YesJulz Alleges Kanye West Was Supposed To Be On Adin Ross’ Stream But It Fell Through For This Reason

YesJulz and Kanye West recently had a falling out due to the fact that she allegedly broke her NDA. In fact, Milo Yiannopoulos was the one to fire Julz, and he claimed that she was going to be sued for $8 million. Overall, the lawsuit is in a state of limbo right now. However, YesJulz seems to still have fond memories of her time working with Ye. In fact, there are times when she will come out and offer up some details about the work she did with him. Last night, Julz even offered up some information pertaining to streamer Adin Ross.

Ross is someone who has been trying to get Kanye West on his stream for ages. Overall, he is a massive fan of the artist, so it only makes sense that he would try and talk with him. After all, he has had massive rappers on his platform before. Well, as Julz explains, Kanye and Adin were supposedly going to link up a few months back. The deal was that Ross would pay $2 million. Allegedly, $1 million would go to Ye while the other $1 million would end up in the hands of a charity.

YesJulz On Ye

However, as Julz alleges, Ross never paid the $1 million to charity, and that subsequently led to the deal falling through. Ultimately, if this is true, it is definitely a large fumble from Ross. Although, we are interested to hear his side of the story. As we all know, there are multiple sides to any situation, and we will be sure to bring you Ross’ rebuttal, if he ends up offering one.

Let us know what you think of this revelation from YesJulz, in the comments section down below. Do you believe that she is telling the truth on this one? Do you think that Kanye should go and work with Adin Ross, in the end? Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world. YesJulz Intends To Countersue Ye: “I Have No Choice But To Fight Back”

YesJulz says she intends to move forward with a countersuit against Ye following her recent firing from Team Yeezy. While she admits her primary issues stem from his chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, the rest of the team is complicit in his behavior. She explained the situation in a series of posts on social media. Team Yeezy claimed she was fired for allegedly violating her NDA.

“Milo has stolen from and blackmailed Ye and this is a known fact,” Julz wrote in one post. “It baffled me that he is still around until i received a phone call explaining why after my whole situation went public. Its not rocket science.” In another post, she added: “By the way – i reached out to every mutual friend i could think of urging them to have @kanyewest call me so i wouldn’t have to move forward with a countersuit[.] I assume everyone is too p***y to address him about this so this is my last attempt before i take action.”

“I gave everyone over a week to do the right thing and fire this pedo, pay me for my completed work and drop the nonsense intent to arbitrate. Even asked everyone in a text if this was real because the way Milo wrote it was so damn laughable (my name is misspelled, Mozart is referenced, and the pot calling the kettle black with reference of outbursts & ‘hateful’ behavior was just the cherry on top for me)[.] I had to assume this was fake, but nope- its very real. So my response to it will be very real also. I really dont even want to do this. My problem lies with Milo[.] But i cant ignore that the rest of the team, including the founder of company, has been complicit. I have no choice but to fight back.” Check out Julz’s posts below.

YesJulz Reaches Out To Ye On Twitter

Ye initially announced that he’d no longer be working with YesJulz in a recent post on his Instagram Story. He’s since moved forward with suing her for $8 million over the alleged NDA violation. Be on the lookout for further updates on YesJulz and Kanye West on HotNewHipHop.

YesJulz Pops Out At Drake Show Amid Ye & Milo Yiannopoulos Fallout

YesJulz is an influencer who has helped in the rollout of various projects. Overall, she has worked with a ton of artists and has amassed quite a few friends in the industry. Most recently, fans remember her for her work during the Vultures rollout. She was infamously in the room when Ye went on a rant about the industry, Drake, and the Twix chocolate bar that is being doubled in size to make us fat. However, her work with the Ye campaign eventually hit a sour note when she was terminated. This termination was executed by Milo Yiannopoulos, the Chief of Staff at Yeezy.

As Milo explained in his letter to YesJulz, she had allegedly violated the terms of her NDA. Furthermore, she allegedly owed the Yeezy team a debt of $8 million. Subsequently, Ye took to social media where he posted his intentions to follow through on the lawsuit. Throughout all of this, there have been mixed signals from Julz as to whether or not Ye is really behind the suit. Regardless, she decided to go out and have some fun this weekend. In fact, she did so at Ye’s biggest rival’s show: Drake.

YesJulz At The Drake Show

Drake might be going through a tough time right now, but he at least has one person who is behind him, and that is YesJulz. She was posted up with her friends at the concert, and she seemed to be having a great time. Considering the hardship she probably went through during the Vultures rollout, one can imagine that the Drake show was a much-needed reprieve. Only time will tell if Drizzy hires her for his next album campaign.

Let us know what you think of the YesJulz saga, in the comments section down below. Are you perturbed by the fact that Ye continues to work with Milo? Do you think the Yeezy team will go on with the lawsuit? Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world. Kanye West $8 Million Lawsuit Against YesJulz, Explained

Kanye West has recently had a resurgence, thanks to his new album Vultures. Vultures 1 has since been a success, hitting the number-one spot on the Billboard 200 chart. “Carnival,” also reached the top of the Billboard Hot 100, marking West’s first chart-topper in 13 years. Nonetheless, the album’s success may have been shadowed by scandal. Ye and his accolades and reviews are currently drowning in public comments about his alleged misfiring of YesJulz, a former Yeezy employee.

On March 12, Ye confirmed that his company YZY and YesJulz had parted ways on his Instagram Story. We have decided to no longer have YesJulz involved in the rollout of Vultures. All the activity on her page and with our fans in the past few days has been unauthorized.” his Story read. Now, it’s been reported that he filed an $8 million lawsuit against the controversial influencer and talent manager.

YesJulz Gets Fired

Recently, YesJulz helped promote Vultures, the recent project by Ye and Ty Dolla Sign. Not only was she in attendance at the album’s listening events, but YesJulz’s role with West’s company YZY seemed to involve planning, promoting, and live streaming. She also promoted outfits from his Vultures collection. However, a message appeared online — an alleged email from Ye’s Chief Of Staff, right-wing pundit Milo Yiannopolis — that stated she was being fired from Yeezy. Additionally, he stated that she incurred $7.7 million in fines after allegedly violating her NDA agreement. Ye later shared a message on his Instagram Story confirming that YesJulz would no longer work for Yeezy.

The Alleged NDA Breach

Not standing down from a potential multi-million dollar lawsuit, YesJulz made a post on X, daring the company — specifically Yiannopoulos — to sue her. Then, she followed up with another post on her X account. This time, she shared a screenshot of a letter Yiannopoulos apparently signed. The letter in question read “Dear Julieanne…Obviously, you have been fired.” Aside from Yiannopoulos’s termination letter, there was a second announcement declaring intent to sue her for $7.7 million. This is for allegedly going against the terms of an NDA she had signed and apparently breached.

The letter read that: “[YesJulz] has repeatedly, intentionally, and grossly violated the terms of her Non-Disclosure Agreement with Claimants, including publicly disclosing corporate sales figures, social media strategies, text messages with Ye and management, release plans for the Vultures album, and product designs before release.”

Furthermore, the letter stated that YesJulz had incurred these fines while she worked for Yeezy as a “contractor.” It was first alleged that YesJulz contacted Ye’s fans online, which went against her NDA. However, even more serious claims have been made since then. YesJulz allegedly revealed information via Snapchat about a song on Vultures initially intended for Nicki Minaj but was later sent to Ice Spice and Doja Cat.

YesJulz’s Defense

She did not immediately respond to these allegations. On March 19, however, YesJulz threatened to sue a Ye fan account for slander. Moreover, she claimed she never signed the NDA presented. It is unclear why Yeezy would have continued to work with or disclose important information to YesJulz after she had allegedly not signed their NDA. A few hours later, the fan account was quoted by YesJulz, who would post screenshots of an NDA allegedly signed in YesJulz’s name. This has not been confirmed by either Ye or YesJulz though.

YesJulz began to retaliate against her former employers — and specifically Milo Yiannopoulos — on social media platforms almost immediately. She alleged that he was in control over hirings, firings, and payment schedules at YZY, not Ye. She also shared snippets of text conversations with Yiannopoulos. One of these snippets included Yiannopoulos referring to Kanye West’s fanbase as “down syndrome megafans” with “developmental disorders.”

Moreover, YesJulz went on Snapchat to describe how her role with Ye primarily involved assisting with logistical arrangements for events. She also described how she was intentionally thwarted from performing her job on multiple occasions, from claims that she was excluded from planning processes, and was frequently left with little organizing time. She claimed she was also excluded from those who would board the private jet.

Finally, YesJulz made sure to clarify that all of the people within Ye’s team were men. She cited a specific instance where she had meticulously planned a high-budget listening party at Factory Town. However,  the event was relocated behind her back to a subpar venue: a flea market at Wynwood. YesJulz is yet to speak ill against Ye, so they either had minimal contact or a cordial working relationship.

Well, the short answer is not really. While she has shared her side on both Snapchat and X threads and spaces, an email screenshot, purportedly from Milo Yiannopoulos, appeared on her X account. Milo apparently expressed a willingness to re-employ her. However, YesJulz responded defiantly to him, demanding that while she was much willing to work with Ye, he would have to fire Milo and the other “homophobic, racist, pedophilic” members of his staff. The fact that Yiannopoulos is willing to reconsider her employment might indicate that Ye is trying to avoid complicating the issue.

It’s also worth mentioning that the statement, which made mention of YesJulz’s $7.7 million fines, suggests the involvement of alternative dispute resolution. This means that an impartial third party can engage both parties without ever having to resort to court proceedings. So, although some sources speculate that Ye’s statement implies legal action against YesJulz, it’s important to emphasize that arbitration, unlike litigation, aims to resolve disputes privately, outside of court, with the primary goal of reaching a settlement.

YesJulz Tired Of “Misogynistic Yes Men,” Will Fight Tooth And Nail Against Kanye West In $8 Million Lawsuit

It has been nearly a week since YesJulz, a former promoter for Kanye West and his VULTURES 1 project, was fired. This all went down because the social media influencer was having unauthorized engagements with fans and brands on multiple platforms. On top of that, she never put her signature on the NDA and because of that violation she is being sued for $8 million. This set the internet on fire and came as quite as a surprise. Part of the reason for that is due to Milo Yiannopoulos being Chief of Staff and terminating YesJulz immediately. If you want more information on why Milo is not the most shining figure, read this article here. This led to YesJulz essentially telling Kanye West to send over the lawsuit.

“F*** an NDA. Sue me,” she wrote on X. They handed that down as we said, but YesJulz is not going down without a fight. According to AllHipHop, she sent out another scathing taking a shot at everyone on the Yeezy staff and almost certainly Milo in particular. “One thing I wont do is sit here and let a group of d**k riding, misogynist yes men go out of their way to slander my name in an attempt to ruin everything i have worked my a** off to build from scratch over the past decade.”

YesJulz Is Not Going To Stand Down In Kanye West Lawsuit

However, this is far from the last message sent back toward Ye and Milo. “The audacity for a company ran by someone who posts screen shots to over 20 million people at his leisure, without consent, to attempt to intimidate a former team member with a ridiculous lawsuit with basis claims of over $7million in incurred fees for breaking a doc that was never signed is truly laughable.” Finally, she admitted to taking accountability for being “blindly loyal to Ye.” But it is not going to take away from the fact how furious she is.

What are your thoughts on YesJulz comments about Kanye West and his staff as she prepares for $8 million lawsuit? How do you see this court battle playing out and why? Kanye West Sent “New Body” To Ice Spice & Doja Cat, According To Leaked Text Messages With YesJulz

Kanye West has a lot of unreleased songs in his arsenal. Overall, one of the most beloved unreleased Kanye tracks is “New Body.” This is a song that was supposedly going to drop back in 2018. Moreover, it was going to come with a verse from Nicki Minaj. All of these years later, fans still fantasize about what would happen if this track made its way to streaming services. With Vultures 2 on the horizon, there have been rumors that “New Body” could very well be dropping. However, there are no confirmations that this is true. Instead, fans have been forced to hope and pray that things will go their way.

In the midst of all of this, Kanye is looking to sue YesJulz for $8 million. He has accused her of breaking her NDA, and it has led to a huge fallout on social media. YesJulz has begun leaking texts, and her latest leak speaks directly to the “New Body” hype. As you will see down below, Julz admits to sending “New Body” to both Ice Spice and Doja Cat. Of course, Nicki Minaj is currently refusing to clear her verse, and it seems like Ye wanted to hear other woman artists on it. Whether or not either artist actually sent back a verse, is unknown.

Kanye West & YesJulz Back And Forth

As it pertains to Vultures 2, the album was supposed to come out on March 8th. Now, however, a date of May 3rd is being floated around. It isn’t an ideal situation for all of the fans out there, but such is a life in the Kanye West universe. Delayed albums are par for the course, and you just have to learn to deal with it.

Let us know what you think about all of this, in the comments section down below. Are you excited to hear “New Body” in at least some sort of capacity? Or is the hype dead? Kanye West Says He Is Suing YesJulz For Over $8 Million For Breaking Her Contract

The dispute between Kanye West and former contracter Julieanna Goddard — aka YesJulz — is apparently escalating, as the producer shared the text of an alleged lawsuit on Sunday (March 17) on his Instagram Story. According to XXL, which captured a screenshot of the Story post before Kanye deleted it, the text of the suit reads:

Julianne Goddard has repeatedly, intentionally and grossly violated the terms of her Non-Disclosure Agreement with complainants including publicly disclosing corporate sales figures, social media strategies, text messages with Ye and management, release plans for the Vultures album and product designs before release. To say Goddard suffers from a lack of impulse control would be to excuse her from responsibility for behavior that is hurtful, hateful, and destructive.

I….

Well, I am just gobsmacked. It certainly sounds like someone we all know. I wonder if Kanye’s house has ANY mirrors in it, at all.

West seeks restitution “in excess of $8,000,000” which… somehow… it seems unlikely he’s ever going to see. Goddard did dare West and his “chief of staff” Milo Yiannopoulos to sue her in her response to being fired from the Yeezy brand, but considering Ye’s established pattern of grand announcements and haphazard follow-through (see: the aforementioned Vultures rollout, Ye’s 2020 presidential campaign), Goddard probably isn’t in very much danger of having to pay a dime.

For what it’s worth, Kanye only posted this text to his Instagram Story with no comment, so it’s possible he hasn’t even filed the suit yet (after all, court’s closed on Sunday). Uproxx was unable to independently confirm that any such document was submitted through LA Superior Court systems, but considering it can often take a while to get docs digitized, that’s no evidence that it wasn’t filed. We’ll just have to wait and see if Julz responds — and how.

Kanye West To Sue YesJulz For $8 Million, She Responds

Kanye West and his rollout for Vultures has certainly been filled with big headlines. Overall, the first Vultures came out a couple of days late, however, some fans felt it was worth the wait. Of course, the track “Carnival” ended up going number one in North America, which just goes to show that people are still listening. However, as it pertains to Vultures 2, the project has been delayed quite a bit. At first, it was supposed to drop on March 8th. Although now, it is believed that the album is only going to come out on May 3rd. In the midst of all of this, Ye is under scrutiny for the actions of his Chief Of Staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, who recently accused YesJulz of breaching her NDA.

As we reported last week, YesJulz was fired from the Yeezy team. It was said that she was having unauthorized conversations with Kanye West fan pages. This subsequently led to Milo claiming that YesJulz was on the hook for $7.7 million in unpaid fines. Overall, this was quite the number, but Julz was unbothered. On Twitter, she exposed Milo for the inappropriate language he used while describing Kanye fans. Regardless, it seems like Ye and his team are ready to pursue legal action against her. In the Instagram story below, you can see that Ye is preparing to sue her for $8 million.

Kanye West Speaks Out

As this news broke, YesJulz remained at ease. She subsequently took to Twitter and decided to lash out at Milo as opposed to Ye. “Lol FUCK MILO Try me you little bitch,” she wrote. Needless to say, she is not scared of the lawsuit right now. It has not been filed officially, which means there is a chance it won’t go through. However, if Ye and his team win, then it will serve as a warning to anyone else who may work for his company in the future.

Let us know what you think about all of this, in the comments section down below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world. We will always keep you informed on all of your favorite artists and their upcoming projects.

5 Times YesJulz Has Been Called Out

Julieanna Marie Goddard, known professionally as YesJulz, is someone who can be more accurately labeled as infamous rather than famous. Julz has been the subject of multiple controversies throughout her social media and influencing career, many of which have to do with her inappropriate statements about race. As a result, she has been called out and canceled online for a variety of reasons. Most recently, YesJulz was publicly fired by Kanye West. Here are five times YesJulz has been called out.

Kanye West

The most recent scandal surrounding YesJulz started when Kanye West put out a statement concerning his personality. He announced that Julz would no longer be working on his latest Vultures project. YesJulz had been working as a promoter for the collaborative album between Ye and Ty Dolla Sign. Following the news, alleged screenshots from the Yeezy chief of staff Milo Yiannopolus were leaked, which stated that Julz was being fined over $7m for violating an NDA.

Earl Sweatshirt

In 2019, rapper and singer Earl Sweatshirt also had some things to say about YesJulz. His call-out came following her most recent racism accusation at the time due to a freestyle rap she performed on a radio show. Earl Sweatshirt tweeted that someone needed to “jump affirmative julz on some healthy nonlifethreathenin shit”. This wasn’t the first time he had made a public statement regarding Julz as he had previously shown no sympathy for her tearful apology video after a clip of her saying the N-word was leaked.

Joe Budden And Cyn Santana

Joe Budden and YesJulz have clashed a few times in the past. The most notable of these was in 2019. Budden absolutely dragged her on The Joe Budden Podcast With Rory And Mal with a series of insults, including “Casey Anthony Face” and “Jason Williams Face.” Budden also addressed Julz’s recent appearance on the Easily Offended podcast with Murda Mook and ItzBizkit. He called her out, claiming she had lied that he had made a move on her. Moreover, he described her as “entitled,” and pointed out how she disrespected and degraded Black women.

Scottie Beam

In the disastrous Easily Offended episode, YesJulz didn’t only call out Joe Budden, but also called out Scottie Beam. She claimed that the State Of The Culture host had threatened her following the release of her racist freestyle. Moreover, she insisted that Beam did not want her to exist in the same Hip Hop spaces that she did. Beam was quick to clap back at Julz on Twitter, alleging that Julz slept her way into the industry.

The last person Julz called out in the Easily Offended episode was Karen Civil. She stated that both Civil and Beam were unhappy that she got opportunities in hip-hop. She specifically said that Civil didn’t respect the work she had done for years on the “Rolling Loud” concert in Miami. Evidently, Civil wasn’t letting that slide. She also clapped back at Julz, tweeting that she didn’t care about whatever opportunities Julz did or didn’t get.

YesJulz Called Out Kanye West Staffers ‘Who Don’t Know The Slightest Things About Culture’ In A Response To Her Firing

Less than a day after being fired from Kanye West’s Yeezy brand, Julieanna Goddard — aka YesJuz — has addressed her sudden removal in such a way that the brand is now apparently reconsidering terminating her contract. To make a long-ish story short, Goddard had been heavily involved in the promotion of Kanye’s Vultures trio of albums, but was accused of violating a non-disclosure agreement by holding a Twitter Spaces to get feedback from fans.

After Yeezy publicly announced her firing — in just about the least professional way possible — Goddard posted a tweet thread on Twitter addressing the firing and calling out Yeezy staff, particularly chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos, for being unqualified for their roles in the company.

“Ye is up against the system. Having the discussion with fans in an open forum setting was unconventional, but it allowed for inclusivity & open visibility for an entire fan base to opt in, give feedback, be heard, connect with one another to combine efforts. Which is what i feel is needed for Ye to stay on top for these next two runs. I was also given specific direction to ‘rally’ the fans, let them each lead their own chapters, activate within their locations- etc. This was MY way of doing so. I am not a conventional woman & this is why i worked at the company i worked at in the first place.”

“I never wanted work done for free. I wanted to help the fans present their work to Ye so that he could hire them instead of stale ass losers who dont know the slightest thing about culture like Ben Priest & Milo Pedofilist to build his company for him. Anyone who has ever been in contact with me for as little as 5 minutes knows the last thing id ever need to steal, is an idea. I’d actually pay to have less as the amount of ideas i have overwhelm me daily.”

She also shared tweets in which she criticized the controversial Yiannopoulos (who has been accused of being, at best, a right-wing troll, and at worst, a literal Nazi) for some unseemly comments he made about Ye’s superfans, providing screenshots for evidence. You can view them here.

She also dared Yeezy to sue her, writing, “F*ck an NDA,” while defending herself from the commonly lobbed “culture vulture” accusations she’s been fielding since at least 2017. After logging off for the night, she apparently received correspondence from Yiannopolous, which she naturally screen shot and posted on Twitter for the world to see. “We are willing to meet and reconsider next steps and your future with YZY as a contractor,” he wrote. Her reply: “As soon as Yeezy is free of pedophilic, sexist, homophobic, racists, I will be more than happy to speak to Ye directly about being a part of the team. Obviously, this means you’d need to quit or be fired.”

Sheesh. When YesJulz gets one up on you, you might be cooked. Don’t clap too hard for her though. As she pointed out in her tweetstorm last night, she’s worked for Kanye since 2018 — meaning after the Trump stuff, through the antisemitism kerfuffle, while he bullied and harassed his ex-wife and her family, and through two separate stints of Yiannopoulos as “chief of staff” of Yeezy (whatever the hell that’s supposed to be). Her high horse has no shoes and it damn sure can’t run. Again, none of these people is the “good guy” here, and the best “next steps” would be for them all to quietly retire from public life and go be Walmart greeters or something.
