Skip Bayless is someone who is known for being an absolute troll. One could certainly liken what he does to performance art. Overall, he goes into each episode of Undisputed with an agenda. Moreover, he masks it as some sort of “debate” that has any real substance. While these may feel like slights, we will be the first ones to admit that it is incredibly entertaining. This is especially true when you add Shannon Sharpe into the mix. They are a great team that makes each weekday more fun.

That said, if you know anything about Skip Bayless, it is that he loves to rip on LeBron James. Although some find this to be annoying, there is no doubt that it has gotten Skip to where he is now. Whenever there is an opportunity to get a joke off about the Lakers star, you can be sure that he is going to do it. On Tuesday night, that is exactly what happened as Bronny James Jr. was lighting it up at the McDonald’s All-American game. Bronny was so good that it inspired Bayless to roast LeBron in typical Skip fashion.

“Bronny is lighting it up from long range in the McDonald’s Game,” Skip began. “Obviously a purer and better shooter than his dad.” This was a completely unnecessary comment, although when you consider who it is coming from, you cannot be surprised. This has been Skip’s raison d’etre for a very long time. However, it’s like being mad at a dog for eating the steak off of the dinner table. If you leave him alone, he’s going to do it. It’s the same with Skip, If you give him an opportunity to hate, he is going to take it.

As for Bronny, his 15-point performance certainly had scouts gushing about his potential. It seems pretty obvious at this point that he will be a top-10 pick. In fact, James’ next goal is to play with his son, Bronny. Although Bronny just finished up high school, he is expected to be part of the 2024 NBA draft class. Some ESPN mock drafts even see Bronny as a top-10 pick. It makes sense when you consider how the team that drafts Bronny will also get LeBron. Moreover, Bronny has proven to be an amazing two-way talent.

Speaking of Bronny, he is set to play in the McDonald’s All-American game today. Last night, he also competed in the Slam Dunk Contest that was part of the festivities. The highlight of the entire night was when Bronny placed his younger brother Bryce just in front of the rim. Subsequently, the High School Senior ran up with the ball and dunked over Bryce in front of the packed arena. It was an incredible moment that immediately went viral on social media.

Patrick Beverley is one of the best pests in the entire NBA. Although he is far from the best player, he knows how to get under people’s skin. Needless to say, Beverley is someone who has actually made quite a few headlines this year, despite his lackluster player. On Sunday, Patrick Beverley was given the opportunity to exact revenge on his former team. Both the Lakers and the Bulls are trying to make the playoffs, and with the Bulls headed to Los Angeles, Beverley wanted to throw a wrench in the Lakers’ plans. In the end, that is exactly what happened as the Bulls came out with the victory. This was LeBron’s first game back from injury, and it wasn’t exactly all that productive. Additionally, Beverley added insult to injury by hitting James with some top-level disrespect.

Speaking in the postgame, James revealed he tore a tendon in his right foot, which would normally require season-ending surgery. Instead of taking the surgery, James had a serious rehabilitation regiment that allowed him to return in just four weeks.

In his return against the Chicago Bulls, James had 19 points, eight rebounds, and three assists. James expects better performances in the forthcoming days.

“I had a couple of drives and the ball got away from me,” James said. “A couple of shots didn’t feel as good as before, obviously. But I was out for four weeks, so between that and the wind, just trying to get those things back leading to the final stretch of the season.”

While Tristan Thompson might not be in the league anymore, there is no doubt that he is an accomplished man. Overall, he finished his career with one NBA title, and it was a historic one. Thompson was on that 2016 Cleveland Cavaliers team that finally brought a championship to Ohio. Moreover, it was the series where the Cavs came back from down 3-1 to defeat the 73-9 Golden State Warriors. Needless to say, Thompson has every right to that talk once and a while, even if he wasn’t a star player on the team.

Recently, Thompson’s most prominent teammate from that squad, LeBron James, has been disparaged in the media. This is because of former Miami Heat star Mario Chalmers, who claims LeBron was never feared. These are some interesting comments especially since James is the best player Chalmers ever played with. Furthermore, he helped Chalmers win an NBA title. While speaking on Draymond Green’s podcast, Tristan Thompson hammered these points home.

“That shit pissed me off, man,” Thompson said. “How can you say that about a guy you went to war with, who believed in you; and you’re going to come and say ‘No one fears LeBron?’ This is the best player you’ve ever been on the court with… Guys be on some sucker shit. Thompson also claimed that Chalmers probably asked LeBron for a spot on a roster and was told “no.” While Thompson doesn’t know this for sure, he is uncertain as to why anyone would make these comments about a former teammate. It is a good question to ask, and we are all trying to figure that out.

No matter what, nothing can touch or alter LeBron’s legacy at this point. With everything that he has done, he is cemented in NBA history. Firstly, the sneaker is met with a mostly black upper which is bolstered by a tan midsole. Secondly, the tongue, Nike swoosh, and back heel tab are blue. Moreover, the words “Speak Your Truth” are written across the heel to keep the shoe on theme.

As far as the release date is concerned, it has been revealed that these kicks will be coming out on April 6th for a price of $200 USD. LeBron James is currently on the shelf with a foot injury. The Los Angeles Lakers believe in the window they have right now to get a championship, so his return is anticipated.

On Thursday, reports hit online stating that King James is looking to make a return before the end of the regular season. And then LeBron hopped on Twitter and said not so fast.

“There wasn’t an evaluation today and there hasn’t been any target date for my return,” LeBron wrote. “I’m just working around the clock, every day(3X a day) to give myself to best chance of coming back full strength whenever that is. God bless y’all sources. I speak for myself!”

This isn’t good news for Lakers fans, but maybe King James doesn’t want to put a target on his back.

Over the last month or so, LeBron James has been out of the Los Angeles Lakers lineup with an ankle injury. However, the Lakers have actually been doing quite well. Overall, Lakers fans are feeling pretty good about things, which is a welcomed change of pace from before.

Today, things got even better for the Lakers. This is because reporters like Adrian Wojnarowski and Shams Charania came out with some positive news about LeBron. They all stated that James had been evaluated and that he is on pace to return for the last three games of the season. Subsequently, Lakers fans were jumping for joy. After all, this would be a huge boost to their playoff chances. Although now, James himself is telling everyone to pump the breaks.

LeBron James & The Lakers Finally Get Good News

LeBron James is undoubtedly the heart and soul of the Los Angeles Lakers’ organization right now. Although it took him 15 seasons before joining the Lakers, there is no doubt that e is a valued member of that franchise. Overall, he helped bring the team a title back in 2020, and that will always be appreciated. Since then, however, the team has struggled to have any sort of playoff success. In fact, the team missed the postseason last year. Furthermore, the team is presently in yet another tight race for the play-in. Needless to say, there is a lot riding on this season.

As many fans already know, LeBron has been out of the Lakers’ lineup as of late. On February 26th, he injured his ankle which has led to his absence, ever since. Despite him being gone, the Lakers have done a good job of maintaining their presence in the play-in race. They are just a couple of games away from shooting up into seventh place, and with nine games left, sixth isn’t out of the question. In fact, the race for sixth could become a lot easier, very soon.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, the Los Angeles Lakers superstar could very well be back on the court for the last week of the season. This ultimately means James would play the last three or four games before the play-in. By that point, the Lakers will either be in a position to launch into the playoffs or they will be forced to win out in order to capture 10th place and secure a spot in the play-in. No matter what, this is great for the purple and gold who need as much help as possible.
