Diddy’s Family Supports The Combs Twins At High School Football Game

Dana Tran, who shares a daughter, Love, with Diddy, as well as the Bad Boy mogul’s son, Christian, showed up to support his twin daughters, Jessie and D’Lila, at their high school football game on Friday night. The two girls are both on the school’s cheerleading team. The move comes as Diddy remains behind bars at a jail in Brooklyn while awaiting trial in his case regarding alleged sex trafficking and racketeering.

In pictures from the event obtained by TMZ, Tran and Diddy’s two-year-old daughter rocks a custom blue varsity jacket while Christian wears a matching white puffer jacket and pants. Jessie and D’Lila’s high school ended up winning the game 38-14 to kick off the playoffs.

The football game meet-up comes after Justin Combs, Quincy Brown, Love Sean Combs, Jessie Combs, D’Lila Combs, and Christian Combs all shared a video of themselves wishing their father a happy birthday over the phone. “I love y’all, I love y’all so much,” Diddy could be heard telling his family in the video on Instagram. “…I can’t wait to see y’all… and I just want to say I’m proud of y’all — especially the girls, I mean all of y’all. Just for being strong. Thank y’all for being strong, and thank y’all for being by my side and supporting me. I love y’all. I got the best family in the world!”

Diddy Accused Of Using His Mother’s Name To Launch An Alleged Criminal Enterprise

Deon “D1” Best, who claims to be a former friend and business associate of Diddy, alleges that the Bad Boy mogul launched a criminal enterprise by using his mother’s name, Janice Combs. Appearing on The Daily Mail’s podcast, The Trial of Diddy, D1 revealed that he intends to sue Janice for allegedly taking artists’ publishing rights. He alleged that he helped Diddy sign a number of artists in the 1990s through his company, Finish Line Entertainment, but the publishing rights and future earnings went to Janice.

“All of my publishing rights went to Janice Combs,” Best told the outlet. “I’m here to talk about a different section of his allegations… and what I feel to believe involves his mother, Janice Combs. The [Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act] is about holding people accountable for systematic actions.” He added: “You know, these actions have caused financial hardship, emotional hardship, but not only myself, but other artists in the business through what I feel was fraudulent and coercive activity. And I think that Janice Combs falls under those guidelines.”

Diddy’s mother recently broke her silence on the charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering her son is facing. In a statement from October, she wrote: “It is heartbreaking to see my son judged not for the truth, but for a narrative created out of lies. To bear witness what seems to be like a public lynching of my son before he has had the opportunity to prove his innocence is a pain too unbearable to put into words. Like every human being, my son deserves to have his day in court, to finally share his side, and to prove his innocence.”

Diddy has denied all of the allegations against him several times over the last year. He’s currently residing at a jail in Brooklyn while awaiting trial in his alleged sex trafficking and racketeering case. Shortly after his arrest, he pleaded not guilty to the crimes. Harve Pierre Wants Dawn Richard’s Lawsuit Against Him & Diddy Thrown Out

Harve Pierre wants Dawn Richard’s recent lawsuit against himself and Diddy thrown out, according to his lawyer, Scott E. Leemon. In documents caught by AllHipHop, he argued that an amendment to the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Act (GMVL) doesn’t apply in this case, among other complaints. In the lawsuit, Richard referenced an incident that allegedly occurred at a Manhattan recording studio in December 2010, in which she alleges Diddy’s bodyguard forcibly detained her inside a car for several hours before Pierre eventually allowed her to be released.

“New York State has a one-year statute of limitations for claims like these,” Leemon said. “Even if the claims were timely, they lack the necessary evidence suggesting that Pierre was involved in any tortious act.” The lawsuit also cites the alleged breaking of an agreement between Richard and Pierre, to which Leemon added: “There is no allegation of any contractual obligation between the parties.”

He also addressed allegations of fraud. “The complaint’s vague and undifferentiated allegations of fraud against all defendants fail to meet the specificity standards required in such cases,” Leemon remarked. “… The complaint fails on several grounds, and we are optimistic that Mr. Pierre will be cleared.”

As for the rest of the lawsuit, Richard also alleges Diddy, “manipulated her with mantras that submission to his depraved demands was necessary for career advancement, instilling in her the belief that such abuse and exploitation were required for female artists to succeed in the music industry.” Diddy has already denied all of the allegations he’s faced over the last year. The Bad Boy founder’s trial is expected to begin in May of next year, and reportedly, he could be facing a hefty prison sentence if convicted. Amid his legal trouble, there have been rumors floating around that tapes of his alleged “freak off” parties are allegedly being shopped around Hollywood.

In September, for example, attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd told NewsNation that she was allegedly contacted with an offer to buy one of the alleged tapes. She alleged that it featured a celebrity even “more high-profile” than Diddy, but didn’t name any names. Of course, this led to plenty of speculation about who this celebrity could be.

Some social media users have even accused Tyrese of appearing in an alleged Diddy tape. Recently, however, he hopped online to shut these theories down for good. In a clip, he explains that while he’s attended Diddy’s parties and had a great time, there’s no footage of him doing anything nefarious. “There is no such thing as a Diddy tape, literally,” he began. “So, allegedly, whatever that brother is dealing with… Whatever reasons he’s in jail, whatever the FBI and the law is dealing with, allegedly, pertaining to Diddy. I wanna tell y’all that I’ve been to some of the most legendary parties. I got no regrets, I think some of the best parties in LA.”

Kanye West Reportedly Misses Deposition In Lawsuit Over Alleged Racial Discrimination

Earlier this year, Kanye West was hit with a lawsuit by former Donda Academy and Yeezy employee Benjamin Deshon Provo. Provo, an ex-security guard, accuses Ye of racial bias and improper workplace behavior. “Kanye and members of his management team subjected Provo and other black employees to less favorable treatment than their white counterparts,” the lawsuit alleges. “Specifically, Kanye frequently screamed at and berated black employees, while in contrast, he never so much as raised his tone of voice toward white staff.”

According to AllHipHop, Ye was scheduled to provide a deposition last week but did not show up. Reportedly, Provo’s team informed Ye of the deposition this month and has not heard back about rescheduling. They’re stressing the urgency of the situation, arguing that Ye’s deposition is necessary for them to prepare for trial.

“It is crucial that Provo’s counsel obtain this deposition in a timely manner to ascertain all relevant, pertinent facts in this case to allow Provo to fully prosecute his claims and prepare for trial,” they explained. They’re seeking an order to compel Ye to appear for questioning. A February hearing has been scheduled to address the situation. They’re also asking for $1,760 in compensation for West’s failure to attend the deposition.

Reports of Ye missing his deposition come just days after it was revealed that Ye settled a class action lawsuit over allegedly unpaid wages to Yeezy employees. According to Baller Alert, he settled for $625K. This will reportedly go to former employees represented by the lawsuit and their legal representation. Diddy Hit With New Lawsuit Over Alleged NYC Car Chase

Diddy has dealt with no shortage of legal drama in recent months, and now, he’s been hit with yet another lawsuit. According to legal documents obtained by AllHipHop, he’s being sued over an alleged 1996 confrontation. DeWitt Gilmore accuses the Bad Boy founder and others of attacking him in New York. He’s seeking $5 million in damages.

In his lawsuit, Gilmore alleges that after leaving a club with friends, Diddy and his crew pulled up in a convertible and began taunting him. He accuses Diddy of using “derogatory language” and “escalating the situation with threats of violence.” Allegedly, Diddy’s associates proceeded to surround Gilmore’s vehicle and fired off shots. Eventually, Gilmore was able to escape, but not before an alleged car chase.

“The encounter rapidly intensified as Defendant Combs’ bodyguard and additional vehicles carrying armed associates joined to form an entourage, surrounding Plaintiff’s vehicle,” the lawsuit alleges. “Defendant Combs and his associates blocked Plaintiff’s car, creating a sense of immediate danger. Defendant Combs’ associates brandished firearms and shots were fired. Fearing for his life, Plaintiff Gilmore, with Lance Calfe and Rico as witnesses, were aggressively chased through the dark city streets and managed to evade the scene by accelerating through traffic, narrowly escaping a potentially deadly ambush.”

According to Gilmore, he didn’t press charges against Diddy immediately after the alleged incident out of fear of retribution. He later reconnected with Lance Calfe, one of the friends he was with the night of the alleged car chase. Kimora Lee Simmons Faces Legal Trouble Over Alleged Fraud, Forgery & Property Disputes

Kimora Lee Simmons is in a contentious legal battle with her ex husband Russell, but she also has a lot of other items on the docket. Moreover, she faces various legal actions for alleged fraud, forgery, and property disputes according to court documents reportedly obtained by Baller Alert. Specifically, the model, entrepreneur, and former Baby Phat CEO has to contend with her ownership discrepancy of a Beverly Hills mansion, which she occupies. Her company Keyway Pride Limited LLC contested an alleged sale agreement from her husband, former Goldman Sachs banker Tim Leissner, whom law enforcement hit with charges for his alleged involvement in the 1MDB scandal.

Furthermore, Leissner reportedly used a company called 25 Beverly Park Circle PropCo LLC. Keyway Pride claims ownership of the luxury mansion in Beverly Hills and claims he attempted to sell the mansion in 2020 while lacking the permission to do so. In addition, Kimora Lee Simmons’ company’s legal team alleged her husband engaged in “clear forgery” with the operating agreement he used. However, the legal battles and Tim Leissner’s alleged involvement don’t stop there, thanks to some allegations from Kimora Lee’s estranged ex husband.

Russell Simmons questioned her alleged involvement in some of Leissner’s big transactions and financial moves. Mainly, his concerns center around a stock purchase agreement (SPA) from 2018 that resulted in Kimora Lee Simmons reportedly acquiring almost four million shares in Celsius Holdings, Inc. Per the embattled music executive’s claims, this SPA – signed between Kimora Lee and Tim Leissner following his 2018 arrest – is not a transparent arm’s-length financial exchange. Via reported court documents, Russell alleges that this transaction could be void since it’s unknown whether the company whose shares this exchange occurred for (All Def Media LLC) even legally exists.

Finally, Kimora Lee Simmons claims she solely manages Keyway Pride, but her ex husband and the company’s own filings posit that their operating agreement doesn’t provide complete authority, without need for joint decision-making, to any one manager. Russell Simmons’ legal team additionally argues that even a legitimate agreement would still require Kimora Lee to make significant transaction decisions in conjunction with Tim Leissner, and thus puts her at risk of voided actions if she does not take those actions in a way that ensures this mutual consent. A trial over these issues will reportedly begin in January of 2026, per its scheduled start time at press time.

Tim Westwood Sparks Diddy Comparisons Amid Sexual Misconduct Allegations

The Bad Boy founder was arrested in September on charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. He could face a hefty prison sentence if he’s found guilty. He’s currently behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, awaiting a trial that’s expected to begin in May of next year.

In addition to this, he’s facing several lawsuits from women and men accusing him of sexual assault, abuse, and more. He’s far from the only prominent artist facing disturbing allegations these days, however. British DJ Tim Westwood was also accused of sexual misconduct by various women in 2022. According to BBC, UK investigators recently submitted evidence to prosecutors who will now determine whether or not to bring charges against him.

“A file of evidence has now been submitted to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and our team continues to make enquiries, with support from prosecutors,” Detective Superintendent Andy Furphy explained. “We will thoroughly and properly investigate sexual [offenses] as part of our commitment to making London safer for women and girls.”

A CPS spokesperson was also able to confirm they “received the Metropolitan Police Service regarding allegations of non-recent sexual [offenses] allegedly committed by a man in his 60s.” The Met Police also issued a statement, revealing that “a man in his 60’s has been interviewed under caution on four separate occasions. Young Thug Fans Suspect Cop Allegedly Wore His Missing $1.7M Watch To Court

Young Thug was finally released from prison last week after accepting a plea deal. The rapper’s issues may not be completely over, however. According to various reports, his $1.7 million Richard Mille watch is allegedly missing after being seized by authorities following his arrest. Now, social media users have some theories about where it could be. Many of them involve a police officer who recently took the stand in the YSL RICO trial.

In a clip from the courtroom, he’s seen wearing a watch that some fans theorize could allegedly be Young Thug’s. Of course, this is unconfirmed, but some Instagram users in The Neighborhood Talk‘s comments are convinced regardless. “Cops be the ones you gotta watch the most sometimes,” one of them writes. “Now why would he wear that to court?” someone else wonders.

Others argue that the watch the police officer is seen wearing in the clip can’t the same watch that Young Thug is missing. Either way, his supporters are having a field day with their theories. It looks like Young Thug has more to worry about than a missing watch these days, however, as he’s been busy reconnecting with old collaborators and friends following his release from prison.

Recently, for example, Metro Boomin hopped online to tease what appears to be an upcoming collab with him. Young Thug also posted his first post-prison tweet over the weekend, which seemed to hint that he has a new song with Lil Baby coming sometime soon. Le’Veon Bell is certainly no stranger to voicing his political opinions online. Recently, however, this backfired on the athlete when he decided to use his platform to spread anti-trans rhetoric. Earlier this week, he was letting his supporters know some of the reasons he decided to vote for Donald Trump. “I don’t want my daughter to have to compete or share a locker room with men,” he wrote.

For obvious reasons, his tweet rubbed several social media users the wrong way, including a trans sex worker named Lex. She wasted no time firing back and did so by exposing Bell’s own alleged DMs to her. In the messages, he allegedly asks her if she ever visits L.A., asks for her number, and more.

“Spewing this rhetoric when…& yes this was on my nsfw page he knew I was a doll lol,” Lex alleged in her caption. Before allegedly exposing Bell, she told her followers she’d be putting all of the Trump-supporting men who’ve slid into her DMs on blast. “Outing all DL men including celebrities that ever hit me up and post about Trump idgaf,” she wrote. She also shared that she was nervous about another one of her posts, but described being fed up with celebrity men.

“Nervous to post what I did but I have dealt with so many celebrity men over the years and protected them on behalf of danger of myself and embarrassment of them but to see them being so vile like they don’t fantasize about us constantly,” the post reads.
