The Nike MLB City Connect Series celebrates each club’s personality, traditions, and values that bring its fans together. The Los Angeles Angels’ design pays homage to the team’s illustrious past while also pushing the boundaries of what a baseball uniform may be. The Angels City Connect uniform features vintage-influenced design elements in a tribute to throwback baseball and surf stylings and is inspired by Southern California’s beach lifestyle. The uniform, which will make its on-field debut on June 11th, brings the beach to the ballpark by promoting year-round sunshine and surf culture.

The Nike Los Angeles Angels City Connect Jersey pays homage to the beach culture of Southern California. Thanks to popular music, television, and movies, the year-round sunshine, and surf culture formed a big part of the area’s character during the 1950s and 1960s. The uniform features vintage-inspired design components in homage to old baseball and surf stylings. The aesthetic highlights the best of Southern California’s beach-side influences, from the free-flowing cursive chest graphics to the consistent numerals inspired by the simplicity of coastal lifeguard tower labels.

The base hue is inspired by Southern California’s endless sandy beaches, while the blue numbers reflect the Pacific Ocean. The palm leaf on the sleeve patch is evocative of California’s characteristic palm trees. The left sleeve contains two bands that are a tribute to the asymmetric stripes typically found on mid-century surfboards. The Nike Los Angeles Angels City Connect Jersey brings the beach mood to the field when you visit the Big A after a day on the beach.

The Colorado Rockies, Houston Astros, Kansas City Royals, Los Angeles Angels, Milwaukee Brewers, San Diego Padres, and Washington Nationals are among the seven new MLB teams for the 2022 season. You can see the design for the Angels below.

The long-awaited Reebok Answer IV “Tunnel” (GX6235, $150) will be available via Reebok and select stores on Friday, May 27.

Allen Iverson’s iconic Answer IV comes to life in honor of his infamous ‘tunnel walk’ tribute to Philadelphia during the 2001 playoffs. The shoe has a white tumbled leather and green pearlized leather upper, reflective elements, a limited-edition I3-branded durag lining, and a tattoo sock liner that reads “Only the Strong Survive.”

The purpose of this gear collection is to encourage young athletes to wear “More Than An Athlete” as a badge of honor both on and off the field. Billie Eilish Steps up Her Sneaker Game with new Air Force 1 Release

Kanye West and Billie Eilish may not see eye-to-eye on much, but one thing they have in common (aside from being chart-topping artists) is the fact that they now both have their own sneaker line.

While Ye has been in the sneaker game for quite some time with his Yeezy line, Eilish only recently entered the game with her neon green Air Jordan KO and most recently, with the debut of her Air Force 1 High last month. Now it appears that a Billie Eilish x Nike Air Force 1 Low is about to drop as well.

Eilish, who is one of the rare female artists with her own sneaker collection, has definitely imprinted her style in the Air Force 1 High, an oversized chunky style featuring five mid-foot straps over the laces. The entire upper (including the Nike swoosh) is a beige-ish colorway that she simply calls “mushroom.” (The sneaker is largely made with eco-friendly and recycled materials.)

A first glance at the Low model shows a departure from the monochromatic style of the High with two slightly different colorways on the upper in a block-like pattern overlaid by the Nike swoosh. Instagram account @solebyjc shared a sneak peek of the latest drop, which as of yet, has no release date.

PUMA and Dunkin’ have teamed up to create a special collaboration inspired by America’s favorite iced coffee, which includes two limited-edition footwear versions.

The legendary GV Special and the Triple basketball sneaker are included in the all-new PUMA x Dunkin’ collaboration. Bold co-branding, unmistakable bursts of pink and orange, and elements reminiscent of Dunkin’s signature iced coffee cup characterize the silhouettes.

The designs will be available on PUMA.com, as well as at the PUMA NYC flagship store and Dick’s Sporting Goods, beginning on Dunkin’s “Iced Coffee Day,” Wednesday, May 25.

Dunkin’ Donuts Ice Coffee Day was developed to offer delight to children in local hospitals around the United States. To commemorate the occasion, the companies have donated PUMA x Dunkin’ sneaker models to hospitals across the country.

New Balance and Joe Freshgoods unveil “Inside Clothes,” a campaign announcing the arrival of the New Balance x Joe Freshgoods 90/60, as a follow-up to “Outside Clothes,” which debuted in August 2021. The Joe Freshgoods 90/60 will be available exclusively on May 13th and globally, commencing May 30th, for a suggested retail price of $180 as the brand’s latest performance and running-inspired lifestyle silhouette.

The 90/60 model incorporates technology from the 990 series and early Millenium running shapes. The 90/60 takes traditional components like the diamond shape and N detail and applies a modern approach to the new look, staying loyal to the 990 legacy. Robinson, who is known for his exquisite use of color, used soft nude and sky blue colors to evoke the warmth of Black homes.
