Kanye West Had Security Called On Him By Harley Pasternak, Sources Claim

Earlier this week, it was reported that Kanye West believed that his former fitness trainer, Harley Pasternak, was following him. Reportedly, his concerns began when the two of them ran into each other at a hotel in Dubai. According to Ye, they’ve had their fair share of issues in the past, resulting in him feeling threatened by Pasternak. New reports suggest, however, that Pasternak was the one who felt like he was in danger.

Sources claiming to have been at the hotel recently spoke with TMZ, stating that the trainer had actually called security on West. They say that Pasternak was attempting to make a dinner reservation when the hitmaker approached him, looking for a hug. Reportedly, Pasternak wasn’t interested and asked a hotel employee at the concierge desk to call security. They add that West had already fled the scene before backup arrived.

Their feud dates all the way back to 2016, when Pasternak called authorities on the hitmaker after he started behaving strangely during a workout. Ye was eventually hospitalized amid the alleged mental health crisis, but his issues with Pasternak didn’t stop there. Following his infamous antisemitic turnaround in 2022, Ye leaked an alleged text message exchange he had with the trainer, who threatened to get him hospitalized once again if he didn’t agree to sit down for a conversation.

“First, you and I sit down and have a loving and open conversation. You don’t use cuss words and everything that is discussed is based in fact, and not some cr*zy stuff that d*mb friend of yours told you, or you saw in a tweet,” Pasternak reportedly told Ye. “Second option. I have you institutionalized again where they medicate the crap out of you, and you go back to Zombieland forever. Play dates with the kids just won’t be the same. Harley Pasternak “Following” Kanye West In Dubai, Rapper Reportedly Believes

Kanye West has spent years building his legacy, and though more than one speedbump has set him back over the years, he’s still wary of anyone with seemingly bad intentions coming too close to his empire. 2022 in particular was a year full of paranoia for the “Runaway” rapper, who took aim at virtually everyone previously a part of his inner circle. Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson certainly felt the heat – as did Ye’s former personal trainer, Harley Pasternak. At the time, the fitness mogul was allegedly threatening to “drug [him] to Zombieland” if a “loving, open conversation” couldn’t take place between them.

Kanye West Has Concerns About His Ex-Trainer at His Hotel

Footage obtained by DailyMail shows the personal trainer hanging out in the building’s lobby on Monday (November 20). The outlet notes that Yeezy and his kids are currently staying together, and Pasternak’s behaviour comes across as “extremely suspect.” A source tells them, “We have grave concerns as to what this creepy operative is doing in Ye’s hotel. The timing is extremely suspect. We are very concerned indeed about his motives and intentions.”

Kanye West is a long way from home as he deals with his anxiety surrounding Harley Pasternak’s presence at his hotel and his seemingly crumbling relationship with Bianca Censori. Thankfully for the 46-year-old, his eldest daughter, North West, has been overseas alongside him, providing plenty of comfort to her hero. Kanye West’s 2016 Breakdown Saw Him Drawing On Bedsheets & Putting Pans In Luggage: Report

Kanye West’s mental health has been a cause of great concern for several years now, though the rapper has switched up his official diagnosis on more than one occasion. In the past, the Yeezy founder identified as bipolar, but now, he claims that his near-fatal car accident two decades ago left him dealing with symptoms of autism. Regardless of what the truth is, longtime fans of West know that one of the most difficult periods for him mentally was in 2016, when he began suffering from a severe breakdown which the New York Times is giving more insight into today (October 27).

For the most part, the outlet’s article reflects on the “Flashing Lights” hitmaker’s time spent working with Adidas. Elsewhere, it includes details from a deposition with Harley Pasternak, who previously worked as West’s personal trainer. According to him, he visited Ye’s house in late 2016, just days before the multi-talent ranted about Jay-Z sending “killers” after him while praising Donald Trump. Pasternak reportedly uncovered a suspicious West, who had become obsessed with the idea of the government coming after him.

“He was writing Bible verses and drawing spaceships on bedsheets with a Sharpie,” the Chicago native’s former coach shared. “A handful of worried friends and employees lingered nearby,” Pasternak further noted, also mentioning the “suitcases packed with pots, pans, and Tupperware” in the general area. It’s unclear what the bizarre luggage contents were for, but clearly, they helped Ye feel safe in his time of mental discomfort. The NYT additionally mentions the 46-year-old’s lengthy history of antisemitism and sexism in the work place, allegedly dating back as early as 2013.
