The Earn Your Masters series wrapped up in spectacular fashion at Art Basel Miami, marking the third and final stop of the event. Previous stops included Charlotte, NC, and Chicago, IL. The event brought together industry leaders, creatives, and entrepreneurs to celebrate the intersection of culture, innovation, and empowerment. Presented by UnitedMasters, Ally, and Earn Your Leisure, the event awarded Jux Darko $50,000 in seed money for his innovative startup, Mixplug, an A.I.-powered platform aimed at democratizing music production. Mixplug simplifies mixing and mastering for artists and producers, helping to make high-quality music creation more accessible than ever.

Music and Creative Artist, Tobe Nwigwe, shared his inspiring journey in a conversation with Rashad Bilal and Troy Millings, co-founders of Earn Your Leisure and leading voices in the financial literacy space. Tobe recounted a pivotal moment when a chance hangout with Oscar-winning actor Daniel Kaluuya, where he met a Reebok executive who sparked a collaboration opportunity with the iconic sneaker brand. That moment eventually led to Tobe’s major Reebok partnership that’s dropping in 2025, proving the power of authentic connections.

Tobe also shared an incredible story about working with Pharrell Williams. After catching a vibe together, Pharrell invited Tobe to the studio and they created a song together. The next day, Tobe received an invoice at a discounted “homie” rate—but at a price that was expensive as an independent artist. Despite the fee, Tobe paid for the song and seized the opportunity. Months later, Pharrell offered Tobe a spot working with him on a Moncler campaign, which turned out to pay twice as much as the song cost, making it a true full-circle moment of an investment paying off through their budding relationship. The evening was filled with unforgettable performances and surprise appearances. Mystic Marley, granddaughter of reggae icon Bob Marley, delivered an acoustic set that captivated the audience. Later, host K Foxx of 99 Jamz, invited Rotimi to the stage for a surprise performance, where he energized the crowd with one of his latest hits. The event drew a star-studded audience, including Buju Banton, Grammy-winning producer Bangladesh, artist Fredo Bang and legendary journalist, Shaheem Reid. What Divorce? Ye and Wife Bianca Censori Reportedly Renewing Vows Despite Split Rumors

Screen Shot 2024 11 26 at 12.41.06 PM

Ye and Bianca Censori are planning to celebrate their second anniversary with a vow renewal ceremony, following rumors of marital struggles. That’s how you dispel the rumor mill if you ask us.

ICYMI and we know you didn’t, the Yeezy mogul and Australian architect, wed in a private ceremony in December 2022 shortly after West finalized his divorce from Kim Kardashian, are reportedly eager to reaffirm their commitment and silence speculation.

Now even we missed this … The couple recently moved to Los Angeles after spending several weeks in Tokyo. West has purchased a luxurious mansion in Beverly Hills, signaling a fresh start for the pair.

According to Radar Online, the vow renewal serves a dual purpose. “It’s no secret people have been whispering that Bianca is walking away, so this wedding is as much about celebrating their love as it is about showing the world that they’re solid,” an insider shared.

But wait, West is reportedly aiming to make the ceremony unforgettable, with plans for attention-grabbing attire. “He’s very much going for shock value. He’s really into the idea of both of them walking down the aisle in barely-there outfits,” the source added.

Hmm, do we really need this?

Unlike their intimate 2022 ceremony, the couple is expected to invite many celebrity friends to their vow renewal. “[Kanye] wants all his famous friends there and is saying he’s flying people in from all over,” the insider revealed. West also reportedly hopes his family, including ex-wife Kim Kardashian, will attend, though it’s uncertain if she would accept such an invitation.

We’re curious who’s going to show up. So much scrutiny on everyone these days and with Ye being hit from all the lawsuits and past controversies it’ll be interesting to see who’s actually in his corner.

What’s more, as you can imagine the why behind it all, the couple’s recent relocation to Los Angeles is said to be an attempt to strengthen their relationship. The Daily Mail reported that the Beverly Hills home purchase reflects West’s effort to provide the stability Censori has been seeking. “This house was a last-ditch effort to save their marriage because Kanye knows what she wants, which is a family and to be grounded,” an insider explained. However, there are doubts about whether West can meet those expectations.

“Bianca has wanted stability for well over a year now,” the source said, noting that Censori’s family is skeptical about West’s ability to fulfill her desires for a more grounded life.

Makes sense, right? Staying in one place for a while in a home not a hotel.

The dancers competed to unpredictable hits from funk, pop, rock, hip hop, disco and more and – with no panel of judges, no planned choreography and no pre-chosen music – the competitors needed to flex their skills, musicality and stamina to win the crowd’s votes to progress. In the final, it was popping star MT Pop who clinched victory with a dynamic display in an electrifying showdown against French hip-hop dancer Rubix.

MT Pop said, “There are a lot of emotions right now, I am super happy and excited. We are here for the love, for the culture and for the dance. We don’t speak the same language but here tonight we shared a language and a message with dance. For me it was really an honour dancing with all the competitors, it was a special moment in my life.”

MT Pop now joins an elite group as just the fourth dancer to win the coveted global title. The inaugural World Final took place in Paris, France in 2019 where Dutch dancer Shinshan was crowned the first-ever champion. In 2022, Japan’s The D Soraki dazzled the audience at the World Final in Johannesburg, South Africa, while last year Waackxxxy from South Korea became the first female World Champion.

A recent confirmed report states that Australian breakdancer Raygun has retired from the sport, professionally speaking, after the extreme backlash she received for her performance at this year’s Olympics.

Raygun aka Rachael Gunn announced her decision while appearing on the Jimmy & Nath Show in her native brazil, where she said she’ll no longer be competing in future competitions.

When asked if she’ll return for the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles, Raygun replied with a laughin “No!” She added, “I still break, but I don’t compete. I’m not going to compete anymore, no.”

Gunn admitted that she was planning to continue competing, but after the Olympics “that seems a really difficult thing for me to do now, to approach a battle […] the level of scrutiny that will be there. I still dance and I still break, but that’s in my living room with my partner,” she joked.

Raygun’s Olympic routine didn’t score a single point, which was highlighted by bouncing on her feet like a kangaroo, leading to a flood of jokes and memes online.

“I did not like that. It’s so many great breakdancers that I don’t know why they had this particular person doing that,” said superproducer Dr. Dre during an Entertainment Tonight interview. “It was funny, I got some laughs out of it, but what the fuck? […] There are incredible breakdancers out right now; I don’t know how that happened.”
