Lil Nas X Posts Epic Met Gala Selfies With Billie Eilish, Frank Ocean, Lil Uzi Vert And So Many More

It’s no secret that Lil Nas X is on one of the most impressive runs in recent history. From the blood-infused Nikes to the back and forth with Boosie to the massive successes of “Call Me By Your Name” and “Industry Baby” everything is coming together for Lil Nas X and last night, he got EVERYONE together for the most insane Met Gala selfie round-up.

After watching their joint performance of “Industry Baby” Sunday night on the VMA stage, we all knew that friend and collaborator Jack Harlow would make an appearance on Nas X’s IG but I don’t think we expected everyone else that made an appearance.

Starting with what looks like an elevator selfie with Billie Eilish, Lil Nas posted pics with some of the biggest names the Met Gala had to offer. He was posted with Grown-ish star Yara Shahidi. He flicked up with Frank Ocean, Cordae and Timothee Chalamet, got a group shot with Harlow, Erykah Badu, Lil Uzi Vert and Pete Davidson. He hopped in a pic with Tik Tok megastars Addison Rae and Dixie D’Amelio and even added a pic Harlow with his arms wrapped around Lil Uzi. (Harlow also Tweeted a text from Lil Nas asking if the Met Gala was “the illuminati ritual”). Obviously there was no shortage of A-listers in attendance and Lil Nas made sure to get his friends involved and on the Gram.

Not to mention, he did a little stunting himself. First stepping out in a cloak, then a golden suit reminiscent of CP-30 and finally a shimmering gold bodysuit with matching jewelry, Lil Nas stole the show and continued the wildly impressive run of crazy fits and crazy nights he’s been on for quite some time now.

Nicki Minaj Defends Summer Walker & Halsey: “You Don’t Have To Explain”

Nicki Minaj has been at the center of many conversations after she revealed that she would not be attending the 2021 Met Gala because of health concerns, reminding fans that she’s the mother of a newborn baby and can’t take those sorts of risks. Some of her comments ruffled feathers, specifically when she revealed that she was not vaccinated because she wanted to do more research. Nicki also revealed that she recently contracted COVID-19 and that she will likely be taking the rest of the year off to spend time with her family before returning to the spotlight in 2022.

As she continues to trend worldwide, Nicki comforted two other new celebrity moms — Summer Walker and Halsey — by sending them kind messages on Instagram Stories.

Responding to Summer Walker’s question about feeling guilty for working as a new mom, Nicki said, “@summerwalker yes babe, feeling ‘guilty’ when you have to work is very ‘normal’ for new moms. You don’t have to explain what type of ‘work’ you do, & def don’t have to explain why you’re not all dressed up every day. Smh.”

Nicki then directed her attention to the criticism that Halsey received for not attending the Met Gala. The artist revealed that they were not going because they had recently given birth and were still breastfeeding, and Nicki backed them up.

“Smh @halsey you don’t have to explain,” she wrote in another post. “What is wrong w/y’all attacking new mothers on their choices? @halsey it’s ok.”

Pop Smoke’s Mother Cleans His Gravesite After Vandalism

Over the weekend, it was reported that the late rapper Pop Smoke’s grave at Green-Wood Cemetery in Brooklyn, N.Y. had been vandalized.

Breaking the story, TMZ revealed that the gravesite was covered with discernible scrape marks, which led to the belief that the vandals actually attempted to drag the casket outside of the crypt.

The disturbing news was met with shock and disgust from Pop Smoke’s considerable fanbase, with many sending thoughts and prayers to his family. Yesterday, September 13th, Pop Smoke’s mother Audrey Jackson shared an update on her Instagram page, revealing that she had spent time at the gravesite cleaning up some of the lingering remnants of the vandalism.

“We cleaned up,” she captions, alongside a few heartbreaking pictures. “We sat and talked to each other and to him.” It’s truly sad to see a mother driven to such unfortunate circumstances, and we can only imagine the pain she must have been feeling upon first hearing that her son’s gravesite had been desecrated. We at HNHH hope that she and her family are able to heal in the face of this considerable hardship.

Prior to Pop Smoke’s death at the age of twenty, the rapper seemed on the verge of genuine superstardom, a status he’d go on to obtain posthumously. To this day, his album Shoot For The Stars, Aim For The Moon continues to be a mainstay on the Billboard charts, to the point where it’s starting to feel like a generation-defining body of work.

Rest in peace to Pop Smoke. Please be sure to send your thoughts and prayers to Audrey Jackson and her family.

Drake’s “Certified Lover Girl” Reveals Her Identity After He Posts Alternate “CLB” Cover

Drake posted multiple unused photos that he had taken for the Certified Lover Boy rollout before deciding on the Damien Hirst-designed emoji artwork, and in one of the images, he was being embraced by an unidentified model. Because you can only see half her face, some fans thought that Johanna Leia was in the photo, considering her recent proximity to Drake. However, it has been confirmed that Johanna is not the woman pictured.

As reported by The Shade Room, Drake is actually posing with Hayley Karrina, the founder and designer of MDRN FORM. HK posted the picture to her own page, confirming that she’s the “certified lover girl” in question.

After people speculated that either Johanna Leia, Naomi Sharon, or somebody else was in the photo, HK seemingly felt inspired to let the world know that it was indeed her.

At the time of publication, there remains not much information available surrounding her friendship with Drake.

On Monday, it was revealed that Drake broke yet another record with his new album Certified Lover Boy, occupying nine of the ten placements inside the Billboard Hot 100’s top ten. He also has every single song in the top 5, and that’s the first time an artist has achieved that since The Beatles in the 60s.

Have a look at some of Kayley Karrina’s photos below.

Tucker Carlson Is Suddenly Nicki Minaj’s Biggest Fan After She Claimed Her Cousin’s Friend’s ‘Testicles Became Swollen’ After Being Vaccinated

Tucker Carlson is suddenly Nicki Minaj’s biggest fan—and all, appropriately, because of a pair of swollen testicles. On Monday, the “Bang Bang” singer posted a rather personal, and somewhat revolting, detail about her cousin’s friend who, if he exists at all, presumably was not consulted about having the status of his inflated and inoperable junk tweeted to nearly 23 million people:

“My cousin in Trinidad won’t get the vaccine cuz his friend got it & became impotent. His testicles became swollen. His friend was weeks away from getting married, now the girl called off the wedding. So just pray on it & make sure you’re comfortable with ur decision, not bullied.”

Before reading that tweet aloud (which, trust us, is worth losing a piece of your soul to watch a Fox News clip), Carlson—who is definitely the kind of guy who has used the words “my Black friend” on occasion—had to explain who Minaj was to his audience, which is sort of like a twenty-something trying to explain TikTok to their grandparents.

“So Nicki Minaj is a huge rap artist. Not sure there’s much overlap between her audience and this one, but our producers assure us she’s one of the biggest in the world,” Carlson said, in what might be the understatement of the century.

While there’s nothing funny about COVID, the hilarity of the words “impotent” and “testicles became swollen” coming out of Carlson’s mouth was not lost on anyone, particularly given the graveness with which he read them. And the chyron certainly didn’t make it any less funny.

But the real kicker came in Carlson’s three-word response to the tweet, as reported by Mediaite: “Which seems sensible.”

Carlson promised to report more on the “big reaction” to Minaj’s tweet on Tuesday’s show. Which, we’re sort of looking forward to watching.

Meanwhile, who do you trust?
