Yung Joc recently showed his tears to the world in an emotive Instagram post on Friday (May 12) that resonated with many fans and industry figures. Moreover, the Atlanta rapper lamented the state of the world today, remarking on senseless violence, division, and drug use ruining lives. Overall, it was a very tough video to watch for its palpable emotions, but he did suggest some hope, unity, and love towards the end of his message. Unfortunately, some online clowned him for posting something like this out of the blue. Furthermore, there were so many more messages of support, sympathy, and respect, some from his hip-hop peers.
“Raw Emotions,” Yung Joc began his post’s caption. “No hiding behind facades. Can I cry in front of the world? Why am I crying? This world is such a wicked place at times. Our kids are dying before they can live in these streets. Our homes are filled with hate because it’s all around us. Destruction is prevalent. Drugs are running rampant in our community. So many are confused. Ascension is a necessity. Let it out in front of the world. Do you ever feel like just letting it all out? Some will laugh and that’s expected. Some will tap in to see if I’m ok and that’s appreciated. I begging for mercy on all of us no soul unaccounted for. I Love You.”

Yung Joc’s Powerful Post
After his post went viral, Busta Rhymes, Soulja Boy, and The Game were among many to express care for the Bad Boy artist. “We’re here with you and for you King!!” Busta commented under his post. In addition, the California MC left a simple praying emoji in the comments. “You got this,” Soulja wrote to Yung Joc, adding a very important and often overlooked message. “Stay strong and focused. Crying doesn’t make you weak- not being able to express yourself does.”
Hopefully the 42-year-old feels better these days and felt that wave of support as powerfully as others witnessed his emotions. These may be famous figures, but they go through many of the same emotions, struggles, and fears we do. With this in mind, make sure to check in on your loved ones every once in a while. The difference is more than we can imagine. With that in mind, stay logged into HNHH for the latest news and updates on Yung Joc.
