Diddy Looks To Fix “The Worst Jump Shot A Black Man Can Have” With Lethal Shooter: Watch

There is a running theme between rappers and basketball stars. Some wish they could switch careers with each other. The respect and correlation between hoopers and MCs goes back decades now and it is a cool thing to see. Over time, artists have been seen hooping at rec gyms or in the NBA All-Star Weekend Celebrity Game. Some have done quite well such as Quavo, 2 Chainz, and a few others. However, there are others who just cannot seem to make the effortless transition from mic to ball. One of those is Diddy.

Like Diddy, there are plenty of people who have called on Lethal Shooter to help them work on their shooting mechanics. Recently, Rick Ross was one of them. While he did get roasted by fans, it seems that Lethal Shooter (Chris Matthews) can help improve anyone’s skills. He and Diddy hit the court to clean up his shot.

A post shared by NBA Shooting Coach ( Chris Matthews ) (@lethalshooter)

HipHopDX was kind enough to include some of the hilarious commentary from Diddy in the video. Lethal Shooter shared the work they put in on his Instagram. After nailing a couple of shots, Diddy hit the front of the rim, grabbed the ball, and threw it. In a funny moment, he shouts, “Motherf****r!” A little later he reveals that he has “the worst jump shot that a Black man can have.” To be honest, though, DJ Khaled might have the worst one of them all. Look it up if you have the time, you will see what we mean.

What are your initial thoughts on Diddy and Lethal Shooter (Chris Matthews) working on his jump shot together? Could Diddy be the rapper with the best shooting stroke? Is Lethal Shooter the best shooting coach of all time? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. Britney Spears Reveals Her Basketball Prowess Following Victor Wembanyama Incident

Britney Spears has been through a lot over the last few decades. Up until recently, she had been under the control of a conservatorship. However, a judge ultimately decided to give her autonomy back. Although, since that time, Spears has continued to make some unusual appearances in the public eye. For instance, just last week she found herself beefing with the likes of Victor Wembanyama. This all occurred after she tried to get a picture of him. Originally, she accused his security detail of assaulting her.

Overall, this ended up being proven false. In video footage, Britney Spears went up to Wembanyama and tried to tap his shoulder from behind. Subsequently, a security guard put his arm up, and Spears hit herself in the face. Overall, it was a pretty embarrassing moment that has some fans questioning whether or not she is of sound body and mind. Regardless, she is now taking to Instagram again. This time, however, she is discussing her basketball skills and preconceived notions about her.

Britney Spears Speaks

“Funny people see me dancing a lot … IN SCHOOL I didn’t dance or cheerlead … I was a point guard !!! I called all the plays and I was fast as hell cause I was like a mouse … I couldn’t shoot as well as I handled the ball !!! The rush of the game THE UNKNOWN … no set ups … the tricks … the FAKES … the ball … baby can f*cking play !!!” Britney Spears wrote. This is all illustrated by a video of a young boy playing basketball. This kid actually went viral as some were confused by his celebrations on the court.

Overall, this is all very bizarre. At this point, Victor Wembanyama has completely forgotten the whole thing. He is balling during Summer League and fans want to see where he goes from here. Hopefully, this saga comes to an end, sooner rather than later.

21 Savage Shows Off Jump Shot

With the NBA season over, basketball fans must turn to other sources of hoops entertainment. Of course, the WNBA season is in full swing, But for many, no better entertainment can be found than celebrities showing off their surprising basketball skills. Whether that’s because they are surprisingly good or surprisingly bad, both are valid.

There has been something of a renaissance of this genre in recent weeks. Pete Davidson got a surprise hype video after scrimmaging with UNLV. Meanwhile, Key Glock literally got Doe Boy to sprain his ankle when he crossed him over on The Crew League. Now another rapper is showcasing their ball skills.

21 Savage Flexes Impressive Jump Shot

Atlanta rapper 21 Savage is the latest music figure to showcase his hoops. In a video reposted by No Jumper, 21 Savage showed off that he did in fact, have a jump. In the clip, 21 sinks two near-arc threes in a row. Of course note, 21 shoots with a kind of adorable bunny hop jumper. Despite no defense being played, the back-to-back shots are still pretty impressive. Lethal Shooter, who 21 was playing with, then comes close to the camera to hype up the rapper.

“You see what it is. Laying around a lotta y’all. Laying on the couch. A lotta y’all on the phone, we in the gym man,” Lethal says before turning and shooting a jumper on his own. “I see what it is, man. We in the gym. With my man 21. 5 years ago, he was the first rapper to hit me up.” Elsewhere in basketball and rap crossovers, Cardi B received an invitation to LSU after shouting out the women’s national champions in her verse of Latto’s “Put It On Da Floor Again”. However, the song has caused LSU freshman Flau’jae Johnson to call out Latto for not putting her in the video. Follow all the latest sports and music news here at HotNewHipHop.

Lil Uzi Vert Displays Impressive Basketball Skills: Watch

Lil Uzi Vert is on top of the world right now. His song “Just Wanna Rock” is a viral hit that has ultimately ushered in a new era for the artist. Overall, Uzi has always been an eclectic artist, but this latest song just cements that trend. At the end of the day, he is one of the best artists, and the fans absolutely love him. Although his last project came in 2020, supporters are still confident that a new project is coming soon. Moreover, his performance at Rolling Loud recently is just more proof that he can get the crowd going at any time.

“Just Wanna Rock” is a song that is huge in sports stadiums around the world. In fact, it became the theme song for the Philadelphia Eagles during their championship run. Furthermore, the production of the song is sometimes heard on ESPN. Whenever you go to an arena whether it be NBA or NHL, you can probably expect to hear the track. Interestingly enough, it seems like this association with sports is authentic for Uzi, who is talented on the court.

Lil Uzi Vert Gets Buckets

In a recent video form @benni_boom on Instagram, which was then reposted by No Jumper, you can see Uzi showing off his skills on the floor. In the video up above, Uzi was at Cool Kicks, where they have a net and a ball on hand for those who want to engage in some pick-up ball. That is exactly what Uzi ended up doing in front of the patrons as well as some of the employees. For the most part, Uzi looked great on the floor and was even able to get some air while going for a dunk. Subsequently, in another clip, Uzi missed a shot but hustled for the rebound.

Despite his size, Lil Uzi Vert can certainly get some air. Overall, he probably still isn’t the best rap hooper out there. Guys like J. Cole, 2 Chainz, and Lil Durk still hold that designation. Either way, it is cool to see that Uzi would be able to hold his own. Let us know what you think of the clip, in the comments down below.
