Future Has Every Song On “MIXTAPE PLUTO” Chart On The Billboard Hot 100

Right now, it’s Pluto’s world and we’re just living in it. According to the weekly Tuesday Billboard chart update, Future is having quite the first week debut for MIXTAPE PLUTO. His third 2024 project was projected to go number one on the Hot 200 and it did just that thanks to 129,000 equivalent units. With that, the Atlanta legend is the first act to have a trio of albums go number one in a six-month span since The Beatles about 60 years ago.

He’s also now tied for fourth for the most albums to debut at the top with 11. But that isn’t all of the success for MIXTAPE PLUTO, though. If you head on over to the Hot 100 you will see that all 17 tracks from the September 20 release are spread throughout the list. The best performing cut is the intoxicating “TEFLON DON” which is just outside of the top 20 at number 21.

Future Continues To Run The Charts In 2024

The lowest entry is “MADE MY H*E FAINT” at 85. Overall, for this being a solo project, this is highly remarkable. It is especially so when you consider the level of hype for the songs that were supposed to have features. They weren’t smaller artists either. Travis Scott and Gunna are two of the most in-demand rappers right now and even though their contributions were removed pretty last minute, Future still managed to hold his own on them.

What are your thoughts on all 17 tracks from Future’s MIXTAPE PLUTO debut on the Billboard Hot 100? Are you shocked about this, why or why not? What is your overall opinion on his third project of the year? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. Travis Scott Ironically Ties A Previously Held Chart Debut Record By Nicki Minaj

Travis Scott fought Sabrina Carpenter to the very end. However, he fell just shy of squeaking past the Pennsylvania pop star for the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 200. Still, though, moving 361,000 copies of a 10-year-old mixtape compared to a highly anticipated brand-new record from one of the hottest artists is nothing to be disappointed in. It just goes to prove that he’s one of the biggest rappers, but also superstar musician overall. AllHipHop has the stats to prove that, as Scott is now in the top five for biggest debuts of 2024 in terms of sales. He slots in at number four, just behind Sabrina, Beyonce’s COWBOY CARTER, and the phenom Taylor Swift with The Tortured Poets Department.

In addition to this, Travis is also tying old records. Back in 2021, Nicki Minaj also rereleased an old mixtape. She reissued 2009’s Beam Me Up Scotty and by doing so, The Queen of New York went on to have the highest charting debut in that regard. It went number two in late May with around 80,000 units sold. Obviously, Scott obliterated the sales numbers, but he also a little bit stiffer competition.

Travis Scott & Nicki Minaj Seem To Always Be Linked Somehow

According to Rap-Up, Nicki was vying for number one with J. Cole’s The Off-Season, which had 288,000 buyers. That’s nearly 100,000 more than Sabrina’s 362,000 album equivalent sales. Overall, though, it’s kind of funny how Travis and Nicki continue to be linked. The have a couple of collaborations, but the latter still seems to try and destroy him in any way possible.

What are your thoughts on Travis Scott tying Nicki Minaj for the highest chart debut for a reissued mixtape? Do you believe that La Flame was robbed of going number one yesterday, why or why not? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. Drake Nabs Impressive Streaming Numbers For “100 GIGS” Cuts

Drake’s new 100 GIGS songs landed on streaming after a UMG takedown on Instagram, and fans couldn’t be happier with the increased accessibility. Moreover, it seems like they’re really enjoying these cuts so far, as “It’s Up” featuring Young Thug and 21 Savage was the top new rap debut of the weekend alongside “Blue Green Red,” garnering 2.01 million streams in its opening day on Spotify. This achievement resulted in – you guessed it – more annoying discourse from the 6ix’s Stans and Kendrick Lamar disciples about their battle. One side is delusional enough to pretend that people actually thought The Boy’s career would be over after “Not Like Us” and are happy to point out the obvious truth, and the other just can’t stop their gloating for better or worse.

Nevertheless, Drake fans ate this weekend, and they also got some brand-new speculative beef updates to defend their fav over. You might have noticed that the men’s basketball cohort for Team USA at the 2024 Olympics got congratulations from both Drizzy and his bodyguard Chubbs for winning the gold medal over France. The latter individually congratulated Steph Curry (who the Toronto superstar posted on his Finsta), Kevin Durant, Jayson Tatum… but not LeBron James, further fueling rumors that there’s a rift between LBJ and OVO that haven’t really been cleared up effectively.

Drake Puts Up Big Spotify Numbers With 100 GIGS

Well, that’s if you care; if you don’t, then it’s just business as usual for two massive celebrities that can’t keep track of the friendships and presumed loyalties that no one told them they had to defend and isolate forever. Elsewhere, Kendrick Lamar is also continually finding commercial success these days too, as “Not Like Us” became the most streamed diss track of all time.

While fans “restored order” to the Spotify monthly listeners rankings and Drake is now over K.Dot again, hopefully more consistent release from either artist means that the fallout around their battle lessens more and more. After all, they surely have more things to talk about and other things on their mind that they want to artistically pursue. But we’ll have to wait and see. For now, let’s witness how these new cuts age in Aubrey Graham’s discography.

Eminem’s “Tobey” Slots In At #95 On The Billboard Hot 100

Eminem did not pull off a magic trick number’s wise with “Tobey” like he did with “Houdini”, but the latest single still earns a spot on the Billboard Hot 100. According to the latest refresh of the charts on Tuesday, The Death of Slim Shady cut barely cracks the list at #95. In comparison, “Houdini” debuted at number two. That made it the highest charting single for Em since his 2013 collab with Rihanna, “The Monster”. While you could argue that “Tobey” is a better track overall than its predecessor, the former does possess some key traits.

For starters, the track in nearly a minute shorter, with the lead-off track clocking in at 3:47. Typically, songs around that length do better on the charts overall. Additionally, “Houdini” is a catchier tune, especially on the chorus. While BabyTron’s on “Tobey” is still very good, it comes across clunkier flow wise. Regardless, though, Eminem charting consecutively is a great accomplishment, and it would not be surprising if it climbed up higher once the album drops Friday, July 12.

Speaking of the project, things are really falling in place for it. Over the last couple of days, Eminem has given us the symbolic cover art, as well as the official tracklist. The latter was leaked prior on Apple Music, showing off the potential features. However, it has since been replaced with song titles and hidden guests. Some call back to previous tracks during the peak of the Slim Shady era and there are 19 in total.

What are your thoughts on “Tobey” by Eminem, Big Sean, and BabyTron placing at #95 on the Billboard Hot 100? Are you surprised by its initial ranking, why or why not? Do you expect the single to climb up the list as the days progress? Is it your favorite of the two album cuts we have? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest news surrounding Eminem. Yeat’s “2093” Expected To Have Chart-Topping Debut, “Vultures 1” Barely Misses Out On Second Week At The Top

2093, the latest album from breakout star Yeat, is expected to debut atop the Billboard Album 200. According to Hits Daily Double, 2093 is projected to sell around 72,600 units in its first week, which should be enough to deny Vultures 1 a second week at the top of the chart. However, it is not going to be a runaway debut for Yeat. Vultures 1 is projected to sell a little over 72,400 units in its second week. 2093 is light on features but does have tracks with Future, Lil Wayne, and Drake.

However, Yeat also hinted that he might be stepping away from music after 2024. “Imma give yall a year of music then Imma tuck away and work on something life changing, ok,” he wrote on Instagram. 2093‘s release came after months of teasing and hype from the Portland rapper.

Yeat Used Young Thug Lyrics As His Yearbook Quote

Yeat

Meanwhile, last year, Yeat went viral for his alleged yearbook quote. According to images shared online, his yearbook quote is lyrics attributed to “Thugga”. Except the quote is wrong. Or at the very least, it’s not one continuous lyric. According to the image, Yeat submitted “I got hundreds on top of hunnids. That blue cheese, NOT ranch.” But this appears to a mashup of two lyrics. The first part of the quote is from “Problem“. Meanwhile, the second half of the quote is from “Homie”. The two lyrics in full are “I got hundreds sittin’ on hundreds, that blue cheese, I’m not ranchin’” and “I got blue cheese on me, all hundreds/Blue cheese no ranch.”

However, that’s not the only thing people were reacting to in the image. While most people have a very standardized yearbook photo. Meanwhile, he is draped in tartan and wearing ski goggles, which is certainly a look. However, the combination of the irregular photo and the weird lyric has led many people to declare that the image is faked. Furthermore, the image has been circulating since late May, around when Yeat and Young Thug collaborated on “My Wrist”. Do you think it’s real?
