Jake Paul Trolls Conor McGregor With Extremely Disrespectful Chain

Jake Paul has been looking to fight Conor McGregor for quite some time now and he will do anything to make the fight happen. Of course, Paul is set to fight Tyron Woodley in just a few weeks from now and many are expecting it to be a fun match. For now, Woodley seems to be the favorite although if Paul has proven anything over the past couple of months, it’s that he is a much better boxer than everyone thinks he is.

With Conor McGregor taking on Dustin Poirier tonight at UFC 264, Paul has decided to turn up the antics. According to TMZ, he recently copped a $100K chain from Benny The Jeweler which depicts McGregor on the floor following his knockout against Dustin Poirier from January of this year. Needless to say, Jake is looking to get disrespectful.

“McGregor you better win tonight, otherwise we’re not gonna be able to fight, because if you lose your career is over. And, that $50 million offer I gave you won’t be on the table anymore,” Paul said. This past week, McGregor said he would be open to fighting Jake Paul although for now, it seems clear that he would rather focus on fights within the UFC.

However, if McGregor does, indeed, lose tonight, then we could very well see McGregor pursue other types of fights, as a championship bout would be out of the cards for at least a couple of years.

Snoh Aalegra & Tyler, The Creator Get Groovy On “NEON PEACH”

Snoh Aalegra just returned with her latest body of work, Temprary Highs In The Violet Skies. Over the months, she’s slowly unveiled new singles in anticipation of the project’s release and as usual, she didn’t disappoint. The 15-song project boasts incredible production with contributions from Terrace Martin, Sevn Thomas, and Tyler, The Creator, who appears twice on the tracklist as a featured guest appearance.

The two connect for the first time on the project for “NEON PEACH.” Tyler’s production touch has Pharrell’s influence written all over it with a dash of funk, soul, and 80s pop sprinkled across. It does sound like it could’ve made one of Tyler’s projects but Snoh’s vocal performance delivers a danceable vibe for the summer.

Check the song out below.

Quotable Lyrics
Drunk collar, me the Don Dada
Gyal come with, hit it off, piñata
Sweet as the guts, then you can sit on the steps
But make a choice ’cause you ’bout to lose your spot on the jet

Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Lemonade” Gets Surprise Release

Virgil Abloh’s Off-White brand has produced some incredible shoes over the past few years, especially when it comes to their collab with Nike. There have been various models to come out of this partnership, including the Nike Air Force 1 Low which has always been seen as one of the most classic Nike sneakers of all time. Numerous colorways have made their way to the market and now, we are being made privy to yet another offering, this time called “Lemonade.”

In the official images below, you can see that the shoe mostly has a yellow upper all while the Nike swoosh is silver. There is black writing throughout the shoe which remains consistent with various other Off-White models that have been made over the years. Overall, it is yet another solid entry into the Off-White x Nike lineup and if you are a fan of Virgil and his design philosophy, then these will have to be a cop.

Interestingly enough, this shoe saw a bit of a surprise release today as very select SNKRS users were able to secure a pair. Those in the Boston area were also able to use SNKRS Stash in order to get the shoe. As for the main release date, that still remains up in the air although Off-White is holding a raffle for Miami, Las Vegas, and New York stores.

Let us know what you think of this shoe, in the comments below.

This new collaboration is on the RC_1300 which is a dope chunky runner that features some fine suedes and premium materials. There are three colorways to be had in this collection, including “Astro,” “Canvas,” and “Dusty Mauve.” These are all colors that KITH founder Ronnie Fieg has used in the past, which is what ultimately makes the shoe so special. KITH’s monogram pattern is found on the large N that is placed on the sides, and as you can see, there is a Pegasus near the toe box to further cement this as a KITH shoe through and through.

Stan Lee Cameo In Simpsons-MCU Crossover Shut Down

Marvel character Loki, played by Tom Hiddleston, has been everywhere recently with the debut of the character’s own series on Disney+ and now as part of a crossover event with The Simpson’s, which aired Wednesday night. The Good, The Bart, and The Loki, the 5-minute short, was filled to the brim with cameos of other Marvel characters and references to the story. However, the late Stan Lee, who was pivotal in the creation of the beloved Marvel characters, was reportedly scrapped from the short after Marvel declined an offer to include old audio of the Marvel figurehead, according to ComicBook.com

According to The Simpsons head Al Jean, Marvel Studios has a strict policy when it comes to the use of Stan Lee’s likeness. This policy, enacted after Lee’s death in 2019, forbids any cameos of Marvel’s late creative director at all. Stan Lee had been famous for making hilarious cameos in the first few phases of Marvel movies that came out of the MCU. Whether this policy is in place to respect his legacy or at the will of his family is unknown.

On the block, Jean said, “It wasn’t a joke. We just thought, ‘Oh, we have Stan Lee audio from when he was on our show, could we cameo him in? And they said that their policy is he doesn’t cameo now that he’s passed away, which is a completely understandable policy. That was their only note and that was, of course, easily done.” It seems Marvel was largely lenient with the crossover process and the removal of Stan Lee was their only request.

Check out The Good, The Bart, and The Loki on Disney+ as well as the ongoing Loki series.

Drake Reveals ‘Certified Lover Boy’ Is Complete And Will Be Mixed Soon

Drake promised fans they would get his sixth album Certified Lover Boy by the end of January. A knee surgery forced that back, and since then the rapper has been extremely tight-lipped about a new release date, only going as far as to say it would be out by summer’s end. And, as of now, at least, it seems he’ll make good on his promise.

Drake made a surprise appearance on the Sirius show Fry Yiy Friday, where he slipped in a casual update about Certified Lover Boy. “You know Uncle Drake’s on his way back home to mix the album,” he said on the show, adding that there’s “a bunch of new tracks coming.” While there isn’t a timetable for the album’s mixing stage, fans can rest assured knowing Certified Lover Boy is very close to arriving.

While the wait for Certified Lover Boy has been a pretty long one, at least Drake has been releasing new music. He recently teamed up with Brent Faiyaz for “Wasting Time,” which arrived after he lent verses to Migos and Nicki Minaj for their respective tracks “Havin My Way” and “Seeing Green“.

You can listen to Drake’s comments in the video above.

Stephen A. Smith’s Salary Revealed

Stephen A. Smith is easily the most recognizable face in sports media as he is featured on pretty well every single ESPN broadcast. The man has his very own show on Disney Plus, he is the main host of First Take, and he even has his own Sportscenter that is featured before NBA broadcasts. Needless to say, ESPN is giving Smith a lot to do and he seems more than happy to take on all of the responsibilities that come with being the face of the network.

Over the last few years, there have been various reports about how much Smith makes. Early indicators said he was making $8 million per year, however, a new report from the New York Post states different. In fact, Smith is making $12 million per years thanks to his production contract.

Per New York Post:

“Smith’s contract is for $12 million per year, according to sources. As The Post previously reported, Smith’s personal salary is $8 million a year — which is correct — but he also has a $4 million-per-year production contract.

That makes the total compensation of the contract that he signed in late 2019 a five-year, $60 million deal.”

There are numerous ESPN personalities who make millions of dollars, however, Smith seems to be one of the highest-paid people on the network. After all, he is one of the hardest working guys out there and when you have him participating in almost every show, you better pay the man.
