Ebro Darden has weighed in on the recent lawsuit against Jay-Z in which an alleged victim has amended a previous lawsuit against Diddy to now name the Roc Nation founder. She accuses the two of them of raping her at an afterparty for the 2000 MTV VMAs when she was just 13 years old. Speaking about the situation on Monday, Ebro complained about how excited users on social media have been to tear down Jay-Z.

“My biggest problem in all of this is the clown show that sexual assaults have become,” he said. “I don’t know why so many people want to see Jay-Z get torn down. It’s a nature of our culture that we aren’t wanting to examine. It’s disgusting. People love a tear-down of somebody successful. Maybe you don’t like all his business dealings. Some people are upset with their own lives and they see somebody else seemingly having a phenomenal run at life and they don’t wanna see it… I would say in all this it still takes me back to how upsetting it is that sexual assault is a game.”

On the latest episode of The Breakfast Club, Charlamagne Tha God suggested that the alleged victim is likely looking for a paycheck. “You hear the initial accusation but you don’t ever see when the case gets dropped,” he said. “You don’t see when the case actually gets dismissed. I’m telling you, all of this stuff is a grift. It’s complete foolishness.”

Charlamagne Tha God responded to the lawsuit filed against Jay-Z and Diddy during Monday morning’s episode of The Breakfast Club, arguing that the alleged victim is likely looking for a paycheck. The woman, identified as “Jane Doe,” accused the two music industry veterans of allegedly raping her at an afterparty for the 2000 MTV VMAs when she was just 13 years old.

“What you hear is this, right? You hear the initial accusation but you don’t ever see when the case gets dropped,” Charlamagne said. “You don’t see when the case actually gets dismissed. I’m telling you, all of this stuff is a grift. It’s complete foolishness. They do this all the time. They’ll have the lawyer reach out to your team and they’ll tell your team, ‘We’re gonna do a press conference. We’re gonna have interviews if you don’t settle with us.’ Most people settle. You’d be surprised how many people do settle.”

Jay ended up responding to the lawsuit and attorney Tony Buzbee quickly on social media, claiming to not be afraid of litigation. “What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle,” his statement reads in part. “No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!!” He concluded: “Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physics, will believe the idiotic claims you have levied against me that, if not for the seriousness surrounding harm to kids, would be laughable. I look forward to showing you just how different I am.”

Jay-Z is trending on social media after an alleged victim amended a prior lawsuit against Diddy to include the Roc Nation founder. The news set social media ablaze with reactions on Sunday, including a statement from Jay himself, denying the validity of the story. The “Jane Doe” claimed that Jay and Diddy allegedly raped her at an afterparty for the 2000 MTV VMAs when she was just 13 years old.

“This is 9/11 for dinner with Jay Z twitter,” one user on X (formerly Twitter) joked about the situation. DJ Akademiks and Wack 100 have once again discussed the pedophilia allegations Kendrick Lamar leveled against Drake during their ongoing feud. Speaking about the topic during a livestream on Sunday night, they brought up the 2010 video of Drake bringing a girl on stage and kissing her before learning she was only 17 years old. The two noted that the clip took place during a concert in Denver, Colorado, where the legal age of consent is 17.

“I know this. I know all the states,” Wack exclaimed during the stream. After Ak then noted that Drake didn’t “technically” do anything wrong, Wack theorized that Drake might be impacted by the federal age of consent being 18 years old. Fans on X (formerly Twitter) haven’t been impressed with the defense strategy. “If you gotta defend the girls you mess with on a technicality, you’ve officially lost the plot,” one user responded to the clip. Another wrote: “People glossing over the fact that there doesn’t have to be a legal implication of being a pdf file. It’s simply being attracted to children. Drake recently took legal action against Univeral Music Group, accusing them of defamation for not stopping the release of Kendrick Lamar’s diss track, “Not Like Us.” On the hit song, he raps, “Certified Lover Boy? Certified pedophiles,” as well as, “Tryna strike a chord and it’s probably A minor.” He also alleged that the company artificially boosted the sales of the song. UMG has denied both accusations.

Meek Mill spoke out in defense of Jay-Z on social media, Sunday night, after an alleged victim, identified as “Jane Doe,” amended a prior lawsuit against Diddy to include the Roc Nation founder. She accused Jay of allegedly joining Diddy in raping her at an afterparty for the 2000 MTV VMAs when she was just 13 years old. In addressing the allegations, Meek called out American media companies for helping boost the virality of the story online.

The father of the Baddies star’s child Blueface went to jail in January, and she found herself wrapped up in some legal trouble of her own just a few months later. Following a short stint behind bars, she was released and has since seemed committed to her faith and family. It looks like she may not be able to put the past behind her entirely, however.

Recently, one of her ex-best friends hopped online to bring up some old allegations involving Offset. Late last year, Blueface accused Chrisean of sleeping with the former Migos member after she got a tattoo of the “Thotiana” rapper’s face covered up. “Being tatted on a h*e is not a flex,” he tweeted at the time. “You literally f**ked Cardi B’s husband [a] couple weeks ago, I’m tired of ni**as looking at me while they f**king you. Get the rest of ’em gone ASAP, please.”

Chrisean Rock’s Former Friend Puts Her On Blast

Both Offset and Chrisean were quick to deny these allegations. Her ex-friend, on the other hand, insists that there’s some truth to them. In a clip, she accuses Chrisean of being a homewrecker and claims she stopped hanging out with her due to her morals. At the time of writing, Chrisean has yet to respond to the accusations. They’re not the only ones she’s been hit with recently, however.

Earlier this month, she was confronted at a mall by her ex-boyfriend Ronny Doe, who is demanding a paternity test. He alleged that there’s a chance he’s the father of Chrisean’s son, even alleging that he was present when Chrisean’s water broke and when she gave birth. Her sister Jada came to her defense earlier this week. She shut down Doe’s claims and stated that only close members of Chrisean’s family were present for her child’s birth.

Lately, Chrisean Rock’s ex Ronny Doe has been committed to getting answers, as he believes there’s a chance that he’s allegedly the father of her and Blueface’s son Chrisean Jesus. He confronted her about this at a mall recently, resulting in a dramatic and messy encounter. Eventually, the police got involved, and the two of them went their separate ways. He continues to demand a paternity test, even recently accusing Chrisean of trying to “evade” one by getting him into legal trouble.

During an interview this week, Doe alleged that he was with Chrisean when her water broke, and when she gave birth to her son. The Baddies star’s sister Jada is coming to her defense, however, insisting that he wasn’t actually there. According to her, the only people present were close family members.

Chrisean Rock’s Sister Jada Calls Out Ronny Doe

“Y’all know I was in the delivery room with her,” she explained on Instagram Live recently. “Only me, my mother, and her godparents. That was it. Nobody else. He’s a liar. He’s a liar. He wish, he wish. Y’all know he’s a liar. Nothing he say is accurate so you can’t take no accurancy anything he say. You can’t even take him serious. That boy is ridiclous.” At the time of writing, Doe has yet to respond to Jada’s claims. This isn’t the first time he’s asked for a paternity test though, as back in October, he took to Instagram to beg for confirmation that he’s not Chrisean Jesus’ dad.

“I deserve to have that proven to me through what?” he said at the time. “A DNA test. If Junior is not my son the DNA test will prove that. Right or wrong? Right.” Reportedly, a DNA test proved that Bluface is Chrisean Jesus’ father on an episode of Cr*zy In Love in 2023. Doe alleges that this was fake, and remains unconvinced.

Wack 100 Confronts Bodyguard Who Claims Busta Rhymes Is Gay

Wack 100 and Busta Rhymes have both been in the rap game for decades. They have experienced a lot and witnessed ever more. Wack 100 is far more active on social media, however, which is probably why he caught wind of Big Homie CC’s recent allegations. Big Homie, a celebrity bodyguard, recently claimed that Busta Rhymes is secretly gay. Wack was shocked by these allegations, and decided to confront Big Homie CC about them during an Instagram Live video.

Wack 100 is stunned by the allegations. So stunned, in fact, that he insists Big Homie CC tell him that the allegations are true to his face. “Are you telling me, right now, that my brother, Busta Rhymes, is gay?,” he asked. “I want you tell me that, and we gon deal with this bro. That’s what you sayin, homie?.” Big Homie was reticent to give a definitive answer. He repeatedly asked where Wack 100 was, and then asked if he could meet up in person to discuss the matter. Wack was not playing around, though. “I’m asking you a question,” he restated. “Are you telling me my brother is gay, n**ga?Yes or no, and I’m gonna make sure you stand on it in real life.”

Wack 100 Referred To Busta Rhymes As A “Brother”

Big Homie CC told Wack 100 to refer to the interview in which he initially made the allegations. This did not prove to be good enough to satisfy the music exec. He felt that making such a bold claim about an old friend demanded a direct response. “Thats a brother to me, I know his children my n**ga. This ain’t no troll sh*t,” Wack 100 asserted. He insisted that the bodyguard tell him point blank. Big Homie did not budge throughout the conversation, however. He tried to angle his way into a situation in which he could talk with Wack off camera.

Big Homie’s allegations stemmed from a May interview with Cam Capone News. The bodyguard claimed that he’s known about Busta Rhymes’ alleged activities since 2012. He dubbed the rapper a “super zest monster” and claimed he sought out “fun boys” whenever he secured a VIP section at a club. Big Homie also claimed that Busta treated women disrespectfully whenever they were out. Given the seriousness of these allegations, Wack 100’s intensity is understandable. Busta, however, has not responded or spoken up on the matter.

Diddy Accuses Authorities Of Unfairly Monitoring His Communication In Prison

Diddy has been hit with plenty of disturbing allegations in recent months. The Bad Boy founder is currently behind bars facing charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. In addition to this, he’s been sued by various individuals who accuse him of sexual assault, abuse, and more. Now, however, he’s pushed back against the prosecution with some allegations of his own.

In new court documents obtained by TMZ, the mogul’s legal team accuses federal officials of violating his constitutional rights. They cite the raid of Diddy’s prison cell at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. They allege that it was conducted under the false pretext of security concerns. The filing also alleges that the government has been working with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) to monitor Diddy’s communications. Allegedly, prosecutors have used some of their findings to argue against Diddy’s getting released on bail.

News of the filing comes after Diddy’s team demanded that he gain access to a laptop to prepare for trial. They accuse the MDC of restricting his access to one unjustly, while other inmates allegedly don’t have the same restrictions.

“Mr. Combs has still not been provided with the laptop despite numerous inquiries by defense counsel,” the filing alleges per Meghann Cuniff. “Finally, this morning, the government informed defense counsel that after consultation with MDC counsel, Mr. Combs has two options related to his laptop: (1) he will only be provided with the laptop in the unit’s video-teleconference room during select times when legal staff is available and when that room is not otherwise being used during other inmates’ legal calls; or (2) he will only be provided with the laptop in the legal visiting room between the hours of 8-3:30pm. But, not both.”

Kanye West Under Fire For Allegedly Failing To Pay “Vultures” Producers

Kanye West has faced no shortage of legal issues in recent months. Now, it looks like he could potentially face more sometime in the near future. According to a new Billboard report, various producers who worked on his joint projects Vultures 1 and 2 with Ty Dolla Sign allege that they’ve yet to be compensated. The first volume was released in February of this year, and the second dropped in August.

“We have clients who’ve produced music on the Vultures album(s) and have still not been paid for their services even though both albums have been released,” music attorney Bob Celestin alleged, per the outlet. “Presently, we have no idea when payment will be made, which is so unfortunate and unfair. You would think Ye would be more sensitive to this issue because he is a producer.”

The outlet points out that these producers never signed agreements with Ye, leaving them unable to collect producer fees or royalties. “We have no recourse besides to try to sue [West]… but that’s costly,” one of their attorneys said. “Legal claims against Ye don’t really seem to go anywhere,” another added. Billboard‘s report arrived shortly after producer Digital Nas went off on the duo in a fiery rant. He worked on the track “Carnival” with Ye and Ty, and was upset he was left off the credits.

“I’m showing y’all this to let y’all know how many vultures are in this music industry […] These n****s are fighting over crumbs,” he alleged at the time. “‘Carnival’ made $47,000 publishing. These n****s is old as f*ck, don’t have no talent. But they use young n****s’ sound and then they try to say they did something on the record when they didn’t do sh*t!”
