Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase, Miami Dolphins defensive tackle Zach Sieler, and Kansas City Chiefs kicker Matthew Wright have been named AFC Offensive, Defensive, and Special Teams Players of the Week, respectively, for their performances in Week 14.

Ja’Marr Chase – Offensive Player of the Week
Chase delivered a standout performance on Monday Night Football, hauling in 14 catches for 177 yards and two touchdowns in the Bengals’ 27-20 victory over the Cowboys. This marked his sixth career game with at least 175 receiving yards, tying for the second-most in NFL history by a player in their first four seasons. Chase, a four-time Offensive Player of the Week, becomes only the fifth wide receiver since 2000 to achieve this milestone, joining Amari Cooper, Larry Fitzgerald, Calvin Johnson, and Julio Jones.

Zach Sieler – Defensive Player of the Week
Sieler anchored the Dolphins’ defense in their 32-26 overtime win against the Jets, recording four tackles and two crucial sacks in the fourth quarter. His dominant performance earned him his first Defensive Player of the Week award, making him the sixth Dolphins defensive lineman to receive the honor. Sieler also became the second former Ferris State player to win a Player of the Week accolade, following Tavierre Thomas.

Matthew Wright – Special Teams Player of the Week
Wright’s clutch kicking sealed the Chiefs’ 19-17 victory over the Chargers on Sunday Night Football. He made all four of his field goal attempts, including the game-winning 31-yard kick as time expired. This is Wright’s second career Special Teams Player of the Week award and his first as a Chief, joining Harrison Butker as the only Chiefs kickers to earn the honor in the past decade. Wright also became the second former UCF kicker to win multiple awards, following Matt Prater.

Ja’Marr Chase Trolls Diddy In Response To Strange Baby Oil Question

Ja’Marr Chase trolled Diddy while speaking with reporters after the Cincinnati Bengals‘ 34-24 win over the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. One reporter brought up his 63-yard touchdown score, during which he shook several tacklers, and jokingly asked whether he was wearing baby oil. In response, Chase seemingly made reference to the recent indictment against Diddy, in which authorities accused him of having 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant in his home during a police raid.

“No,” Chase said in response, as caught by Fox News. “We gotta keep that for somebody else. That’s not my question right there. I did do it as a kid though. You can’t even ask that no more bro. There’s too much going on in life right now with that.”

Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, recently defended his client having so much baby oil during an interview with TMZ. He began by claiming that the number is an exaggeration. “I don’t know what you need 1,000 – one bottle of baby oil goes a long way,” he said. “I don’t know what you’d even need 1,000 for. He has a big house, he buys in bulk. I think they have Costcos in every place where he has a home. Have you sat in the parking lot of a Costco and see what people walk out of there with?” Diddy has already pleaded not guilty to the charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.

Ja’Marr Chase Rocks 7-Eleven Chain During Seattle Seahawks Game After Saying He Is “Always F*****g Open”

The Cincinnati Bengals have been up and down to start the 2023-2024 NFL season. After an abysmal 1-3 record to open the year, Joe Burrow and the rest of the team are starting to find a little bit of rhythm as of late. They are winners of consecutive games, taking out the Arizona Cardinals and the Seattle Seahawks yesterday (October 16). One of the reasons why the AFC North title race is within arm’s reach for the Bengals is because of Ja’Marr Chase. Even though the wide receiver is a dependent position, the top-flight talent was also struggling. That was true, up until the Monday night game against the Los Angeles Rams.

Since that matchup, Ja’Marr Chase has been his normal dominant self. He has hauled in 40 receptions totaling 486 yards and three touchdowns. After the ugly 27-3 loss to the Tennessee Titans, he was extremely candid about his thoughts on the offense has been playing. According to Uproxx, he did believe that he was a part of the problem. Chase made it clear, “I’m open. I’m always f*****g open.”

Ja’Marr Chase Shows Off His 7-Eleven Drip

He certainly has been making himself available for Burrow and they are now 3-3. After those comments a few weeks ago, Ja’Marr is now comparing himself to the gas station chain, 7-Eleven. They are usually always open and so is number 1 for the Bengals. He thought of this idea during his excellent game against Arizona in which he scored three times. Chase decided to live up to this new mantra with a 7-Eleven chain during the Seattle game. 7-Eleven took notice of this and now they are collaborating with merch, too. It includes a hat that contains part of the quote.

What are your initial thoughts on Ja’Marr Chase showing off his 7-Eleven chain during the Bengals matchup with Seattle? Do you think Ja’Marr is the best wide receiver in the NFL right now? Ja’Marr Chase Seeks Restraining Order Against 2021 One-Night Stand, Alleges Long-Standing Harassment

Ja’Marr Chase is one of the stars of a new-look Cincinnati Bengals team. After drafting Joe Burrow first overall in 2020, the Bengals added his top college receiving target fifth overall in 2021. Chase has given the Bengals two 1,000-yard seasons and has made the Pro Bowl in his first two seasons. If he can consistently avoid injuries, he missed five games in 2022, he is set to become an all-time great at his position. Through two seasons, he is already 21st on the Bengals’ list of all-time yardage receivers. Of course, the two names he will be looking to inevitably beat are Chad Johnson and A.J. Green.

But Chase is currently making headlines for a different reason. The wide receiver claims that he and his family have suffered consistent harassment from one Ambar Hunter. Hunter, who goes by Ambar Nicole on social media, has consistently posted accusations about Chase on social media. This has occurred since they engaged in a one-night stand in July 2021. Aside from accusing Chase of stranding at a hotel, Hunter also claims Chase is the father of her child and that Chase abused her.

Of course, Chase has categorically denied all claims made by Hunter. The wideout says that Hunter’s child is not his. Furthermore, he claims that she has refused to allow a DNA test to be conducted to prove this. Additionally, Chase has claimed that despite Hunter reporting his alleged domestic abuse, no law enforcement agency has found credible evidence to support her claims. Now Chase has taken things one step further.

On August 15, Chase filed a motion for a temporary restraining order against Hunter. In the court documents, obtained by TMZ, Chase calls Hunter “unhinged and disturbing”. The documents also state that she is engaging in “calculated and ongoing harassment” against him and his mother. Furthermore, Chase points to a July 2023 incident in which Hunter posted the personal cell numbers of Chase and his mother online to her 18,000 social media followers. “After exhausting every out of court remedy, he was left with no other option. Mr. Chase intends to use all legal options to protect himself and family from this unwarranted harassment. We have no further comment while this matter is pending,” Chase’s attorneys said in a statement.
