Ginuwine Responds To Britney Spears’ Justin Timberlake “Blaccent” Allegations

Back in October, Britney Spears released her eagerly-anticipated memoir, The Woman In Me. The book contains various previously untold stories, including accounts of her career, relationships, and more. She shares a lot about her former public relationship with Justin Timberlake in the book, even once accusing him of using a “blaccent” when chatting with Ginwuine.

“Sometimes, I think they tried too hard to fit in,” Spears wrote of NSYNC. “One day, J and I were in New York going to parts of town I’d never been to before. Walking our way was a guy with a huge blinged-out medallion. He was flanked by two giant security guards. J got all excited and said so loud, ‘Oh yeah, fo shizz, fo shizz. Ginuwine! What’s up, homie?’” she alleges.

For obvious reasons, her story got social media users talking. It managed to invoke plenty of secondhand embarrassment, with countless commenters calling it disrespectful and strange. During a recent interview with PEOPLE, however, Ginuwine addressed Spears’ story, claiming that he personally doesn’t remember it. “Yeah, yeah, I definitely heard about it. People were calling about that. But I can tell you I don’t remember that happening. I truly don’t remember that happening.” According to him, if it had actually happened, he would have remembered it. “If Justin would’ve did something like that, I probably would’ve looked at him like, ‘Why are you acting like that?’” he says. “If he did that, that would be something that I would remember. That would’ve definitely stuck out. So nah, I don’t remember that happening.”

While it’s possible that Spears simply remembers something that Ginuwine doesn’t, it seems as though her recollection might’ve been incorrect. Finesse2tymes’ Brother Accuses Rapper Of Having Him Jumped

Recently, Finesse2tymes brother took to Instagram Live to reveal that he was recently jumped. He boasted a large knot on his forehead, which he says was a result of the incident. Surprisingly, he alleges that the person who orchestrated the attack was the rapper himself.

Allegedly, the two of them got into an argument, and Finesse2tymes later sent some friends to jump his brother. His brother claims that he went live to “expose” him, expressing disbelief that Finesse2tymes would do something like that to him. “What type of n***a you know let his n****s fight his own brother?” he wondered. He continued, suggesting that instead of allegedly sending his friends after him, he should have faced him “one on one.”

Finesse2tymes’ brother went on to claim that he has footage of the incident, and that he isn’t afraid to release it. He also advised his brother not to reach out to him moving forward, as he’ll no longer be there to help. It’s unclear if or when he plans on releasing the footage. Unfortunately, this isn’t the only person close to Finesse2tymes to take aim at him on social media recently. Last month, he cut ties with two of his three girlfriends, turning his attention to his “true” love, FNG Shugga. One of his exes, who is currently pregnant with his child, took to her Instagram Story to sound off about the split.

“My gay a** ex going through a mental breakdown because he’s on ‘downtime’ from getting his BBL or lipo or whatever you want to call it,” she wrote. “So, he is bored at home! Butttttt he need to worry bout his girlfriend (bm) takin’ pills. I been gone round y’all for months! This year, fans have seen some shocking shifts in a few of their favorite hip-hop stars. Whether it’s recovering from controversy, coming back after incarceration, or even converting to Christianity, the future is looking up for this list of figures. Having pushed through adversity and come out stronger on the other side, they surely deserve a nod for their turnarounds.

Turning one’s life around is obviously no easy task, particularly in the spotlight. Changing public perception can often prove to be an even more arduous feat than a personal transformation itself, sometimes meaning a long road to getting credit where it’s due. Regardless, these hip-hop stars appear to be doing better than ever these days, despite their past obstacles.

Angela White FKA Blac Chyna

Angela White, formerly known as Blac Chyna, rose to prominence in the Miami strip club scene, later catapulting to stardom as a video vixen. Eventually, she landed as a businesswoman/ reality star, known in part for her high-profile relationships with Tyga and Rob Kardashian. The D.C. native took quite a journey to get to where she is now, at one point becoming nearly synonymous with the surgically enhanced appearance popularized in the 2010s. This year, however, White decided to go back to her roots, reversing some of her cosmetic procedures and transforming her look dramatically.

Nowadays, the mother of two prioritizes keeping her body healthy, focusing on fitness, and celebrating over one year sober. On top of her physical transformation, White has also leaned into her faith since converting to Christianity in 2022. Ultimately, she decided that sex work is no longer for her, and has opted to let her religion guide her life from now on. While there’s nothing wrong with sex work or cosmetic procedures, White told Page Six that she feels “the best [she’s] felt [her] whole life” since her turnaround. Fans love to see White in her bag her way, reaping the rewards of securing icon status early on.

Gunna

Gunna got out of prison at the end of last year, following a sweeping indictment that saw the arrest of him, along with 24 other YSL affiliates, Young Thug included. He signed a plea deal on the day of his release, prompting countless fans and peers to speculate that he turned his back on his co-defendants. As Young Thug remains behind bars, the Georgia hip-hop star has been a major target for “snitching” allegations, which he’s seemingly denied multiple times in his music.

He dropped his album A Gift & a Curse back in June, hinting at the rumors being false on various tracks. The album has performed well, and managed to earn him back some respect among listeners. It even scored him a nomination at the 2024 Grammys, notably hushing his critics. Not everyone is back on Gunna’s team these days, but in a genre where loyalty rules, his turnaround is impressive, to say the least.

This year, B.G. became a free man after spending over a decade behind bars on gun and conspiracy charges. The 43-year-old hasn’t wasted any time since his release, reuniting with old friends and collaborators following his lengthy prison stay. He’s already dropped projects with Boosie Badazz, Mike WiLL Made-It, and more, and is only looking forward to adding to his discography. He even told 2 Chainz back in September that he’s planning on unleashing “seven, eight” albums in the near future, wanting nothing else but to “flood the streets” with new music.

While surely his turnaround hasn’t been easy, the New Orleans-born hip-hop artist seems to have a solid support system of people who want him to succeed. At this point, aside from releasing music, B.G. is focused on keeping on the straight and narrow, ensuring that he won’t be returning to the lifestyle that landed him in prison. “I’m not letting nobody rob me of my productivity, prosperity, positivity and peace of mind,” he told followers in September. “13 years was more [than] enough time for me to change the reckless path I was on.“

Chrisean Rock

This year, Chrisean Rock welcomed her first child Chrisean Jr. with her ex Blueface. The new mother has been a frequent target of criticism pertaining to her parenting skills, relationships, and more. While she continues to go back and forth with the “Thotiana” performer online and engage in some other questionable behavior now and then, there’s no doubt that there’s been a notable turnaround in the Baddies star’s lifestyle.

On top of caring for Jr., Chrisean has also called on her faith in recent months, and continually expresses a desire to do better for the sake of her child. Nowadays, the Baltimore hip-hop artist seems to do her best to avoid the pitfalls she’s been victim to in the past, moving towards a more stable future for herself and her little one. Chrisean isn’t always successful when it comes to dodging controversy, but fans can agree that the addition of her son to her life has been overwhelmingly positive.

Russell Simmons Discusses Sexual Assault Allegations, Claims He’s Taken 9 Lie Detector Tests

During his recent interview with Graham Bensinger, Russell Simmons opened up about the impact his sexual assault allegations have had on his life. According to the Def Jam co-founder, he’s taken various lie detector tests in attempts to clear his name. Simmons admits that he’s engaged in some questionable activity in the past. He insists, however, that he’s never been violent or forceful with anyone.

“When someone said, for instance, ‘I was violent’ — one person said that — and I’ve never been violent. Took that. And one said I apologized. I never apologized about assaulting anyone. But if two people say it, because one said it, and #metoo, and the second person said it, then I took a test for it,” he explained.

“Some people say that they’re not accurate, but it’s 94% accurate,” Simmons says of the lie detector tests. “I did nine of them, it’s pretty clear that I don’t believe it. I even asked if, ‘Well, what if I believe it, but it’s not true?’ He said, ‘Your subconscious will get you,’” he continued, “I don’t know how true that is, but that’s what was told to me by the Chairman of the Polygraph Association.” He went on to suggest that there could be multiple explanations for why various women came forward with allegations.

“If you had more foursomes than most guys at once, could someone leave and feel hurt? Could someone leave and feel they wished they hadn’t? Could some reimagine a story out of thousands of people” he asked, “Could someone want notoriety in the market where people thirst for fame, even infamous.” Simmons continued, “Could someone who just came out of jail, and want to sue you because they had an experience and they can reimagine it just a little bit different? Russell Simmons Accuses Kimora Lee Of Stealing From Him To Bail Out New Husband

During a recent interview with Graham Bensinger, Russell Simmons spoke on his lawsuit against his ex, Kimora Lee. According to him, the Baby Phat founder allegedly transferred his Celsius energy drink stock to herself to pay her current husband’s bail. Her husband, Tim Leissner, was charged with conspiracy to commit money laundering and conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act in 2018.

“I must’ve been a sh*t partner, from what I hear,” Simmons began. “No. I was very generous and tried to be supportive. We were together 15 years, Kimora and I. And for eight years, we were married. And together for seven, before that,” he continued, “And then, I was best friends with Kimora throughout the entire raising of my children.” Things were great between them for a while, however, the situation eventually took a turn for the worse. According to Simmons, anybody else would have also sued had they experienced what he allegedly did.

“So, I tried to be flexible, and accommodating, and supportive,” Simmons then described. “And sometimes, things don’t work out. You’ve seen the lawsuit. I had no choice. I think Jesus Christ, Lord Buddha, anybody would have sued. […] She gave what is now, today, based on the value of the stock, $800 million to the government illegally, and now I’m fighting to get my half of it back.” Kimora’s legal team previously denied his allegations, clapping back with accusations of “harassment.”

Ever since Cassie filed her lawsuit against Diddy last month, 50 Cent has been trolling him on social media. He’s poked fun at his longtime rival as lawsuits continue to roll out, eventually announcing plans to make a documentary based on the allegations. 50 Cent previously claimed that he’d be taking notes from the docuseries Surviving R. Kelly days after Diddy and Cassie settled, and announced that it’s officially in the works last week.

“RAPPER ?” he captioned a screenshot of a Page Six story about his upcoming documentary. “I thought Diddy was a Billionaire music mogul, If he’s smart he will file bankruptcy now. Anyone with real money knows why I’m saying this. I’m the best producer for the job guys. Here come the receipts.” Now, he’s announced that the proceeds from the documentary will be going to victims of sexual assault.

Fans are glad that Fif plans to put the money towards a good cause, and in general, look forward to the documentary. As for Diddy, things aren’t looking good, as a fourth woman came forward recently accusing him of sexual assault.

The anonymous woman alleges that he, along with Harve Pierre and another unnamed man, gang raped her in 2003 when she was only 17 years old. According to her, she met Pierre in Detroit as a high schooler, and he allegedly invited her to visit Diddy’s studio in NYC. She alleges that when she arrived Diddy asked her to sit in his lap, and after providing her with drugs and alcohol, assaulted her with the other two men. Diddy Maintains His Innocence Amid Fourth Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Last month, Diddy’s ex Cassie sued him, accusing the Bad Boy Records founder of rape, physical and emotional abuse, and more. They settled only 24 hours after she filed, however, the lost list of damning allegations has managed to leave a mark on his reputation. Following Cassie’s suit, two additional women came forward with similar allegations, all of which he’s since denied.

Now, yet another woman has come forward, accusing the mogul and others of having sex trafficked and gang-raped her when she was 17 years old. The anonymous woman claims to have met Diddy in an NYC studio when she was in high school, and alleges that he asked her to sit in his lap and provided her with drugs and alcohol. She alleges that from there, she was sexually assaulted by Diddy, Harve Pierre, and another unnamed man. Photos from her encounter with Diddy show her in the studio, seemingly sitting in his lap.

Following news of the suit, Diddy has taken to Twitter to once again deny any wrongdoing. “Enough is enough,” his message begins in all caps. “For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear; I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”

The message shares a similar sentiment to other responses from Diddy’s team amid the slew of lawsuits. While she has a long history of beef with him, it seems she’s not yet done with calling the DJ out on his alleged crimes. On November 15, 2023, Banks went on a long rant on her Instagram story. Beginning her rant, Banks fired at the media for always painting her in a bad light. “The media has purposefully been dodging past all of the intelligent things I say,” she claimed. She went on to insist that the media does that to fingerpick words, truncate them together, and make her look like “an illiterate imbecile.” Soon after, she segued into the topic of Diplo, wasting no time in firing shots at the producer. She accused him of doing “racist and demeaning” things to her when she was “a little a** f***ing girl.”

Continuing her talk, Azealia Banks alleged that Diplo “would coerce me and make me feel like I had to have sex with him to get beats from him.” According to the rapper, all of this happened when she was seventeen before she had her big break. She claimed that after sleeping with Diplo, he would promise to send her beats and claimed he had a flight to catch. Afterward, she would allegedly ask to order something from room service, and she claimed Diplo would say “No.”

In addition to the allegation of coercion, Azealia Banks also accused Diplo of pedophilic tendencies. Besides her claim of his sexual misconduct towards her when she was 17, Banks stated that “he specifically targets young women of color.” Furthermore, she alleged that when Diplo “went through Brazil,” he embarked on a sex tour. “He was paying 14-year-old Black girls in beer to twerk on stage and f*** him after the show,” she claimed. She also called him a sex addict, and said he’s “someone who needs to be canceled from the industry.”

Soon after, she accused Diplo of ruining the lives of young women. “He’s destroyed women,” she said. “I’ve watched him with his d*** like squander hopes, dreams, and so many f***ing plans of so many brilliant female artists. M.I.A. is number one.”

However, he allegedly did not inform her that he didn’t produce it. Azealia Banks went on to record and release a song on said beat, and was subsequently sued for $160,000 by the original producer. She claimed that when she confronted Diplo about it, he abandoned her, saying he hadn’t told her to release a song with the beat.

Earlier this month, he even suggested that his next project will detail Diddy’s alleged abuse on the big screen, taking notes from the Lifetime docuseries Surviving R.
