Diddy’s Son, Justin Combs, Sued Over Alleged Unpaid Porsche Bill

Diddy’s son, Justin Combs, is facing a massive new lawsuit for allegedly failing to make payments to Porche. According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Porsche Leasing filed a motion asking the court to sign off on a default judgment against the son of the Bad Boy mogul back in November. They claim he broke the terms of a lease agreement for a 2022 Bentley Bentayga V8.

The lawsuit states that Justin agreed to make 42 payments in the amount of $3,365.23 but stopped doing so in December 2023. “Therefore, there is now due, owing and unpaid from the Defendant the approximate sum of $172,601.43, plus additional charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement. Interest accrues from December 20, 2023, at the legal rate of 10% per annum, until paid in full,” the lawsuit read. The company wants to seize the car, which they believe he has stored at Diddy’s home in Los Angeles.

Justin’s attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman, previously told In Touch that the drama was all due to an address misunderstanding. “Due to an address change, Justin did not receive his bill which resulted in unintentionally missed payments,” he said. “We are in touch with the creditor and the matter is being settled. The outstanding balance will be paid and the lawsuit will be dropped.” A lawyer for Porsche even reportedly told In Touch afterward that the case was “in the process of being resolved.”

That appears to no longer be the case as they’re going ahead with the new motion. “[Porsche Leasing] [has] made demand upon Defendants for possession of the Vehicle and Defendants have failed and refused, and continue to fail and refuse, to give [Porsche Leasing] possession of the Vehicle,” the latest filing reads.

Foxy Brown DMs DJ Akademiks As He Discusses Jay-Z’s Allegations

Foxy Brown reportedly messaged DJ Akademiks on social media while he was discussing the recent allegation against Jay-Z for a live stream. She apparently asked Akademiks to, “Miss me with the f*ckery.” Jay has already denied the allegation, which stems from an amendment to a lawsuit previously filed against Diddy, earlier this year. In it, an anonymous woman accuses the Roc Nation founder of allegedly raping her at an afterparty for the 2000 MTV VMAs when she was just 13 years old.

“She DM’d me like 20 minutes ago. She says, ‘Miss me with the f*ckery, Ak.’ with the little heart, heart, hearts. I’m like, ‘Oh my God. Foxy f*cks with me.’ But I don’t know what that means,” Ak began. From there he advised her: “Now is the time to just be quiet. If you’re speaking at all, it kind of says that maybe you got some sh*t. We all know and believe Foxy’s just a real chick. She just not finna… But if you’re not coming out to say, ‘Yo, I love Jay. He’s a great guy. He ain’t do nothing.’ It’s gonna be taken as either you’re being silenced or you’re itching to tell us something.”

As the clip of Akademiks circulated on social media, fans complained about the way he’s covered the recent allegation against Jay-Z. “I wish everyone will cancel AK he has literally tried to destroy every black celebrity like come on with the bs. If foxy said it’s nothing then that should be it,” one user on X (formerly Twitter) wrote. Another added: “I mean damn. She has said the same thing for years and people still run with narrative. Just like they run with ‘Jay met Beyonce at 16.’ Met? Yeah. Dating? Nah. But since they met at that age, they had to be dating according to ‘people.’”

Last week, Kendrick Lamar surprised the world by unleashing his new album, GNX. The project arrived with zero notice, leaving social media users in shambles. On it, he dives into various topics that fans have been waiting to hear his take on. This includes his upcoming performance at the Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show in Louisiana, which was announced back in September. The announcement sparked a great deal of backlash, as many felt as though the opportunity should have gone to New Orleans native Lil Wayne.

Weezy himself even hopped online amid the outrage to confirm that he was disappointed by the apparent snub. “That hurt, it hurt a lot… I thought there was nothing better than that spot, on that stage, on that platform,” he admitted. “It broke me, but I’m just trying to put myself back together.” Evidently, Kendrick didn’t appreciate this, and addressed the debacle in his song “wacced out murals.”

Joe Budden Says Lil Wayne Got In The Booth

“Used to bump Tha Carter III, I held my Rollie chain proud/ Irony, I think my hard work let Lil Wayne down,” he raps, later adding “Won the Super Bowl and Nas the only one congratulate me.” Now, Joe Budden has claimed that in response to the song, Lil Wayne tried to call Kendrick up. Unfortunately, however, he didn’t answer. According to Budden, this led Lil Wayne to take a different approach.

“I’m hearing that somebody picked up the phone, tried to call and see what the energy was, I’m hearing that Kendrick didn’t answer,” he said. “I’m hearing that Wayne went in the booth.” Budden and his co-hosts went on to debate whether or not Lil Wayne would stand a chance against Kendrick, particularly considering the high the Compton rapper has been on in recent months. Tekashi 6ix9ine Allegedly Tested Positive For Meth Before His Latest Arrest

Tekashi 6ix9ine allegedly tested positive for methamphetamine twice in the last two weeks, prosecutor Jonathan Rebold alleged on Tuesday. The accusation came as 6ix9ine will spend at least the next two weeks behind bars after showing up an hour late to court on Tuesday morning. Manhattan federal Judge Paul Engelmayer made the decision after accusing him of having a “full spectrum disregard for the law.”

“I’m not a bad person,” Tekashi argued, noting that he’d just flown in from Miami to New York the night before. “I woke up late.” As for the meth, his lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, claimed there was a big misunderstanding and that his client actually takes Adderall. The popular prescription drug contains methamphetamine. The prosecution’s accusations didn’t end there; however, as they also alleged he took an unsanctioned trip to Las Vegas for a concert.

Engelmayer said that altogether, along with multiple arrests he’s had since getting out of prison, it represents a pattern of disrespect for the law. 6ix9ine recently found himself in legal trouble in the Dominican Republic, where authorities there arrested for him allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, Yailín la Más Viral, as well as two music producers. Additionally, police caught him allegedly driving 136 mph in a 65 mph zone in Florida.

6ix9ine got out of prison after giving key testimony in the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods trial. He infamously accepted a plea deal that reduced his time behind bars to just two years in exchange for him snitching on several of his associates. Sage The Gemini Hit With Rape Allegations Stemming From Stay At Chris Brown’s Home

Sage The Gemini is facing a sexual assault allegation from a woman who accuses him of raping her at Chris Brown’s house back in 2017. She had gone public with the allegation in a viral TikTok post from last month, but according to TMZ, has now filed an official police report in Los Angeles. “I was raped at Chris Brown’s house by his friend Sage the Gemini. Yes, I know I should have never been at Chris Brown’s house in the first place,” she alleged on TikTok. She added that she was just 18 years old at the time.

Sage previously denied the allegations in a series of posts on his Instagram Story, last month. “Only people she not Lyin to is the police cuz they don’t give our careers! #FindANewHustle”, he wrote at the time. In more posts, he added: “When I ruptured my patellar tendon I called emergency services the same day!” as well as, “Internet could sell you a foot if they said you could walk faster.”

In the alleged victim’s TikTok post, she also called out Diddy regarding his recent arrest on charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. He’s already pleaded not guilty to those crimes and plans to argue his case in court. He currently resides at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn while awaiting trial. His next attempt at getting out on bail will come later this week.

Denzel Washington once allegedly got into a heated argument with Diddy at a party back in 2003, according to Us Weekly. The outlet cites a source who was allegedly friendly with the Bad Boy mogul at the time. They said that the alleged argument resulted in Washington storming out of the party with his wife, Pauletta.

“Denzel screamed, ‘You don’t respect anyone,’” the insider told Us Weekly. Eventually, Washington allegedly stormed out of the party. “[Denzel and his wife, Pauletta] had been partying until dawn [with Diddy], and they had seen something and stormed out,” they added.

The allegation about Washington comes after attorney Tony Buzbee alleged to have 120 individuals ready to file lawsuits against Diddy in a press conference on Tuesday. In a statement to Rolling Stone, one of Diddy’s lawyers, Erica Wolff, said of the press conference: “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus. That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”

Diddy Dealt Another “Horrific” Sexual Assault Lawsuit Amid Legal Woes

Diddy’s lawyers certainly have a major stack of legal documents to get through, but it’s growing one suit taller. According to a recent report from TMZ, Diddy now has another sexual assault allegation at his feet. It comes from a woman by the name of Thalia Graves, and she was in a relationship with of the embattled mogul’s employees. She says she was 25 at the time of the “horrific r*pe” which allegedly occurred in 2001.

Graves also adds that Diddy wasn’t the only man responsible for her “s**cidal thoughts”. The Bad Boy Records founder’s head of security, Joseph Sherman was also in on the act. Later on in the legal papers, she goes on to claim that Diddy and Sherman led her into a meeting of sorts and gave her a drink “likely laced with a drug that eventually caused her briefly to lose consciousness”. After waking up, Graves recalls that she was allegedly tied down and then abused and r*ped in two of her orifices.

The reason Graves decided to come forward now with this is because she was petrified that Sherman and Diddy would find ways to ruin her life if she spoke about it. She also claims to have been receiving intense psychological care, but still suffers from severe depression, anxiety and panic attacks. That all supposedly stems from the “fact” that Diddy and Sherman recorded the sexual assault. Graves states that she learned this back in November of 2023. Allegedly, both of them shared the tape to “multiple men” to “publicly degrade her and humiliate her and her boyfriend”, leading to her once again considering ending it. Diddy has yet to comment and Graves and her rep, Gloria Allred are going to give a press conference later today.

Speaking with guest Miranda Devine on her Mornings with Maria show, Bartiromo claimed that the feds may have waited until they needed a distraction to use the Diddy arrest to draw away backlash from the incident with Trump at his golf course in Florida, last weekend.

She continued: “And yesterday – boy, oh boy – did they need it because the questions were spiking everywhere as far as how it is possible that another assassination attempt happened. That another would-be assassin was within a couple of hundred yards of President Trump. As we’re all asking these questions, boom, they take P. Diddy in. I saw right through it as soon as it happened.” The incident at Trump International Golf Club marked the second time since July someone has allegedly attempted to shoot the former president.

Lil Reese Calls “Cap” On Rape Accusation Stemming From Recent Arrest

Lil Reese has spoken out on his recent arrest for rape, labeling the accusation “cap” in a statement on his Instagram page. Boosie Badazz first revealed that authorities arrested Reese, earlier this week, although the reason was previously unclear. TMZ later reported that Reese had been on a dinner date with the unidentified woman prior to the alleged incident. When the two returned to a hotel, the rapper allegedly forced himself on her when she declined his sexual advances. She escaped down to the lobby and immediately called the police. Reese was released from custody on a $100K bond.

“On My sister Ree Ree the whole story cap and made up,” Reese began in his post. “Fuc I look Like this ain’t that I know better and the same way y’all posting that shi make sure yall post the case get thrown out on my court date they do anything for clout and tryna come up try again.”

News of the arrest first began circulating when Boosie revealed that he witnessed police take Reese away in handcuffs in downtown Los Angeles. “I’m at the hotel downtown and they just took Lil Reese to jail,” he said in a clip online. “He came out handcuffed. They had all his bags, so if any y’all Lil Reese people, y’all need to check on him. They just took him to jail.” Boosie went on to claim a woman lied about him, but didn’t detail exactly what it was regarding. “Some woman said he lied on him or some sh*t,” Boosie added. “Any of Reese’s people, the Grim Reaper people, they just took him to jail downtown L.A. and put him in a car. Y’all need to tap in with your people.”

Kevin Hart’s latest beef subject is Katt Williams, a new opponent who popped up following his lawsuit against Tasha K. Moreover, you’ve probably heard of Williams’ discussion-sparking interview with Shannon Sharpe on Club Shay Shay, on which he goes at a whole host of pop culture figures. One of those is Hart, who quickly had some words to say about the comedian’s attacks against him and his career. However, it seems like a lot of fans were a little disappointed with his clap-back, or that it wasn’t a very worthwhile effort. While Joe Budden by no means named this directly, many fans still interpreted that this is what he tweeted about on Saturday (January 6).

Meanwhile, Kevin Hart went at Katt WIlliams again on his NBA Unplugged show. “Do you entertain the circus or do you watch it?” he inquired to Kendrick Perkins. The 44-year-old also joked that Williams bought the New York Knicks and “returned them with a receipt,” plus some jabs at his comments about being an avid book reader as a child. Overall, it seemed like he backtracked his own remarks about this anger management being sad, and if he was just trying to joke around and be light about the topic, it didn’t really resonate with the crowd.

Still, we’re sure that, like many other celebrities, the Night School actor will probably have some more deep thoughts to say about all this. Maybe it will be a more serious and direct response, or he’ll stay on the comedy train to match Williams’ energy.
