Fredo Bang Released From Prison

Fredo Bang was released from jail from a parole violation for gun possession. The rapper, who was arrested back in July, was detained on warrant in Louisiana, along with his associate Lit Yoshi, before his performance at Rolling Loud Miami. The two were arrested at their shared home in Miami Lakes, Florida.

The two, part of the rap group Top Boy Gorilla, or TBG, were arrested a day apart. Prosecutors had linked the two to an open-fire shooting in Miami on NBA Youngboy, that wounded his girlfriend, injured three and killed on bystander.

Video footage of Fredo’s release showed the rapper unable to contain his excitement, walking out while holding a plastic bag holding his belongings.

During his time in prison, the rapper still released an abundance of music. Fredo announced the workings of an album titled Murder Made Me, with features from artists such as Polo G, Coi Leray, Mozzy, and BIG30. The 16-track album was released in August.

In prison, the rapper also caught a case of COVID-19. Reports from the correctional facility in Miami Dade filled fans in on the rapper testing positive. Bang was soon transferred to a facility in Louisiana after receiving a negative test.

Bang’s release follows not long after NBA Youngboy’s. Youngboy was similarly released from prison in Louisiana last October, on bail and home detention.

Dame Dash seems ready for a conclusion to Paid In Full 2 following Martinez’s death. Speaking to PageSix, Dash said that he’s been struggling to find an ending for the sequel for years. Martinez’s passing will offer some much-needed closure to the plotline.

“Paid in Full’ is a reflection of everything I’ve learned and I am really going to see it through now that there’s an ending,” he explained. “So this is going to dramatically change based on what happened Sunday. I was stuck on how to really approach it and this is actually giving me more clarity.”

The pressure for the sequel has been high. Critics may have had negative reception to the film initially but it became a cult classic in the near two decades since its release. “So the story got to be straight,” Dash added. Everybody’s thinking it’s got to be tight, and based on the fact that I have creative control, I can do things the right way. S–t’s going to be incredible.”

Dash also revealed that he initially found out about Martinez’s death through Indianapolis Congressman Andre Carson. “I mean a lot of people hit me up with the news but Andre Carson was the first to hit me up. So that is when I knew that the culture and the film… had made a major impact,” he said.

Cam’ron has previously hinted that a sequel is in the works. We’ll keep you posted on anymore news regarding Paid In Full 2.

FBI Shares Photos Of $1.5 Million Cash & Over 16 Kgs Of Drugs Seized During Fetty Wap’s Arrest

Rolling Loud New York had plenty of exciting moments for performers and attendees alike – unfortunately, the event also saw the arrest of Fetty Wap and five others before the rapper could make it on stage for his set. On Friday, November 5th, the “My Way” hitmaker was released after posting a $500,000 bond.

Fetty will reportedly be under GPS monitoring at all times and subject to random drug testing. He’s been forced to hand over his passport, but will be able to travel if he receives permission from pretrial services and federal prosecutors.

Yesterday afternoon, the FBI shared photos of what they seized upon arresting the 30-year-old and his co-conspirators, Kavaughn Wiggins, Brian Sullivan, Robert and Anthony Leonardi, and a New Jersey correctional officer by the name of Anthony Cyntje. All six men could receive a maximum sentence of life in prison if convicted.

“The fact that we arrested a chart-topping rap artist and a corrections officer as part of the conspiracy illustrates just how vile the drug trade has become,” Michael J. Driscoll, assistant director-in-charge at the FBI’s New York Field Office has said.

Documents from the U.S. Attorney’s Office have confirmed that Fetty Wap received charges for “conspiring to distribute and possess controlled substances,” or more specifically, being a “kilogram-level re-distributor for the trafficking organization.”

The FBI photos show $1.5 million in cash, 16 kilograms of cocaine, two kilograms of heroin and fentanyl pills, and various drug paraphernalia. It remains unclear when The Butterfly Effect artist is due to appear in court.

Check back in with HNHH for future updates regarding Fetty Wap’s ongoing case.

A$AP Rocky Talks New Music & Getting Locked Up In Sweden On “Desus & Mero”

ASAP Rocky has new music and it’s coming soon.

The rapper sat down with Desus and Mero and reflected with the two about his upcoming album, All Smiles. The duo popped the question about the project around the 1:38 mark.

“I kinda been in the zone,” Rocky said. “Just, like, trying to isolate from everything, to try and stay focused and try not to be too influenced by everything but still keep my eye on what’s going on and stuff. I just been low-key.”

The album, which has been in the work for over two years, is almost 90% completed, Rocky said. He described the project as a “ghetto love tale” and “way more mature” than anything he’s ever done in an interview with GQ

He later detailed his experience getting arrested in Stockholm, Sweden in 2019, with the rapper squeezing in a few cheeky jokes about the prison’s decor.

“It was a little scary because I wasn’t familiar with that country,” he said. “Then, their rules is different. No bail system, none of that stuff. That shit was trash. For what it’s worth, though, the IKEA furniture was nice in there.”

Later on, the three also delved into Rocky’s drug dependency and how he’s since stepped away from substances. Rocky spoke honestly about not letting drugs affect his craft, revealing that he used to crave drugs on stage. The rapper said he’s matured a lot since his teenage years and has since learned better.

“Then I got older, and realized like yo, the Backwoods really make me so lazy,” Rocky said. “Tobacco makes me dependent. I would rely on tobacco. Once you do it, that shit running.”

Earlier this week, Rocky’s debut mixtape Live.Love.ASAP celebrated its tenth year anniversary with a re-release on streaming platforms that included the track “Sandman,” much to the surprise of fans. Catch the full interview below.

Eight Deaths And More Than A Hundred Injuries Occurred At Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival

After he was forced to cancel last year’s edition of the festival, Travis Scott and his fans were extremely excited for the return of his trademark Astroworld Festival which he launched back in 2018. However, that excitement quickly turned into tragedy and chaos on the showcase’s first day. Houston’s KHOU and the Associated Press report that at least eight deaths and hundreds of injuries occurred during Travis’ solo set to end the first night of the Astroworld Festival. Fire Chief Samuel Peña spoke about the incident during a press conference after the festival on Friday night.

“The crowd began to compress towards the front of the stage, and that caused some panic, and it started causing some injuries,” he said to reporters. “People began to fall out, become unconscious, and it created additional panic.” He added that around 9:38 PM local time, the incident became a “mass causality event” as medical units on hand were “quickly overwhelmed” by the “scores of people” that were treated for injuries. Peña confirmed 17 people were transported to local hospitals, including 11 who were under cardiac arrest. A 10-year-old was one of the many people hospitalized as a result of the incident at the festival. In total, more than 300 people were treated on-site at Astroworld.

As a result, Astroworld Festival organizers announced that day two of the showcase is canceled. They also released an official statement on the matter early Saturday morning. “Our hearts are with the Astroworld Festival family tonight especially those we lost and their loved ones,” they wrote. “We are focused on supporting local officials however we can. With that in mind the festival will no longer be held on Saturday. As authorities mentioned in their press conference earlier, they are looking into the series of cardiac arrests that took place. If you have any relevant information on this, please reach out to @houstonpolice.” They added, “Thank you to our partners at the Houston Police Department, Fire Department, and NRG Park for their response and support.”

A number of posts from fans show the frantic moments that took place inside the crowd as many were left to give CPR to fellow attendees while screaming for help from security and medics. One post went into great detail about the chaos and suffocating atmosphere that was present in the crowd. Another showed attendees’ desperate but unfortunately unsuccessful attempt to grab a cameraman’s attention and notify them of what was happening within the crowd.

Watch Cardi B Fangirl Over Meeting “The Batman” Star Robert Pattinson

For the past few weeks, Cardi B has been having an amazing internet back-and-forth with You star Penn Badgley. The actor praised the rapper for her authentic use of social media at a fan event, and after they formed a sweet friendship on Twitter the mother of two received a house warming present from her new friend.

Earlier this week, Cardi got to meet another teen heartthrob – Twilight star Robert Pattinson. “Look who I met the other day! I felt like a teen,” the “Thru Your Phone” vocalist captioned a video posted to her Twitter page early this morning.

In the clip, the New York native can be seen admiring her own appearance and fixing her gorgeous up-do before saying “come on, look at my friend guys!” The camera then pans over to Pattinson, who shares a cheeky smile while his new pal lets out a fangirl-esque scream. How does it feel to live our dream, Cardi?

Some followers took the opportunity to reference the starlet’s newfound friendship with Penn Badgley, sliding into the replies with a GIF of Joe Goldberg from You and a cleverly crafted response. “Is he the one? Tell me are you into him? But it’s okay. You probably don’t know all the things he has done. All the things he had done to his previous GF Bella. Yes, you don’t know. But I am gonna show you. I’m gonna fix YOU.”

It’s unclear exactly how Cardi B and R. Patts crossed paths, but the actor has been busy as of late promoting his upcoming film The Batman, in which he’ll be playing the lead alongside Zoe Kravitz’s Catwoman.

See more amazing fan responses to the sweet clip below.

Yella Beezy Unloads New Single “I Guess”

Yella Beezy is back to reclaim his stake after a minor hiatus with his new single, “I Guess.” The rapper’s latest single was produced by Monstah Beatz who helps bring out this old-school pimp vibe with smooth basslines and crisp drums. The release of his new single coincides with his new partnership with Asylum Records. “On this song “I Guess”, I’m basically saying that after a small hiatus, I’m still the shit! And I guess they thought a lot of things about me, but contrary to your beliefs, I’m back and better than ever,” he explained.

The song and label announcement arrived just hours before Beezy was arrested this week on charges of sexual assault, child endangerment, and unlawfully carrying a weapon.

We’ll keep you posted on Beezy’s situation. Check out his new song below.
