Bow Wow Slammed For Eluding to Missing Diddy Parties: ‘There was no motion, no parties, nowhere to go’

Screen Shot 2024 10 14 at 3.55.49 PM

Sometimes you have to know how to read the room. Anyway, here we go … Bow Wow recently faced backlash for comments he made about missing Diddy’s parties, a statement that sparked criticism in light of Diddy’s current legal troubles. The 37-year-old rapper, known for stirring controversy, expressed nostalgia for Diddy’s events during an appearance on Rocsi Diaz’s More To The Story podcast.

However, his remarks were poorly received, considering Diddy’s recent arrest and legal battles involving allegations of rape, sex trafficking, and other charges.

Here’s what he said …

“Bruh supposed to be on a 250-foot yacht with his wife, legs up, chilling,” Bow Wow said. “It seems unreal at times. Me and Jermaine [Dupri] spoke about it, and I was like, ‘I never thought we would see him in this position. Ever.’ He’s like the gatekeeper to the game. To the point where… BET Awards weekend? The past two, they just didn’t feel right ’cause there was no motion, no parties, nowhere to go.”

Bow Wow emphasized that he wasn’t referring to the infamous “freak offs” mentioned in federal investigations. “I said, ‘Jermaine, there’s no parties!’” he added. “You feel it, it’s like a hole. He was everything Hip-Hop! For that to die out, you just would have never thought… It’s sad and it’s messed up that we gotta witness this.”

His comments did not sit well with many online users. He got cooked TBH.

One user on X (formerly Twitter) commented, “Fiending for Diddy parties is crazy. Dude should have just stayed quiet.” Another user criticized Bow Wow personally, recalling a disappointing club appearance: “Get a load of this loser. We booked him at the club and he couldn’t even give his liquor away… A Diddy party may actually be his best bet.” A third user tersely added, “Send him back to the orphanage.”

Obviously, in the spirit of not reading the room, the timing of Bow Wow’s remarks is especially problematic, as Diddy is currently facing serious legal charges, including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. His legal troubles began when his ex-girlfriend, Cassie, filed a lawsuit against him in November 2023, accusing him of rape and trafficking. Although the case was settled out of court for an undisclosed sum, it led to more allegations from other women.

SEE IT: Podcaster Andrew Schulz Laughs in Trump’s Face After Former POTUS Calls Himself ‘Truthful Person’ on ‘Flagrant’ Podcast

Screen Shot 2024 10 09 at 5.48.14 PM

Trump truthful? Insert ALL the laughing emojis! Okay, now that we have contained ourselves, the statement went down during a wild interview on the Flagrant podcast, hosted by comedian and host, Andrew Schulz. Former President Donald Trump sparked laughter from Schulz when he actually described himself as, wait for it … “a truthful person.”

“I’m basically a truthful person,” Trump claimed to Schulz and co-host Akaash Singh, while discussing various topics including a claim made by Vice President Kamala Harris that he opposed in vitro fertilization (IVF). Trump strongly denied the accusation, saying, “I’m against IVF … They know it’s untrue. So many different things,” as he accused Democrats and the media of spreading lies about him.

This is funny. We are really enjoying this but it get’s better.

Trump continued by wildly addressing the auto industry, which Obama saved btw, asserting that his warnings about China taking over if the U.S. fully shifts to electric vehicles had been misrepresented. “The ‘bloodbath’; that was about the auto industry. China’s going to take all our auto business if we go all electric and all this stuff. The Head of the Union I said is a fool. He sold the union down,” Trump explained. He also boasted about his support among labor groups: “I’m doing great with it. You notice where the Teamsters like me. The workers like me … Even unions that have never been with a Republican before are endorsing me. I mean, it’s incredible. The Teamsters voted 61% in favor of Trump … the FBI would be in … I think almost everybody would be in favor. But they lie and say, and they know it’s a lie.”

Despite Trump’s claims, Schulz’s amused reaction showed skepticism, especially when Trump avoided directly answering Schulz’s follow-up about what he meant by being “a truthful person.” And amused is putting it lightly.

The discussion, insert more laughing emojis, moved on to lighter topics, including Trump’s reflections on assassination attempts and how he handles public life.

Speaking about a previous incident where he was shot at, Trump acknowledged that “it wasn’t a good feeling” but added, “I have an attitude — it’s interesting. It’s sort of, it is what it is. Does that make any sense to you guys? You do what you have to do.” Trump noted that his return to Butler, Pennsylvania, after the incident drew a crowd of over 108,000 people, emphasizing his belief that it was important to go back.

Yes, Trump was shot. And yes, Trump has the fastest healing ear in the history of humankind.

On a more personal note, Trump opened up about raising his children and teaching them ambition:

“I’ve seen a lot of wealthy families where the kids mostly don’t work out too well. Some don’t turn out to be bad kids, but they end up hating the father or the father maybe wanted him in business,” Trump shared. Reflecting on his own father, he said, “My father was so proud of me. He was a successful guy. But my father wanted me to be more successful. He was so proud of all the things. I wish he could have seen what happened, because we did things. He was just a proud father.”

Proud dad moment from Trump. We’re running out of laughing emojis over here.

Turning back to politics, because Trump is running for POTUS, again, he commented on his former running mate Mike Pence, who distanced himself from Trump in his second run for the presidency. “He and I had a very good relationship,” Trump remarked. However, he criticized Pence for not following his lead in contesting the 2020 election results. “He couldn’t cross the line of doing what was right, in my opinion … I think he’s a good man. I think he’s unfortunately… I wish he would have had the stamina, maybe, the courage, maybe both, to go further because we have to have honest elections in our country and if we’re afraid to challenge an election, we’re in big trouble.”

We’re not going to touch on Pence where his cult, oops we mean followers we’re chanting “Hang Mike Pence” during the Jan 6 attempt to overthrow the government but we will let you see this “interview” for yourselves … Enjoy.

SEE IT: Dame Dash Proclaims Jay-Z Was ‘Morally Wrong’ to Collab With R-Kelly On Groundbreaking ‘Best of Both Worlds’ Album

Screen Shot 2024 10 09 at 5.29.58 PM

Dame Dash, the outspoken former Rockafella Records honcho, has openly distanced himself from Best of Both Worlds, the 2002 collaboration album between JAY-Z and R. Kelly, citing strong moral objections to Hova working with the controversial, now incarcerated singer.

It all went down in an interview on the American Nu Network YouTube channel on October 7, Dash reflected on the project and emphasized his discomfort due to R. Kelly’s reputation and history, particularly given Dash’s relationship at the time with the late R&B star Aaliyah, who had been involved with Kelly as a minor. The thought of that entire ordeal, now that we know what we know about Kelly is absolutely disturbing.

“It’s morally wrong to do a project with someone that we know raped my girl or raped anybody for that matter,” Dash said, expressing his strong ethical stance against working with Kelly.

Get this, Dash explained that despite the significance of the album, he wanted to distance himself from the project entirely. “I do know when that project did come out, I didn’t want any part of that project. I didn’t want any of the money to go to Roc-A-Fella or me when it came to Roc-A-Fella.”

What’s interesting when you think back, Dash further elaborated that this period marked the beginning of a separation between him and JAY-Z, saying, “It was around the time that Jay was trying to kind of separate himself from us… I wasn’t diluting.” He noted that a mutual friend, Deuce, had also advised against the collaboration, further confirming Dash’s decision to stay away from it.

Check this, we didn’t know but Dash allowed JAY-Z to keep all profits from the album, making it clear that he was prioritizing his moral stance over financial gain. “I had no involvement,” he emphasized, underscoring his desire to dissociate from the project. That part.

Just to remind ya’ll, this is not the first time Dash has voiced his discomfort with working with R. Kelly. In 2019, during an interview with Nick Cannon, he revealed that he refused to appear in any scenes with Kelly in the music video for the 2001 single “Fiesta” featuring JAY-Z.

Here’s the full interview, if you want more details from his conversation on American Nu Network

See It: Ray J Launches New Show ‘The Reality Check News’ Them Rants About Diddy Allegations

Screen Shot 2024 10 09 at 3.14.41 PM

Ray J is back in the chat when it comes to Diddy. It all went down during the latest episode of his show, The Reality Check News, where the 43-year-old weighed in on the allegations surrounding Combs who is accused with all types of heinous acts and is currently incarcerated awaiting trial.

“Diddy was my friend,” Ray J plainly stated. The rising mogul reflected on his personal relationship with the embattled music mogul. He then questioned the nature of the accusations. “What do you do when you’ve never seen all this sh*t that people are talking about? Do you believe it? Everybody’s innocent until proven guilty.”

Now get this, as the discussion progressed, Ray J’s commentary took a graphic turn, particularly as he addressed the allegations that Combs had engaged in non-consensual homosexual acts.

“Do you forgive somebody for taking somebody’s a?” he asked, as an image of Combs appeared during the broadcast. “There’s a lot of people out here taking from people. People are getting robbed of not only their money and their spirituality, they’re getting robbed of their womanhood and manhood. Aes are being taken in ways that nobody can explain.”

Ray J continued in a joking manner, regarding Combs’ alleged stockpile of baby oil and lubricant, humorously announcing his own plans to market a personal lubricant called “Ray-Y Jelly.”

“I see a lot of jokes out there right now talking about baby oil,” he remarked. “Everybody got a joke about baby oil or lube. Is that okay? Is that the message?”

All jokes aside didn’t Ray J say Diddy needed an exorcism after the Cassie video went viral?

From our recollection he said: “And it’s not and it’s not something that ni**as can just take lightly. You cannot do that. Not OK. It’s not cool. Period. [The video] was heartbreaking and shameful and unacceptable I’ve never seen nothing like that. I’ve never seen nothing like that in the history of my life, so that’s a new [one] for me. I don’t know what kind of demon you are, but somebody need to muthaf**kin’ perform an exorcism fast.”

Despite the jokes mixed in with his rant, Ray J hinted that the issue goes far beyond Combs, implying that other influential figures in the entertainment industry were guilty of similar misconduct. He suggested that these individuals could soon face public exposure.

“I’m exhausted with the people in this industry that have power who are abusing the power,” Ray J said emphatically. “I can say a lot of names… I won’t today but I will soon.”

Okay Ray J, we hear you. Let’s see what happens next. In the mean time, here’s his interview on his own show. Great marketing btw …

LeBron Doesn’t Agree With Opinions on Tom Brady’s Broadcasting: “He’s been great so far”

IMG 8881

Everybody has an opinion and LeBron’s matters.
If you’ve been paying attention to the start to the NFL season, Patriots legend Tom Brady made his broadcasting debut on September 8 during the Cleveland Browns vs. Dallas Cowboys game. Widely regarded as one of the greatest players in NFL history, Brady was signed by Fox with a lucrative deal to serve as a color commentator. Unfortunately, his first appearance in the booth drew mixed reviews.

Some critics, including renowned sportscaster Dan Patrick, highlighted areas where Brady struggled. “There were pauses, his cadence wasn’t smooth, there was very little synchronicity,” Patrick commented. “He needed to be more like he’s at the line of scrimmage… You need to see it, say it, get out.”

Anyway, NBA GOAT, arguably, LeBron James stepped up in his defense. During an appearance on DraftKings’ GoJo & Golic show, James was asked about the possibility of following in Brady’s footsteps after his own playing career.

“He’s been great so far,” James said, offering support for Brady’s transition to broadcasting.

Get this, James hasn’t committed to becoming a full-time sportscaster after his NBA career, he did express interest in possibly making a guest appearance in the booth here and there.

Whatever the future holds for LeBron James in the sports casting booth, one thing for sure he’s still hooping as a top player in the league… And thinks Tom Brady is doing just fine.

Method Man Sounds Off on Diddy Declaring Mogul’s Legal Problems Don’t “have anything to do with Hip-Hop”

IMG 8880

Method Man has entered the chat with the Diddy mess. The Wu-Tang Clan icon turned actor has utterly dismissed the idea that Diddy’s serious legal problems signify some sort of decline of hip-hop.

The hot take went down during an encounter with our friends at TMZ outside ABC Studios in New York City.

“I don’t think that it has anything to do with hip-hop,” Method Man said in response to the suggestion. “What are we talking about really?”

The Power actor went on to explain that there is no connection between Diddy’s legal issues and the genre itself, drawing a comparison to how people have continued to separate the artist from the person, referencing R. Kelly.

“It has nothing to do with hip-hop…at all,” he reiterated. “So, I don’t see the correlation whatsoever. If we’re talking about creative and music and stuff like that, there’s still people listening to R. Kelly shit.”

ICYMI, Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, was arrested on federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering earlier this week. If convicted, the 54-year-old faces a minimum of 25 years in prison. Diddy attempted to secure his release with a $50 million bail package, offering his $48 million Star Island mansion and his mother’s $2 million Miami home as collateral. However, the request was denied.

Tyrese Gibson Not Feeling Fellow ‘Baby Boy’ Cast Member Ving Rhames

image

“Jody, Jody,” IYKYK from “Baby Boy” star Tyrese Gibson recently revealed the intense animosity he still harbors towards his co-star Ving Rhames. Wait, so they really had beef?

Get this, in an appearance on the “Million Dollaz Worth of Game” podcast, Gibson opened up about the lingering effects of their on-screen rivalry, admitting that his hatred for Rhames extends far beyond the movie set. They’re killing that podcast btw. Always great content.

Basically, Gibson explained that his portrayal of Jody was deeply personal, as it mirrored his own experiences growing up with a single mother. Rhames, who played Melvin, the tough ex-con boyfriend of Jody’s mother, brought a level of realism to the role that Gibson found triggering. “I was not acting in “Baby Boy”,” Gibson told podcast hosts Gillie Da Kid and Wallo. “That ni””a Ving Rhames definitely triggered the sh”t out of me. I don’t like the ni””a to this day.”

Look, ya’ll remember the infamous headlock scene, right? We do! It was CLASSIC. So if that triggers Gibson, we get it.

The “Fast and Furious” went on to describe how his resentment towards Rhames persists even in social settings, years after the film’s release.

“I run into that ni””a to this day. I don’t give a f””k where we at, what clothes we got on, what we doing, what event — it could be the Golden Globes — I see that ni””a across the room I be like, ‘Man, f””k that ni””a back there,’” Gibson confessed.

Basically it’s on sight, as they say.

“Baby Boy”, considered a cultural classic, was directed by the late John Singleton, was a commercial success, grossing nearly $30 million worldwide and becoming a cult classic. The film also starred Taraji P. Henson, Snoop Dogg, and Omar Gooding, among others.

Maybe they should meet up and figure it out. They both kind of up there to have that kind of energy. Just saying.
