Virgil Abloh is one of the most popular designers in the entire world and his work with Off-White has been praised by streetwear enthusiasts. He has done a lot of work with Nike over the last few years, and in 2021, he is set to release his most ambitious Off-White x Nike project yet. This collection has been dubbed “The 50” and it will feature 50 new colorways of the Nike Dunk Low.

Based on the limited information we know thus far, it would appear as though each shoe will have the same base colorway, although the major difference will be the color of the laces and the hangtag. It remains to be seen how Nike will handle such a release, although there is no denying that fans are intrigued.

Now, it appears as though billboards for the collection have been popping up in cities all over the world. London, Milan, Paris, and Los Angeles have all received their own billboards, and fans are getting very excited for what’s to come. It’s easy to see why that would be the case, as Off-White x Nike drops always seem to bring forth a ton of hype.

Famous Dex has been on an unfortunate downward spiral. Late last year, the Chicago rapper, supported by friends like Rich the Kid, entered rehab to deal with his ongoing substance abuse. He checked out of the facility at the top of this year but subsequently sparked more concern among fans after appearing to be still abusing substances post-rehab. 

Early March, he was arrested for gun possession. Later in the month, he was then hit with 19 domestic violence and gun possession charges. Now, the rapper is in some more legal trouble, this time for allegedly violating a restraining order instated following his domestic violence charges.

As reported by TMZ, law enforcement sources explained that the rapper was at a hearing Thursday (June 10) related to the 19 different charges he was hit with back in March–namely the domestic violence and gun possession charges. He plead guilty to all the charges, however, the publication reports that during the hearing, it was noted that Dex had allegedly violated a protective order put in place after one of the violent incidents from late last year. 

Sources close to the situation say he was immediately taken into custody where he remains, being held on a $200k bond.

Boskoe10 recently spoke about Dex in an interview, discussing his experiences with the troubled rapper.  “He a dope head. He’s a dope fiend… It was like, you had so much potential. Like damn, you had a girl like this, and you f*cked this [up]. She’s beautiful… He just a dope head,” explained Boskoe100.

Unfortunately, for many of Hollywood’s elites, an obsessed fan is nothing out of the ordinary. Kylie Jenner is the latest to have to deal with a crazed supporter. As reported by TMZ, the reality TV star recently was visited by a stalker fan who refused to leave her home until he was granted a chance to declare his love to her. 

An unfortunate follow-up to a recent situation her older sister Kim Kardashian has had to deal with, law enforcement sources explain to the publication that the man was arrested at Jenner’s LA residence this week. They further that the man was recognized by her security for his frequent visits already, but he had never been disorderly when they asked him to leave.

Sources go on to explain that this time it was different, allegedly standing his ground and demanding to see Kylie before leaving. As expected, that didn’t happen and he was subsequently detained until officers came to book him.  

According to reports, he was eventually booked for misdemeanor trespassing before being released. Luckily, Kylie was not home while the incident was occurring, but, as mentioned briefly before, it’s the latest in the series of overly egregious fans engaging with the Kardashian-Jenner clan. 

At the beginning of the month, Kim Kardashian was sent a package by a fan containing a real diamond engagement ring alongside an unopened container of Plan B contraception. Her security team believes it’s from a frequent stalker of Kim who has shown up at her place before, similar to the situation with Kylie.

Luckily for both the beauty company CEOs, neither were harmed during the respective situations.

Heading into the YouTube vs TikTok boxing event, there was a lot of skepticism surrounding what kind of boxing we would be made privy to. Many thought the participants would be terrible in the ring, however, it actually proved to be the opposite. The winners of each match had impressive technical proficiency and it made for an entertaining night that surprised a lot of the people that were watching.

The main event was between Austin McBroom and Bryce Hall, and as many quickly found out, McBroom is the much better boxer. Right from the start of the match, McBroom was dominant and he hit Hall with a flurry of punches that left the TikTok star bloody. Eventually, McBroom was able to drop Hall in the third-round, which forced the referee to declare a TKO.

Hall protested the decision although by that point, it was too late and the fight was ended. McBroom and Hall had a $1 million bet going that stated whoever gets knocked out has to pay the winner seven figures. Since this was a TKO and not a KO, it remains to be seen whether or not Hall is going to give up the cash.

Regardless, this was a much better event than anticipated and when it comes to McBroom, perhaps that fight against Jake Paul is still in the cards.

Nate Diaz is a legend in the UFC and fans are always looking forward to his fights as they know it’s typically going to be a war. He has an all-or-nothing mindset which typically leads to some unreal matches, and Saturday night was certainly one of them. The fighter went up against Leon Edwards and right out of the gate, it was clear that Edwards had the upper hand. After three rounds, Diaz was battered and blood was leaking all down his body, yet he kept going like a warrior.

Diaz even had a huge gash on the side of his head although he paid it no mind. Instead, Diaz continued to push forward, and eventually, he landed some huge blows that almost won him the match. Instead, Edwards survived the barrage which ultimately allowed him to get the unanimous victory.

Despite the loss, Diaz was universally praised on social media as fans gave their props to a legend of the sport. His bloody body led to some respectful memes, and it’s clear the fighter left a huge impression on everyone who got to witness the match. It was a truly special moment for the UFC and it’s one that won’t be forgotten, for a very long time.
