This week, the 76ers are in Colorado for their training camp. All eyes have been on James Harden, who up until today, had yet to arrive. Many were curious if he would hold out of the entire training camp or if he would actually show his face. Well, today, that question was answered. Below, in a tweet from Malika Andrews, you can see that Harden was, indeed, at training camp. Additionally, he was on the court and participating in drills as well as various other workout activities.

Today was NBA Media Day, and teams around the league were having players conduct photoshoots. Last season, Butler made waves for his hairstyle during media day; a hairstyle that he immediately abandoned when the season started. Subsequently, it seems like Butler has tried to recreate some of that magic as he came into media day with straightened hair. Fans immediately recognized Butler was simply going for what he tried back in 2022. However, this time around, he may have been even more successful.

Perhaps the hair can be explained by his desire to release a country music album. While talking to Rolling Stone, Butler revealed his love of the genre and how he has been working on an album. He even has a plethora of songs written and completed. “I don’t want to tell anyone who I’ve been writing with because then it’ll ruin the surprise,” Butler explained. “Now, I’m in the lab writing and producing country music. We got some real artists and songwriters. We probably got around 45 tracks right now, and I hope to go write some more. There’s definitely going to be an album.”

Whether or not this album actually comes out, remains to be seen. However, it is crystal clear that things are getting very interesting on the NBA front these days. Kevin Porter Jr. Arrested After Allegedly Strangling WNBA Star Kysre Gondrezick

Kevin Porter Jr. is a player who has dealt with some pretty negative situations in his young NBA career. Overall, it has been hard for him to break through without making headlines that put him in a bad light. Now that he is on the Houston Rockets, there has been increased scrutiny of him. Moreover, there are some who believe he is not ready to be the face of a franchise. That said, things have seemingly gone from bad to worse for the young man.

According to NBC New York, Porter Jr. was arrested after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend. The girlfriend in question is WNBA star Kysre Gondrezick. As the story goes, the two were in New York City and were out for the night when things got out of hand. Gondrezick locked him out of their hotel room, although he eventually got in. That is when he allegedly put his hands on the young woman. She was taken to the hospital with bruising, and she even had a broken bone.

As for Porter Jr., following his arrest and subsequent booking, he got hit with a second-degree assault charge. Furthermore, he was charged with strangulation.
