Conor McGregor “Raps” During Twitter Beef, Immediately Deletes His Verse

Conor McGregor tried his hand at rapping after getting into a feud on X, formerly Twitter. McGregor posted a 2-minute verse aimed at Scott Moore, a political commentator and battle rapper from Northern Ireland, after Moore called McGregor “a profoundly stupid person”. McGregor’s stilted verse took aim at Moore’s appearance and Northern Irish origin. However, like many of McGregor’s tweets, it was quickly deleted from McGregor’s page. Moore still responded to McGregor’s verse with one of his own, going as far as to essentially call McGregor an English collaborator. However, his call for McGregor to face him in person was short-lived as McGregor simply chose to block him instead.

All of this stemmed from McGregor posting a selfie with the caption “Ireland, your President”. That’s what sparked the original comment from Moore. Furthermore, Moore informed McGregor that it was below the belt to go after his appearances and mannerisms as Moore suffers from a mental health condition that causes him to pick at his skin and is also autistic, meaning there are many mannerisms he can’t control. Unfortunately, the prevailing opinion online was that this was another L for the MMA great.

Conor McGregor Welcomes A Baby Boy

Elsewhere, McGregor announced the birth of his fourth child late last week. “My baby boy is born! Mammy and baby doing amazing, 8.1lbs of prime Irish double champion beef! ❤🙏,” McGregor wrote on Instagram. Dee Devlin, McGregor’s long-time fiancee, gave birth this morning after McGregor announced she was in labor last night. The pregnancy was announced back in June, with the couple already sharing three kids – Conor Jr, Croia, and Rian. Later in the day, McGregor shared another update. “Another chunky healthy boy into the world. Dee, you are my hero ❤🙏,” the MMA fighter wrote on social media.

McGregor and Devlin have been together since around 2008, which also marks the start of McGregor’s MMA career. The couple met at a nightclub in Dublin right before McGregor began to pursue his MMA dream. They got engaged in 2020 and plan to have a wedding in Ireland in the coming years. As for their other kids, McGregor has previously said that Conor Jr is already starting to perfect his MMA moves.

Snoop Dogg Stops By Conor McGregor’s Dublin Pub

Snoop Dogg paid a visit to the Black Forge Inn, the pub owned by Conor McGregor, during his recent trip to Ireland. Snoop linked up with McGregor and his mom the day before he performed in the Irish capital. “Snoop with my mom, happy as hell. Welcome to @theblackforgeinn, Snoop! Good luck with the sold out show tomorrow night!” McGregor wrote on Instagram. The accompanying pictures showed Snoop meeting fans, enjoying a steak and chips, and posing with McGregor’s UFC belt. Snoop also shared a photo of him posing with McGregor.

The trip was less eventful than Snoop’s last international outing. A few weeks ago, Snoop inadvertently recognized Armenian sovereignty over the disputed state of Artsakh. “My beloved Armenian people. I am thinking of you and sending love to all Armenian people in Armenia, Artsakh and around the wor[l]d. I’m bringing love and peace and wishing everyone strength. Im coming, September 23rd!!!!!!” Snoop wrote on Instagram. Artsakh is claimed by both Armenia and Azerbaijan and the current site of a major international incident.

Snoop Praises Barbie

Back in the US, Snoop recently gave a glowing review for Barbie, the smash-hit comedy blockbuster. “Just got back from seeing Barbie. That shit was funny as a muthafucka. Me and my wife was in there laughing like a muthafucka. And you do know that!” Snoop said on his Instagram earlier this month.

Barbie has been an absolute smash hit, becoming the highest-grossing film of 2023 at over $1.4 billion. It has also become the highest-grossing film by a solo female director, Warner Bro’s highest-grossing release, and the 14th highest-grossing film in history. Furthermore, it is also now the highest-grossing live-action comedy of all time. It surpassed Home Alone for the domestic US title and The Hangover Part II for the global title. The film only really struggled in markets like South Korea and Japan. This was due to factors such as the film’s feminist message, the lack of Barbie’s cultural presence, and backlash to the Barbieheimer trend.

Kanye West And Steve Lacy Hug It Out After Ireland Concert

Kanye West remains in Europe, having spent the past few months in Italy with his partner Bianca Censori. However, recent pictures show that West made the 1050-mile trip to Stradbally, Ireland. West was visiting the tiny Irish town to attend the Electric Picnic Festival, an arts and music event that was been held annually since 2004. Furthermore, West’s attendance was highlighted by a picture of the rapper hugging musician Steve Lacy. Lacy first gained prominence as the guitarist of The Internet. However, he has been cultivating a serious solo career for himself over the last few years. His sophomore album, 2022’s Gemini Rights, peaked at #7 on the Billboard 200.

West and Lacy have been friends for some time, getting matching tattoos along with Lil Uzi Vert in 2022. However, Lacy appeared to distance himself from West after the latter’s infamous anti-Semitic tirades on social media. Despite this, there does not appear to be any bad blood between the pair. At least, that’s the assumption based on the photos now circulating online. Furthermore, fans were excited to see the two reunite. Many fans are now hoping that Lacy will feature on the album that West is reportedly preparing to release this year. That would be a chance of pace, as Lacy said the pair “had no plans to work on music together” when asked about the possibility last year.

However, West’s appearance in Ireland was significant for another reason. The Italian public has reportedly been growing more and more discontent with West’s behavior while in the nation. First, there was significant outrage after he and Censori stepped out in sheer outfits. Both their outfits left almost nothing to the imagination. Italy, despite holding a cultural stereotype about sexual permissiveness, is a deeply Catholic nation. This engrained cultural faith was cited as a major reason for the outrage against the couple. However, it may be West’s most recent actions that made it seem like a good idea to leave the country for a while.

Earlier this week, a fresh wave of outrage was directed at West. He was spotted mooning tourists while riding on a riverboat. Later in the same boat ride, West appeared to be the recipient of a sexual act from Censori while fully in view of the general public. This led to more hatred of the couple from the Italian population. Some went as far as to call for the couple’s arrest and deportation. While it is believed that West traveled to Ireland willingly, it also seems that getting out of Italy for a little while might have been the right idea.
