Lawyer Suing Diddy Threatens Other Celebrities To Pay Up Or Face A Lawsuit

The Diddy allegations brought up other unnamed celebrities in addition to Sean Combs and his alleged sex trafficking crimes as proposed by federal prosecutors. However, there are even more famous faces allegedly tied to the civil suits against him for alleged sexual assault and other accusations. We don’t know who any of them are beyond some supposed pictures, testimonies, descriptions, and personal recollections. But attorney Tony Buzbee is coming for them all. For those unaware, he’s the lawyer representing over 120 alleged victims against the Bad Boy mogul, and he wants to target other superstars who attended his alleged “freak-off” parties.

Tony Buzbee remarked this during his appearance on TMZ‘s Tubi documentary, The Downfall Of Diddy: Inside The Freak-Offs. He claims that if celebrities witnessed alleged sexual abuse and drugging – but did not do anything to report it, prevent it, or condemn it – then they are just as liable as the alleged perpetrators of these crimes. According to the attorney, he already has more famous people in his sights, sending demand letters to some of them that urge them to cough up cash or face a huge public lawsuit that could tarnish their reputation. It sounds like some sort of preliminary settlement, but that’s just a claim.

This wasn’t the only thing that this Diddy documentary discussed when it comes to other celebrities’ alleged involvement. Ray J also alleged that various superstars reached out to him and revealed their efforts to settle with alleged victims before their case can gather any momentum. In fact, Ray’s been a big anti-Puff advocate in recent months, catching a lot of heat and attention for his statements and antics. As such, the notion that other famous friends reached out to him doesn’t come as a surprise.

Meanwhile, these civil cases against Diddy continue to develop as his federal and criminal trial is still in set-up mode, as well. For example, a woman suing him for alleged sexual assault recently revealed her identity due to a court order. It’s unclear whether this situation will affect other civil lawsuits under similar circumstances, so we’ll see if it preludes anything significant.

Diddy’s “Freak Off” Party Attendee Alleges She Saw Minors Dressed As “Harajuku Barbies”

A woman by the name of Tanea Wallace has spoken with TMZ for The Downfall of Diddy: Inside the Freak Offs, claiming to have attended one of Diddy’s alleged “Freak-Off” parties. In doing so, she alleged that there were “little people” present whom she hinted at being minors. She described them as being “dressed up like Harajuku Barbies” as well.

“I look to the right of me and in the corner, I’m looking like, ‘Are those m*dgets?’ because people were over them like it’s people trying to hide what they’re doing. They’re all huddled up… But no, they weren’t. They were little people,” she began. “I don’t want to say too much. They were little people so use your common sense. Dressed up like little Harajuku Barbies. Red lipstick looking like, real sexy. Revealing like. Cute.” From there, the interview questioned if the “little people” were adults or minors. She responded: “I don’t wanna say I witnessed any of that crazy stuff, but we all have common sense. Little people that’s not supposed to be there.”

The interview comes as Diddy remains behind bars in Brooklyn while awaiting trial for his charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. Authorities arrested him back in September after months of constant allegations being levied against the Bad Boy mogul. He quickly pleaded not guilty and has consistently denied all of the allegations he’s faced.

Diddy’s Alleged NDA For His Freak Offs Has Been Leaked

The alleged Freak Off parties that Diddy threw may be getting some more evidence via an NDA. According to TMZ (via XXL), they claimed they have the official “Standard Combs NDA” that attendees at these mysterious bashes were required to sign. Well, the day has come to where the allegedly true document is out and available for others to read. Overall, the details are pretty much what you would come to expect from a contract like an NDA. Essentially it prohibits those involved from sharing anything with anyone that could potentially leak critical information. “You hereby irrevocably agree that you shall not at any time use of disclose directly or indirectly to anyone any of the following information,” it says. “Artists, Artist parties, and or Artist business activities, entertainment activities, financial affairs and or personal life.”

Other pertinent stipulations include that no one photograph, film or record, or have another person photograph film or record Diddy and people in his circle without direct written consent. There are even social media sites that are named within the document that Diddy allegedly didn’t want his sex partygoers to post to. Then, the third key portion of the non-disclosure agreement states that nobody can “give interviews, write books or otherwise disseminate information about Diddy or the parties without prior written consent.”

Diddy’s Alleged NDA For His Freak Offs Is Fairly Standard

Finally, the kicker is that once signed, it is in effect for decades upon decades. Depending on which is longer, it lasts for the entire person’s life, plus an additional 20 years after his/her death. Or it can last for 70 years. At this time, more investigating will be the only thing that can really solidify this as true evidence against Diddy. For now, it’s at least interesting and intriguing to have on hand and break down as the days progress.

Diddy Trolls Party-Goer For Passing Out In Resurfaced Video

A video of Diddy mocking a man by the name of James for passing out at one of his parties is recirculating online in the wake of the Bad Boy mogul’s arrest. Authorities charged him with allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering, last month. In the video, Diddy jokes about the nature of his parties in what appears to be London.

“For all those in London that don’t know what happens to the white man when he comes to a P. Diddy party, this is what happens to the white man,” he says in the clip, before identifying the man as “James” and noting that he’s a DJ. “When they come to one of my parties, this is what happens to them. I put them to sleep.” A source told TMZ in response to the clip that, “his statements were not meant to be derogatory. The government’s allegations do not address his parties. People continue to rehash old video clips to fit a certain negative narrative and it’s out of context.”

Diddy Performs In London

Diddy has spent quite some time in London throughout his career, which according to The Mirror, has allegedly prompted British investigators to begin looking for alleged victims overseas. “Given the huge amount of time he spent in London, there are concerns that the alleged offending was not confined to America’s shores. Prosecutors are imploring anyone in the U.K. who may have information they feel could help the investigation to get in touch,” a source told the outlet, last month.

Pictures of JAY-Z and Aaliyah with Diddy are resurfacing on social media, in the wake of the Bad Boy mogul’s arrest in New York City, last month. As caught by DJ Akademiks on Saturday, one of the pictures shows JAY appearing to hold hands with the late singer, Aaliyah. Diddy is currently facing charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering.

One user replied on X (formerly Twitter) to Akademiks’ post: “Don’t tell me they was trading her off because they say Damon Dash use to hit and then Jay-Z start hitting .. this pic prove they all was freaking off together.” Another wrote: “I’m holding out until the trial. I wanna see what actual accusations and actual evidence there is against p diddy. I will admit my gut is telling me Jay is a scumbag.”

Dame Dash is also alongside Aaliyah in many of the photos, but he’s already denied that anything inappropriate happened between them. Additionally, he’s turned attention to JAY-Z, asking why he hasn’t condemned Diddy over the allegations he’s facing. “As much as he’s been to me unfair toward, or not unfair, the way he’d be f*cking with my money, I want to hope that that’s the worst that he’s been doing,” Dame said of JAY during a recent interview with America Nu. “I would never want to hear like, ‘Jay at the freak off party’, that’s crazy. The sh*t they saying, and I just be wondering why nobody… he don’t say nothing about it.”

During a recent interview with DailyMail, one of the women suing Diddy detailed some of the experiences she allegedly had at his parties. According to Adria English, she was hired as a go-go dancer, but eventually, was allegedly made to participate in freak offs. She accuses him of grooming her into sex trafficking and more.

English claims that the alleged freak offs took place in rooms away from the main party. Based on this, many guests wouldn’t know what was allegedly going on. She even accuses Diddy of filming the alleged encounters and using the footage to blackmail celebrities. “He would send them in a room with me or another sex worker, record it, and then hold that over that celebrity or that influential person’s head and then basically use me,” she alleged. “It was like high-class temping, if you will.”

Diddy’s team has denied the allegations on his behalf. “As we’ve said from the start, anyone can file a lawsuit without proof — and this case is a clear example of that,” a spokesperson for the Bad Boy founder said this week.

One of the several individuals taking legal action against Diddy, Adria Sheri English, recently sat down with DailyMail to discuss her alleged experiences with the mogul. She alleges that she was made to participate in his alleged freak offs after she was hired to be a go-go dancer at his parties. English alleges that the freak offs would take place in secluded areas of Diddy’s home away from the main party. Based on this description, not all party guests would have been aware of what was allegedly going on.

She also recalled various high-profile celebrities allegedly attending Diddy’s parties. She did not accuse them specifically of participating in or knowing about the alleged freak offs. “I saw Busta Rhymes there, I saw Ja Rule there, I saw Diana Ross there with her son, Evan, who was underage,” she alleged of the Bad Boy founder’s infamous events.

English claims that she agreed to dance at Diddy’s parties with no idea that she’d ever allegedly be expected to do anything more. “I agreed to do it because, heck yeah, I’m at an exclusive thing where Jay-Z was there, and Beyoncé – Diddy, all the big names… I didn’t know it was going to turn into anything sexual,” she alleged.

Diddy Gets Support From Alleged “Freak Off” Party Attender

A woman claiming to have attended Diddy’s parties in the past says the Bad Boy mogul is innocent and came to his defense in a video circulating on social media. She argues that the alleged victims who have accused him of sexual abuse are simply looking for a paycheck and enjoyed themselves at the “freak off” parties.

She began by saying that the girls involved knew what they were getting themselves into from the start. “Y’all had a ball, y’all took pictures, y’all posted, y’all told your friends, y’all felt like y’all was on top of the world, y’all was going on vacation. And then, for whatever reason, you b*tches want some money.” She went on to describe the accusers as “lame as f*ck” and downplayed the “freak offs” as being standard “rich people parties.”

From there, the woman brought up a racial component to his arrest. She said: “Rich white men do this sh*t all the time, attorneys, doctors, real estate moguls, finance guys, brokers. All type of rich white men do this sh*t all the time but because Diddy is Black and of high status, of course, he’s not allowed to do the same thing that rich white men do. He’s not allowed to indulge in the same behavior.” Authorities arrested Diddy on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering in New York, earlier this month. He’s already pleaded not guilty to the crimes.

Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, a lawyer representing one of the women accusing Diddy of sexual assault, sat down with Ashleigh Banfield of NewsNation for an interview last week. During their conversation, she alleged that she’d been contacted about the “sale of one of the Diddy tapes.” She also alleged that the tape in question featured an even higher-profile celebrity than Diddy.

“There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around. But one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video,” Mitchell-Kidd alleged. “I can tell the video was pornographic. This was in his Atlanta home, and it does seem like the person isn’t looking into the video. To me, it doesn’t seem like that person knows they’re being videotaped.”

Diddy Faces New Accusations Of Seducing Underage Girls For His Alleged “Freak-Offs”

As Diddy prepares to fight his federal case on charges of sex trafficking and more, new allegations continue to surface against him. However, it’s important to note that he and his legal team have denied almost all the accusations thrown against him in the past, and that these are unverified claims. Moreover, Radar Online reportedly spoke to a supposedly knowledgeable source that accused Sean Combs of luring underage girls to his alleged “freak-off” parties, which are the subject of the federal investigation against him. The alleged source claims that he seduced singer Good Fridae to attend one of these parties when she was 16 with food and substances.

Furthermore, Good Fridae’s alleged testimony claims that Diddy’s behavior toward her extended to other underage girls. According to her supposed recollections (as this seemingly came from another source), his associates chased her down a Toronto hotel hallway in 1990 when she tried to get away from the alleged “freak-off.” Also, the singer claims that security stopped her when she tried to leave after speaking to the U.S. Sun. “He stood in front of the main door and he grabbed my shoulders, and he’s like, ‘You’re not going anywhere,’” she was quoted as saying, although it’s unclear what man she’s talking about.

Furthermore, Good Fridae allegedly claimed that she wanted to leave to find her friend, and felt uncomfortable with how older men approached her and asked her to “do things with them.” Afterwards, she reportedly saw Diddy leave one of the “freak-off” rooms, which caused her to have a panic attack. Fridae alleges that his security already told him that she was trying to leave, which is why she alleges that he ran at her with an upset facial expression.

“I ran to press the elevator button, hoping it would come, so I wouldn’t have to run down 20 plus flights of emergency exit stairs,” Good Fridae allegedly recalled. As for how they met, she and Diddy reportedly crossed paths while she was in a girl group. After he allegedly invited Fridae and she said she was only sixteen, he supposedly responded with “Oh it’s okay, I don’t check IDs at my parties.” The Bad Boy mogul continues to deny the many accusations against him and will combat them in court.
