Bobby Shmurda Wants To Make A Strip Club Anthem With Adele

“Cryyy your heart out! Cleeeaan your face!” is probably the last thing you want to hear inside the strip club, but Bobby Shmurda wants to bring Adele over to his world, proposing something that the people supposedly really want: a Bobby Shmurda x Adele collaboration for the club.

Sure, we’ve definitely heard some remixes of Adele’s classic records playing inside the club on occasion, but her latest album about divorce likely wouldn’t work anywhere near the bar. Bobby Shmurda wants to change that for her though, whether she wants it or not.

Taking to Twitter, Bobby excited his fans by telling everyone what kind of music we apparently need right now, pitching an idea to Adele and saying, “You Know what the world needs…. #BobbyShmurda & #Adele to make a Strip Club Anthem.”

I don’t know what’s odder– the fact that Bobby hashtagged his own name or his suggestion to make a strip club banger with one of the most celebrated voices of our generation. Do you think it could happen, and what do you think the song would sound like? Maybe this is what Bobby needs to take him back to the top of the charts?

The 27-year-old rapper has been living it up since his release from prison earlier this year, and he’s just started to get focused on music again, releasing his first few singles in the last few weeks. Do you think a song with Adele is a good move for him?

Bears Vehemently Deny Matt Nagy Rumors

This past week has not been a good one for the Chicago Bears, who in just about an hour from now, will be taking on the Detroit Lions in what should be a truly horrific Thanksgiving Day matchup. Head coach Matt Nagy has done a poor job over the last couple of seasons and his personnel decisions have fans wanting him to get the boot. Of course, that’s a pretty drastic measure, however, the rumors coming out of Chicago have given fans a reason to be excited.

There have been various reports that Nagy will be fired after the Thanksgiving Day game, regardless of the result. The Lions are winless right now, and a loss to them would truly be an embarrassing indictment on Nagy’s record.

As Adam Schefter of ESPN reports, however, Nagy isn’t going anywhere, at least for right now. Sources surrounding the Bears have told Schefter that all of the rumors from the past week were false and that Nagy will be keeping his job. This could simply be a means of damage control, especially with a divisional matchup just an hour away from the time of writing this.

Either way, Nagy is under the microscope right now, and he’s going to need to stack up some wins if he wants any shot at keeping his job beyond this season.

It’s being reported that Memphis comedian Derrion “Dmuney” Childs was killed after making jokes about rapper Young Dolph’s murder on social media. Say Cheese TV reports that the comedian has passed away, and many believe he was targeted for joking about Dolph’s killing.

Dmuney’s Instagram page has not been updated in weeks but his most recent post is filled with Young Dolph fans commenting on the comedian’s reported death, leaving laughing emojis and sharing disrespectful comments of their own.

No details have been shared regarding Childs’ death but we will update you once more information is released.

This week, Young Dolph’s family released a statement on his passing, saying, “There are no words that exist, that sufficiently express the pain we are feeling as a family. Losing Adolph, Dolph, Man-Man, changes our lives forever. And while we will take each day as it comes, we are comforted in knowing that he leaves a legacy that reflects his heart. A heart that was for his family. A heart that was for the people.”

The Weeknd Unveils The “Die For You” Video On The Fifth Anniversary Of “Starboy”

Thanks to his record-breaking 2020 album After Hours and a huge televised appearance during this year’s Super Bowl Halftime Show, The Weeknd is a household name. However, just five years ago, the Canadian artist was just finally starting to be seen as more than an alternative R&B act known for his harrowing tales of drug benders and heartbreak. While 2015’s Beauty Behind The Madness saw him break into the Billboard Hot 100 with two #1s, it would be Abel’s third studio album that saw him fully embrace the role of a superstar.

Released on November 25, 2016, Starboy marked a major sonic and visual departure from The Weeknd’s previous releases. With his signature freeform locs gone and a more genre-fluid approach to his music, The Weeknd delivered fans an album that spawned another Billboard Hot 100 chart-topper in the form of “Starboy” as well as several other hits, including the Daft Punk-assisted “I Feel It Coming,” “Sidewalks,” “Reminder,” “Secrets,” and “Die For You.”

Now, on the five-year anniversary of Starboy, Abel has opted to reach back into his vault and share the sci-fi music video for “Die For You.” Based around a young boy who develops telekinetic powers following the government’s secret “Starboy” experiment, the visuals are extremely similar to the insanely popular Netflix series Stranger Things, which was also released in 2016. Still, the newly unearthed music video is an entertaining and endearing offering from The Weekend.

Yo Gotti Pushes Back Double-Disc Album Release

Memphis rap legend Yo Gotti previously announced that he would be releasing a double-disc album called CM10, including one side named Free and another called Game, but the release has officially been pushed back indefinitely.

The rapper made his album announcement one day prior to the fatal shooting of Young Dolph, with whom he had issues in the past. Many believe that Gotti is pushing back his release as a sign of respect to Dolph’s family, although Gotti did not confirm the reason.

“#CM10 Still Loading…. NEW DATE Stay Tuned,” wrote Gotti on Instagram.

As Memphis continues to mourn the passing of Young Dolph, there were rumors last week about possible targeted shootings at Yo Gotti’s restaurant Privé. There was an increased police presence at the restaurant, but no shootings were reported.

The album was expected to arrive on November 26 as a Black Friday surprise but with the news that it has been pushed back, a new date has not been announced. Since the album is presumably ready to come out, it likely won’t be too long before we hear new music from Gotti.

In the meantime, Gotti is promoting his artists’ latest releases. He’s pushing 42 Dugg’s new single, which dropped today on his birthday, as well as MoneyBagg Yo’s music video for “Scorpio,” which also dropped this week.

Are you looking forward to hearing Yo Gotti’s CM10?

Conway The Machine Was Caught Off Guard By Kanye West’s No Drug & Alcohol Rule

As fans eagerly await the arrival of his forthcoming studio album God Don’t Make Mistakes, Conway The Machine has stopped by Complex to talk about the project as well as offer insights on some of his career-defining moves over the past year. Naturally, his feature on Kanye West’s Grammy-nominated album Donda came up during the conversation, and Conway delivered a lot of gems, from how the Ye connection came to be to the strict rules that were enforced during the Donda sessions.

According to Conway, Griselda was doing a show in Los Angeles when Ye reached out to the team and invited them to one of his Sunday Service shows. They eventually linked up with the “Hurricane” hitmaker in the artist area, where they all quickly hit it off. “Kanye, you know how he is. He’s just kind of spur of the moment, and he just got a feeling like ‘Yo, man. We should just go right now to Cabo and just work on some music!'” Conway reveals. “Obviously, me and Benny, we have some stipulations that prevented us from leaving the country so freely, so we ended up going to the ranch in Wyoming.”

Once Conway arrived at the ranch, however, he quickly found himself outside of his element during the Donda sessions. At Ye’s studio, drugs, alcohol, and phones were prohibited, regulations that made the studio sessions “different” for Conway The Machine.

“At first it was kind of different for me because I didn’t really grow up in the church world,” the La Maquina artist explained. “And I’m used to studio sessions where it’s the homies around. It’s niggas smoking, it’s niggas drinking. You got ladies over here. You got niggas smoking over there, shooting dice.”

“And this one — ain’t no smoking, no drinking, no nothing,” Conway says. “You can’t even have your fucking cell phone in the motherfucker. It was kind of weird at first. Not weird, just different the first couple days. But, you know, it was nothing for me. At the end of the day, I was just happy and blessed to even be welcomed in that man’s atmosphere.”

See Conway The Machine’s full interview with Complex below. The Griselda artist starts to discuss his Donda feature around the 9:22 mark.

Here’s What YNW Melly, R. Kelly, YFN Lucci, & More Are Having For Thanksgiving Dinner

It’s one of the busiest days of the year at airports nationwide as folks travel back to their hometowns to reunite with family for Thanksgiving. As the holidays have arrived, turkeys around the country are baking and cranberry sauce is being carefully prepared for tonight’s feast. Despite the holiday’s truly disturbing roots, it’s amazing what many families have made out of Thanksgiving — providing a special occasion for everybody to get back together and share what they’ve been so grateful for in the last year.

As always around this time of the year, TMZ has obtained a list of Thanksgiving menus from prisons around the country to report on what incarcerated celebrities will be enjoying for supper, and they’ve shared this year’s findings for YNW Melly, YFN Lucci, Suge Knight, R. Kelly, and more.

R. Kelly is at MDC Brooklyn, and he has the choice between roast turkey or roast eggplant, turkey gravy, cornbread stuffing, cranberry sauce, biscuit, and pie.

YFN Lucci is at Fulton County Jail where he’ll be served sliced turkey, cranberry sauce, cornbread stuffing, green beans, sweet potatoes, a roll, and dessert.

YNW Melly at Broward County Jail appears to be getting a downgraded meal from the others, getting turkey breast, gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, breadsticks, and bread pudding.

Meanwhile, Suge Knight has a similar menu at Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility, where he’ll have roast turkey, green salad, cranberry sauce, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, veggies, and pumpkin pie.

Hopefully, despite their situations, they’re all able to find something to be thankful for today. What do you think about their Thanksgiving menus?

DreamDoll Embodies New York Spirit In “You Know My Body” Video

New Yorkers are a different breed. Coming through with the all-year-round Timbs, and knowing all the best spots to get a chopped cheese from the best ocks in the city, New York is always a vibe, and the people there love to remind you that they’re from the Big Apple, baby.

As DreamDoll continues to flourish this year, the Bronx-raised rapper has officially released the music video for her single “You Know My Body” with Capella Grey, and it’s so New York-spirited that you need to watch it for yourself.

The rapper starts off the video lounging in a chair on the sidewalk, laying back and rocking a bra made out of New York Knicks fitted caps. On her feet, you already guessed it, she’s got the stiletto Timbs.

People have been talking a lot about this video, and as Dream would say, it’s getting pretty Bedstuy-big. Check out her fitted cap bra in the video above, and let us know what you think of the entire video.
