Diddy Allegedly Denied Bail Due To Victim Intimidation & Bribery

XXL reportedly obtained alleged court documents on Thursday (September 19) that explain why the court denied Diddy’s bond request after his arrest and indictment. If you hadn’t heard, he faces charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Per these supposed court documents, Sean Combs lost out on bail because of his alleged intimidation and bribery of his alleged victims. He allegedly promised to cover victims’ rent, intimated them into lying about the sexually abusive crimes he’s accused of, trying to convince them to say their alleged sexual activity was consensual.

The supposed documents sum it up: Diddy allegedly “used his considerable wealth and influence to make victims rely on him financially, for example, by paying for their rent or their cars or by offering them career opportunities.” In addition, they claim that after the Cassie lawsuit in November of 2023, he allegedly called one of his victims to offer “support and friendship,” plus full financial support. Allegedly, this is also a process the Bad Boy mogul carried out for his alleged victims after federal authorities raided his Los Angeles and Miami mansions back in March.

“The bail package proposed by defense counsel is insufficient because it fails to adequately protect others from the defendant’s violence, impose measures to prevent and detect obstruction, or prevent the defendant from accessing his vast resources,” the court reportedly responded to Diddy’s lawyer’s Marc Agnifilo’s proposed $50 million bail package. Prosecutors also claimed that the music and business executive attempted to contact Dirty Money member Kalenna Harper 128 times. This is because her supposed witnessing of his alleged abuse to Dawn Richard appears in Richard’s lawsuit against him.

Another massive update in the Diddy case is the potential federal cooperation of a sex worker. Authorities began a lengthy and thorough process of fielding witnesses for the trial, and we don’t know the extent of who could emerge to speak out against him in court. Nevertheless, this situation become more complex and contentious by the day, especially in this heated moment. We’ll see what the next relevant development is when it comes to this indictment.

Diddy’s Proposed Bail Package Includes His Mother’s House

Diddy is currently facing a laundry list of indictments now that the documents are unsealed. Because of this, it seems that he is looking for any sort of out here to continue to dodge the law. We say that due to the fact the music mogul is offering to sell his real estate properties. According to another report on X from Meghann Cuniff, she has a copy of the defendant’s bail package. On the page below, it shows that Diddy’s bond is set at a staggering $50,000,000. However, perhaps what’s even more interesting are the exact homes that he’s willing to list for sale.

The first is his is Miami mansion, which has a current value of $48,000,000. Also worth noting is that the house in unencumbered and the mortgage of around $18,000,000 has been paid off to potentially secure a bond and not have to worry about that aforementioned payment. Overall, that’s almost enough to nearly cover the full price of the bond. But it’s still not, and it’s why his mother’s home, which is also in Miami, is listed within the package. It doesn’t include the appraisal, but it’s presumably enough to pay for his bond.

Diddy’s Miami Pad Is Apparently Worth Near The Entire Cost Of The Bail

Furthermore, she’s willing to depart with the house, as she has co-signed it. Other advocates include Diddy’s sister, the mother of his eldest daughter, and his three sons. Other thigs that he and his loved ones have parted ways with include passports. However, those were given up to counsel earlier in the year, with Diddy’s being taken in April. Lastly, he can only travel to the Southern District of Florida and of New York for court, doctor’s appointments, and other important matters.

What are your thoughts on Diddy being willing to sell his and his mother’s homes in Miami? Do you think this will happen, why or why not? What does this bail package tell you? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest news surrounding Diddy and his arrest. Foolio’s Murder: Suspects To Remain In Jail After Being Denied Bond

Isaiah Chance, Sean Gathright, and Alicia Andrews, the three suspects who are facing murder charges for the killing of Foolio, will remain behind bars after a judge denied their attempts at getting out on bond. Prosecutors say the group remains “a danger to the community.” Foolio was shot and killed on June 23 at a hotel parking lot in Tampa, Florida. He had been celebrating his 26th birthday.

“Each of the three defendants played a role in the ambush and brutal murder of Charles Jones,” State Attorney Suzy Lopez said in a statement. “The evidence of this coordinated attack is overwhelming, and our community is safer when they are behind bars. Our prosecutors will continue to build a strong case on the road to a trial that will allow us to bring justice to the victims and their families.”

Chance, Gathright, and Andrews aren’t the only suspects police have arrested in connection to the killing.
They also later arrested 30-year-old Rashad Murphy and have a warrant out for 27-year-old Davion Murphy. Authorities have requested that anyone with pertinent information that could help the ongoing investigation come forward. The Tampa Police Department can be reached at 813-231-6130 or Crimestoppers of Tampa Bay at 800-873-TIPS.

Police Make A Fourth Arrest

Prior to his death, Foolio had been staying at an Airbnb but was asked to leave due to exceeding occupancy limits. Several gunmen ambushed him while he was trying to get a room at a nearby Holiday Inn soon afterward. He had posted several times on social media about being in Tampa. Police previously released security camera footage from the attack that quickly went viral on social media for how detailed and clearly it presented the situation. DJ Akademiks described it as the “clearest Surveillance footage I’ve ever seen” in a post on X (formerly Twitter). Be on the lookout for further updates on Foolio on HotNewHipHop.

Young Thug Trial: New Judge Denies His Latest Attempt At Bond

Young Thug’s latest motion to get bond has been denied by the YSL RICO trial’s new judge, Paige Reese Whitaker. His attorneys outlined the reasons he should have the opportunity in a motion they presented, last week. Responding to the motion, Whitaker said in court: “I am not going to reconsider any bond issues that have already been ruled on absent legitimate changed circumstances,” as caught by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

In response, Thug’s lawyer, Brian Steele, claimed that the conditions the rapper is facing behind bars warrant his bond. “Those are not the kinds of changed circumstances that speak to the Ayala factors. So I’m not going to reconsider the bond,” Whitaker argued back. In the original motion, Thug’s legal team put forth several arguments as to why he should get out on bond. They included the fact that he’s not a flight risk and is also innocent until proven guilty.

“In the Great State of Georgia, unlike other States, for purposes of pretrial bond analysis, the presumption of innocence remains with the person accused of an offense, even a capital offense, from arrest and even during trial…” the motion read. “That means, prior to and during trial, Courts view the criminally accused to be innocent of the charges waged against him/her. It has been written that the most fundamental premise of our criminal justice system is that the criminally accused cannot be punished for an offense until the prosecution proves guilt beyond a reasonable doubt… Thus, the granting of a reasonable pretrial bond must be preserved. Otherwise, the presumption of innocence, secured only after centuries of struggle, would lose its meaning.”

Whitaker took over the case after the recusal of Judge Ural Glanville last month. Be on the lookout for further updates on Young Thug on HotNewHipHop.

Young Dolph Murder Suspect Secures A Legal Victory Amid Another Unrelated Arrest

Hernandez Govan, the alleged mastermind behind Young Dolph’s murder in 2021, caught a lucky break in Tennessee court on Friday (July 12) despite other legal worries. Moreover, authorities arrested him on June 23 in Mississippi for trespassing, driving with a suspended license, and an improperly mounted license tag while out on bond in the Dolph case. For this most recent arrest, Govan also bailed out of the DeSoto County jail with a $2,250 payment. Then, back in Tennessee, Judge Jennifer Mitchell ruled not to revoke his bond from the rapper’s murder case, so he will not have to return to jail since prosecutors didn’t ask to revoke his bail, per Fox 13 Memphis. Govan will face trial for Dolph’s death in September of this year.

Furthermore, the other three murder suspects in this Young Dolph case are Cornelius Smith and Justin and Jermarcus Johnson. Hernandez Govan, Justin, and Smith faced first-degree murder charges and al pleaded not guilty, whereas Jermarcus took a plea deal for three counts of accessory after the fact, and he awaits his sentence. Prosecutors alleged that Govan was the one who ordered the hit on the Memphis MC, and that Justin and Smith were the ones who carried it out for him. While Govan has been out on a $90,000 bond since 2023, Justin and Smith are still behind bars.

“It is truly hurtful that my family was robbed of a future,” Young Dolph’s partner Mia Jaye said of this trial process. “My love’s life was taken and to be left behind to see no one be held accountable in the [court] of law for the act… Is INSANE. Our family witnessed lenient bonds granted, absurd requests for the defendants to get a venue motion, freedom, more time to create a stronger defense, witnessed songs made, defendants enjoying life while on H.A…

“All while our loved one is 6feet deep,” Mia Jaye concluded about Young Dolph. “Continuing to sit back and allowing people to PLAY in your face isn’t the process it is ignoring the process and giving room for any and everything wrong to happen, over looking accountability.”

2Pac Murder Trial: Keefe D Isn’t Giving Up On Getting Bond Despite Wack 100’s Attempt Falling Through

Duane “Keefe D” Davis will still pursue the chance to get out of jail on bond as he awaits trial in the killing of 2Pac. His lawyer, Carl Arnold, confirmed the decision to Newsweek after a Nevada judge denied his latest attempt at posting bond. He needs $750,000 to do so and had a deal lined up with Wack 100 to get it done, but the judge found the source of the money suspicious.

“We are disappointed with the court’s decision to deny bail to Mr. Davis, especially considering the thorough vetting by Konvict Bail Bonds of the funding source conducted before the source hearing,” Arnold said. “We firmly believe there is a lack of substantive proof that Mr. Davis intended to profit from his alleged connections to the case.”

Calling into the courtroom via Zoom, Wack claimed the funds came from his business, 100 Entertainment. “I know him from passing. I know his son. We sat down and talked a few times in general about personal things when he was having his bout with cancer. Personal things, industry stuff. Just regular conversation,” Wack said. “He’s always been a monumental guy in our community. And I’ve helped several people in our community, whether it was funerals, whether it was for bail.” He also promised only to interview him once the trial was over.

Keefe D Denied Bond Despite Wack 100’s Best Efforts

The murder trial of Tupac Shakur, for which Duane “Keefe D” Davis is the accused defendant, took a pretty strange turn concerning Davis’ bond. Moreover, for those unaware, Wack 100 tried to pay for 15 percent of his bond, but it seems like these very efforts caused a downfall. The judge in this case, Carli Kierny, ruled that the defense failed to prove that they obtained the bail money through legitimate means, particularly concerning Wack’s portion. Given this Wednesday ruling (June 26), Keefe D will remain behind bars until the trial kicks off in November, its currently scheduled start date.

“It’s only $75,000,” Wack 100 had told DJ Vlad earlier in June about paying for a percentage of Keefe D’s $750,000 bond. “I’ve been thinking about going to get him with the stipulations that I’ll do the series on it.” Wack, real name Cash Jones, appeared in court this week to argue that this move wasn’t based on business dealings, and that it was an innocent “gift” for the suspect. But when prosecutors brought up this VladTV interview, this painted the notion that he tried to capitalize on Keefe’s situation with a series.

“That’s what I said to Vlad, but Keefe D is already involved with somebody,” Wack 100 posited to the Clark County, Nevada court in his defense. “I have no contracts with him. Before you go on Vlad, you have a discussion about what you’re going to talk about and what needs to be said to draw up views. There’s nothing about Vlad and nothing about YouTube that says that we’re being truthful about what we’re saying for entertainment.”

“You got to remember, this s**t can set you up for the rest of your life,” Wack 100 allegedly told Keefe D in a supposedly recorded phone call. “I will get you out and then we’ll sit down and talk about all that.” “While Mr. Jones testified he was bonding out Mr. Davis because Mr. Davis was fighting cancer and had been a pillar of the community, his previous interviews with VladTV suggested another motive,” Jude Kierny ruled the following day. She determined that the defense brought forth “insufficient” proof of the bond money’s cleanliness.

2Pac Murder Suspect Keefe D Secures $750K Ahead Of Bail Hearing

In September of last year, Duane “Keefe D” Davis was arrested for his alleged involvement in 2Pac’s tragic murder. While he’s not believed to have pulled the trigger back in 1996, he’s accused of having orchestrated the drive-by. He denies this and pleaded not guilty to one count of murder with a deadly weapon in November.

He’s currently awaiting his trial, which is expected to begin later this year following various delays, from behind bars at a Las Vegas County Jail. Next week, however, he’ll learn whether or not he’ll be able to wait things out at home. His bail hearing is currently scheduled for June 25, and it appears as though he’s feeling hopeful. According to court docs recently reviewed by AllHipHop, he’s already secured the $750K he needs to potentially post bond.

Keefe D’s Bail Hearing Scheduled For June 25

Keefe D has maintained his innocence since his arrest, despite having admitted to his alleged involvement in 2Pac’s murder in his 2019 memoir, Compton Street Legend. He now says that the content of the book was purely written for entertainment purposes, as well as financial gain. “The truthfulness of the content of the interviews was never verified,” his team argues. “The book and interviews were done for entertainment and to make money from a situation that [former LAPD detective Greg] Kading and others had already profited from.”

Law enforcement officials aren’t so sure, however. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s Lt. Jason Johansson alleges that Keefe D was “the shot caller” of the group responsible for the shooting. “He orchestrated the plan that was carried out,” he stated. What do you think of Keefe D securing $750K ahead of his bail hearing? Are you surprised or not? What about his upcoming trial? Sean Kingston Swarmed By Reporters While Leaving Jail: Watch

Late last month, Sean Kingston’s Miami mansion was raided by authorities in connection to a lawsuit. He’s accused of stealing thousands of dollars worth of jewelry, furniture, vehicles, and more. The performer was not home at the time of the raid, though his mother Janice Turner was taken into custody at the scene. Hours later, Kingston was arrested on various charges. The charges include alleged grand theft, fraud, criminal use of personal identification, violating probation, and more.

Turner was released days after her arrest, followed shortly after by her son. He posted a $100K bond before walking out of the Broward County jail yesterday. In footage captured from his release, he’s seen surrounded by a crowd of eager reporters as he makes his way toward a Cadillac Escalade SUV. He dodged multiple questions about his charges, also attempting to keep a low profile with a white t-shirt wrapped around his head. Reportedly, he had his mother, sister, a personal security guard, and more waiting for him outside the jail for roughly an hour.

Sean Kingston Remains Quiet As He’s Asked About Charges

While Kingston opted to keep quiet when asked about the several charges he’s facing, his attorney Bob Rosenblatt is “very confident” that they’d come out victorious in a jury trial. “Well, I don’t know who is claiming they owe money. You know, we were aware of the watches, we are aware of the TV issue,” he told CBS News Miami earlier this week. “If there are other issues I’m not sure about… It’s a breach of contract. There’s no fraud here. There’s no organized fraud at all.”

Sean Kingston Is Out On $100,000 Bond

Sean Kingston posted a $100,000 bond to walk out of jail in Broward County, Florida on Tuesday following last month’s arrest on various charges. CBS News Miami published footage of the singer departing the facility with a white t-shirt covering his face before quickly hopping in a vehicle outside. He stands accused of stealing money, jewelry, a Cadillac Escalade SUV, and furniture by allegedly defrauding multiple businesses. His charges include grand theft, fraud, criminal use of personal identification, and violation of probation for trafficking stolen property.

Kingston’s attorney, Bob Rosenblatt, says they plan to file a not-guilty plea and are “very confident” in a jury trial. “Well, I don’t know who is claiming they owe money. You know, we were aware of the watches, we are aware of the TV issue,” Rosenblatt stated. “If there are other issues I’m not sure about… It’s a breach of contract. There’s no fraud here.
