Myles Garrett Taunts NFL QBs With Grim Reaper Costume

Myles Garrett is one of the best defensive stars in the NFL right now and he is certainly a scary guy to line up against. Over the past few years, he has made it very difficult to be an opposing quarterback, and his sack count is something to behold. He is also the type of guy who likes to remind opposing QBs of what he can do, so it should be no surprise that he offered up some interesting taunts in his latest Halloween costume.

Yesterday, Garrett showed up to his game against the Pittsburgh Steelers wearing a grim reaper outfit that featured a cape filled with names of quarterbacks he had previously sacked. It was certainly a unique costume and one that got a lot of people talking on social media.

Unfortunately for Garrett, the costume didn’t exactly work out in his favor as the Browns still ended up losing the game by a score of 15-10. This was mostly due to struggles on offense, although it’s clear that Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers ended up getting the last laugh. Regardless, it was a cool costume that will certainly remain memorable for years to come.

Garrett even had QB tombstones on his property for Halloween, which just goes to show how far he was willing to take this bit. Let us know what you thought about the defensive star’s costume, in the comments below.

Man Who Killed 21 Savage’s Brother Gets 10-Year Prison Sentence

Late last November, 21 Savage’s younger brother, Terrell Davis-Emmons was stabbed and killed in the United Kingdom.

Nearly a year later, his killer has been sentenced to prison.

Despite being cleared of more-severe murder charges, 22-year-old Tyrece Fuller was found guilty of stabbing Davis-Emmons to death with a six-inch Rambo knife, and was sentenced to 10 years in jail on charges of manslaughter.

According to the Daily Mail, Davis-Emmons was walking with his grandmother in Brixton, South London when Fuller approached him with a knife. Fuller claimed that Davis-Emmons had previously threatened him over a £800 debt, and after an altercation that involved both parties attemtping to stab each other, Fuller waited for Davis-Emmons to sheath his knife before stabbing him to death.

Fuller, who skipped his sentencing in a move the judge said “lacked courage,” will spend the next 10 years behind bars for what was described as a needless crime.

“Mr. Davis-Emmons was obviously a very well-loved son, grandson and brother, who cared for his disabled brother, and was a talented musician. He looked after people in his community and had positive plans for the future. The victim personal statement graphically described how Terell Davis-Emmons’s death has devastated his family and those who knew and loved him,” Justice John Cavanaugh said. “This is yet another tragic example of the curse of knife crime in London. A young man’s life has needlessly been cut short by the willingness of young men to pick up a knife or blade and to use it when there are far easier and far safer and better ways of resolving the situation.”

After Davis-Emmons was killed last year, Savage shared a tribute to his late brother on Instagram, writing “can’t believe somebody took you baby bro I know I took my anger out on you I wish I could take that shit back,” but the “ball w/o you” rapper has yet to comment on Fuller’s sentencing.

Keep it locked to HNHH for any updates on this situation.

Klay Thompson Showcases His Shooting While Dressed Like Larry Bird

Klay Thompson has been out of the Golden State Warriors lineup for over two years now although hopefully, he will be able to return soon. Fans have been hoping to see the second splash brother back on the floor, and when you consider he is a top-five shooter of all time, it is easy to see why they would feel that way.

The Warriors have been pretty good in Thompson’s absence this year as they continue to put up good performances all while sitting atop the Western Conference standings. During this time, Thompson has continued his recovery and he looks pretty good in the gym. In fact, Thompson was back on the floor recently where he showed his fans just how good of a shooter he still is, all while flexing an appropriate Halloween costume.

Klay Thompson

In the video below posted by Clutch Points, Thompson can be seen getting up some shots all while wearing a green and white Celtics uniform with Larry Bird on the back. Bird is one of the best to ever play the game of basketball, so it was nice to see Thompson pay homage to the Celtics legend in such a way.

The NBA world did a great job at celebrating Halloween this weekend as guys like LeBron James and Russell Westbrook went all out with their costumes. While Klay took a more simple approach, you can’t help but be happy that he is almost ready to return to the court.

Dak Prescott Impressed After Cooper Rush’s Debut Performance

Dak Prescott was hoping to be back in time for last night’s game against the Minnesota Vikings, however, the Cowboys felt like his calf injury was still a problem. As a result, the team decided to start Cooper Rush, who have very little in the way of experience heading into the game. Regardless, the Cowboys were able to come through with the win as Rush notched the team’s sixth win in a row. It was a fantastic game for the team, and now, they continue their ascent in the NFC.

After the game, Prescott got to speak about Rush’s season debut and what he thought of the young Cowboys QB. As Prescott explained, Rush is a guy who is full of poise and they never doubted him for a second throughout the game.

“That’s Coop. He’s very mild-tempered and always that way, never too high or too low,” Prescott said. “It showed tonight. It allowed him to stay in there, stick to it, stick through some bad plays and come out and make some great plays to win the game that we needed in 4th quarter.”

Heading into next week, the belief is that Prescott should be good to go although on the off chance that he isn’t, at least the team knows that Rush can answer the call.

Air Jordan 11 “Animal Instinct” Release Date Confirmed

With the Holiday season right around the corner, you can expect the yearly Air Jordan 11 to drop soon. This year, the main course will be the Air Jordan 11 “Cool Grey” which is a retro of a shoe that dropped 20 years ago. On top of this sneaker, Jordan Brand will also be coming out with another Jordan 11, this time as a women’s exclusive. The model is called “Animal Instinct” and the official images were revealed this past week.

As you can see in the photos below, the shoe has a black top to it, while the overlay that wraps around the shoe has an animal texture to it. The white and black pattern features a multitude of animal prints on it and overall, this is the perfect look for the Fall and Winter seasons. Granted, this is a shoe that probably won’t appeal to every single sneakerhead out there, but that’s quite alright.

It is now confirmed that this model will drop on November 26th of this year for a price of $225 USD, and there will also be pre-school and toddler versions that sell for $95 and $80, respectively. Let us know what you think of this new shoe, in the comments below.

Elon Musk Says He’ll Spend $6 Billion To Solve World Hunger If UN Provides A Plan

Last week, after car rental behemoth Hertz announced they’d be purchasing 100,000 Teslas to add to their stable of rental options, the electric car company ascended into rare air.

Receiving a $1 trillion valuation, Tesla became just the sixth United States-based company to reach that mark, and CEO Elon Musk became the richest person in recorded history. With his net worth jumping from $255.2 billion to $288.6 billion, Musk widened the gap between he and the next richest person in the world, Jeff Bezos. And with a growing push for electric vehicles amid climate change concerns, all signs point to Musk getting even richer over the next couple of years.

However, after one Twitter interaction this weekend, it seems that Musk is prepared to use his immense wealth to change the world — literally.

Patrick Pleul – Pool/Getty Images

Upon the news of Musk’s substantial bump in net worth, CNN and other news outlets began reporting that 2% of Musk’s net worth ($6B) would solve world hunger. There was some debate, but Musk took to Twitter with a simple message.

“If WFP can describe on this Twitter thread exactly how $6B will solve world hunger, I will sell Tesla stock right now and do it,” Musk wrote. “But it must be open source accounting, so the public sees precisely how the money is spent.”

The group Musk addressed, the WFP aka the UN’s World Food Program, responded to Musk, and WFP chief David Beasley clarified that the $6B would not “solve” world hunger, but instead prevent the current situation from getting any worse.

“.@elonmusk! Headline not accurate. $6B will not solve world hunger, but it WILL prevent geopolitical instability, mass migration and save 42 million people on the brink of starvation. An unprecedented crisis and a perfect storm due to Covid/conflict/climate crises,” Beasley wrote. “With your help we can bring hope, build stability and change the future.”

Beasley also assured Musk that the UN’s WFP has systems in place to remain transparent when it comes to spending money, writing “I can assure you that we have the systems in place for transparency and open source accounting. Your team can review and work with us to be totally confident of such.”

Whether or not anything results from the beginnings of a dialogue between Musk and the WFP is yet to be seen, but according to the man himself, if the United Nations can provide a plan to solve world hunger, Musk is prepared to provide the financial backing to make it happen. It could be the next great philanthropical achievement, or it could be wishful thinking, but the conversation has started.

What do you think of Elon Musk’s claims that he would help solve world hunger? Let us know in the comments.

Donald Glover Has A Problem With People Comparing Lil Dicky’s ‘Dave’ To ‘Atlanta’

Ever since Lil Dicky’s FX series Dave premiered last year, it drew instant and bountiful comparisons to Donald Glover’s show Atlanta. Indeed, there are obvious major parallels: Both shows are made by rapper/comedians, they’re both about what it’s like to be a rapper, and they both air on FX. The two were also paired together in headlines last year when Dave passed Atlanta to become FX’s most-watched comedy series ever. So, while many people put the shows on similar ground. Glover (aka Childish Gambino) is tired of it.

In a now-deleted tweet shared yesterday, Glover took exception to the Atlanta/Dave comparisons, writing, “and just for the record, im watching yall saying ‘dave’ is on par. like yall forgot what we did. no disrespect.” he quickly added, “we got black people on here debating which is better, and IM the sellout?”

In a New York Times interview from this summer, Dicky said he doesn’t think the two shows are that alike: “I’m a big fan of that show, I think it’s a great show. I feel like they’re very different shows.” When the interviewer responded, “I can’t think of two more similar shows,” Dicky replied, “That’s crazy. When I hear it, I don’t feel offended I feel complimented.” He continued, “I think they’re very different. I think our show is trying to be funny — a lot more jokes. Theirs is just the tonal brilliance. I see them as different shows.”

Derrick Henry Could Be Out For The Season: Report

Derrick Henry is easily the best running back in the entire NFL and if you’ve seen him play, you know that he can carry the Tennessee Titans offense in any given game. Yesterday, Henry and the Titans had a fantastic match against the Indianapolis Colts where they ended up winning in overtime by a score of 34-31. It was a game that had a lot of fans talking, although not exactly for the best of reasons when it comes to Henry’s health.

The running back was nursing a foot injury after the game, and there were some concerns about whether or not it was something serious. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, this could very well be a worst-case scenario for the Titans.

In the tweet below, Schefter says the injury could very well put an end to Henry’s season. He needs to get an MRI done this week to see just how bad the injury is, although as it stands, optimism isn’t being had right now. This would be disastrous for the Titans and their offense, especially since Henry is usually the one taking the most snaps.

This is a developing story so stay tuned to HNHH as we will be sure to provide you with any updates.

Lupe Fiasco Drops Halloween-Themed “Not A Costume”

With Halloweekend coming to a close and spooky season being put to rest, Food & Liquor rapper Lupe Fiasco made sure to get his last words in before the calendar officially flipped from October to November.

Dropping “Not A Costume” at the very last minute, Fiasco gets a couple things off his chest, including some commentary about the COVID-19 vaccine and the controversy surrounding it. Starting his nearly-two-minute freestyle with a nod to Jay-Z’s recent induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame (“Congratulations to Jay-Z // In the Hall of Fame, ha”), Fiasco spits over Hov’s “Hovi Baby” instrumental, a call back to 2002 and The Blueprint 2

Stefan Gosatti/Getty Images

With numerous double and triple entendres littered throughout “Not a Costume,” Lupe flexes his lyrical prowess. And much like he did when he assured Tyler, the Creator that he is still here back in September, the “Kick, Push” rapper proves exactly why he is held in the same esteem as some of the greatest spitters of all time.

Quotable Lyrics
I went to Halloween as a vaccinated person
Boo, beware the n****s from the west
Might scare n***a to death, blеss
Might just impair a n***a for wreck

Check out Lupe Fiasco’s “Not A Costume” below and let us know what you think in the comments.
