Yung Bleu Gets His Puppies Returned After Threatening His Neighbors

Yung Bleu hopped on Twitter just a few days ago to proclaim that his neighbors stole his puppies. “Attention to all my neighbors. I tried you be a good Niegbor. But y’all mfs done stole my damn dogs,” tweeted Bleu.”I no it sound funny but look ! I’m throwing big loud azz parties everyday until my dawgs are returned it’s fenna get real ghetto at my estates.”

Bleu even took things to Instagram, adding, “Ain’t nobody getting no rest around this bitch until my dogs are returned and I’m keeping my bright azz court lights on all night. Ya’ll mfs don’t call complaining about shit! I’M FENNA BE WHO YA’LL THOUGHT I WAS GONNA BE CUZ I KNOW IT WAS ONE OF YA’LL MFS. Project X every week around this bitch, loud music and ghetto shit.”

It looks like his plot worked, because the young rapper had his dogs returned to him.

“Aye you found the puppies. No more parties,” declares Bleu in a video where two White women give him his puppies back.

Celebrity dog heists have been wild as of late, with the horrific story surrounding Lady Gaga’s dog situation being an example. It’s good to see no one was harmed when it came to Yung Bleu’s dogs.

Pop Smoke’s Next Album Title Was Just Announced By Steven Victor

Fans want more Pop Smoke music, and Steven Victor says it’s on the way. In fact, Victor, who managed the late artist, has been teasing the nation with the release via posters and signs. Some posters in New York City and Los Angeles include QR codes that take fans to snippets of the new project.

Although the album release is just around the corner, there has been no title reveal. Until now. Victor tweeted, “Pop Smoke ‘FAITH’ July 16 2021” on Sunday, June 11, just a handful of days before the project is set to be released. Now that fans have a title, they will want Victor to share a tracklist. The list of features has also been kept on the low. At one point, Quavo and Pop Smoke were working on a joint project, so fans expect the Migos rapper to be on the project. They also suspect Dua Lipa will feature, due to a tribute post she made to the rapper on social media.

Pop Smoke was killed last February, and his most recent album, Shoot for the Stars, Aim for the Moon, dropped in summer 2020. It debuted at number one on Billboard 200 while every song charted individually as well.

Pop Smoke’s Second Album Isn’t Self-Titled After All

The late Pop Smoke‘s presumed self-titled second album actually has a title. Music executive Steven Victor has come forward to let loose the official name of his protégé’s upcoming posthumous project. Pop Smoke’s Second Album Title Revealed Victor went to his Instagram page to end the mystery. Barring any sudden changes, Smoke’s newly revealed FAITH […]

Shaybo & Haile Connect On “Friendly”

It’s summer, and while we haven’t received new music from WSTRN anytime recently to soundtrack the months ahead, that isn’t to say they aren’t working. This week, Shaybo connected with Haile for their new collaboration, “Friendly.” The vibrant tropical feel is met with elements of trap and pop to form a perfect record for those days of the beach.

Shaybo came through at the top of 2020 with her debut project, Stucka Ina Vault. The project is a quick seven tracks with a 20 minute run time but the short effort was a promising look into what she has up her sleeves. Her subsequent releases only boosted her profile even further. With the release of “Friendly,” we’re excited to hear what she has up her sleeves this year.

Quotable Lyrics
He wanted us three to have a little chat
He said, “Wait, Shay, how about your man?”
Don’t worry ’bout me, I got a five-day pass
If you want somethin’ from me, baby, just ask

Babyface Ray Needs Answers On “What The Business Is”

Detroit got it right now. The regional scene within Michigan has been flourishing and inspiring other scenes across the country. The frenetic production and detailed bars that vividly describe the environment has made for some of the most exciting music in recent times. One person. whois at the forefront of D-Town’s recent uprising in Babyface Ray. Though he does stand out from the crowd, he remains a pivotal figure within the scene.

This week, the rapper returned with his latest single, “What The Business Is.” With muddy production to back him, Babyface Ray’s laidback vocals and nonchalant delivery details jealousy and success in his rise to the top.

Babyface Ray is coming off of the release of the deluxe edition of Unfuckwitable which includes the “Paperwork Party” remix with Jack Harlow.

Quotable Lyrics
Run it up, dodge hate and n***as wanna hand it off
I’m really not impressed, really not a fan at all
Left the bank, fully loaded, promise I don’t scam at all
I had a wild week, promise I don’t know they name

Soulja Boy Drops Off New Single “Hit”

Soulja Boy is nearing the release date for his forthcoming project, Draco. The rapper’s album is set to drop later this month with some massive features attached to it. He recently debuted the remix to his hit single, “She Make It Clap” which will feature French Montana and Nicki Minaj, though it’s quite possible that those aren’t the only two massive names that will appear on the project.

In the lead-up to the release of Draco, the rapper returned this week with a brand new record called, “Hit.” It’s a short effort that runs for a little over a minute and a half. Eloquent strings and heavy drums drive the production while Soulja Boy does what he does best — talk his shit.

Check out the latest record from Soulja Boy below.

Quotable Lyrics
Ain’t askin’ no questions, I just came to hit
When I’m in the booth, I’m droppin’ a hit
When they makin’ diss songs, I’mma get that boy hit
My diamonds, they hit, your bitch get hit

Khalid Debuts His New Single, ‘New Normal,’ At Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic Space Flight Launch

For some time after he released his sophomore album Free Spirit, Khalid kept things rather quiet on the music side of things. The singer shared a few singles in the two years that followed, but things have been picking up as of late for the Texas-bred singer. With his third album hopefully on the way, Khalid is back with new music and his latest is an effort titled, “New Normal.” As of right now, the track has not been officially released but the singer debuted it during a performance at Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic space flight launch on Sunday.

Prior to its release, Khalid shared with Rolling Stone that the song served as his “personal therapy” last year during the COVID-19 pandemic. “Around this time last year, I was super fascinated and gravitated toward space,” he added, tying in the song with the space flight launch. “I was watching this comet by the name of Neowise last year, and space travel is something that I’ve always been interested in as well. And I’ve been going through the motions of understanding this new, postmodern future that’s coming together, especially when it comes down to technology — it’s something that really excites me.”

Prior to debuting the new song, Khalid teamed with Tate McRae for their collaboration, “Working.” Khalid also connected with J Balvin for “Otra Noche Sin Ti.”

Watch the performance at the 60:20:12 mark in the video above.
