Kid Cudi has a lot of new ventures on the way. Of course, he has his new album ENTERGALACTIC coming out soon and fans are very excited about what’s to come. Cudi says this is the best project of his career, and given the success of his last album, it’s hard not to believe him right now.

In addition to the album, ENTERGALACTIC will also be getting its very own TV series. This should come as huge news for Cudi fans who can’t get enough of the artist. He has proven himself to be a pretty great actor and there is no doubt that a TV series will help bring some of Cudi’s ideas to life in a brand new way.

With these new projects on the horizon, Cudi has decided to announce a brand new tour called “To The Moon.” Don Toliver will be coming with Cudi on this tour and as you can see below, Denzel Curry and 070 Shake will swap guest duties. The tour will begin on August 16th in Vancouver, British Colombia, and it will end on November 22nd in Milan, Italy. 

What is interesting to note here is the fact that the last U.S. date will be September 17th and it will take place in his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. Needless to say, this tour has been meticulously planned.

Kendrick Lamar performed on stage for the first time since the release of Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers on Monday night at the 2022 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Lamar treated the crowd to a handful of fan favorites including, “Swimming Pools (Drank),” “Bitch, Don’t Kill My Vibe,” “King Kunta” and “HUMBLE.” and DNA.”

Naomi Campbell, Winston Duke, and Conor McGregor were among the celebrities in attendance for the performance.

While still fresh off the release of his new album, Lamar refrained from playing any tracks off the project. It seems that performances of those songs are going to be reserved for his upcoming worldwide tour, which kicks off in Oklahoma City, OK on July 19th. He’ll be joined on the road by Baby Keem and Tanna Leone. The tour will include 65 dates featuring Dallas, Miami, Brooklyn, Toronto, Los Angeles, Amsterdam, London, and many more.

The performance at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity was sponsored by Spotify, marking yet another collaboration between Lamar and the streaming service. Last week, Spotify published a mini-documentary on the rapper’s recent trip to Ghana.

Drake surprised fans this past Friday as he dropped his brand new album Honestly, Nevermind. This album was a huge departure from Drake’s usual sound, as this time around, he came through with a house album. While this sound isn’t resonating with everyone, there is a strong contingent of fans who believe this might be one of the coolest things Drake has put out in quite some time. 

Now, Drake is already planning out his next move as recently, he linked up with DJ Khaled in the studio. These two have come through with some incredible collaborations over the years, and now, it seems like yet another is on the horizon.

In fact, in the video below, Drake and DJ Khaled could be seen eating dinner together. Drake is manning the camera and when he says he had to come over for family dinner, Khaled interrupts by telling Drake that the new single is coming soon. Khaled also went off about the video treatment he just came up with, which should be exciting news for fans. Simply put, expect some new Drake and Khaled music sooner rather than later.

Azealia Banks is trending on Twitter while fans discuss the singer’s influence after hearing Beyoncé’s “Break My Soul” and Drake’s Honestly, Nevermind. Both artists’ new sounds see them experimenting with house music, a trend fans online are saying Banks started.

“Azealia Banks is and will ALWAYS be ahead of the pack,” one user wrote while sharing a clip from the music video for “Anna Wintour.” “Her influence is undeniable. I mean, look at that Drake breathing, look at that Beyoncé being a brunette. Quit hating on my girl, she has influenced every single artist out there. You can’t deny it.”

Not everyone on the site was in agreement. Another user wrote: “I promise everytime someone does house music yall do not have to bring up Azealia Banks !!!!”

“I just know Azealia Banks is somewhere writing a whole 4 page letter about Beyoncé and Drake,” someone joked.

Beyoncé released “Break My Soul” at midnight, last night, ahead of her first solo album since 2016, Renaissance. In the year’s since, the legendary singer has stayed busy by working on the soundtrack to the 2019 film, The Lion King, as well as a collaborative album with her husband, Jay-Z, in Everything is Love. Her upcoming project is scheduled to drop on July 29.

Drake’s Honestly, Nevermind was released, last week, to mixed responses from fans and critics alike. The album comes less than a year after his last full-length effort, Certified Lover Boy.

Yesterday was huge for the city of San Francisco as the Golden State Warriors made their way through the city to celebrate their fourth NBA title in just eight seasons. All of the team’s stars were out and about, having a grand old time. There was a lot to celebrate as the team’s big three are now cemented as some of the best dynasty players of all time.

A major part of that big three is none other than Klay Thompson. Thompson had missed two full seasons due to a multitude of injuries, and it made his latest championship that much more bittersweet.

As it turns out, Thompson’s parade attendance was perhaps the most eventful of anyone on the Warriors. Thompson was certainly having an amazing time, and it led to some pretty wild moments. As you can see down below, Thompson ended up losing his championship ring at one point, however, he was able to get it back. From there, he decided to run through the crowd which led to him tripping, falling, and knocking a poor woman over.

Thankfully, Thompson apologized to the woman who was okay following the hit. Thompson then went on his merry way as he had some celebrations to get to.

After all that he has been through, it’s easy to see why Thompson would want to go so hard.

Beyoncé just came through with some new heat this morning when she dropped, “Break My Soul.” Though no one expected what this new era of Beyoncé would entail, it certainly drew many comparisons to Drake’s latest body of work, Honestly, Nevermind which has been described as a dance album.

While Beyoncé dives into house music, Big Freedia’s cameo on the record brings the flavor of bounce to the equation. The New Orleans legend hit Twitter this morning to celebrate her contribution to the highly anticipated album, writing, “It feels surreal to be on the track with the Queen Beyonce once again I’m so honored to be apart of this special moment I’m forever grateful lord… someone please catch me.” “Break My Soul” also boasts a sample from Big Freedia’s 2014 single, “Explode.” 

This isn’t the first time Big Freedia and Beyoncé connected on wax. On Lemonade, Beyoncé called on Freedia for the main single, “Formation.” As one Twitter user noted, “Big Freedia the centerpiece of Beyoncé’s last TWO lead singles, like that’s CRAZY, who ELSE is doing it.”

Along with Freedia, “Break My Soul” also includes writing credits from Jay-Z and The-Dream, who also serves as the song’s producers.

Just last week, it was reported that Montrezl Harrell had been hit with drug trafficking charges after being caught with three pounds of weed in the trunk of a car. Initial reports suggested that Harrell was stopped by police during a routine traffic stop when they eventually smelled weed in the vehicle. This prompted a deeper search which then led to the discovery of three pounds of marijuana. The drug trafficking charge is for “trafficking less than five pounds of weed,” according to TMZ. 

In a new report from the outlet, Harrell’s attorneys are adamant that their client is innocent. They noted that he was never arrested, however, he was given a citation. They even corrected the record by saying that Harrell was not the driver of the car, and that as it stands, the facts of the case have been misrepresented thus far.
