Quotable Lyrics

I just hope you understand, yeah
I know you be talkin’ to your friends
Ooh yeah, tired
In the field, one-sided
Little misguided
But I ain’t lookin’ for no side d*ck
I know I be f*ckin’ up the plans
I just wanna say it in advance

Trippie Redd Delivers “Betrayal” Ft. Drake

After pulling his Drake feature from Trip At Knight at the last minute, Trippie Redd has delivered. Trippie was just boasting to Zane Lowe about linking with the OVO Sound mogul and then, just like that, Drake’s addition to the project vanished. Fans stormed social media with questions, and rather than come with excuses, Trippie dropped the track less than an hour ago.

The feature is an unusual look for Drake as he melts into Trippie’s sound and fans are debating whether or not it complements Drizzy’s flow. “He’s a perfectionist,” Trippie said his collaborator. “Just back and forth talking to each other, trying to figure out what we going to do for the record and sh*t. Honestly, he’s just very, I don’t know. He likes to keep his sh*t perfect. He wants to make sure we have the best song we could possibly have for this moment.”

Stream “Betrayal” and let us know what you think.

And my brother whippin’ up them kilos, I told him “F*ck the game”
Twin Glocks, Max Payne, kickin’ sh*t, Johnny Cage

Tiffany Haddish Warns Of Scammers Using Her Foundation To Steal Information

There will always be someone trying to get over on the public with their next scam, and someone tried using Tiffany Haddish to do it. The comedic actress founded the She Ready Foundation, an organization that gives aid to youth in foster care as well as young adults out of the foster system looking to find work, internship programs, or higher education.

While this seems like an amazing foundation, Haddish shared a video to Instagram stating that someone has been emailing her contacts in an effort to attain their personal information.

“For the last two weeks, I’ve been getting messages from friends of mine telling me that my foundation, the She Ready Foundation, has been emailing them, asking for their personal information to volunteer,” said Haddish. The actress said that if anyone receives a real email from her foundation, they will see the names of individuals with “shereadyfoundation.org”, not a generic sender.

“This email has been coming from an agency,” she added, stating that she didn’t want to name the company because she didn’t want to give them publicity. Haddish told any victims of the scam to report the company “because they are trying to take people’s identities.” She added, “They’re out here trying to steal, and I don’t like that they’re trying to steal based off of these foster kids. That is wrong and not okay.”

Haddish then prayed for—or cursed—the people responsible for the scam and continued to warn the public. Check out her video below.

Bobby Shmurda Reacts To Boosie Badazz Looking For Him: “I’m Out Here Workin’!”

He was looking for Bobby Shmurda and the New York rapper answered the call. Boosie Badazz may be a Rap veteran with millions of fans, but at the core, he’s an entertainer who consistently shares social media posts that go viral. We previously reported on Boosie uploading a video that showed he had touched down in New York City, and as he relished in all that the Big Apple had to offer, he made it clear that he wanted to link with Bobby Shmurda.

“Shmurda!” he yells while on the street. “I wanna dance. I need my drop, I wanna dance. I’m trying to put you on a jet.” People stuck in traffic recognized him and showed Boosie love as he paid respect to the City.

Meanwhile, Shmurda saw Boosie’s post and issued a response with one of his own. It looks as if Bobby has been busy and he filmed himself dripping in sweat while standing in front of a private jet. “I’m working Boos. We comin’ back right now!” Shmurda said in the clip. He and his entourage, including two women, hopped out of a limousine and were about to catch the flight.

Shmurda pointed the camera at the ladies and told them to let Boosie know they’re hard at work before he signed off. We can only imagine what a night out in New York City what these two would be like. Swipe below to check out both of their videos.

Sidney Starr Claims She DMed DaBaby To Help Him With LGBTQIA Scandal

She was behind the lies about Chingy that caused one of the rapper’s biggest scandals, and now Sidney Starr is continuing her entertainment career with reality television. The Baddies: ATL star has been making headlines over her rocky season on the Zeus network series, but many years ago, Sidney, a transwoman, came forward with claims that she had been carrying on a secret two-year relationship with the rapper. She later admitted to lying, but Chingy’s career was affected and was never the same.

During a recent virtual interview with WGCI, Sidney was asked about reality television, her dating life, and her thoughts on DaBaby’s recent scandal regarding his homophobic remarks. She gave her advice while admitting that she reached out to the rapper.

“All I’mma say is, just don’t make the same mistakes twice. So, DaBaby he gon’ have to deal with the repercussions,” said Starr. “He’ll be fine in about a year or two. Let’s just…make sure you watch your mouth and then now you gotta be more LGBT friendly. So, in my opinion, sh*t, I actually DMed him. I said, ‘Baby now, you need to befriend a popular trans woman like myself. Let’s be friends. Hang out. So you can show the world that you cool with the community.”

“Hang out with me. Told him that this—you ain’t [a] homophobe. You not transphobe,” she continued. “Let’s hang out. Let’s get some drinks, you know.” Unfortunately for Starr, she didn’t receive a response from the rapper. We’re not sure if DaBaby read the message, but you can check out Sidney Starr’s interview with Chicago’s WGCI below.

Bill Maher Goes Off On Smartphones, Claims They Make People “Bullies”

They have been a leading force in the technology game for decades but not everyone is a fan of Apple’s products. Bill Maher took to his show to blast the popular iPhone company following the news that they would be implementing new policies, including scanning phones to crack down on child pornography.

While this on the surface seems like a move that would be accepted by the masses, many find this to be a strategic invasion of privacy. In a world filled with conspiracy theories and distrust of governments, Maher is unenthused with the news and took to his show to vent.

Maher called Apple’s decision a “blatant constitutional breach,” adding “Our phones should be like our wallets or purses: private. What about probable cause? What about the 4th Amendment?”

Then, Maher extended his displeasure to include all users of smartphones. “Apple should admit that the problem with their phones isn’t just what people store on them. It’s that they make people into assh*les,” he said. “No other device has ever commanded our attention the way a smartphone does.”

“Phones make people live fake lives,” Maher added. It is unclear if he has a smartphone of his own. “It’s more important to get a picture of you having a good time than actually having a good time… Phones make people bullies. Angrier. More vitriolic. More racist online than they would ever dream of being if they had to say those things to someone’s face. The phone made us passive-aggressive to our friends and hyper-aggressive to total strangers. Even texting is too confrontational now for most people. We don’t engage with our friends. We just walk away…just ghost them.

The internet responded by telling Maher that he was incorrect with his assessment about Apple’s new policy while saying that he should have directed his remarks to social media users, not people with smartphones. Check out a few responses below.

Soulja Boy Blasts Atari Over Ownership Claims: “Y’all Know What The F*ck I Meant!”

It was just yesterday (August 19) when Soulja Boy seemed to make the grand declaration that he was the new owner of Atari. The legendary gaming system hasn’t been a frontrunner in the industry in quite some time, however, Atari’s influence on gaming culture is well-documented. According to the viral rapper, he purchased the video game company and was looking forward to selling Soulja Boy Game.

“We about to sell the company for, like, what was it, 100… I think I’m gonna get $140 million,” the rapper said at the time. “I’m finally getting $140 million from Soulja Boy Game, so… Atari reached out and I just signed a deal with Atari… I signed two deals with Atari… I’m the owner. The first rapper to own a video game company. We gonna take it to the next level… just like we did with Soulja Boy Game.”

Atari returned with a response today where they denied Soulja’s claim and it didn’t sit well with the Rap mogul. “First of all, n*gga, f*ck Atari, n*gga. Second of all, n*gga, I been making millions from my Soulja Boy Game console, minding my own business, Atari y’all p*ssy ass called me and said y’all wanted me to revamp y’all company. B*tch ass n*gga! Y’all know what the f*ck I meant when I said I’m owning Atari. Atari is a publicly-traded company. Can’t no one man own the sh*t.”

He told the company not to reach out to him for promotions and called them a “dead ass video game company.” Soulja Boy also showed off a contract where it looks as if he was paid a million in cryptocurrency while boasting that he has receipts for all of his interactions with Atari. Watch the 10-minute rant below.

Ice-T Mourns Death Of Film Producer Taheim Bryan: “MFs Killed My Friend”

Gun violence has hit too close to home for Ice-T and the Rap icon is publicly grieving the loss of his friend and collaborator. Last year, the film Equal Standard was released—a movie that starred and was co-written by Ice-T. The gang-cop flick was also helmed by Joseph “Taheim” Bryan who partnered with Ice-T to pen the screenplay, and on Friday (August 20), the Law & Order star shared on social media that Bryan had been murdered.

The New York Post reports that it was approximately 11:15 p.m. on Thursday when Bryan was gunned down while sitting inside of his 2021 Mercedes-Benz in New York City.

The outlet states that the shooter fired around seven shots into Bryan’s vehicle, striking him “four times in the arm and torso” before fleeing the scene. Reports state that the shooter was dropped off near Bryan’s location before the attack began. Bryan had just returned to his Jackson Heights, Queens home and was outside of the Jackson Park luxury apartments when attacked.

“MFs Killed my friend last night.I’m not in a good place behind this.Taheim was a GOOD dude making Positive moves,” Ice-T shared on Twitter. “He wrote & we made the film EqualStandard together. He leaves a Wife&Daughter.Dirty MFs followed him home and Murdered him.”

Hours later, Ice-T added, “People ask what makes you Cold… Murder makes you cold, losing friends and family to the streets makes you Cold.. You can’t tell me sh*t about PTSD. How many of your friends have been Murdered? It changes you.”

Police are searching for information on the “dark-colored Mazda” that dropped off the shooter. We send our sincerest condolences to Taheim Bryan’s loved ones during this difficult time.
