Azealia Banks is certainly no stranger to saying wild things online. She frequently delivers controversial hot takes on X, often sparking debates amongst both fans and critics. This week was no exception, as recently, she took to the platform to make a shocking claim about her alleged past experiences with Drake. According to her, they allegedly hooked up at least once.

“Damnnn.. you wanna suck Drake d*ck that bad?” one X user asked her. In response, she alleged that she has. “AND DID!!!!!!!!” she wrote simply. She didn’t provide fans with many more details of the alleged hookup than that, but regardless, her post has earned big reactions from Instagram users in The Neighborhood Talk‘s comments section. While some are surprised by her allegation, others aren’t and want to know more about the alleged encounter.

Banks’ latest wild claim comes just a few days after she showed her support for Drake after he took legal action against Universal Music Group (UMG) over Kendrick Lamar’s diss track “Not Like Us.” She accuses UMG and Spotify of artificially boosting the song and alleges that its release could have been prevented. While this resulted in a great deal of backlash for the Toronto rapper, Banks speculates that he could actually end up making positive change.

“Oh drake DEFINITELY has the gun,” she wrote. “He’s about to crook umg and spotify on some minor legal formalities and actually be the first rapper in history to stage a heist of such epic proportions. It’s really such a lethal chess move when you really examine it. He’s going to subpoena literally every platforms records, they will not be able to cook the books- and *discover* (expose) all the shady backend parts of music streaming no one really understands… then they will all have to prove that drake is a pedophile which would make UMG and spotify look r***rded if they even did, kendrick is not going to be able to perform they not like us, and jayz is going to have officially been bodied by a singing n***a.”

Diddy Demands Access To His Laptop While He Remains Behind Bars

Diddy’s legal team has made a new filing, demanding he have access to a laptop behind bars in order to plan for his upcoming trial. They allege the Metropolitan Detention Center is restricting his access to one, despite the government providing one he could use. With the laptop, he would be able to “review discovery, take notes related to his case, and otherwise assist in his defense.”

“Mr. Combs has still not been provided with the laptop despite numerous inquiries by defense counsel,” the filing reads, as caught by Meghann Cuniff. “Finally, this morning, the government informed defense counsel that after consultation with MDC counsel, Mr. Combs has two options related to his laptop: (1) he will only be provided with the laptop in the unit’s video-teleconference room during select times when legal staff is available and when that room is not otherwise being used during other inmates’ legal calls; or (2) he will only be provided with the laptop in the legal visiting room between the hours of 8-3:30pm. But, not both.”

Diddy’s lawyers then described the options as “untenable” while arguing that no other inmates have to deal with such measures. They continued: “They significantly limit the time available for Mr. Combs to use the laptop and force Mr. Combs to choose between using the laptop and meeting with his attorneys (who often meet with Mr. Combs over video-teleconference). There is also no justification for these restrictions.”

Before concluding, the lawyers accused the MDC of providing the prosecution access to Diddy’s visitation forms, which possibly includes potential experts and investigators. Cassie Reportedly Tried To Settle Diddy Allegations Privately Before Bombshell Lawsuit

Cassie reportedly attempted to settle her allegations against Diddy privately with her ex-boyfriend before filing her bombshell lawsuit against him. Attorney and legal commentator Donte Mills made the claim while discussing the case for Law & Crime’s upcoming three-episode podcast series, The Rise and Fall of Diddy.

“She came to him before she filed [any] lawsuit and said, ‘I believed I was wronged by you,’” Mills alleged, according to a preview of the series obtained by The Guardian on Monday. “And she gave him an opportunity to settle the case before she brought [a] lawsuit.” He further alleged: “I know that both Sean Combs’ attorneys and Cassie’s attorneys were in conversation, in talks, to see if they can resolve the lawsuit, but they were not able to and those settlement negotiations fell through.” Cassie’s attorney, Douglas Wigdor, previously alleged Diddy offered his client “eight figures” in an attempt to “silence her.”

Cassie and Diddy ended up settling the lawsuit just one day after the initial public filing. “I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control,” she said in a statement at the time. “I want to thank my family, fans and lawyers for their unwavering support.” Diddy also addressed the settlement through his attorney: “We have decided to resolve this matter amicably. I wish Cassie and her family all the best. Love.”

That was far from the end of Diddy’s legal troubles, however. Over the course of the next year, countless alleged victims came forward with allegations about the Bad Boy mogul. Authorities also arrested him on charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering in September. He’s already pleaded not guilty and denied all the allegations against him. His trial will kick off in May 2025.

Christian Combs Served Papers As Alleged Sexual Assault Lawsuit Moves Forward

Christian Combs is now facing allegations of assault, battery, sexual assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. A woman named Grace O’Marcaigh had recently her filing delivered to Diddy’s son at his father’s Miami mansion, according to a new report from InTouch Weekly. In the lawsuit, O’Marcaigh claims to have worked as a stewardess aboard a yacht Diddy chartered in July 2022. She alleges it was a “chaotic” scene involving “drug use” and “sex work.”

She alleges that Christian became “inappropriately interested” in her at the time and repeatedly pressured her into sexual acts. At one point, he allegedly cornered her in a room and revealed his erection before someone else walked in, allowing her to escape. “[Grace] was quite scared and realized she was in a very dangerous situation. [Grace] was also feeling the effect of the tequila shots and quickly suspected that the tequila was spiked,” the suit reads.

When O’Marcaigh originally filed the lawsuit back in April, Aaron Dyer, an attorney for both Christian and his father, said in a statement: “This is just another lewd and meritless claim from Tyrone Blackburn — just like what he filed in the Rodney Jones lawsuit, which he still has not served. This complaint is filled with the same kind of manufactured lies and irrelevant facts we’ve come to expect from Blackburn. This is exactly why the federal judge in New York slapped him two days ago for a ‘pattern of behavior’ in ‘improperly [filing] cases in federal court to garner media attention, embarrass defendants with salacious allegations, and pressure defendants to settle quickly,’ and why he was referred to the disciplinary committee in the Southern District of New York. We will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim.”

The lawsuit against Christian comes as Diddy remains behind bars in Brooklyn while awaiting trial in his case for alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. He’s previously pleaded not guilty and attempted to get out on bond on several occasions. His trial will kick off in May 2025.

Sexyy Red Responds To Heavy STD Allegations Made By A Past Fling

Sexyy Red is having to speak for herself after a former fling decided to try and expose her. Overall, it’s a pretty messy situation, with information on this relationship and the man being murky as well. Thanks to a collection of videos from DJ Akademiks, though, were able to piece together the gist of what’s going on here. This whole debacle began thanks to who Ak is describing as an “alleged ex baby dad.” That piece of information comes courtesy of a social media post from Sexyy Red. It reads, “Who my bd opp? I got ah big fat wet p*ssy waitin for you.” It seems she’s looking to get some sort of information on this alleged baby daddy at any cost necessary.

The reason being is because he’s accusing Red of giving him some sort of STD. There’s an audio clip in the post below in which the man is supposedly arguing with the femcee on the phone. He’s audibly upset with her for allegedly lying for the duration of their relationship and relentlessly interrogates her if she’s deceiving other guys too. However, Sexyy Red continues to dodge Wu Slime’s questions (his Facebook name) and says that everyone is getting “burnt.”

But she doesn’t stop there, as she then hopes that Wu Slime got AIDS. It almost sounds like she’s admitting that she gave him some sort of disease without saying it directly. Slime is convinced of that fact though, captioning that phone call, “She said she burning errbody getting burnt you gotta be strong for det nawf side p**sy kuh it’s not for da weak n I’m da weak”

After that, Wu Slime says he’s got a lot more information coming. Unfortunately, a clip of him appearing to explain him and Red’s history is cut short. However, he’s offering to tell the whole story to anyone who’s willing to listen. He even tags Say Cheese TV, Vlad TV, and FYB Jaymane and lets them know his price to talk is going to raise quickly, so he’s looking to capitalize monetarily as well. As for how Red is taking all of this, she seems quite unbothered because, “1. it’s not true… 2. yal believe anything on dis app.” It feels like we are moments away from more crucial details, so stick around.

Diddy Captures Key Win In Alleged Sex Trafficking Case

Diddy earned a minor victory in court, this week, with U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian ordering the prosecution to produce a sworn affidavit vowing they are not the source of leaked information in the case. The order comes after Diddy’s legal team accused prosecutors of allegedly sharing sensitive details with the press, thus infringing upon the Bad Boy mogul’s right to a fair trial. Despite the accusation, they failed to get a gag order on the prosecution back in October.

In that ruling, Subramanian reemphasized existing laws prohibiting lawyers, investigators, and government agents from sharing non-public information with the media. “With this order in hand, both sides can make sure that anyone involved with this case or the related investigation understands what they are not permitted to disclose,” the judge wrote at the time, as caught by AllHipHop. “To be clear, this order isn’t based on a finding that there has been any wrongdoing thus far, as the Court has made no findings at this juncture relating to defendant’s allegations that information related to the case has been leaked. The point of this order is to help ensure that nothing happens from now on that would interfere with a fair trial.”

Specifically, Diddy’s lawyers have accused the state of leaking the infamous video of him attacking his ex-girlfriend Cassie. CNN first published the 2016 footage, earlier this year. Prosecutors have argued they didn’t even have the video when the publication acquired it. “Without any factual basis, the leak motion seeks to suppress highly probative evidence […] by claiming that it was grand jury material leaked by government agents,” prosecutors wrote in a motion from October. “But, as the defendant is fully aware, the video was not in the Government’s possession at the time of CNN’s publication and the Government has never, at any point, obtained the video through grand jury process.”

Diddy is currently residing at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as he awaits trial. He unsuccessfully attempted to get out on bond on several occasions ahead of his trial on May 5, 2025. He faces charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering and has already denied the allegations.

NLE Choppa Slams Woah Vicky For Accusing Him Of Selling His Soul To The Devil

Recently, Woah Vicky went after NLE Choppa in what appeared to be an unwarranted attack on X. In a post, she accused the “GO” rapper of selling his soul to the devil. “Nle choppa sould his soul to the devil. B that’s why he’s saying he’s gay now. He’s a puppet. But hey. Your soul belongs to God it’s not yours to sell it’s never too Jesus loves you,” she wrote.

NLE Choppa didn’t waste any time before firing back. In his response, he accused her of just being bitter because he wouldn’t hook up with her. While it’s unclear whether or not Woah Vicky actually has any interest in NLE Choppa, he suggested that her outburst was a result of bitterness. “Cause I won’t give yo herbal ranch aioli cigarettes built a** no dick,” he wrote back. Obviously, he didn’t appreciate her random insult or any hate she may be directing at the LGBTQIA+ community.

Choppa has been a vocal supporter of the LGBTQIA+ community for some time now and never hesitates to show his support for all of his fans even amid backlash. During a recent conversation with Yung Miami on her Revolt podcast Caresha Please, for example, he opened up about having a large queer following. According to him, he’s grateful and thinks it’s important to love everyone even if they lead a different life than he does.

“Yeah, I’m appreciative of it,” he told the former City Girls performer. “I’m appreciative of it because, at the end of the day, I feel like we are taught to not show love to people because they walk a different life. Who taught that s**t? Who taught that people are supposed to show hate in any instance? God don’t do that. God is love. What the hell is we showing hate for? He would never, He would never. What would God do?”

XXXTentacion’s Killer Points To Drake In Appeal Brief

It’s been over six years since XXXTentacion’s tragic and untimely death. One of the four men convicted for their alleged involvement in the fatal shooting, Dedrick Williams, was handed a life sentence in 2023. He, along with two other men, was found guilty of first-degree murder as well as armed robbery. Now, he’s filing court documents for an appeal. According to Law & Crime Network, his petition points to the late artist’s alleged feud with Drake, arguing that it proves he could allegedly be an alternate suspect.

Williams’ attorney Mauricio Padilla recently spoke with the outlet, describing how he’s trying to create reasonable doubt. “A defendant has every right to defend himself, to show reasonable doubt wherever it may be, and to fully investigate and articulate to a jury an alternate shooter defense or an alternate defense where someone else committed this crime,” he explained. Unfounded conspiracy theories suggesting Drake was allegedly involved in XXXTentacion’s death are nothing new. With that being said, Padilla noted how he’s not necessarily accusing Drake of carrying out the shooting. Instead, he’s trying to prove that this lead wasn’t looked into and that the investigation was sloppy.

Rob Markman alleges that someone from Drake’s OVO team reached out to him at some point during the Toronto rapper’s feud with Kendrick Lamar requesting that he share some positive thoughts about Drake. Markman shared the story while discussing the bombshell legal filings against Universal Music Group.

“I was approached during the battle by a team connected with the OVO side,” he began. “[They] asked me to show the boy some love. Again, I was being as unbiased as possible. I was calling it like I see it, but they asked me, ‘Yo, we know you’re unbiased.’ Really said it. ‘We know you’re unbiased and we like that you’re unbiased and really try to call it straight, but can you show the guy some love.’ No money was offered, absolutely no money was offered. But they offered some things– some information, some access, and said, ‘Yo, and we’ll make it so that you can play his songs in your videos. We’ll whitelist it.’ Ultimately, I declined for my own personal reasons. I just feel that my allegiance is to y’all.”

Drake’s Alleged Motivations Behind “Not Like Us” Lawsuit Revealed

The true motivation behind Drake taking legal action against Universal Music Group and Spotify allegedly revolves around negotiations he’s currently involved in with his label, according to Loren Lorosa. Taking to social media on Monday night, she reported that sources close to the Toronto rapper’s camp have told her they believe UMG is trying to use the success of “Not Like Us” to bury him.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Lorosa wrote: “Drake’s side decided to file this suit not just because of the ‘Not Like Us’ song. It’s bigger than just the song which is why Drake is suing the label and NOT Kendrick directly. From what I’m told .. Drake allegedly feels as if his label UMG.. is using money he’s made them to fund Kendrick Lamar’s song burying him amidst a sensitive label negotiation he’s currently in.
