Diddy’s alleged “freak off” parties left victims needing to receive an IV afterward, according to the 14-page federal indictment published against him on Tuesday. Authorities claim the Bad Boy mogul lured in women under the “pretense of a romantic relationship” before getting them to participate in the event, whether by pressuring them or giving them controlled substances.

As published by TMZ, the indictment claims: “During Freak Offs, COMBS distributed a variety of controlled substances to victims, in part to keep the victims obedient and compliant. Sometimes unbeknownst to the victims, COMBS kept videos he filmed of victims engaging in sex acts with commercial sex workers. After Freak Offs, COMBS and the victims typically received IV fluids to recover from the physical exertion and drug use.”

Diddy has already vehemently denied all of the claims against him and plans to plead not guilty to the charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. “I expect a long battle for the good result for Mr. Combs,” his attorney, Marc Agnifilo, told reporters outside of the courthouse on Tuesday. “I’m gonna fight like hell to get him released and he should be released with all that he’s done and coming here voluntarily.”

Several celebrities as well as former associates of Diddy have already reacted to the indictment, including Foxy Brown, Aubrey O’Day, Charlamagne Tha God, and many more. The arrest comes after federal agents raided Diddy’s properties in Los Angeles and Miami, earlier this year. As unsealed by the indictment, feds allegedly seized 1,000+ bottles of baby oil and/or lubricants, firearms, a drum magazine, and more. Diddy stepped out in New York City on Monday night, prior to his bombshell arrest as part of a federal indictment, and chopped it up with fans in his hometown. In one video of the Bad Boy mogul published by TMZ, he can be seen shaking people’s hands and appearing to be in good spirits. Authorities are charging him with allegations of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. He plans to plead not guilty to the charges, according to his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo.

In a statement provided to TMZ, Agnifilo said: “We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children, and working to uplift the Black community.”

Agnifilo added: “He is an imperfect person but is not criminal. To his credit, Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”

Aubrey O’Day Says She Feels “Validated” After Diddy’s Federal Indictment

Aubrey O’Day says she’s feeling “validated” after authorities arrested Diddy on Monday night on charges of alleged racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. She made the comments on X (formerly Twitter) after the news broke. Diddy intends to plead not guilty, according to his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, who told reporters outside of the courtroom: “He’s not guilty. He’s innocent of these charges.”

Shortly after the arrest, O’Day wrote: “The purpose of Justice is to provide an ending and allow us the space to create a new chapter. Women never get this. I feel validated. Today is a win for women all over the world, not just me. O’Day had worked with Diddy on numerous occasions over the years and previously performed with Danity Kane from 2006-2008, before being fired from the band. After CNN published 2016 footage of the Bad Boy mogul hitting Cassie, earlier this year, O’Day wrote on social media: “Diddy did not apologize to Cassie. He apologized to the world for seeing what he did.”

Kalenna Harper Denies Seeing Diddy Engage In “Abusive Or Unlawful” Behavior

Earlier this week, Diddy was hit with another lawsuit, this time from Diddy-Dirty Money member Dawn Richard. She accuses the Bad Boy Records founder of sexual and emotional abuse, as well as assaulting his ex Cassie in front of her. In the suit, she alleges that she and Kalenna Harper witnessed him abuse Cassie on multiple occasions. Harper, on the other hand, denies this.

In a statement posted on her Instagram story today, Harper addresses the lawsuit. She says that some of Richard’s allegations don’t reflect her own experiences. “While I fully respect Dawn’s right to recount her experiences, I want to emphasize that her account reflects her personal perspective and should not be interpreted as a universal truth applicable to everyone involved,” the statement reads.

“Many of the allegations and incidents described in this suit are not representative of my experiences,” it continues. “And some do not align with my own truth.” Harper went on to add that she herself doesn’t recall witnessing “any behavior that could be considered abusive or unlawful.” Harper’s statement arrives only a few months after she defended Diddy in Rolling Stone‘s piece about his legal saga.

Lil Tjay Allegedly Appears In A New Federal Gang Indictment

Lil Tjay has allegedly been named in a new federal gang indictment reportedly accusing him and about 20 other individuals of allegedly being part of the $laughtery Gang. Moreover, the alleged indictment claims that they were responsible for 14 different shootings in the Bronx. News footage also emerged of law enforcement authorities raiding what the outlet called a “criminal commune” in a Bronx apartment, resulting in eight arrests of wanted suspects according to the clip below. This is still a very early story in development, so take this with a grain of salt. We still don’t know to what extent the “Fall Back” rapper is involved in all this.

Furthermore, Lil Tjay sadly has a lot of experience when it comes to run-ins with the law. For example, authorities arrested him at a Miami airport back in May on his 23rd birthday. This was a very unclear and vague circumstance that was initially believed to involve an arrest warrant, but this wasn’t much of an issue for long. The New York MC was quickly released from custody, and even flaunted his material wealth and freedom on social media in the aftermath.

Elsewhere, Lil Tjay seems to continue his battle with fellow New Yorker 6ix9ine. It seems like the latter is losing. Tjay recently linked up with Tekashi’s ex-girlfriend and gifted her a chain. Many saw this as a direct sign of disrespect against the formerly rainbow-haired artist. It’s one of many beefs that the “GUMMO” creative has within the rap game, many of which continue to develop in ugly and combative ways to this day. It seems like this is a more light example of that, but nonetheless a statement of opposition.

Overall, we still don’t know how to make heads or tails of this new indictment. Knowing Lil Tjay, though, he will likely celebrate and hold onto his success if he sidesteps all this. That is, if he even really shows up in the indictment to begin with. After Tjay’s May arrest, he bought some new watches and boasted about his lifestyle. We’ll see whether or not this situation creates further impact.

Diddy Is “Shocked And Disappointed” By Dawn Richard’s Abuse Lawsuit, Attorney Claims

Recently, Diddy was hit with yet another lawsuit, this time from former Danity Kane singer Dawn Richard. In the suit, obtained by TMZ, she accuses the Bad Boy Records founder of sexual and emotional abuse. She additionally accuses Diddy of belittling her and various female “Making The Band” contestants. Richard even alleges that she witnessed Diddy abuse his ex-girlfriend Cassie on multiple occasions. On one occasion, she alleges that he threw Cassie into a wall, choked her, and dragged her up a flight of stairs.

Richard says she and others had a conversation with Cassie, during which they encouraged her to leave Diddy. Allegedly, he later found out about the conversation and quickly threatened to end their careers. She also accuses Diddy of touching her inappropriately, inviting her to his home while only wearing underwear, and more.

In an attempt to rewrite history, Dawn Richard has now manufactured a series of false claims all in the hopes of trying to get a pay day — conveniently timed to coincide with her album release and press tour,” the statement begins per TMZ.

“Meagan pays for everything. They really wanted this dog, and she got stuck paying the $75,000 training bill. Like, that’s crazy!” the source said before claiming that Meagan also pays child support for owes for a daughter from a previous relationship. “No one knows what Meagan sees in this guy. If things keep up this way, she may not be able to pay her mortgage,” they added.

Good previously admitted that her friends warned her against dating Majors during an interview with Hoda and Jenna for TODAY. ScarLip Puts Bank On Blast For Alleged Racial Profiling

ScarLip is no stranger to chatting with her fans on Instagram Live, and recently, she used the platform to put M&T Bank on blast. In a clip from the stream, she explains that one of their employees refused to make a transfer without providing her with any explanation. According to her, she had her ID, social security card, and address. Regardless, the employee told her they weren’t “comfortable” with the transaction.

“Yo M&T bank is racist as f*ck,” she said. “Why when I go to this M&T bank, I’m being profiled on some weird sh*t.” She went on, breaking down the situation and telling the bank she wants an explanation, or she’ll consider taking legal action. “I proved everything, so why you not tryna let me make a transfer?” she questioned. “What the f*ck you mean you don’t feel comfortable?”

R Kelly Shouldn’t Expect Privacy, Ex-Prison Employee Accused Of Leaking Info Argues

Last year, R Kelly hit Tasha K and various employees at a Chicago prison with a civil lawsuit, accusing them of working together to leak his personal information while he was behind bars. Allegedly, the correctional officers would send the information from internal devices to Tasha K, who would then publish it on her blog. He accused them of intentionally damaging his reputation and causing him emotional distress.

Tasha K denied these allegations immediately, insisting that she was not part of any scheme to leak his private information. Now, a former prison guard named in the lawsuit has responded. She’s also denying any wrongdoing, according to court documents obtained by In Touch.

Per the court docs, she says that she never obtained R Kelly’s confidential records to sell to Tasha K, but adds that he was “not in a place where” he should have expected privacy. She also argued that her actions were not “outrageous or intentional,” the outlet reports, and that she did not access work computers without or above her authorization. She also denies claims that R Kelly suffered emotional distress as a result of her actions. Her lawyer demands that all of the performer’s complaints against their client be dismissed, meaning that he’d be awarded nothing.

The employee in question retired shortly after the investigation concluded in 2019. Her remarks arrived shortly after it was revealed that the lawsuit was facing dismissal. Reportedly, the U.S. government argued earlier this month that they weren’t responsible for one prison employee’s actions. Nicki Minaj Superfan Sues Her Over “Stalker” Accusations

According to TMZ, Tameer Peak recently filed a lawsuit against the “FTCU” rapper in L.A. Superior Court. In legal documents obtained by the outlet, he claims that he was mistreated by Nicki and her supporters on multiple occasions. He’s seeking $5 million in damages for reputational harm, emotional distress, and financial loss.

Peak paints himself as an innocent fan, who helped Nicki promote her album Pink Friday 2 on social media. Regardless, he claims that he was accused of being paid to sabotage her. He also says that at one point, the performer invited him to her hotel room, where he was allegedly embarrassed in front of over 100K viewers on Instagram Live.

In his suit, Peak also recalls a run-in with Nicki and her husband Kenneth Petty during a Super Bowl weekend event back in 2020. He alleges that he was battered by Petty and that Nicki later sent him a DM about the incident. This year, the ex-Barb claims he was told by other fans that Nicki wanted him to “stop saying d*mb sh*t.” He even alleges that he was targeted on X while she interacted with listeners during Stationhead sessions. “It’s clear they’re not necessarily, you know, a full basket umm at the picnic,” Nicki allegedly wrote.
