Beyoncé Sends Flowers Over To Taylor Swift To Congratulate Grammys Wins

Beyoncé and Taylor Swift have an interesting pop cultural history together. If you remember correctly, back in 2009, Kanye West unforgettably interrupted Taylor’s VMA victory speech for Best Female Video, apologizing before proclaiming that, “Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time.” There’s no lingering animosity between them, as they’ve both made clear, and their friendship has even blossomed even more since then when they celebrated the “Love Story” singer’s 25th birthday together. The Lemonade artist took some time to send over flowers to congratulate the folklore artist on her Grammys 2021 wins.

“Woke up to flowers from the queen of grace & greatness [Beyoncé] and suddenly it’s the best Friday EVER,” the 31-year-old songstress wrote as a caption of a photo of the bouquet and a handwritten note from the Black Parade artist.

“Taylor, Congratulations on your Grammy,” the note read. “It was great seeing you on Sunday night. Thank you for always being so supportive. Sending love to you and your family. B.”

“Thank you B and congratulations on your epic achievement Sunday night!!” Swift wrote over the photo, returning the favor and congratulating Beyoncé on becoming the most decorate woman in Grammys history after scoring her 28th award over the weekend (Mach 14).

During her acceptance speech, the 39-year-old thanked her children and her husband, Jay-Z, whom she referred to as her “rock.”

“I’ve been working my whole life since 9 years old and I can’t believe this happened. This is such a magical night,” Bey said.

Deshaun Watson Insists He Sought Out Masseuses On IG Because Of COVID

Deshaun Watson has been on the receiving end of what now seems to be dozens of sexual assault allegations over the last week. Watson is currently at 12 official accusers, but 10 more are currently in the process of being interviewed. Attorney Tony Buzbee says he could have up to 22 women bringing forth allegations of sexual misconduct against him. All of the accusers’ stories are reportedly very similar, with all of the women being massage therapists who were assaulted by Watson while performing their services. Many of the women also noted that Watson contacted them through Instagram first, which they found to be strange since he is a pro athlete with dozens of therapists at his disposal.

Deshaun Watson and his team are adamant that he did not sexually assault any of the women bringing forth allegations against him. Watson claims that the only reason why he contacted massage therapists through Instagram is because his usual therapist had to stop treating him due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so he reached out to friends and teammates for recommendations.

Watson is adamant that he never crossed a line with any of the women accusing him, calling their attorney “money-hungry” and refusing to give them a payout. Buzbee, however, insists that he has personally vetted all of the accusers and wants Watson to be held accountable. It seems as though both parties are looking forward to their day in court.

Charlamagne Tha God Reignites Drake Vs. Jay-Z Debate

Charlamagne Tha God has admitted that he’s been a hater in the past, especially when it comes to Drake. The Canadian rapper has emerged as one of the biggest artists of our generation with the numbers to prove it. However, it was only a few months ago when Charlamagne questioned whether we were still in the Drake era.

Last week, Drake proved Charlamagne wrong when all three songs from his Scary Hours 2 EP claimed the top three spots on the Billboard Hot 100. No artist has ever gone on to debut two songs at the top of the chart, let alone three. Of course, Charlamagne was among the first to be notified of the accomplishment. Baka Not Nice apparently called Charlamagne out directly on Instagram which the radio host responded to during a recent episode of Brilliant Idiots

It began when Charlamagne was asked whether he would want a career like Jay-Z or Drake’s to which he replied, “Hov.” He explained that Jay-Z’s still regarded as a GOAT but his age plays a factor in his opinion. “I’m older, you know what I’m sayin’? That’s the generation I grew up in.” He said that Jay’s catalog is undeniable, and while the same could be said about Drake, Jay’s discography “means a little bit more.” Plus, he said the conversation might shift once Kendrick Lamar drops.

“Somebody sent me a message the other day ’cause Baka, I saw Baka, one of Drake’s mans, he put Drake doin’ the 1,2,3 and he @’d me CThaGod and said, ‘Zip it,'” Charlamagne recounted before revealing that someone told him that no one is thinking about Kendrick Lamar anymore.

Check the clip out below. Whose career would you rather: Jay-Z or Drake? Let us know in the comments.

Halle Berry Shuts Down Troll Who Tried To Shame Her For Sexy Photo

While Halle Berry certainly receives her fair share of recognition for her acting, she also receives an equal amount of praise for her beauty. The actress turned 54 over the summer last year, and that hasn’t stopped her from keeping the infamous sultry shots coming. On Valentine’s Day, she turned eyes when she shared a boomerang of herself dancing topless in heart print undies with her boyfriend Van Hunt. In her latest sexy shot, the mother of two rocked lingerie and combat boots in bed as she clutched a soda can. She took some time to fire back at a troll who suggested she was too old to be doing all of that.

Halle shared the cheeky photo on Friday (March 19), joking in the caption, “he don’t need to do the math to know ima problem.”

Halle responded to a since-deleted tweet attempting to shame her for sharing the sexy snap. “You’re 53,” incorrectly responded an invested Twitter user.

“And what about it? Lol,” responded the actress, prompting the troll to delete his tweet. The Oscar winner set Twitter ablaze with the comeback, reaching over 140,000 likes in the now 19 hours the tweet has been up.

“How Halle ruined this man’s life with a single tweet?” joked one user. Another wrote “Halle Berry absolutely leans into the fact that she is fucking Halle Berry and I love it. I’m tired of beautiful women being humble.” Check out more reactions to her killer comeback below.

Nicki Minaj’s Mother Files $150 Million Lawsuit After Father’s Hit-And-Run Death

Nicki Minaj’s mother, Carol Maraj, has filed a $150 million dollar lawsuit over what she believes was a wrongful death of her husband, 64-year-old Robert Maraj. Civil rights lawyer and activist Ben Crump is speaking out on the lawsuit, which he believes will hold Charles Polevich accountable for driving recklessly. Maraj was walking on a street on Long Island when he was struck, and police allege that Polevich walked over to Maraj and asked if he was okay before fleeing the scene. Polevich later hid his Volvo in a garage to conceal evidence.

“Paul Napoli and I have filed a $150 million lawsuit in the hit-and-run death of Robert Maraj, @NICKIMINAJ‘s father,” Crump Tweeted on Friday. “Charles Polevich was not only irresponsible & negligent in hitting Maraj, but was more concerned about running away and hiding than seeking help.” He continued, “Polevich’s behavior was criminal, cowardly, and immoral,” Crump Tweeted on Friday. “We will hold him responsible for his reckless actions that led to Robert Maraj’s death!”

Polevich has been charged with two felonies, leaving the scene of an accident that led to death and tampering with or suppressing physical evidence. He has pled not guilty and is currently free on a $250,000 bond. Hopefully, justice can be served for Robert Maraj soon.

The full-blooded Nigerian artist often captures his heritage and background through his music, noting he has an innate talent for music that runs through his family. Inspired by the likes of Lauryn Hill, Kanye West, and SKEPTA, the independent artist stepped into his voice by exploring themes of success, failure, love, despair, and other extreme challenges in life within his music.

Twisted, I been sipping so blurry the vision
Mix the highs just to balance the lows
I been down

Skip Bayless’ Most Hilarious Moments

Skip Bayless recently signed a four-year deal with Fox Sports worth $32 million. This deal will keep him on Undisputed, the debate show he hosts alongside Shannon Sharpe. The two have shown great chemistry over the years and while fans love them as co-hosts, there are still some people out there who were hoping that Bayless would finally come back to ESPN and be reunited with Stephen A. Smith, with whom he had a phenomenal rapport.

Regardless, Bayless remains a massive part of the sports television landscape and even if you vehemently hate his sports takes, you still have to admit that he is one of the most entertaining men when it comes to his opinions. With that being said, we decided to look back on Skip’s career and bring you some of the times in which he had us laughing the hardest, whether he meant to garner that response, or not.

Skip Does The Dougie

Skip Bayless has never been shy about making a fool out of himself, and that is exactly what he did back in the day on First Take, during the height of the “Dougie” craze. John Wall used to do the dance before every single game and after one of his performances went viral, Skip felt the need to give the dance his very own shot. As you can imagine, it was a hilarious mess, all while Jemele Hill couldn’t help but crack a smile at Skip’s embarrassing moment. It’s one of the moments that defines who Bayless is as a broadcaster, which makes it the perfect clip to start off the list.

Skip Dresses Up Like LeBron And Poses With A Brick

Throughout his career, Skip has been one of the most staunch critics of LeBron James. No matter how well LeBron is doing out on the court, you can be sure that Skip is going to have something extremely negative to say about it. This far into his career, Skip won’t be changing anytime soon, although there have been some instances where his hate led to a funny moment. Case in point, the time when Bayless went on ESPN’s First Take and dressed up in a LeBron Cavaliers jersey while posing with a brick as if to say that LeBron can never hit big shots. LeBron’s lack of ability in the clutch is a narrative Bayless has been pushing for decades, and this moment was the pinnacle of it. Of course, there was some creativity to be had here, which is what made it so goofy.

Skip Throws His Ezekiel Elliott Jersey In The Trash

Skip might be 69 years old but that has never stopped the man from acting like a huge baby. When Skip doesn’t like something, he will typically sulk about it, especially if it has to do with one of the teams he supports. The best example of this is the Dallas Cowboys, who have disappointed Bayless on numerous occasions. The broadcaster has had a love-hate relationship with the team’s running back, Ezekiel Elliott, in particular. After a string of bad games in the midst of the 2019 season, Bayless got a little too angry on a Sunday afternoon and decided to throw his Elliott jersey right in the trash, only to take it out a few hours later. The moment was obviously staged, although it was one of those Skip tantrums that you couldn’t help but laugh at. If you ever needed confirmation that Skip is just a troll, this was it.

Skip Officially Co-Signs The Drip Bayless Nickname

Every few days, before an episode of Undisputed, Skip takes to his Instagram account and posts the Jordans he is wearing before the show. The caption is always the standard “I can’t lose in these shoes” and fans always look to critique him on his choices. Bayless is unashamed when it comes to Jordans and whether it be rare Jordan 1s or some Team Jordans, he is always ready and willing to rep the Jumpman logo. Not to mention, Bayless’ suit game is always on point and his chain from Lil Wayne has had many fans refer to him as Drip Bayless. Just a couple of years ago, Bayless caught wind of the nickname and officially embraced it in front of Shannon Sharpe, leading to a hilarious moment between the two as Sharpe couldn’t help but laugh. The social media reaction to it was intense, and once again, Skip has us smirking, if only as a slight distraction from his atrocious takes.

Skip Goes Too Far With His Tim Tebow Love

When Tim Tebow burst onto the NFL scene with the Denver Broncos almost a decade ago, Skip could not contain himself. In fact, Bayless used to go just a bit too far with his Tebow praise, sometimes, bordering on pure insanity. Bayless’ most hilarious Tim Tebow moment came in the midst of Tebow Mania when the quarterback was winning all of those games in the clutch. Bayless went so far as to claim that Tebow was a better clutch quarterback than Tom Brady, which nearly had Stephen A. Smith on the floor. A few months later, Bayless claimed that Tebow should actually be making more money than the likes of Kobe Bryant and LeBron James, which forced Smith to walk off the set. It was easily one of Bayless’s most hilarious string of hot takes, and it gave us a ton of laughs.

Skip Claims Scottie Pippen Isn’t A Top 50 Player All-Time

Who can forget the time Stephen A. straight up told Skip “you don’t know the game of basketball, you just got caught.” Well, if you forget why Smith said that, it was because Bayless tried to claim that Scottie Pippen was not a Top 50 player in the history of the NBA. In the clip above, Bayless tries to say that Michael Jordan simply brought Scottie along for the ride and that when Pippen left for the Houston Rockets, he was never the same. Bayless even asserts that Pippen was in his prime at the time, which is simply not true. His takes enrage Smith, and that’s when we get one of the best First Take moments of all-time. Sure, we’re laughing at Skip’s expense, but it counts.

Skip Gets Called Out By Jalen Rose

“Water Pistol Pete Jr.” is the nickname that First Take fans will always remember. Of course, this is because of Jalen Rose, who went scorched earth on Bayless back in the day following a heated debate in which Skip questioned Rose’s place in the NBA. Rose also pointed out that Bayless only averaged 1.4 points per game during his high school basketball career, which is something that had TV audiences in stitches over. Once again, it’s a moment where Bayless is the subject of the laughter, but alas, here we are. Not to mention, the 30-minute debate that happened the day after, was just as hilarious, with Stephen A. Smith backing up Bayless as if he was a lawyer and Skip was the defendent.

Skip Finally Forgives Kawhi Leonard

Skip Bayless is a huge San Antonio Spurs fan so it shouldn’t be a surprise that Bayless was hurt when Kawhi Leonard forced his way out of the city. During his championship run with the Toronto Raptors, Bayless was the biggest hater around, and wouldn’t even acknowledge Leonard by name. Eventually, however, Kawhi signed with the Los Angeles Clippers who were the main rivals to Skip’s least favorite player, LeBron. This led to an Undisputed Halloween special in which Skip dressed up like Kawhi and reclaimed his fandom of The Klaw, once and for all. It was a truly pathetic move but the exasperated “What it do Baby” makes this one of our favorite Skip moments, just because of the sheer ridiculousness of it all.
