Of course, this is not the first collab for Cardi B and her boozy dessert topper. Back in November, Cardi collabed with music icon Patti LaBelle. The link up saw them combine (or “have sex with each other”, as Cardi put it) Cardi’s Whipshots with LaBelle’s Good Pies. They reportedly shot a handful of cozy commercials together in which the two women try one another’s creations. Furthermore, apparently it was a hugely beneficial experience for both of them.

“I’ve been her mother in my mind for a long time because she’s just all that and a bag of chips. And I’m all that and a bag of chips,” LaBelle told PEOPLE of the collab. “I’m super starstruck. I’m on my best behavior,” the Bronx MC told LaBelle. Furthermore, she added that she feels “like [she’s] not worthy” and “shook” at the prospect of meeting her.

Where To Buy Cardi B’s Whip Shots

Last year, Cardi B and beverage company StarCo Brands launched Whip Shots, a brand of vodka-infused whipped cream. Upon its first release, Whip Shots bottles were only available in select states. Now, according to the brand’s Instagram page, Whip Shots are now available across the US.

“We’re thrilled to be able to offer Whipshots to even more consumers in more locations across the country,” said Ross Sklar, CEO of Starco Brands, in a statement. “The demand for Whipshots has been astounding and shows what is possible when you have an incredible product and elite retail partners.”

Since arriving on shelves last year, Whip Shots have dropped vanilla, caramel, mocha, and lime flavors, as well as a peppermint flavor that came just in time for the holidays. In March, Cardi and StarCo Brands celebrated 2 million sales of Whip Shots.

Still, Whip Shots have proven to be a bit of a challenge to find. You likely won’t find Whip Shots at your local Target or Ralph’s.

According to Whip Shops’ store locator, you can find the whipped cream at liquor stores like Total Wine & More, Metro Liquor, and Spec’s. Various locally-owned liquor stores also carry Whip Shots, and you can look for them on the store locator by typing in city on the map.

Cardi B Turns Heads In Colorful Catsuit

Cardi B recently launched a new flavor of her vodka-infused whipped cream, Whipshots. The rapper celebrated the new limited-edition Lime Whipshots flavor in a bright, colorful, and curve-hugging catsuit. A kickoff event yesterday at The Bungalow in Santa Monica saw Cardi turning heads in the bold ensemble. She was also joined by drag performers Violet Chachki and Gottmik at the kickoff. Cardi B’s venture with Starco Brands also premiered a new summer campaign at the event, featuring the rapper. Dubbed “Whip It, Beaches,” the campaign’s advertisements feature photos of Cardi wearing only a whipped cream bikini and some summer shades.

The rapper and businesswoman paired the bright, geometric Emilio Pucci jumpsuit with a big pair of signature gold hoops, and coordinating colorful sky-high platform heels. She decorated the look with a gold thong body chain and a matching colorful hair accessory. Cardi also rocked a blunt bang and neutral, glowy makeup. The jumpsuit she wore is from Pucci’s spring 2023 collection, which is described by WWD as “Pucci’s motifs infused with a ’60s Space-Age vibe.”

Known for making bold fashion statements, Cardi rocked another bright look earlier this month. She revealed a new, bright red hairstyle to her Instagram followers, which she complimented with matching red pants and a simple, white cropped t-shirt. Cardi B also broke necks at the 2023 Met Gala, serving three separate looks at the event. She walked the main carpet in a black Chenpeng Studio gown adorned with flowers, alongside a white collar and black tie.

Cardi also clapped back at haters last month on Twitter. She shared a post, writing “That mean girl persona y’all put on for the internet don’t fool me.” The “WAP” rapper added, “I can tell y’all were NERDS in high school.”

Cardi B Celebrates Selling 2 Million Cans Of Whipshots

Cardi B just went double platinum! Well, sort of. The rapper is celebrating selling 2 million cans of Whipshots. If you haven’t heard of them, Whipshots are cans of whipped cream that have been infused with vodka. Alcohol-infused whipped cream has been around since 2005, but it wasn’t always as popular. The number of sales, in this case, is certainly due in large part to Cardi B’s fame. Celebrity brand deals have helped move plenty of products, and many stars lend their names to alcoholic drinks. Nicki Minaj, Jay-Z, Michael Jordan, and many others have promoted their own alcoholic drinks to varying degrees of success. Cardi B, however, wanted to promote something she would enjoy as someone who isn’t a “hardcore liquor drinker.”

Cardi partnered with Starco Brands in 2021 to promote Whipshots. Having sold 2 million units in just two years, it’s fair to say that this brand deal was quite a success. In a statement, Cardi praised the product, calling it “sexy and tasty.” She added that she was thankful for her fans and those that are supporting the brand. “Boozy and beautiful since day one, and two million cans later, there is no slowing us down,” she said. “I love the fans supporting our brand — let’s keep this party going!”

You Win Some, You Lose Some

Although her partnership with Starco Brands and Whipshots has been a huge success, not every brand deal has worked out for Cardi in recent years. Back in 2022, Cardi took to Twitter to talk about losing a multi-million dollar deal with Call of Duty. At the time, she was embroiled in a court case related to the fact that she admitted to hiring men to beat up a woman that worked at a strip club in Queens. She was only sentenced to community service after pleading guilty to lesser charges, but she lost millions of dollars because of it. Still, that doesn’t mean Cardi B has any lack of brand deals or offers.

Both Cardi and Offset appeared in a McDonald’s Super Bowl commercial. In the commercial, they announced their joint meal at the fast food franchise. The meal is one of many special celebrity McDonald’s meals in recent years, and was officially released on February 14. “This is sooo dope !!!!! A club did a Cardi & Offset meal theme,” Cardi said about the meal. “Why I ain’t thought about this?! I love this ….I love cheeseburgers and bad b*tches.”

Cardi B Celebrated Going ‘Double-Platinum’ After Her Whipshots Sold More Than 2 Million Cans

In case you didn’t know, Cardi B partnered with Starco Brands in 2021 for Whipshots, cans of vodka-infused whipped cream. “I’m not really a hardcore liquor-drinking person,” the “WAP” rapper said in a statement. “And I like things that are sexy and tasty.

Now, she’s celebrating selling over two millions cans of the boozy desert. On social media, she expressed her enthusiasm for the successful, growing product: “We just went double platinum! We’re not playing around when we say Whipshots is the best,” she said in a statement, according to Billboard. “Boozy and beautiful since day one, and two million cans later, there is no slowing us down. I love the fans supporting our brand — let’s keep this party going!”

Meanwhile, Cardi B also recently unveiled a McDonald’s meal with her husband Offset. “This is sooo dope !!!!! A club did a Cardi & Offset meal theme,” she wrote on Twitter. “Why I ain’t thought about this?! You Can Now Get Drunk Off Dessert With Cardi B’s Boozy Whipped Cream, Which She Debuted At Art Basel

Have you ever taken a big bite out of a dessert pie and wondered, “What if this could get me drunk?” Now thanks to Cardi B, you don’t have to wonder any more. The rapper partnered with Starco Brands for Whipshots, cans of whipped cream that are infused with vodka. After releasing a select number of cans last week, Cardi officially debuted the new boozy dessert over the weekend at Art Basel in Miami.

Cardi shared Whipshots with guests at a star-studded sweets-themed party this weekend, offering a preview of the three flavors — vanilla, caramel and mocha — which have been flying off the shelves this month. The rapper offered partygoers the Whipshots served in cones, cocktails, on desserts, and straight from the can throughout the event, per a report from Billboard.

About her decision to create the dessert, Cardi told Billboard in a statement that it’s the perfect combination of sexy and tasty: “I’m not really a hardcore liquor-drinking person. And I like things that are sexy and tasty. It’s going to be a party in every can. At one time I was planning to do margaritas, but this is more fun.”

Echoing Cardi’s statement, Starco Brands CEO Ross Sklar said the rapper was the perfect addition to their product. “You’ve got to find somebody that has a personality that is transparent, super fun, super playful,” Sklar said. “Someone who doesn’t mind being flirty, but above all, is herself. The product delivers and the personality delivers … That authenticity delivers credibility.”
