Drake and Future released What A Time To Be Alive. 2 Chainz and Lil Wayne went to each other’s worlds on ColleGrove. 21 Savage and Offset got in their bag with the Metro Boomin-produced Without Warning. Are we witnessing the first steps for the next great hip-hop collaboration project?

With NBA All-Star Weekend in the rearview mirror, a number of the rap industry’s biggest stars were tapped to make appearances at the various parties happening around Atlanta. Lil Baby had a larger part in the weekend’s festivities, bricking nearly everything he put up in a game against Quavo and Jack Harlow, but perhaps this latest tease could mark a bounceback from one of Atlanta’s biggest rappers right now.

Posting a picture of himself at a party with Lil Durk over the weekend, Lil Baby teased a future collaborative project between himself and the Chicago talent. “Aye y’all tell @lildurk let’s drop the tape f*cc,” he wrote as his caption, revealing that a mixtape from himself and Smurk either already exists, or is in the works.

Obviously, with both of these rappers being some of the most popular in the world right now, this is an announcement that will excite millions of hip-hop fans. Hopefully, there’s some truth to this because this could be something incredible.

Do you want a tape from Baby and Durk?

Neither 51-year-old Diddy nor 27-year-old Instagram model Miracle Watts have confirmed their relationship, but fans suspect that the two have some kind of budding romance going on. 

Right now, Diddy is on vacation with DJ Khaled on the beach, and the two have been teasing that they’re working on some new music together. It’s unclear exactly where they are, but what we do know is that they’re staying ocean-side, in a mansion with several other people. DJ Khaled’s wife and kids came with them, and Diddy seems to have brought along Instagram model, Miracle Watts.

Since it seems like this “all-star weekend” was limited to the artists’ close crew, this has indicated that, perhaps, Miracle and Diddy are closer than people thought.

This isn’t the first time people have noticed a connection between the two, though. Earlier this year, Miracle celebrated her 27th birthday with a huge party, where it seemed like everyone was drinking only Ciroc and DeLeón Tequila, Diddy’s newest drink. Miracle also sat right next to Diddy at his New Year’s Eve party, one that was significantly down-sized after his annual lavish party was cancelled. 

Miracle has more than 2.3 million followers on Instagram and has previously gained notoriety after being shouted out by Drake on “2 On Thotful.” What do you think about this possible new celebrity couple? Let us know in the comments.

If you are a big fan of the Air Jordan 6, then 2021 is your lucky year. It just so happens to be the silhouette’s 30th birthday and to celebrate, Jordan Brand is coming through with a plethora of retros as well as some new colorways. One of the offerings that have been teased quite a bit over the past year is the Air Jordan 6 “Electric Green,” and today, the brand finally came through with the official images.

As you will immediately notice, this colorway is exactly like the “Infrared” model when it comes to color blocking. The upper features black nubuck, while the midsole, back heel, and Jumpman logo are made with a vibrant shade of green. This green hue really makes the shoe pop, and if you want to stand out, these are the way to go. As for Jordan 6 colorways, you can expect even more to be released throughout the year.

Young Thug has been understood to be many things, a genuinely musical chameleon among them. Amidst the endless labels pinned to the Slime Language 2 rapper, many have noted his meticulous approach in the studio, which has long been regarded as a second home for the Atlanta rapper. Now, it would appear that he’s lending his expertise to the recently-released Rowdy Rebel, who touched down from a recent prison stint and has already hit the ground running.

From the sound of it, his studio session with Thugger went on to produce an absolute banger, which finds Rebel showcasing his ability to dominate an instrumental. On that note, the Wheezy-produced beat (you can hear his iconic tag in the background) finds him picking up where “Hot” left off, bringing some anthemic horns into the mix. Rowdy Rebel takes to it with a melodic flow, taking his time and establishing his presence. “You can not run up and check us, I’m with the Slime, my twin he bleed,” raps Rebel. “Twenty-five shooters on deck, got techs and beams.” 

Though his voice isn’t actually heard on the track, Thugger’s presence in the studio seems to indicate that he’ll be involved in some capacity. Many can already picture Thug putting in work over the instrumental, and the stylistic contrast between himself and Rowdy Rebel would certainly be interesting to hear. The only question is — on which project is this one set to land? YSL’s Slime Language 2, Young Thug’s Punk, or Rebel’s own forthcoming tape?

If you are a fan of the Brooklyn Nets, 2021 has been very kind to you. It all started with James Harden being traded to the team, and since then, the Nets have catapulted themselves to the top of the Eastern Conference standings and they are the favorite to come out of the Eastern Conference. It’s hard not to be excited about this team’s future, especially when you consider how they keep making moves in order to improve.

Their latest blockbuster move was to sign the likes of Blake Griffin, who recently parted ways with the Detroit Pistons. The star is taking a big pay cut to play with the Nets although it’s clearly because he knows he can win a title. Griffin’s signing is a big celebration for the Nets, with GM Sean Marks speaking on just how big this is.

“We’re fortunate to be able to add a player of Blake’s caliber to our roster at this point in the season,” Marks said in a statement. “Blake is a versatile frontcourt player with a long track record of success in our league, and we’re excited about the impact he’ll make for us both on and off the court in Brooklyn.”

As you can imagine, Nets fans are ecstatic about this new signing, and they took to Twitter to voice this joy. At this point, it must be a lot of fun to be in Brooklyn right now.

The fallout between Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, and the Royal Family has truly been a sight to behold. On Sunday night, the couple exposed many intimate details about their royal life as part of an exclusive interview with Oprah on CBS. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex dropped an absolute bombshell on the Royal Family’s image when they exposed that Meghan had been suicidal and accused the family of flagrant racism against Meghan and her unborn child.

“[There were] conversations about how dark his skin might be when he’s born,” Meghan told Oprah during the interview. “What?” Oprah asked after a long pause, understandably shocked. “Who is having that conversation with you?” She asked Meghan. “There’s several conversations about it… With Harry.” Meghan clarified. When asked if she would reveal who actually had that conversation, Meghan declined to answer, saying “I think that would be very damaging for them.” 

Oprah revealed that Harry later told her that the people involved in the conversations about their baby’s skin color were “not his grandmother [Queen Elizabeth] nor his grandfather [Prince Philip].” While speaking to Gayle King in response to the bombshell news, Oprah stated, “[Prince Harry] did not share the identity with me but he wanted to make sure that I knew and, if I had an opportunity to share it, that it was not his grandmother nor his grandfather that were a part of those conversations.”

Overall, Meghan noted that lies were constantly being thrown around about her in the British press, and that the two felt “unprotected.” There was one specific story where the media had said that Meghan made Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, cry, and in the interview Meghan is sure to clarify that, actually, “the reverse happened.” Harry also said that the current relationship between him and his brother is “space” at the moment, and that he hoped time could heal all wounds.

This NBA season has been all about the Brooklyn Nets so far. The team made a trade early in the season for James Harden and it immediately made an impact as the Nets find themselves among the top of the Eastern Conference standings. At this point, it’s safe to say that the Nets are the favorites to come out of the East, especially when you consider how their defense has made some major improvements over these past few months.

Now, the Nets have made yet another big move as they have acquired Blake Griffin who was recently bought out by the Detroit Pistons. This is yet another massive move by the team, and last night, James Harden gave his thoughts on it all.

“I’m sure he wants to win. If he passed up on money, to obviously stay in Detroit, he wants to win and he wants to have an opportunity to play meaningful minutes and I’m assuming one of the reasons why he came,” Harden said.

With Griffin on the court, there is no denying that this Nets team is extremely stacked, and it’s hard to imagine them not doing well in the playoffs. It seems like the Nets have gone with the Golden State Warriors model of team building, and we all know how that worked out.

Pooh Shiesty is in the midst of a triumphant run, having easily established himself as one of the rap game’s breakout new artists. In fact, Gucci Mane’s 1017 signee will likely wrap up 2021 with at least one or two hits dominating the Billboard charts, a clear sign that the Guwop co-sign still holds value. At this rate, there’s no reason to believe that Shiesty’s Lil Durk-assisted “Back In Blood” won’t be exactly that for the Memphis rapper, as it’s already hit an impressive new milestone.

Following an official gold certification from the RIAA on February 22nd, Pooh Shiesty’s “Black In Blood” has since achieved platinum eligibility only a few short weeks later. Having officially sold over one-million album-equivalent units, it’s looking like the track will mark the first — and surely not the last — platinum plaque of his career. Given how popular “Back In Blood” has proven to be, no doubt fueled by the fact that Durk is in the midst of his own monumental run, this latest development is hardly surprising.
