DJ Akademiks Claps Back After Being Called Out By Spike Tarintino Over Kay Flock Reporting

DJ Akademiks is always under fire for his social involvement in the lives of rappers. His latest call-out comes from video director, Spike Tarintino, in relation to Kay Flock’s second-degree murder charge. On Dec. 24th, Kay Flock allegedly shot and killed Oscar Hernandez during an altercation. Ak was one of the first to report on the Bronx rapper.

Akademiks’ report mirrored the original police report, which considered Flock to be the aggressor. A new video surfaced on Dec. 27th which suggested that Flock may have not been the shooter. Tarintino called out Akademiks for spreading misinformation. “The whole time he was turning up in the Bronx @akademiks never posted us Now bro in a situation I see Akademiks posting all crazy I dont like that energy (that’s corny to me you didn’t post the toy drives the thanksgiving giveaway thing but be quick to post negative stuff)(culture vulture),” the director stated on his IG story.

Of course, Akademiks had a mouthful to say. In a twenty-minute video, he gave his rundown on the entire situation. “Your reasons for turning up is why this n*gga is in jail. Let’s stop acting like y’all was doing some positive sh*t. This whole Brooklyn/Bronx drill sh*t is murder music. You were shooting videos for n*ggas who were dissing other n*ggas who if they saw each other, something was gonna happen. You’re not doing nothing positive,” Ak responded.

Spike Tarintino has yet to respond to Ak’s response.

Alexis Skyy Labels Her Daughter’s Dad A “Deadbeat”

Alexis Skyy called out the father of her daughter, Lay Lay, for being a “dead beat waste man,” during a recent Q&A on Instagram.

When asked whether Lay Lay has a good relationship with her father, Skyy remarked: “That man is a dead beat waste man. So sad but he neglects her.”

As for how she deals with not having Lay Lay’s father in her life, she explained: “I just stay strong as a mother & do what I need to do no excuses. One thing for sure God don’t like ugly.”

For a long time, Skyy claimed that Fetty Wap was the father of Lay Lay; however, in December 2020, Brandon Medford was revealed to be the girl’s true biological father. Skyy later confirmed the report and revealed that she asked him to take a paternity test years ago.

“I was just shocked and then I was actually excited to know that I do have a little girl in this world and I can become her father,” Medford said in an interview on Kitchen Talk at the time.

Even then, Skyy said his comments were “cap” and labeled him a “fraud.”

Adidas NMD V3 Surfaces In Two OG Colorways: Photos

One of the most popular shoes throughout Adidas’ dominant run in 2016 and 2017 was the Adidas NMD R1. This shoe was famous for its two OG colorways, one being black, the other white. Both offerings had blue and red bricks on the midsole, which ultimately made for a very nice contrast. Back in 2019, we got the V2 version of the Adidas NMD, and now, official images from Adidas and House Of Heat are showcasing a brand new Adidas NMD V3.

As you can see, the shoe maintains that similar NMD shape, although this time around, the bricks on the midsole are translucent. This is then paired with some red and blue highlights that keep the spirit of the originals alive. In the images below, we are being given a “core black” model as well as a clean white version. Needless to say, fans of the NMD should enjoy these.

For now, there is no expected release date for these, so keep it locked to HNHH as we will be sure to bring you all of the latest news and updates from around the sneaker world. In the meantime, let us know what you think of these kicks, in the comments section down below.

Kim Kardashian Spoils Ending Of “Spider-Man: No Way Home” On IG Story

Kim Kardashian spoiled the ending of Spider-Man: No Way Home on her Instagram story, Monday night, by sharing a picture of herself watching the film in her home theatre during a climactic moment of the story. Fans were quick to voice their frustration at Kardashian’s social media faux pas.

“I don’t even f–king follow Kim kardashian and the one moment I decide to watch her stories on instagram she post literally THEE whole spoiler of spider man,” one fan bemoaned on Twitter. “I’ve never hated someone so much.”

Another wrote: “I thought the SpiderMan ending would get ruined from ALOT of places on social media for me, but never in @KimKardashian’s insta stories. Nothing says privilege like getting a movie in your own private theatre and spoiling it for those of us who are trying to stay home and safe!”

Luckily for Kardashian, its safe to assume many of her followers have already seen the newest Spider-Man film. No Way Home crossed the one-billion-dollar mark at the box office over the weekend.

Monday night was actually at least the second time that Kardashian has seen No Way Home. She was spotted catching a showing with Pete Davidson in Staten Island earlier this month.

If you’ve already seen the film or don’t mind spoilers, check out Kardashian’s post here.

Dan Orlovsky Reveals The Biggest Threat To The Chiefs

Over these past few weeks, the Kansas City Chiefs have emerged as favorites to win the Super Bowl. They got off to a horrific start, however, they are now on an 8-game winning streak and their offense is firing on all cylinders. Not to mention, the Chiefs defense is actually playing extraordinarily well right now, which means they could easily make a huge run in the playoffs if they can keep up their momentum.

At this point, analysts are trying to figure out which team has the best chance at knocking off the Chiefs in the postseason. According to Dan Orlovsky of ESPN, that team just so happens to be the Indianapolis Colts, who have gotten some impressive wins as of late.

“I think the team that is best suited to knock [the Chiefs] off is the Indianapolis Colts,” Orlovsky claimed. “I think that their quarterback had a moment this past weekend!” Carson Wentz has been playing a lot better as of late, and as it stands, the Colts are one of the hottest teams in the entire league. Whether or not they could actually beat the Chiefs, however, still remains to be seen.

With the NFL playoffs just a couple of weeks away, we are certainly in for some inspired football. There is a lot to be excited about, and fans are gearing up to cheer on their favorite teams during the absolute best time of the year.

Kyrie Irving’s Return Timeline Revealed By Steve Nash

Kyrie Irving will get to play away games for the Brooklyn Nets in 2022. After being told that the Nets would not make this exception for him, the team has since changed course, and now, Irving will get to join his teammates for half of the franchise’s remaining games this year. If it weren’t for the fact that he tested positive for COVID-19 last week, Irving would probably be on the floor by now. Unfortunately, both he and Kevin Durant got the virus, forcing the Nets to play shorthanded.

Today, it was revealed by Tim Bontemps of ESPN that KD, Irving, and LaMarcus Aldridge are all COVID-free. This means each player can return to the court, although for Kyrie, his lack of training this year makes it more complicated.

While speaking to reporters on Monday, Steve Nash explained that Kyrie’s return timeline won’t play out immediately, however, it should be at least a week or two away.

“With Kyrie, I’m not sure but it’s coming,” Nash said per NJ.com. “He’s already been in for eight days or more so he should be. I’m not sure the exact sure of how many days right now but he’s got to be getting close. It’s hard to say but I would say probably somewhere between a week and two weeks. He’s isolating, so that kinda puts another layer to the ramp-up. It’s not like he’s been working out. I’d imagine it’s going to be closer to two weeks once he comes out of protocols. We’ll see how it goes though because we have to evaluate him from a physical and performance standpoint, and then a basketball standpoint as well.”

This should come as good news to Nets fans, as they can now expect the superstar point guard to be back on the floor sooner rather than later.

2022 is right around the corner and while the Omicron COVID-19 variant might force many to once again stay home on New Year’s Eve, several musicians have teamed up with TikTok to make their fans feel a little less lonely this year. The app, which just surpassed Google as the most popular website in 2021, has tapped artists Rico Nasty, Kali Uchis, and Charlie Puth to put on some epic performances alongside TikTok’s top creators.

The TikTok New Year’s Eve celebration kicks off the evening of the holiday and is set to have eye-catching sets by some of the most popular artists on the app. Puth, a Grammy-nominated musician and producer, was one of the most-viewed artists on TikTok this past year. Kali Uchis, whose 2020 album Sin Miedo Y Otras Demonios was nominated for a Grammy this year, had her song “Telepatía” go ultra-viral on the app. Rico Nasty, who recently dropped the stand-out album Nightmare Vacation, saw her track “Smack A B*tch” used in over half a million videos on the platform.

Each musician’s performance will take place on a different floor on TikTok Towers, a studio designed to mimic an apartment building, which will be outfitted to go hand-in-hand with every individual set. Future Spells Ex’s Name Wrong While Thanking Her For Christmas Gift

Future may have unintentionally spelled his ex-girlfriend, Joie Chavis’ name wrong in a post on Instagram thanking her for a Christmas gift. The High Off Life rapper referred to the mother of one of his children as “Joy.”

Fans were quick to call out the typo on social media; however, it is possible “Joy” is simply a nickname Future has for Chavis. It’s also likely that his phone’s autocorrect feature may have mistakenly switched out “Joie” for “Joy.”

While Chavis says many have accused her of being a “gold-digger,” she said back in April that she doesn’t take any child support from either Future or her other ex, Bow Wow.

“I don’t need to ask for anything for certain things my kids because I can do everything myself,” she said at the time on her YouTube channel. “If their father wants to do things for them and then they do that on their own time if they want to [say], hey, here’s some money for this or that, or you know whatever. But I don’t really ask for anything. I’m able to do everything on my own.”

Daunte Wright Killer Kim Potter

After being convicted of first and second-degree manslaughter last week, Kim Potter has now provided yet another reason to doubt her remorse for shooting Daunte Wright.
