Cam’Ron Calls Jordan Poole A “Munch” For $500K Ice Spice Date

Jordan Poole is having a fairly quiet, and somewhat unfortunate, playoffs with the Golden State Warriors. In the first round against the Sacramento Kings, he averaged 12 points in 22.9 minutes. Additionally, that included three games with single-digit points.

He played 30 minutes in the first game of the second round against the Lakers, putting up 22 points. However, his role in that game will be remembered for bricking a late three that would have tied in the game for the Warriors in the final seconds. In Game 2 of the series, he put up six points in 16 minutes during the Lakers win. Now Cam’Ron is sounding off about him.

Cam’Ron Blasts Jordan Poole

During the May 4 episode of his talk show, It Is What It Is, Cam’Ron put Poole on blast. However, it was not just for his playoff performance, but also his reported dating life. “This is not you from last year, bro. Go back to Milwaukee and figure it the fuck out and get back in the playoffs ’cause you look crazy. ‘Cause I had your back last year. You got n-ggas out here talking ’bout, ‘What was all that Jordan Poole you was poppin’?’ You fuckin a munch. Nah, he’s a munch, ’cause I had his back,” Cam’Ron said. The “munch” comments came in reference to reports that Poole took rapper Ice Spice on a $500,000 shopping spree as a first date.

Popularized by Spice herself, a “munch” is an insult directed at “simps”. Furthermore, it is especially applied to those willing to go down on a woman without asking for anything in return. However, we’re going to refrain from turning this article into an essay on cultural misogyny and reciprocal sexual politics to focus on Cam’Ron’s comments. Cam’Ron wasn’t finished, going on to say, What happens is this: when you start dating the Ice Spice’s, the people, they say, ‘Boo watching.’ ‘Let me get all crazy ’cause boo [watching].’ She don’t give a fuck, she from the Bronx, bro … Jordan Poole, next time you go to New York … you’re gon’ see what you spent $500,000 on and be like, ‘Yo, I was wilin’.” Game 3 between the Warriors and Lakers is set for May 6 in Los Angeles.

Colin Cowherd’s Scorching Take On Golden State Warriors Star

Colin Cowherd is making waves once again this week. The fiery radio host is attacking a Golden State Warriors star. On his podcast, The Colin Cowherd Podcast, Cowherd discusses how Jordan Poole was a liability to the Warriors in their loss to the Kings. Specifically, Cowherd talks about Poole’s defensive abilities as being an issue for the Warriors guard. The Kings won an exciting game one over the Warriors 123-120. However, Cowherd is of the camp, that Poole is one of the biggest reasons for the loss.

The popular personality even eludes to Warriors forward Draymond Green discussing the loss. Green believes one of the biggest reasons the Warriors lost was the performance of Mailk Monk. Monk had a monstrous performance in the Kings victory. The former Kentucky star delivered 32 points off the bench for Sacramento. When a bench player delivers like that, it may be an impossible task to earn a victory. To hear Cowherd’s comments on Poole, check out the video below.

Colin Cowherd Has Zero Faith In Jordan Poole

Poole has become the third long-distance shooting threat for the Warriors. Even during Saturday night’s game, Poole delivered with 17 points for his team. However, if the player your guard nearly doubles your output, then you have an issue. Poole and the Warriors will have to have a short memory. Golden State will meet Sacramento in game 2 on Monday night. The atmosphere for game 2 maybe even louder than game 1, as the Kings have a chance to go up 2-0.

Cowherd has a lot of bass in his comments. Yes, Poole’s defensive performance has been abysmal. However, the team has proven they can win a championship with Poole on the floor. However, it is up to Poole to understand how he can change his game for the better. The Warriors will not win a championship this season without the entire team being on the same page. Golden State Warriors Trio Makes NBA History

The Golden State Warriors have become the greatest dynasty of a generation. The leaders of that dynasty since the beginning have been Steph Curry and Klay Thompson. Known as the “Splash Brothers,” the duo has helped change the way basketball has been played. Alongside Draymond Green, the hot shooting duo made history in 2016. The trio made history for the most made threes in one season. A record that was set at 778. However, the team has added another lethal shooter to the roster in, Jordan Poole. Hence why there is a new record holder when it comes to this category.

The newest Warriors trio has destroyed the record Curry, and Thompson once held with Green. Now the record has been set at 788 threes made by one trio. Curry, Thompson, and Poole can be a nightmare to any team on any given night. This record just goes to show that. But now the trio will be looking to make an even bigger splash in the NBA Playoffs. The Warriors will take on the Sacramento Kings in the first round of the playoffs. The Kings have been a fun story for the NBA this season. However, the fun will not be an option when competing against the reigning NBA champions.

Golden State Warriors Trio Is Unstoppable Force

Points will not be hard to come by for either team. The Sacramento Kings were involved in a game this season that saw the most points ever scored in a single game. Therefore, everyone should expect a high-scoring affair in each game played in this series. But a big question will be the health of the Warriors. If Steph Curry isn’t 100%, the Warriors will be in an absolute war in trying to reach the second round. However, the Kings will be a tough challenge with a fully healthy Curry as well.

The Golden State Warriors will continue to rewrite the history books with their talent. Curry is a generational talent surrounded by other talented superstars. Records like this are nice. However, the Warriors are now only interested in adding another ring to their collection. Can the Warriors add a fifth championship to their dynasty? Until someone stops them, they may be hard to deny. Give us your NBA Finals predictions in the comment section. For the latest NBA news, stay locked in right here at HNHH.

Draymond Green Gets Real About Jordan Poole Relationship

Draymond Green was one of the biggest stories at the start of the year. Of course, this was for all of the wrong reasons. If you remember, the Golden State Warriors star punched Jordan Poole during a practice session. Subsequently, the footage leaked online which made everything worse.

Since that time, it seems as though cooler heads have prevailed. Poole and Green still have good chemistry, and the Warriors seem to be improving. However, there are still rumblings about Green’s future. Having punched a teammate, there is no guarantee he is brought back next season.

Draymond Green Speaks

Recently, Green got to speak with Taylor Rooks for Bleacher Report. During this interview, Green spoke at length about his relationship with Poole. As he explained, it is not perfect, however, it is getting considerably better. Needless to say, there are no hard feelings.

“We go to work every day together,” Green said. “Our lockers are right next to each other, that never changed. We ride the same buses together, we change in the same locker room on the road together — none of that has changed. Did it change our relationship, of course. Absolutely. That’s still a work in progress. I’ll always be willing to continue to do that work because I was wrong.”

Green also noted that he is realistic about the situation. For instance, he doesn’t think Poole is going to want to hang out with him outside of the game. It’s a fair point, although this isn’t unique to just them.

Let us know what you thought of the Poole and Green situation, in the comments down below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news from around the sports world.
