Lil Pump Sued By Man Who Alleges The Rapper Assaulted Him On Stream

Do you remember the last big Lil Pump song? Neither do we. The rapper has become a lightning rod for controversy. So much so, in fact, that it’s overshadowed the reason he became famous in the first place. The only time we seem to hear about the Harverd Graduate, it’s because he said something outrageous or made a bold political statement. This latest headline, however, is because Lil Pump was accused of doing something outrageous. A man named Edwin Valenzuela is suing the rapper for allegedly beating him up during a live stream.

Lil Pump is being sued by Valenzuela over a live stream that took place on August 12, 2024. The latter is an Uber driver, according to In Touch Weekly. He transported Pump and YouTuber Vitaly Zdorovetskiy to a location to shoot an episode of Catching Predators. The premise of the streaming show, as outlined in the suit, is to catch pedophiles and then subject them to pranks and abuse as a result. “Public pranks that push the boundaries of comfort and legality,” the suit added. Valenzuela claimed Lil Pump and Vitaly proceeded to corner him. They allegedly read fake messages in which the Plaintiff “talked” to minors.

Lil Pump Is Being Sued For Civil Conspiracy Assault

Despite Valenzuela’s protests, he alleges Lil Pump and Vitaly started to beat him up. He alleges that Lil Pump punched him in the head and proceeded to kick him in the stomach once he fell to the ground. It gets worse. Valenzuela alleges that Pump and Vitaly urged him to eat a used condom by putting it on his ear. Furthermore, the suit claims that the rapper threatened to feed the Uber driver to gators. “Plaintiff was bombarded by verbal abuse, including racial slurs,” the suit claimed. “Defendants screaming in his face. All while being urged by an attorney to sign a release for a ‘gameshow.’”

Valenzuela is suing Lil Pump for civil conspiracy assault, false imprisonment, civil theft and battery. He is reportedly seeking unspecified damages. This is not the first time the Catching Predators stream has led to legal action. SportSkeeda reported that Vitaly was sued by a man who claims he was wrongfully called a predator during a June live stream. Conversely, the controversial YouTube star threatened to sue Offset when the rapper failed to show up to a Catching Predators shoot in August.

Quavo Threatened With Lawsuit After Allegedly Scamming Vitaly Out Of $50K

Vitaly links up with everybody. The YouTuber has build an entire industry around live streams in which rappers help him catch (and then humiliate) would-be predators. He did it with YG and Lil Pump. Migos superstar Quavo was supposed to be the next rapper to appear on a Vitaly stream, but he pulled a no-show at the last minute. So last minute, in fact, that Vitaly claims he already paid him $50K upfront to participate. Needless to say, the YouTuber was not happy. He’s going as far as to claim he’s taking legal action against Quavo as a result.

Vitaly broke the news that Quavo wasn’t coming during a July 29th stream. He also made racial remarks about the rapper, which drew criticism from fans throughout the world. “So, Quavo is not coming,” Vitaly announced. “No, he’s not coming. He took our deposit, right? Yeah, of course, Black people thing.” The YouTuber was so frustrated by the no-show that he urged viewers to harass the Migos rapper on social media. “Every Quavo post that goes on TikTok, everywhere, you guys say, ‘Give Vitaly his money back,’” he requested. “That’s not cool. Just taking my money like this.” Vitaly decided to take matters into his own hands on August 2, however. He went on stream and announced plans to sue Quavo for bailing on his agreement.

Quavo Reportedly Bailed On A Planned Stream Appearance

Vitaly told viewers that he was getting in touch with the legal team of another controversial streamer, Adin Ross. “We are also getting Adin Ross’ lawyers to pursue legal actions towards Quavo and his team,” he noted. The YouTuber proceeded to disparage Quavo for his actions, claiming that he used to be a big fan of the rapper. “I’ve nothing against Quavo. I was the biggest fan,” he added. “I’m not a fan anymore. I know one person isn’t gonna make a difference, but it is gonna make a difference…”

Quavo seemingly had other events on his mind. The rapper made headlines on July 31 when he attended Kamala Harris’ campaign rally in Atlanta, Georgia. Not only did Quavo voice his support for Harris, but he gave a speech in support of gun control. This was another talking point that Vitaly made fun of during his live stream. “He endorsed Kamala Harris saying protect the gun violence,” the YouTuber noted. “All you do is rap about violence and drugs.” The specifics of Vitaly’s lawsuit have been made public.

Quavo Subjected To Racist Comment From Vitaly After Allegedly Making Off With $300K

Quavo is one of the biggest artists in hip-hop and if you want to collaborate with him, it is going to come with a price. Overall, this is especially true if you are a streamer who wants to get a bit of clout by having a famous artist on your broadcast. Well, it seems as though Vitaly is learning this the hard way. Recently, Vitaly claimed that he paid Quavo $300K to show up for a pedophile hunting stream. Vitaly has done these streams with the likes of Ty Dolla Sign, YG, and even The Game, in the past.

However, in the clip below, Vitaly explains that he allegedly gave Quavo the money, but he never showed up. This is similar to the situation involving Playboi Carti and Adin Ross, who are still in a bit of a public feud, to this day. Below, you can see that Vitaly had a vitriolic response to all of this that can certainly be classified as racism. As Vitaly told Myron from Fresh & Fit, Quavo’s absence must have been a “black people thing.”

Vitaly Goes After Quavo

The comment was uncalled for and fans on No Jumper noted as such. “Black people thing? Now I’m glad he took the money,” one person said. “Bro had a chance of getting his bread back till he made that wild comment,” said another. This was a common sentiment throughout the comments section and it is easy to see why. It just goes to show that these streamers just want clout, and do not care about the people they want to work with.

The Game & Wack 100 Smack Up An Alleged Pedophile While Streaming With Vitaly

The Game and Wack 100 are two personalities that have been known for saying exactly what they think. Overall, hip-hop fans are well-acquainted with them, and there is no doubt they would be great people to collaborate with. Kick streamer Vitaly seems to agree with that assessment. We know this because recently, Vitaly had both of them on his stream for a pedophile hunter segment. Most of Vitalys content is centered around this sort of thing, although there have been allegations of staging things for clout.

Regardless, The Game and Wack were on Vitaly’s stream, and in the clip below, you can see The Game confront an alleged child predator in the bathroom. The man in question was accused of trying to meet with a 15-year-old boy. Although it is unclear whether or not this was truly staged, The Game ended up smacking the man in the face. This made for some viral content as a clip from the stream made its way to Twitter for all to see.

YG Helps Vitaly Catch A Predator In What Some Are Alleging Is A Scripted Scenario

YG is seemingly getting acquainted with YouTuber and Kick streamer Vitaly. Overall, fans might remember Vitaly from his fake pranks from back in the day. Although some people thought they were real, it became clear that Vitaly was paying actors to buy into the scenarios. However, that revenue stream dried up and now, Vitaly is a Kick streamer who does elaborate “pedo hunter” broadcasts. These streams are usually extremely chaotic and involve violence inflicted on the “predator.”

In the most recent stream, YG helped Vitaly. In the clip below, you can see one of these busts that allegedly used a 13-year-old decoy. YG was ready to fight the man in the video, and there also appeared to be SWAT officers on the scene. It was all chaotic and a good example of what Vitaly does on the platform these days. Interestingly enough, however, some believe Vitaly’s stream are staged, just like his pranks used to be.

“Whole thing looks staged,” one person wrote. “This shit is fake bruh lmaooo,” said another. There is no concrete proof of this, however, it seems like things have changed dramatically ever since the stream in which an old man was knocked out cold on the street. Only time will tell if these allegations are ever proved to be based in reality. For now, however, Vitaly is making bank off of these streams and the salacious nature of them.

Let us know what you think about all of this, in the comments section down below. Do you believe that YG and Vitaly scripted this whole thing? Ty Dolla Sign & Vitaly Throw A Grenade At Alleged Predator While Pedophile Hunting In LA

Ty Dolla Sign is a very interesting artist. Overall, he is supposed to be working on Vultures 2 with Kanye West. In fact, the album was supposed to be released on Friday. However, it never actually came out. Ultimately, some believe that was a solid decision when you consider the fact that Kendrick Lamar and Drake are the main event in hip-hop right now. Some are even saying that it would be best for every other artist to just fall back for at least two more weeks. Otherwise, their songs and projects will get buried.

Recently, Ty Dolla showcased his versatility as a creator. Over the weekend, he found himself on a Kick stream with OG prank YouTuber Vitaly. The two were out in Los Angeles where they went pedophile hunting. This is essentially the act of posing as young girls online to meet up with older men. Although these types of videos and live streams make for great content, they can sometimes devolve into vigilante missions without a true purpose. In the video below, you can see Ty and Vitaly chasing down an alleged predator, and they eventually corner him against a wall. This subsequently leads to them throwing a fake grenade that detonates just a bit of smoke.

Ty Dolla Sign x Vitaly

Ty Dolla Sign and Vitaly found other alleged predators. However, this was not a good stream in the end as it almost ended with a murder live on camera. While speaking with a man in his 70s, a random passerby came out of nowhere and punched the old man in the face. He fell to the ground and cracked his head open. Some speculated that the man passed away, however, others claim that he is still alive. Needless to say, this stream was not a good look for Kick, and an even more bizarre look for Ty and his brand.

Let us know what you think of Ty Dolla Sign linking up with Vitaly, in the comments section down below. Do you believe that this was a good move for him? Do you watch Pedo Hunter content, or do you feel like professionals should be doing it all instead? Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world.
