Coi Leray Asks Megan Thee Stallion For Twerking Help & Says She’ll Never Change Her Body

She’s a carefree rapper who likes to dance her way through her social media pages, but Coi Leray has also become the target of harassment. The “Big Purr” artist has taken hits from the public about her thin frame that looks vastly different than what people are used to seeing women look like in current Rap and Hip Hop culture. Still, the comparisons don’t keep Leray from sporting a bikini or twerking upside down on a wall, and she recently shared that she doesn’t have any plans to change herself in order to fit what people believe women in rap are supposed to look like.

“Get used to this lil ass cause I ain’t never gonna stop shaking it,” Coi wrote in a tweet. “Get use to my braids because I’m never changing them. Get use to my body because I’m never changing anything on it. Lot of y’all do this bullying sh*t to every celebrity. I get it, y’all human. But a lot of people don’t understand how much it could kill someone. If you tryna kill me, just know I ain’t afraid to die. Im ready for whatever.”

On a lighter note, Leray also sent a tweet to Megan Thee Stallion asking for a bit of help on her moves. “@theestallion can I come to your twerk class? There making fun of my lil butt… come onnnn teaaaach me,” wrote the rapper. The Houston Hottie let her know that it’s not the size that counts, but the motion.

“Lil botties still shake doe!” Megan replied. Check out the tweets below.

He revealed that he hasn’t yet chosen a title, but he offered an update and said there are “probably 12” songs on the project. The rapper was asked about how many tracks he lays in the studio before he begins deciding on what will make the album.

The album is pretty much complete, the rapper confirmed, but he still has a few loose ends he has to tie up. “I gotta go sit in with Ye for a little bit, but other than that, it’s just these twelve. When asked what fans can expect, Pusha T didn’t hesitate to respond, “Oh, Imma have the best album when it drops in 2021. For sure.” Watch the clip below and let us know if you’re excited about this release.

A Woman Was Arrested Outside Drake’s Mansion For Allegedly Hitting A Security Guard With A Metal Pipe

Drake experienced a close call at his Toronto mansion on Tuesday evening. According to varying reports from multiple publications, a woman was arrested near his home following a failed attempt to broke into the rapper’s house. The Toronto Sun and New York Daily News report that the unnamed woman was put under arrest after a call was placed due to a disturbance she caused in the area. The Toronto Sun added that law enforcement sources told them she was armed with a knife and allegedly hit one of the security guards with a metal pipe. “The perpetrator did not get anywhere near Drake,” the insider claimed. “In fact, the intruder did not make it past the front gate.”

However, the reports that the woman was carrying a knife or caused any injury to individuals in the area were denied by both Global News and TMZ. The former confirmed that an arrest was made around 5 PM on Tuesday evening around Drake’ mansion, which is located around the Bayview and Lawrence avenues, but that they were notified by officers that there was no attempt to trespass on the rapper’s property nor were any injuries reported. It’s also unknown if Drake himself was home at the time of the incident.

The woman’s arrest comes weeks after Drake became the first artist in music history to have three songs debut within the top three positions of the Billboard Hot 100 thanks to his Scary Hours 2 project.

Suspect In Rapper Tay Way’s Murder Arrested, Allegedly Tied To Manor Boyz Gang: Report

It was an average day in September 2020 when Lamonta “Tay Way” Butcher took a video of himself standing in front of his local Richmond, California liquor store. It was the middle of the day and there were plenty of people on the busy street, but minutes after sharing his video to Instagram, the 29-year-old was chased and gunned down. We previously reported on the vicious murder of rapper Tay Way, and yesterday (March 29), the East Bay Times stated that a suspect has been taken into custody.

According to the publication, 22-year-old Deante Reed has been arrested and charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder. Reed was also tacked with an attempted murder charge for a non-fatal shooting in the city just six days prior to Tay Way’s slaying that allegedly involved him firing off shots at a rival gang member. That alleged victim was reportedly struck twice. In the shooting that took the Tay Way’s life, two others were hurt but survived their injuries.

It’s also reported that prosecutors allege Tay Way’s murder involved the Manor Boyz gang, a group tied to the Richmond area. The District Attorney’s office believes that there were multiple people who took part in the murder. It’s unclear if prosecutors think Reed is the triggerman, but the charges seem to state that even if he wasn’t the person who fired the shots, he could be still be held accountable for the crime.

Reed is reportedly being held without bail and will return to court on April 6.

Cardi B Calls Out Hypocrisy Of Utah Restricting Porn, Says FDLS Is “Molesting Children”

It shouldn’t come as a surprise that the ultra-conservative state of Utah is attempting to place more prohibitions on pornography. It was recently shared that Utah governor Spencer Cox signed a bill that would place pornography filters on all cell phones and tablets sold in the state. Those against the legislation argue that this is a move that intrudes on free speech, but Gov. Cox doesn’t see things in the same light. The controversy has rangled in opinions from people of all backgrounds, including Cardi B who is often the center of conversations regarding explicit content and appropriate behavior.

“I respect everyone’s religion but Utah restricting porn and not regulating the disgusting things that happens in the FLDS .That cult is disturbing,” the rapper tweeted about The Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Restricting or banning pornographic images doesn’t come as a surprise to many Utah residents; Some counties prohibit the sale of alcohol and tobacco, and in some areas, you previously needed a membership to patronize bars.

Someone pointed that out to Cardi. “I understand that .I will understand if they restrict porn because the state is very religious,” she added. “However they allow soo much disgusting things out there that they claim is part of their religion and that’s MOLESTING CHILDREN …Look it up !”  Check out her tweets below and let us know if you believe prohibiting porn on cellphones and tablets is a First Amendment violation.

YG’s ‘Meet The Flockers’ Has Caused A Divide At YouTube’s Headquarters Over Its Anti-Asian Comments

There’s growing tension between executives and staff members at YouTube’s headquarters, and at the center of it all is YG’s track “Meet The Flockers.” The song can be found on his beloved debut album, My Krazy Life, which he released back in 2014. On it, the Compton rapper speaks about breaking into the home of a Chinese family, which he says is a perfect target for a robbery. “You find a house and scope it out/ Find a Chinese neighborhood ’cause they don’t believe in bank accounts,” he raps. It’s comments like these that have caused some YouTube staffers to ask that it be removed.

So far YouTube’s executives have decided against removing the video from the platform. In an email sent to their staff members, which was shared by Bloomberg, the administrators explained their decision. “We find this video to be highly offensive and understand it is painful for many to watch, including many in Trust & Safety and especially given the ongoing violence against the Asian community,” they said. “While we debated this decision at length amongst our policy experts, we made the difficult decision to leave the video up to enforce our policy consistently and avoid setting a precedent that may lead to us having to remove a lot of other music on YouTube.”
