Machine Gun Kelly Confirms His Necklace Really Contains Megan Fox’s Blood:

Fresh off the announcement that he will be hitting the road for the 27-date Tickets To My Downfall tour later this year, Machine Gun Kelly has recently paid a visit to The Ellen DeGeneres Show to talk about some of his recent achievements, like winning fans over with an emotional Saturday Night Live performance, as well as his high-profile relationship with Megan Fox.

One of the most interesting topics came up when Ellen DeGeneres mentioned MGK’s 2021 Valentine’s Day post in which he posted a picture of a piece of jewelry that seemingly contained a drop of blood along with the caption, “i wear your blood around my neck.” Upon hearing Ellen’s question, MGK laughs to himself before confirming that the necklace does in fact contain a real drop of Megan Fox‘s blood.

“She was actually going out of town to film a movie, and this was really new in our relationship. I didn’t have a passport either. She was going out to Bulgaria, so I was kind of freaking out like ‘Oh, you’re gonna leave, and I can’t even come see you,'” the Bad Boy artist explains. “Yeah, I mean some people give a handkerchief to their partner — she gave me her DNA.”

Elsewhere in the video, MGK also discusses getting a passport with the help of Bernie Sanders and thinking that his houses are haunted. Check out the full clip from Machine Gun Kelly’s interview with Ellen DeGeneres below.

Conor McGregor Tops Messi & Ronaldo On Forbes’ Highest Paid Athlete List

Despite a global pandemic, there were a few athletes who raked in more than $100 million dollars in earnings over the past year, and Conor McGregor was atop of that list. According to Forbes’ new report, Conor McGregor was the highest paid athlete of 2020, earning $180 million dollars, most of which comes from his sale of his majority stake in whiskey brand Proper No. Twelve. That sale helped him become just the third active athlete, after Roger Federer and Tiger Woods, to earn more than $70 million in one year from outside activities.

Following Conor, the top 5 highest paid earners included Leonel Messi ($130 million), Cristiano Ronaldo ($120 million), Dak Prescott ($107.5 million), and LeBron James ($96.5 million). See below.

1. Conor McGregor $180 mil.
2. Lionel Messi $130 mil.
3. Cristiano Ronaldo $120 mil.
4. Dak Prescott $107.5 mil.
5. LeBron James $96.5 mil.
6. Neymar $95 mil.
7. Roger Federer $90 mil.
8. Lewis Hamilton $82 mil.
9. Tom Brady $76 mil.
10. Kevin Durant $75 mil.

Funny enough back in 2016, Conor joked with the then highest-paid athlete, Cristiano Ronaldo, telling the soccer superstar that he was coming for the #1 spot. Guess it took a few years but he did it. Check out that fruition (below).

Pi’erre Bourne Brings The Bounce On “Groceries”

Pi’erre Bourne has come out here once again, this time to herald the upcoming release of his new album The Life Of Pi’erre 5 with the new single “Groceries.” Off the bat, his fingerprints are all over the instrumental, a strangely vibey banger that can only be described as whimsical. It’s been the backdrop for many an artist in the past, but today, it’s all reserved for Pi’erre himself.

“Who you know get the bag like P, get the cash like P, get the fans like me?” he asks, his voice dipped in autotune. “Like Soulja Boy got stacks on deck / she too young, I won’t pass her the tec / new bitch let a n***a smash like Melee / her old n***a a square, Wayne Brady.” While some might feel the Wayne Brady slander is unforgivable, it’s clear that Pi’erre is hardly concerned. In fact, he continues to unveil chapters of his life story however he sees fit, knowing that he’s done more than enough to secure the loyalty of his die-hard fanbase.

Should you count yourself among that particular group, look for The Life Of Pi’erre 5 to land in the near future. For now, enjoy this latest serving of “Groceries.”

The Migos Are Back On The “Culture 3” Hype Train

If we had a new song for every time the Migos have teased Culture 3 in the months preceding its release, the project would be roughly the same length as the notoriously gargantuan Culture 2. Suffice it to say, the Migos have not quite taken to the newfound trend of short notice album releases, instead opting to continuously tease the climactic chapter of their long-running saga until the fateful day finally arrives.

Today, the Migos have come through to keep the tradition alive, taking to Twitter to offer up their most straightforward and succinct teaser yet: “3.” No more, no less. And yet, here we are, picking up the breadcrumb and tenderly placing it beneath the microscope. Because surely, this must be the hint that signals an imminent release, as it’s too simple to be meaningless — isn’t it?

Though it’s unlikely that the group would face off with J. Cole’s Off-Season this Friday, as the Dreamville heavyweight seems destined to hijack the spotlight, perhaps we can safely surmise that Migos will come through with something the following week. It’s certainly beginning to feel long overdue, given how many teasers they’ve issued throughout these past few weeks. Though they did recently tide fans over with an appearance on DJ Khaled’s “We Goin’ Crazy,” the news on Culture 3 has been admittedly scarce, which has in turn drawn frustration from those eagerly awaiting the album.

But hope should in no way be lost. Perhaps this is the start of a true rollout from the Migos, and if that’s indeed the case, expect further news on Culture 3 to surface in the coming days. Are you among those excited to see what the trio has been cooking up?

Kodak Black Calls Out Cracker Barrel For Finding A Staple In His Eggs

It’s safe to say Kodak Black didn’t have the best experience at Cracker Barrel restaurant this week. In fact, the Florida rapper said he found a staple in his eggs. Taking to twitter yesterday, the Florida rapper shared a picture of his breakfast, consisting of bacon, eggs, and sausage. But when you look closer at the eggs, you can see there’s a legit staple in his food.

“SMH @ Cracker Barrel, Found A Dam Staple In My Eggs This Morning,” Kodak captioned the picture. The rapper included an upset and yelling face emoji along with it (see tweet below).

Shortly after, Kodak’s lawyer Bradford Cohen reposted the picture on his own Instagram with the caption, saying, “@crackerbarrel staples in the eggs? I will expect a call 📞.” I guess it helps to have a lawyer on speed dial.

The staple situation comes on the heels of Kodak getting some brand new ink on his eyelids. As we reported, the rapper showed off his latest body ink which included the words “Red Rum” tattooed in red on each eyelid. For those of you who don’t understand, “redrum” is murder spelled backward and was made famous by the Stephen King film The Shining

Joyner Lucas Celebrates Returning To The Billboard Hot 100 As An Independent Arist

Earlier this spring, Joyner Lucas found himself in a heated back-and-forth with Lil Nas X over the Atlanta rapper’s music video for “MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name),” but ever since that short-lived beef passed over, the Evolution rapper has been completely focused on the music.

In fact, Joyner Lucas recently returned with his first single of 2021, a Lil Baby-assisted cut titled “Ramen & OJ.” Since its release on Friday, April 30, “Ramen & OJ” has already garnered nearly 6.5 million views on YouTube alone, so it makes sense that Joyner Lucas’ new track was able to make a heavy enough splash to land on the Billboard Hot 100.

After a respectable first week performance, “Ramen & OJ” debuted at number 67 on the Billboard Hot 100, marking his first single to grace the charts since 2019’s “Isis” featuring Logic. To celebrate the success of his latest song and flex his ability to perform at such a high level despite being an independent artist, Joyner Lucas took to social media to unleash a celebratory post.

“Made it to @billboard again. [prayer hands emoji],” he wrote under a slew of new pictures. “no label no backing no nothin. [rocket emoji].”

Check out the music video for Joyner Lucas’ “Ramen & OJ” single with Lil Baby below.

Congratulations on your latest Billboard achievement, Joyner Lucas!

23 Years Ago, DMX Raised The Bar For Intros

It’s been twenty-three years since DMX released his debut album It’s Dark And Hell Is Hot, a project widely considered to be among hip-hop’s greatest of all time. While there’s certainly much to unpack on a lyrical and thematic level, it feels appropriate to pull back and simply marvel at how furiously X came out swinging on “Intro.” In fact, it might even be fair to say that DMX raised the bar for intros across the board, culminating in one of the hardest songs of his catalog — and that’s saying something.

Over a menacing gothic banger from Irv Gotti and Lil Rob, DMX takes his time in getting started, relishing in the rising tension. “One two one two, come through, run through,” he raps, one of many schemes lining his violent onslaught. “Gun who, oh you don’t know what the gun do?” As the song progresses, X makes it abundantly clear that his aggression is unmatched, depicting himself as one to be feared. “You think a lot of ’em’s tough? That’s just a front,” he taunts. “When I hit them ni*gas like, “What you want?” The battle turns into a hunt / With the dog right behind ni*gas chasing ’em down / We all knew that you was pussy but I’m tasting it now.”

Normally, the anniversary of such an important album would merit a deep dive of some sort. Yet given that DMX’s posthumous album Exodus is only a few weeks out, it only makes sense to take it back to the beginning. Rest in peace to DMX, and happy anniversary to It’s Dark And Hell Is Hot.

You think a lot of ’em’s tough? That’s just a front
When I hit them ni**as like, “What you want?” The battle turns into a hunt
With the dog right behind ni*gas chasing ’em down
We all knew that you was pussy but I’m tasting it now
And never give a dog blood, ’cause raw blood will have a dog like what?
Biting whatever, all up in your gut

T-Pain Held A Livestream Town Hall With Mark Zuckerberg To Talk About Improving Instagram’s DMs

After T-Pain found out that he missed out on dozens of conversations with fellow celebrities due to his unawareness of Instagram’s requested DMs folder, he decided to hold a town hall on Instagram Live, inviting Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg to discuss ways to improve the app’s DM feature (Facebook is the parent company of Instagram). T-Pain also brought on many of those whose DMs he missed, finally responding to them on such topics as the various collaborations they’ve worked on and Usher’s upcoming Vegas residency, which had its own viral moment recently.

Explaining why Instagram instituted the request folder, Zuckerberg told T-Pain, “The reason we have the ‘request feature’ is to prevent bullying or spam and other unwanted interactions — to be able to filter that out. Ideally, we should be able to figure out who the other people who might be sending you messages are who should get into that. The feature isn’t quite as advanced today as hopefully, it [will be] in the future.” Pain agreed that it’s a good idea for a multitude of reasons but pointed out how his recent trouble highlighted how sorting out potential spam also caused him to miss messages from famous friends, fans, collaborators, and potential business partners like Diplo, Fergie, Viola Davis, and ESPN.

Over the course of the town hall, T-Pain also teased collaborations with Rich The Kid and Kehlani, playing the latter in entirety and announcing its release this Friday.

Teen Charged In UberEats Carjacking Pleads Guilty To Murder

According to WUSA9, the 15-year-old girl involved in the case has pleaded guilty to felony murder as part of her deal with prosecutors. Her name hasn’t been revealed due to her age but a rep for C.C. juvenile court confirmed the update in the case. Her guilty plea for the felony murder charge has resulted in other counts, including armed carjacking, being dropped. Her sentencing is scheduled for June 5th. The 13-year-old girl that was also charged in the case has a hearing scheduled for May 19th.

Both teenage girls are accused of trying to rob 66-year-old UberEats driver Mohammed Anwar of his vehicle. Video of the incident emerged online revealing the man trying to fight off the two girls with one of the suspects allegedly using a taser on Anwar. The vehicle begins plowing forward with Anwar grabbing a hold of the side until the devastating crash. Anwar was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

We’ll keep you posted on anymore updates regarding this case. Check out WUSA9’s tweet below.
