey Drops Banger “Keep On Gettin It”

Real Boston Richey is back with his eighth single of 2023 and his third since the release of his sophomore album Public Housing, Pt. 2. That is indeed a sequel to his debut Public Housing, put out in 2022. “Keep on Gettin It” is like a lot of his music, it is a trap banger, with heavy 808s and loud kickdrums, laced with lyrics about drugs, violence, and sex. However, talking about sex is something that is a bit of an NSFW topic that Richey should be avoiding from now on.

A few months ago the Tallahassee, Florida-born rapper put himself in a terrible situation on social media. On his XXL Freshman Cypher, Richey rapped about wanting to have intimate moments with his cousin. He rapped, “Always been a freaky jit, trying to f*** my cousin under the covers.” It is something that he will have to live with from now on.

Who Is Real Boston Richey?

However, even with a terrible moment like that, his rise to fame as a rapper will most likely not hinder his progress. Especially when you have the co-sign of Atlanta legend and trap icon Future behind you. Additionally, the release of his debut mixtape Public Housing in August 2022 showed his ability to work with the best. Features from Moneybagg Yo, Future, and Lil Durk, proves he is here to stay.

What are your thoughts on this new track, “Keep on Gettin It,” by Real Boston Richey? What is your favorite song by him? Does he deserve more respect as a trap artist compared to the rest? Bryson Tiller Comes Through With Soundcloud Mixtape “SLUM TILLER VOL. 1”

Bryson Tiller has a reputation in the music community that comes and goes, just as much as he does. He will consistently be praised and then there will be a time when people forget about him. It is understandable though, because the Kentucky singer and rapper does not drop new material that often. However, when he does it is usually high quality and that is what we have here with this new mixtape.

Yes, you heard that right, a new project from Tiller! Pen Griffey, as he goes by in some of his songs, definitely delivers on this Soundcloud exclusive. It is a concise tracklist that is only five songs that maybe reaches the 13-minute mark. On August 18, the artist shared the news that he was going to drop a mixtape called SLUM TILLER VOL. 1 through a Twitch stream. It was a little interesting to hear that it would only be on this platform because it is not the best outlet for bigger artists to share their new stuff, but it is better that we have something from Tiller.

Bryson Is Back

The 30-year-old talent delivers on every track here. It has vibes similar to T R A P S O U L, which is what got him the co-sign from Drake. “NUMB,” “Coy,” “Big Spender,” “Stay Gold,” and “Resolution” are the track names and all of them have a unique sound which is another welcome sign. This could be the start of the return of 2015 Bryson and we are hoping for that and then some.

What are your thoughts on this surprise mixtape, SLUM TILLER VOL. 1, from Bryson Tiller? Have you had a chance to check out this project? If so what track is your favorite? Luh Tyler Releases His Version Of “Luh Tyler Flow”

Luh Tyler’s status continues to grow as the days pass and this new freestyle is just more proof of that. About a month ago Detroit rapper Babyface Ray dropped his tribute to the newcomer featuring Los and Nutty. It was a shoutout to the Florida kid who is making waves on the east coast. Ray even says at the beginning of the track “On my Luh Tyler flow s***.” Fast forward a bit, we now have Tyler’s version of his signature style.

He raps a lot about his rise to fame, bragging about his jewelry and the influence he is now spreading as just a 17-year-old. It is a three-minute cut that sees Tyler flow effortlessly over the simple but effective beat that lets his lyrics shine. What is also cool about this song is its accompanying music video. Lil Uzi Vert makes quite a few cameos throughout, which shows how far Tyler is coming along. It is also worth noting these two have a song out together.

Should Luh Tyler Remix This Song?

Furthermore, these are not the only two versions of this song. On Friday (August 18) BabyTron put his own spin on the same beat. What all three have in common are the themes they talk about. That being their come up in the rap game and this could lead to something really intriguing. What if all three of them came together for a remix of this song?

What are your thoughts on the “Luh Tyler Flow (Freestyle)?” Who made the better version between him, BabyTron, and Babyface Ray? Do you think that these three should make a remix together? Stunna Girl Adds JT To New Remix Of “Like Dat”

It is no secret that the City Girls are some of the most in-your-face female rappers in the current landscape. Their consistent energy and enthusiasm can be found in nearly every song in their discography. The bars consist of money, beauty, and partying, which has helped skyrocket them to fame and popularity. The duo of JT and Yung Miami easily continues to be an influence for many up-and-coming female artists and that does not seem to be slowing down any time soon.

However, JT is not alongside her long-time friend and partner, Yung Miami for this new remix of “Like Dat” by Stunna Girl. In fact, both have their own solo material and separate feature credits as well. For example, JT made an appearance on Summer Walker’s “Ex For A Reason.” Now, JT is back with another solo feature credit on the second remix.

Stunna Girl And JT Got Brags For Days

The first rework of the 2023 single by Stunna Girl saw French Montana hop onto the track on July 28. Just a few weeks later, we have a new version and it might be better. Both get extra braggadocious, flaunting their wealth, status and of course, their beauty. Stunna Girl’s first verse remains the same but her second verse is shortened to make time for JT to attack the beat.

What are your thoughts on the “Like Dat Remix” featuring JT of the City Girls? Which version do you prefer between French Montana, JT, and the original single? Who had the best verse on the track? NLE Choppa And Gambi Unite For “Bonjour” Single

NLE Choppa has worked with the top dogs in the current rap game. Roddy Ricch, Lil Baby, Lil Wayne, Kodak Black, and so many others. Furthermore, he is on fire from his song “It’s Getting Hot,” a tribute to Nelly’s smash hit “Hot In Herre.” Choppa committed so much to the song by even shaving his hair down, donning the headband and the white strip on his face, and including the fading in and out from the music video. Of course, he sampled the song as well which made for a cool moment.

This time around he joined up with a bubbling talent in France, Gambi, for a new track. It’s titled “Bonjour” as an obvious nod to Gambi’s country. The 21-year-old was born in Paris and has only worked with a handful of other artists in his career. However, he has some serious hits such as, “POPOPOP” and “PETETE” that have well over 198 million streams combined. Now, he might have another gem with “Bonjour.”

NLE Choppa And Gambi Bring The Energy

The track features insane energy and slick flows from both NLE and Gambi. It is a thumping but simple beat with trumpet samples, which add so much to the song’s contagiousness. You can find NLE putting on for Gambi as the two rap in French on the chorus before he performs his verse. The song is sure to blow up in the coming days with over 200,000 views in its first 24 hours.

What are your thoughts on this collaboration between NLE Choppa and Gambi? Have you checked out any French rappers and have you listened to Gambi before?
