Fans & Players Get Into Massive Fight During French Soccer Match

Soccer fans are some of the most passionate supporters in the world, although if history has told us anything, they can tend to get a little violent. There have been numerous instances where a fire was set to the stands and there have also been times where smoke bombs were thrown onto the pitch. Having said that, security has to be on their game at all times, otherwise, things can escalate into a huge mess.

Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened at a French league game this past weekend. Nice was up 1-0 over Marseille with just 15 minutes to go in the game, when all of a sudden, Dimitri Payet of Marseille was hit with a bottle. As you will see below, things only got worse from there.

Payet took the bottle and launched it back into the crowd, which then prompted fans to jump over the stands and make their way to the pitch. Security tried to hold people back although it was no use as the numbers were so overwhelming. Eventually, fans got onto the pitch and it led to a massive brawl that had players from both teams coming together to stop the madness.

In the end, it took over an hour to sort out the melee and the game was promptly canceled thereafter. It was a disgraceful scene from Nice supports, and it is one that the French league is currently investigating.

The Game Co-Signs Anderson .Paak’s Posthumous Album Stance

Last week, Anderson .Paak sparked a conversation with his firm stance against posthumous albums, one he believes so fervently that he actually tattooed it on his arm

“When I’m gone please don’t release any posthumous albums or songs with my name attached,” reads Paak’s request slash statement. “Those were just demos and never intended to be heard by the public.”

While it’s unclear as to whether or not .Paak’s camp would abide by the request (though Dr. Dre is a notorious vaulter), his words have led many artists to reflect on the posthumous release. It feels especially relevant given how many late rappers have been releasing music, with Pop Smoke’s recent Faith album coming to mind as a recent example.

Now, fellow west coast veteran The Game has come through with his two cents on the matter, speaking with TMZ about whether or not he shares .Paak’s belief. “Number one, you gotta respect his — and everyone’s — artistry,” says Game. “Anderson is like my brother, and I think for him, when I read it, I thought it was dope. I think I’m in agreeance with that, man. I don’t want my shit out either.”

“People always fuck the vision up,” he continues. “If you’re not here, how can they finish it for you? Puffy after Big died, Life After Death hit. If it’s not Puff or Dre, don’t touch my shit. If it ain’t Puff, Dre, Pharrell, or Timbaland, don’t touch my shit.” Though he clarifies that he will not be getting a tattoo detailing as much, he notes that he does differ from .Paak in that he’d allow a few exceptions.

Check out Game’s words on the topic below, as shared by TMZ. Posthumous albums tend to be a complicated issue, and many fans have been growing increasingly pessimistic about them as time goes on. Sound off with your own thoughts on the matter in the comments below.

Eminem x Air Jordan 3 Sample From 2012 Surfaces Online

Eminem is one of the biggest artists of all time and when you consider his extensive discography, there is no surprise that his fanbase is always eager to buy whatever he is selling. A few years ago, Eminem got his own Air Jordan 4 with Carhartt that ended up being extremely limited. This shoe now sells for tens of thousands of dollars and it is easily one of the most sought-after Jordan 4s ever.

Throughout the 2010s, Eminem and Jumpman continued to work with each other, although they never ended up releasing more sneakers. Recently, however, the Instagram sneaker account @zsneakerheadz was able to find some new photos of an Eminem x Air Jordan 3 sample that dates back to 2012.

As you can see in the images below, this model has a very basic colorway to it as we have a white leather upper with some black and grey highlights all the way throughout. The shoe has a Jumpman Air logo on the back heel in red, all while the heel itself is a creamy beige. These shoes never actually came out, and we’re sure the samples are extremely difficult to get a hold of.

Some fans noted that these look like the A Ma Maniere’s that were created this past year, which is certainly an accurate comparison. Let us know what you think of these, in the comments below. Also, stay tuned to HNHH for more news from the sneaker world.

Lil Yachty Celebrates His Birthday With “Virgo World” Featuring Lil Tecca

It’s officially Virgo season, and we’re kicking it off with another annual release from Lil Yachty, who dropped Birthday Mix 6 on his twenty-fourth birthday today.

Annually, the Quality Control-signed rapper has been releasing birthday mixtapes for his fans in between his studio albums, keeping them entertained and putting a special focus on his big day. This year, the Atlanta-based rapper dropped nine new songs with features from Lil Tecca, SoFaygo, and more. We’re shining a spotlight on “Virgo World,” considering today is the start of Virgo season.

Celebrating his birthday on the first day of the new zodiac, Lil Yachty links up with a fellow Virgo, Lil Tecca, who has made his sign part of his core artist identity. Tecca has released a few Virgo anthems over the years, and with the youngster celebrating his own birthday in a few days, it only makes sense that they teamed up for their first collaboration on a song about their shared signs.

Listen to “Virgo World” below and let us know what you think. Be sure to check out Birthday Mix 6 here.

Quotable Lyrics:

After Performing With Jim Jones, Rappers Commit Murder

After performing on stage with Dipset rapper Jim Jones at a concert in Waterbury, Connecticut, 31-year-old Reginald Miles and 29-year-old Andre Reed, were arrested for killing a man in a driveby shooting they executed shortly after they left the Jones show.

According to Hip-Hop Lately, surveillance footage shows Reed and Miles’s SUV opening fire on a group of people near the venue, killing 37-year-old Douglas Daniels and wounding two others. The two have been charged with murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and two counts of first-degree assault.

Jim Jones or his team have yet to comment.

Most recently, during his Verzuz battle featuring The Lox, The Harlem rapper repped Tre Way and personally shouted out 6ix9ine’s former manager turned co-defendant, Kifano “Shotti” Jordan. Jordan is currently serving a 15-year sentence for a federal racketeering case. Immediately after the Verzuz battle, the controversial rainbow-haired rapper questioned why Jones had not been indicted

“Let me get this off,” 6ix9ine began. “Let me get this off my shoulders. Jim Jones, right? He ran with the same niggas I ran with a decade before I met ’em. Jim Jones? Dipset? The nigga who was dancing and shit on Verzuz? He was running with Shotti, Mel Matrix, Ro Murda … he ran with all them niggas I ran with and got indicted for! You know what Jim Jones did? He did nothin’ for none of them niggas!”

He added, “On top of that, Jim Jones was caught on wiretap on my case telling the big homie Mel Matrix to go and get rid of my security. How you do it, how you shoot at ’em, they don’t got no license to carry weapons… How is that nigga free right now? Pull up the wiretap of conspiracy to attempt to commit murder! Why is that nigga not in jail?”

Lil Yachty Celebrates With New Mixtape “Birthday Mix 6”

Lil Yachty has cause for celebration, with today marking his twenty-fourth birthday (happy birthday Boat). In honor of the big day, the Quality Control rapper has decided to flip the practice and offer a gift to his loyal fans, delivering the sixth installment of his ongoing Birthday Mixt series.

Birthday Mix 6 clocks in at a respectable nine songs, featuring guest appearances from Lil Tecca, SoFaygo, DC2Trill, and Draft Day. At this point, it goes without saying that a three-minute-plus runtime is a rarity, and here is no exception; as such, Birthday Mix 6 feels like a breezy listen from start to finish, clocking in at only twenty-two minutes. Despite the brevity, there’s plenty of material for Yachty fans to unpack, especially on highlight tracks like “Faizon,” the Lil Tecca-assisted “Virgo World,” and the Detroit-inspired “Lord Of The Beans.”

It’s been interesting to track Yachty’s recent musical progression, and his latest project Michigan Boy Boat marked an interesting stylistic step for the Atlanta rapper. While this one doesn’t quite pack the same impact as a full-length studio release, there’s plenty to love about a spontaneous birthday drop, even if longtime fans have come to expect it from Yachty.

For those who have taken the plunge, be sure to share your favorite songs in the comments below. Do you think this is a good stylistic direction for Lil Boat?
