Diddy’s Friends Knew Of His Alleged Abuse “All Along,” Boosie Badazz Theorizes

It’s no secret that Diddy’s been subject to a tremendous amount of scrutiny since his ex-girlfriend sued him last year, accusing him of rape, abuse, and more. They settled shortly after she filed, though he was later hit with several similar lawsuits from other women. Things reached a new height in May when CNN obtained footage of the mogul physically assaulting Cassie at a hotel back in 2016. He’s since apologized, which didn’t do much to save his reputation. The footage corroborated some of the allegations Cassie made against Diddy and was enough to prompt explosive reactions from countless social media users and peers.

During a recent interview with VladTV, Boosie Badazz shared his take on the debacle, questioning why more of Diddy’s friends aren’t supporting him at this point. According to him, it’s likely that his friends knew of the alleged abuse long before the footage went public.

“I feel like his friends, they knew all along,” Boosie said. He went on to explain that he was raised to stand by his friends no matter what, and to stay out of others’ business despite how serious it may be. “How I was raised, if you beat your b***h that’s your problem,” he described. “It never made me say ‘You’re not my friend anymore.’ That’s what I stand on. I always stand on wrong or wrong right or right, you’re my friend. And I probably was raised a f*cked up way.” He continued, agreeing with DJ Vlad’s claim that compartmentalizes his relationships.

Cassie Delivers Heartfelt Message To Fans Following Diddy Assault Footage Leak

The new footage of Diddy assaulting Cassie in a hotel hallway has taken the Internet by storm, and resulted in the biggest development in this scandal we’ve seen in a relatively long time. After his apology video, a lot of folks are discussing if there are any further legal steps to take, or if her settled lawsuit should be reopened considering this new, less defensible public perception. It’s important to note that all other allegations and accusations against Sean Combs are unconfirmed under a court of law at press time. Regardless, Cassie recently shared a message on social media thanking fans for their support in the wake of this new video and her settlement.

“Thank you for all of the love and support from my family, friends, strangers and those I have yet to meet,” Cassie’s message began. “The outpouring of love has created a place for my younger self to settle and feel safe now, but this is only the beginning. Domestic Violence is THE issue. It broke me down to someone I never thought I would become. With a lot of hard work, I am better today, but I will always be recovering from my past.

Cassie’s Former Makeup Artist Reveals Grisly Details About Diddy Attack

It’s been less than a week since the Diddy and Cassie footage aired on CNN, but the fallout is still being felt. The latter’s career is effectively over, with nearly every famous musician in the industry denouncing him for his heinous actions. Diddy tried to apologize, but the public is paying far more attention to those who worked under him, and have painted a picture of the mogul as a manipulator. Mylah Morales is one of these former employees. She was Cassie’s makeup artist when the 2016 incident between Cassie and Diddy transpired, and she recently opened up about her experiences.

Morales went on Extra TV to discuss the CNN footage on May 21. She confirmed that she was with the famous couple the day of the physical altercation, and was confronted by the mogul shortly before he went after Cassie. “I don’t even want to go back to it because it’s triggering,” she admitted. “All I [saw] was him walking into the room and saying, ‘Where the f*ck is she.’ I didn’t know what was going on.” Morales was then tasked with trying to help Cassie after she had been viciously attacked by Diddy.

The makeup artist told the Extra TV host that Cassie wasn’t allowed to go to the hospital. “I called my friend, a doctor at the time, to treat her because we couldn’t bring her to the hospital,” she recalled. “We didn’t know what the hell to do at that point. Who are we going to call. I’m scared just even talking about this, but I feel like somebody has to.” Morales also recalled the physical condition Cassie was in after the Diddy attack. “She was bruised,” she admitted. “I mean, badly bruised, like knots on her head, a black eye.”

Cassie ultimately recovered at Morales’ home. “All I cared about was to get her to safety,” the latter said. “And I took her into my house and kept her there for a few days.” As far as Diddy’s recent apology for the 2016 incident goes, Morales could care less. “That’s ridiculous, he didn’t even mention her name,” she pointed out. “And if he was apologetic about it, he would mention her name, but he didn’t. That’s what I don’t understand… Just a PR stunt.”

Diddy Couldn’t Say Cassie’s Name During Apology Due To Legal Reasons

Just a few days ago, Diddy issued an apology after footage of him assaulting Cassie was obtained by CNN. Overall, this footage was from 2016 and it depicts the music mogul chasing after the singer and physically assaulting her. Subsequently, there was a ton of outrage surrounding the video, and understandably so. Fans were shocked by what they were seeing, and they were also a bit surprised to see this kind of video evidence become so public.

In the aftermath of the leak, Diddy took to his Instagram page where he offered up an apology to Cassie. However, fans were not impressed with the apology. In fact, some noted how the mogul never actually mentioned Cassie by name. Well, it seems like there was a good reason for this. According to TMZ, when Diddy settled a lawsuit with Cassie back in November, they both signed an NDA. Effectively, they can’t speak publicly about one another. Had Diddy mentioned her in the apology, he would have been in deep legal hot water.
