Yung Miami needs zero help making headlines. However, it’s not her hit talk show Caresha Please that has fans raving. Although her talk show has made for many memorable moments. From talks of golden showers from music moguls to light-hearted chats with Meaghan The Stallion, it’s easy to see how Yung Miami can’t stay out of the headlines. This time around the one half of City Girls has come out in an interview with The Cut discussing things fans have been dying to know. In the interview Yung Miami confirmed that the album would be dropping this summer, but kept the exact release date on the hush-hush.
When asked about the album’s release, Miami responded in classic City Girls fashion, “I don’t know like, it’s coming and it will sometime this summer-for real, for real, for real.” She continued, “When you’re doing a project, takes time. We’re trying to sit through it and make sure that’s what we want to put out. It’s gonna hit different.” Not only that she initially cleared that air confirming that her relationship with Diddy has ended along with clarifying her “golden shower” comments that had “Pee Diddy” trending on the internet. Yung Miami told the publication that she never said Diddy was the one she did it with but mentioned that sex is a part of life. Although, she did admit that maybe she does talk about it too much, but hey everyone’s got their own experiences.
Fans have been waiting eagerly and somewhat patiently for a new City Girls album. Especially after their stellar performance at the 2023 Dreamville Festival. Furthermore, the premier of their docuseries RapCaviar Presents, on Hulu aired on March 30th stirring up even more buzz for the rap duo. The CityGirls are scheduled to perform at Rolling Loud Miami on July 22nd. Fans are speculating that will be when Yung Miami and JT make their return.

Last Sunday, Latto’s Coachella set included a slew of guest rappers, including Lola Brooke, Saweetie, and TiaCorine. So, who is TiaCorine?
TiaCorine is a rapper and singer from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, who’s currently signed to South Coast Music Group, the same label that houses fellow breakout stars DaBaby and Toosii. She’s part Japanese, Black, and indigenous (her mother is Shoshone), and incorporates sounds and traditions from all three heritages into her genre-bending work. According to her bio on South Coast’s artist page, she graduated at the top of her class from Winston-Salem State University despite taking a year off after having a baby daughter.
She first received national attention after releasing the single “Lotto,” an upbeat, pop-inflected party song whose singsong quality belies its low-key menacing nature. After signing to SCMG, she released her debut album, The Saga Of 34Corine in May 2021, following up with I Can’t Wait last September. She’s also released a pair of EPs, 34Corine and Pussy, growing her sparkling, style-warping catalog.
Earlier this year, two tracks from I Can’t Wait began making noise: “Chaka Khan,” the initial focus track, sounds like cyberpunk Nintendo game driven by playful boasts. However, it was “Freaky T” that truly took off, garnering millions of streams and views on YouTube. With Latto’s support on the upcoming “Freaky T” remix, it’s likely her profile is going to rise in the coming months as the “Big Energy” star brings her spotlight to the North Carolina breakout.

Frank Ocean’s Coachella 2023 performance from last weekend has received criticism. Even Ocean himself wasn’t fully satisfied with the show, as he later said in a statement, “It was chaotic. There is some beauty in chaos. It isn’t what I intended to show but I did enjoy being out there and I’ll see you soon.”
Not everybody hated Ocean’s performance, though. Justin Bieber wrote of it, “I was blown away by Frank Oceans Coachella performance,” adding, “It made me want to keep going and get better as an artist.” Now, Bieber collaborator Benny Blanco has also weighed in and he agrees.
A TMZ reporter caught up with Blanco yesterday (April 19) in Beverly Hills, and when they brought up the backlash Ocean has faced, Blanco said of the performance, “I loved it. It was incredible. […] So inspiring on so many levels. Incredible. One of my favorite shows I’ve ever seen.” He also called the set the “best performance of the weekend.”
Blanco seemed unaware of the criticism Ocean was facing, as he noted, “I don’t read the internet.” The video ends with Blanco avoiding questions about Ocean’s canceled second-weekend set and whether or not he should have “sucked it up” and performed through his injury.

His tease involved a short clip of presumably the music video on his Instagram page, which gives fans a lot with a little. Furthermore, it features Lily Rose-Depp as the star of their upcoming TV show “The Idol” from HBO. Kendrick Perkins is the latest media personality to weigh in on Dillon Brooks’ recent comments about LeBron James. After Wednesday night’s victory over the Lakers, Brooks had some strong words for James. The Grizzlies forward claims that he isn’t worried about LeBron during the team’s playoff series. Including calling the Lakers superstar old. Brooks’ comments have sent a tidal wave over the sports media landscape. It is not often someone calls out a player of James’ caliber in this fashion. Perkins believes Brooks might have bitten off more than he can chew.
On Thursday’s edition of NBA on ESPN, Perkins doesn’t believe Brooks is ready for the beast that he has awakened. “That bear is coming; that bear is LeBron James. … He didn’t poke the bear, he poured honey on himself.” James hasn’t played like an older man during the series. Even in the Game 2 loss, James dropped 28 points and secured 12 rebounds. Those numbers were good enough to lead the team in both categories. The events that occurred on the set of Rust in October 2021 were extremely tragic. During the filming of the upcoming Western, a live round was discharged from a prop revolver. This happened as Alec Baldwin, the film’s lead and executive producer, attempted to demonstrate a holster draw as part of a scene. This resulted in the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Director Joel Souza was also injured in the incident. The production was shut down and the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office began an in-depth investigation.
A lot of information was made public in the aftermath of the incident. Gutierrez-Reed and Halls were both revealed to have had previous complaints relating to their firearm negligence. The incident also occurred during discussions about a production staff strike, specifically for the IATSE union, to which several Rust production staff members belonged. Finally, the FBI contested Baldwin’s claim that he did not pull the trigger on the prop gun. Firearms specialists showed the gun could not have been fired without pulling the trigger, and there was no mechanical failure.
However, Baldwin will no longer go to trial as his charges have been dropped. “We are pleased with the decision to dismiss the case against Alec Baldwin and we encourage a proper investigation into the facts and circumstances of this tragic accident,” said attorneys for Alec Baldwin. It is unclear if Gutierrez-Reed will still face trial for her charges. Filming on Rust also resumed this week, moving from New Mexico to the Yellowstone Film Ranch. The change was necessitated after the production was fined $100,000 for multiple safety violations, as deemed by the State of New Mexico. According to reports, the production will not use working weapons or live ammunition going forwards. It is unclear when Rust will premiere.
