Are Lil Uzi Vert and JT (of the City Girls) dating? Are they broken up? Were they ever even in a relationship? The world has been increasingly confused about how the two rappers are linked and, as they constantly bicker online, their dynamic gets even more confusing by the week. Several moments ago, Uzi tweeted some shade that many attributed to JT, saying, “Don’t act like I ain’t get you ya first Birkin.”

That led JT (and a bunch of hip-hop blogs) to pick up the news, commenting on the matter. “Lollllllllllllllllll,” she said in her first tweet after Uzi’s was sent. “Why everything he say y’all think towards me is looked at as bad? Lol. How is that shade?” asked JT in a follow-up after a fan said the Philly artist was being shady. “You wanna have a crazy competition?” she then said, another tweet that people saw as a direct response to Uzi.

Their clash was short-lived because, minutes later, JT told a fan that Lil Uzi wasn’t being rude to her and that she was texting the rapper right at that moment. “Yes you are [looking into it too much],” she told another Twitter user. “Shouldn’t be looking @ all honestly! Nothing shady about having birkin p*ssy! I’m texting him right now! He wasn’t STFU stop always minding ppl business reading it with a negative mind for I make your n***a shade you.”

JT wasn’t done there. She had some more general words about the situation. “Ima do me til the day I die,” said the “Throat Baby” remix standout artist. “Nobody can pick my moves or n***a! Don’t even know y’all b*tches, do I tell y’all to stop letting y’all n***as drive y’all cars & sleeping in y’all house rent free? Don’t think so. Figure out why you ain’t get your child support check this month but you still f*cking your bd every time he say he wanna work on his family! That’s more confusing then two rich ppl talking ….FRFR.”

What do you think is going on between Uzi and JT?

There has been some great basketball in the NBA this season, and there are quite a few teams that are proving themselves to be real contenders. Of course, the Brooklyn Nets are at the top of that list thanks to the recent acquisition of James Harden, who is now playing on the same roster as guys like Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving. 

Some teams, however, have faltered in light of injuries, such as the Los Angeles Lakers. Following a loss to the Utah Jazz last night, Max Kellerman went on First Take this morning and claimed that the Utah Jazz are the best team in the NBA. With Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell playing so well on both ends of the floor, Kellerman believes this is the most complete team in the league.

“[The Utah Jazz] are the best team in the NBA and they’re playing the best basketball. They’ve replaced the Lakers,” Kellerman said before going on to note that this Jazz team is a lot like the Spurs of the early 2000s. Clearly, Kellerman has a lot of faith in this Jazz roster and moving forward, this team seems poised to do big things. 

Of course, it is still early in the season which means things can change on a dime. For now, however, the Jazz continue to be both dominant, and fun to watch.

Although his daughter Yaya Mayweather has been catching flack for whining about Pooh Shiesty and Lil Durk’s popular song “Back In Blood,” Floyd “Money” Mayweather has been in a celebratory state for a while now. In addition to spending time with his newborn grandson Kentrell Gaulden Jr., the former boxer has been celebrating his 44th birthday for weeks. His birthday officially took place yesterday on February 24, and in honor of the occasion, he hit Miami hotspot Swan for an extravagant birthday party.

According to Page Six, Mayweather’s party was unfortunately cut short by local police. The city of Miami enforces a midnight curfew, and apparently, the party held for 50 Cent’s nemesis ran past it. As a result of the curfew violation, Swan was reportedly given a $500 fine for ignoring the emergency order. According to a representative for Swan, however, the inadherence to the city’s ordinance was not their fault; it was Mayweather’s. In a statement to Page Six, the representative claims that despite high-profile guests like Jadakiss and Busta Rhymes arriving on time, Mayweather came to the party hours late, leading to the venue breaking curfew.

“[Mayweather] showed up two hours late to his private birthday dinner, just before midnight. The police who were in the neighborhood for a vandalism complaint at a nearby garage reminded the venue that they were past curfew and the venue was shut down shortly after,” the representative explained.

Although Floyd’s 44th birthday bash was ended prematurely, Page Six reports that the champ was later spotted partying until 5 am at the Gold Rush Cabaret gentlemen’s club.

Sneakerheads are a diverse group when it comes to their sneaker preferences. While this is certainly the case, there is no denying that many of them hold the Air Jordan 1 in very high regard, and with good reason. According to the Instagram sneaker account @zsneakerheadz, yet another new colorway is coming to the Air Jordan 1 in the Fall. This colorway is going to be called “Total Orange” and it will even feature some multi-color elements. Unfortunately, the insider is unaware of what the shoe will potentially look like, hence the lack of a photoshop rendering below.

Based on the information provided below, this colorway is expected to come out on the 11th of September of 2021. There will certainly be more details making their way to the internet soon, so stay tuned for any updates as we will make sure to keep you all informed.

Young Thug is one of the rappers that’s running Atlanta. Along with Young Stoner Life Records, the superstar artist has had his city locked down for a few years. With Slime Language 2 on the way soon, people are excited to see what Thug and his homies came up with this time around. Unfortunately, after the rapper’s latest move on social media, those same fans are worried that something might happen to Thugger, who recently changed his avatar on Instagram to a photo of El Chapo’s wife’s latest mugshot.

The wife of well-known drug kingpin El Chapo, Emma Coronel Aispuro was arrested this week for a charge of participating in a conspiracy to distribute cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin, and marijuana for importation to the U.S. Her mugshot was released to the public and, shortly after it popped up on the internet, Young Thug changed his picture on Instagram to it.

While Thug likely meant no disrespect from the swap, enough of his supporters are concerned about possible retribution that Thug’s name started trending on Twitter because of it. Some outlets have also pointed out that two of El Chapo’s sons run active cartels in Mexico, and that this might not have been a smart move. As it stands, Jeffery’s picture is still of El Chapo’s wife.
