Jayda Cheaves’ name most often comes up in conversation in tandem with her co-parent, Lil Baby, or her various business endeavours. Recently, though, she found herself dragged into Summer Walker and Lil Meech’s breakup announcement after the R&B singer name-dropped her. “Can’t do that cheatin’ stuff,” the mother of three wrote at the time. “Tried my best to be Jayda Wayda but I couldn’t.”

The reality star made it clear that she wasn’t a fan of Walker’s apparent joke, but thankfully, all the attention that came her way as a result has mostly been to Cheaves’ benefit. Those who happened to follow the entrepreneur to keep up with the tea also happened to see her Carnival photo dump today (August 8), which finds the 25-year-old flaunting her cheeks in beautiful Antigua and Barbuda. “It should cost a billion to look this good ✨,” she wrote in the caption of this afternoon’s upload, quoting Beyonce’s RENAISSANCE album.

Cheaves’ red and gold bodysuit boasts plenty of beautiful beads, and she wore her hair in ultra-long, black braids. She completed her look with a regal headpiece and brought the Barbie energy to the tropics with her bright pink feathers. It appears she and her friends all wore matching looks for their Carnival adventure, and she made sure to sneak in a few snaps that showcase her famously sculpted backside. Chloe Bailey Celebrated Her First Carnival With An Impressive, Booty-Baring Mas Costume

Carnival is a worldwide tradition going back hundreds of years involving music, parades, and revealing costumes, called mas (short for masquerade). And if there’s one star who loves revealing costumes, it’s Chloe Bailey. The In Pieces singer recently attended the celebration in St. Lucia (her godmother’s home country) and shared her cheeky mas costume online. Like many costumes, it’s an elaborate display of feathers, beads, and jewelry — in this case, the feathers are orange, violet, and magenta — arranged on a skimpy swimsuit with a huge headdress to match. I think Chlöe’s swimsuit here is technically a one piece, although that piece leaves very little to the imagination.

Chlöe is currently between legs of the North American tour for debut album In Pieces. The first leg of the tour wrapped up in May and she’s apparently taking a little break before the second leg of the tour begins in August with her performance at Sol Blume Festival. During the tour, she reunited with her sister Halle Bailey to perform songs from their album Ungodly Hour for the first time since Halle began filming The Little Mermaid. Halle recently teased that the sisters were “not finished making music together,” suggesting that now that the press for The Little Mermaid is winding down, they might reunite for a follow-up to Ungodly Hour.

Boosie Badazz has gotten right back to his usual antics since his recent release from prison. He’s been quite active on social media, going Live on Instagram this week to make lasagna. The artist confused some viewers with his recipe, however, which included some unexpected ingredients. “Is that slice cheese he puttin there?,” one commenter asked, “That’s a setup not lasagna.”

Another funny clip was recently shared to social media, showing Boosie pouting because he wasn’t allowed to board a carnival ride. The ride only seemed to cater to small children, but Boosie still seemed pretty disappointed. Fans joked that the rapper simply “wasn’t tall enough” to be included.

Boosie Makes “Lasagna,” Tries To Board Children’s Ride

Recently, Boosie also clarified on social media that despite his ankle monitor, he’s still going to be working. “They’re letting me do all my shows,” he says, “I just can’t go across the country.” He went on to explain that his probation isn’t going to “mess up [his] money,” in a video posted on Twitter. Earlier this week, Boosie also took to the social media platform to ask the CEO of Meta, Mark Zuckerberg, to give him his Instagram account back. The rapper was reportedly banned for featuring nudity on his profile, however, he says he’s been “doing good” lately. “I’m tryin to get my motion back,” he told Zuckerberg.

He also recently went off on Empire Records and Universal, multiple times, for allegedly failing to pay him for their deal with Yung Bleu. Boosie went on to claim that his name was even forged in the documents. “YALL THOUGHT I WAS TOO GANGSTER TO LAWYER UP,” he wrote on Twitter, “IM GO FIGHT YALL TILL DEATH FOR MY KIDS MONEY.” Boosie Badazz continued, “THIS HAS CAUSED FRICTION WITH ME N MY OWN MOTHER N YALL THINKING ITS A GAME. According to her newly-released photos, Lori Harvey lounged at the Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro during her stay. While there, she also dined at their Michelin-starred Ristorante Hotel Cipriani and enjoyed drinks on a yacht as she perused the city. Harvey even took a trip to see Brazil’s gargantuan Christ the Redeemer statue. Jordanian-Romanian shoe designer and friend Amina Muaddi joined Lori during her trip to the South American country-when is currently unknown. In addition, the two ladies saw screensaver-worthy sunsets along the beach and partied with locals during their luxurious vacay.

Lori Harvey is a mainstay in the media circuit for her trips as much as she is for her relationships. The Memphis beauty’s latest fling with Snowfall’s Damson Idris initially had many wondering if there was any chemistry between them. Though a woman of few words, Harvey snapped back at spectators who commented on their distance during the premiere of Snowfall’s final season. When an Instagram user chuckled at how far apart they were standing, Lori replied directly to them, stating she had asked him to. Apparently, she had on body makeup and simply didn’t want it to get on Damson’s suit. “Y’all try to find a problem with everything,” Lori added, ultimately laughing it off.

This is Harvey’s latest relationship since her year-and-a-half relationship with actor and director Michael B. Jordan. The Creed star has publicly spoken on their union since their reported split in June 2022. Gisele Bündchen has been living her best life since her divorce from Tom Brady. In late October, the longtime couple called it quits on their marriage. Brady, who was entering his 23rd season in the NFL, seemingly chose football over Gisele. Instead of sticking to his 2022 retirement and living life with his wife and kids, he went back to football for one more season. Gisele decided that she needed to make decisions for her own happiness too. The divorce soon led to Bündchen doing many enjoyable things as a bachelorette. This included buying a new mansion, making red-carpet appearances, cozying up to her jiu-jitsu instructor, and more.

However, recent reports suggested that Brady plans to win Gisele back. While it is unclear how long Gisele plans to stay in Brazil, the 42-year-old appears to be living it up. So, Tom Brady will need to show her life with him can be just as fun as her current single stint.

Along with Gisele Bündchen, a few other celebrities have been hitting Carnival celebrations as well. Rap queen Nicki Minaj returned to Trinidad and Tobago for Carnival celebrations this week as well. Along with Nicki, actor Damson Idris also took a trip to the islands for Carnival. Nicki Minaj has shared her latest outfit for Carnival in Trinidad and Tobago on Instagram. Minaj is currently traveling to the country in celebration of the annual event. The trip comes after she released a remix to “Shake The Place” with soca music stars, Machel Montano and Destra. “Trinidad my country, the greatest carnival of all time,” she raps on the song. “I’m reppin’ that red, that white, that black / I’m reppin’ my real flag.”

“Thank you to TRIBE for this gorgeous costume,” Minaj captioned Tuesday’s outfit on Instagram. Rae Sremmurd celebrated the outfit in the comments section with a crown emoji.
