Jhené Aiko Is A Disney Princess In “Lead The Way” Visual From “Raya & The Last Dragon”

As a woman who touts a large half-phoenix, half-dragon tattoo on her back, Jhené Aiko was the perfect fit for the Raya and the Last Dragon soundtrack. The Los Angeles native told Apple Music that she’s a self-described “Disney kid,” so her inclusion in the film’s creative process is a dream come true for the singer. We previously reported on Aiko partnering with Oscar-nominated composer James Newton-Howard for the Raya and the Last Dragon song “Lead The Way,” and now, the songbird returns with a fantastical visual to accompany the single.

“I’ve always had this little fantasy of being a Disney princess, voicing one, or like being the character. And so this was the closest that I’ve gotten, so I was pretty excited,” said Aiko. “The number one thing was I heard dragon, and I love dragons. I have a big dragon tattoo on my back. I was born in ’88, which is the year of the dragon. And I just think it’s a beautiful, mystical creature that is just so many things, symbolizes so many things for me, personally.”

BRS Kash & Mulatto Throw A Massive House Party In “Kash App” Video

BRS Kash may be best known for his 2020 viral sensation “Throat Baby (Go Baby),” but the Atlanta artist is focused on proving that he has much more to offer to the music industry. At the end of January, the LVRN rapper dropped his debut project Kash Only, which boasted the sultry “Throat Baby” remix with DaBaby and City Girls as well as standout cuts featuring Mulatto and Toosii. Having already treated fans with the incredibly NSFW visuals for the “Throat Baby” remix, BRS Kash has now returned with the music video for the Mulatto-assisted “Kash App.”

The music video opens with Atlanta radio staple E.T. Cali promoting BRS Kash’s ‘Kash App’ house party on the radio before the scene switches to BRS Kash driving around the city in a stunning lime green McLaren and blessing female bystanders with hefty Cash App payments. Eventually, the Kash Only artist arrives at the packed-out house party, which is filled with twerking women and money flying throughout the air.

Mulatto then joins the party and delivers her verse in an appealing lime green outfit, and she notably closes her verse by rapping her line “The richer the n****, that mean the wetter the p****” while facing BRS Kash, possibly fueling rumors that he could possibly be Mulatto’s secret boyfriend.

What do you think about BRS Kash’s follow-up to “Throat Baby (Go Baby)?”

Jack Harlow Showcases Kentucky In “Route 66” Video With EST Gee

Jack Harlow is doing everything in his power to establish Kentucky as a hot spot for hip-hop. While the area has never been tapped into as far as a rap-heavy zone, there has been a wave of artists coming out of Louisville and its surroundings, including Bryson Tiller, the aforementioned Harlow, 2KBABY, and the rising star EST Gee, among others. In the new music video for Harlow’s “Route 66”, he links with EST Gee to show off what Kentucky can produce in terms of rap stars.

The track is from his debut album That’s What They All Say, which received a lot of critical acclaim when it released a few months ago. “Route 66” is an ode to Kentucky with the 2020 XXL Freshman explaining how the state’s been changing artistically, telling fans that the Dixie Chicks aren’t the only musical products to have come out from there. EST Gee joins him for a verse, showing up for the video and heading to some of Kentucky’s biggest landmarks with Jack.

This weekend, Jack Harlow confirmed that he will be performing on Saturday Night Live this month. With the release of the “Route 66” video, the 22-year-old is starting off the month with a bang, poised to continue with even more fire with his SNL debut.

Blake Yung Releases Cinematic “Loaded” Music Video

The Carolinas are coming up and it seems like Blake Yung is positioned to be the next star to emerge from the area. The South Carolina rapper has garnered a massive buzz over the past few months with songs like “Wildflower” ft. Mod Sun, and the recently released single, “Dronez.” This week, he emerged with his latest single, “LOADED.” The song was produced by SUPAH MARIO who has worked alongside Drake on More Life and Scorpion. Yung and Mario serve up a hypnotic banger that infuses alternative elements into trap-driven production.

“Finally releasing ‘Loaded’ is really wild to me because I’ve never sat on a record for so long in my life before putting it out,” explained Yung in an exclusive statement to HNHHH. “Me and Mario did this song back in 2018, and this one was sort of the start of when we realized we had to do a whole project together because the sound felt so new at the time and the chemistry was perfect.”

Even though the record was recorded a few years back, the song serves as the lead single to his forthcoming debut album, Leader Of The Lost Souls.

“Fast forward 3 years later and it’s the lead single from my debut album called Leader Of The Lost Souls,” he continued. “It feels incredible to let the world finally hear something that’s lived on my hard drive and in my head for so long. Where I’m from it’s always a lot of crazy shit going on so that’s really what Inspired me to try a different flow and make a song about being on high alert and just being in tune with your surroundings.”

2KBABY Remembers His First Time Ever Getting High On “How To Roll”

2KBABY is one of the hottest rappers coming out of Louisville, Kentucky, and today, the 20-year-old rising star released one of his biggest songs to date. Last month, the “Old Streets” rapper came through with his THE 2K STIMULUS two-pack and this week, he delivered his latest single “Like This” with Marshmello.

In addition to his new single, 2KBABY is also starring on the brand new episode of How To Roll, which marks the first episode of the fan-favorite series since December, and it’s kicking us off for this year.

The up-and-coming star goes through his weed-smoking habit in the new episode, showing us how he rolls up and delivering some wisdom, telling his fans that one of his secrets is to always rinse the Backwoods after you’re done rolling it. “Definitely rinse ’em off,” said 2KBABY. “I used to not rinse them off and I ain’t gonna say I always rinse them off now, I do rinse ’em off. I roll so much that just getting up to go rinse them off be annoying.”

On this given day, 2K didn’t have the energy to rinse off the blunt. He goes on to speak about his first time ever getting high, which happened after he made $10 from his first time selling. He says that he got back home, figured out to create a homemade bong, and tried out his product. He got super high, reflecting on the moment a few years later.

Chloe x Halle Drop The Steamy Sci-Fi “Ungodly Hour” Music Video

Throughout the first two months of 2021, much of the Chloe x Halle-related news that’s been popping up has admittedly been about their split from each other on social media. While the two sisters have been named on TIME’s “100 Next” list, much of the fanfare surrounding the artists has been due to them branching off from their joint social media accounts and creating their own individual Instagram and Twitter profiles.

Now, Chloe and Halle have joined forces once again to treat fans to a new music video for one of the standout cuts from their sophomore album Ungodly Hour. Late last night, the duo shared the visual treatment for the titular track, “Ungodly Hour,” and fans of Chloe x Halle and their steamy social media content will definitely be pleased with the final result.

The “Ungodly Hour” video takes place in a hazy, science fiction-inspired set as Chloe and Halle perform glitchy and sensual choreography in an eclectic assortment of costumes, from blue skin-tight rubber suits to angelic shimmering gowns. The visuals also transport the Parkwood Entertainment artists to different fantastical locations, including an empty void as well an aqueous environment that lends a few steamy shots of the sisters.

How are you feeling Chloe x Halle’s steamy new sci-fi music video for “Ungodly Hour?”

21 Savage & Metro Boomin Team Up For “Glock In My Lap” Music Video

Even though the pandemic pushed everything back last year, including films and albums, it was 21 Savage and Metro Boomin who still emerged victorious with the release of Savage Mode II. The sequel to their 2016 collaborative was even bigger and refined the sound that Savage and Metro chased in the first place. This was the musical equivalent of a big-budget Hollywood horror film that actually lived up to the hype.

The pair continue to dole out new visuals from the project with the latest being for “Glock In My Lap.” Metro and Savage unite for a neo-noir-inspired visual that finds the two artists lurking through the shadowy abandoned town after getting into a car crash. As they walk through the haunted streets, they finally encounter a Leatherface-like character but they certainly don’t go out like anyone in Texas Chainsaw Massacre. The song is called, “Glock In My Lap,” after all.

Jaden Drowns In Heartbreak In “Photograph” Visual

Six months ago, Jaden Smith shared his “summery” project, CTV3: Cool Tape Vol. 3. The project featured additional vocals by Raury and Justin Bieber, and all these months later, Jaden returns with a visual to his single, “Photograph.” The song was one of the more lovelorn tracks on the album and in its accompanying music video, Jaden matches the tone with a colorful, beachy, California-Dream-style clip.

“It’s kind of bringing all my fans who have been with me from the beginning, since before ‘Icon,’ before SYRE, and kind of updating them onto everything that’s been happening,” Jaden previously told Apple Music about CTV3: Cool Tape Vol. 3. “But with that being said, this is also a prequel before SYRE, you know? So it’s kind of taking place when I’m like 15, going all the way up until 17, and how did SYRE get trapped in the sunset? How did all that happen? Why did it happen? Where’s your friends? Where’s everybody else? Tell us the story before you get trapped in this Inception purgatory.”

Royce Da 5’9″ Revisits “The Allegory” With “I Don’t Age” Video

Royce Da 5’9″ has been steadily putting out incredible music for decades now, and his latest body of work, the self-produced The Allegory, secured him the first Grammy nomination of his career. With one year having officially passed since Nickel released his milestone-achieving project, the Detroit lyricist came through with some visuals for one of the album’s standout tracks in “I Don’t Age.”

Visually, Royce opts to keep things relatively straightforward, at least in front of the camera. Behind the camera is another story altogether, however, as director Joe LeFleur utilizes the illusion of one singular long take for maximum immersion. All the while, Royce channels effortless charisma as a leading man, strolling through a dynamic household while chopping it up with the likes of KXNG Crooked and the Horseshoe Gang. There’s plenty of detail to appreciate in “I Don’t Age,” provided you can shift focus away from Royce’s bars and concentrate entirely on the visuals.

On that note, be sure to show some love to The Allegory in the comments. With the Grammy Awards set to transpire on Sunday, March 14th, many will likely be curious to tune in to the Best Rap Album category, where Nickel is set to go head-to-head with D Smoke, Freddie Gibbs, Nas, and Jay Electronica. A fierce competition, but one that Royce has been well conditioned for — after all, this is a man that does not age.

Wiz Khalifa & A Boogie Vibe Out In Trippy New “Millions” Visual

Wiz Khalifa dropped off his EP The Saga of Wiz Khalifa in the early half of 2020, followed by the deluxe version of the project arriving in October. While the standard edition included features from Megan thee Stallion, Quavo, Tyga, and fellow Taylor Gang member Ty Dolla Sign, the deluxe saw the edition of eight new tracks with Rubi Rose, A Boogie Wit da Hoodie, and more. Today (February 23), the Grammy-nominated Pittsburgh rapper unleashed the trippy new visual for his track with the Bronx rapper “Millions.”

“Millions” was produced by newcomer Ryan Elis, who was the winner of the producer contest on an episode of Khalifa’s 5-part Apple Music docuseries Wiz Khalifa: Behind the Cam. Inspired by a similar situation that happened to him when he was 16 and given the chance to work in Pittsburgh’s ID Labs recording studio by E. Dan. In the episode titled “A Chance with Wiz,” he gave a chance to up-and-coming producers to engineer a beat for him, and he then would pick his favorite and develop it into a song.

The docuseries will be available to view tomorrow, February 24th after previously premiering on Apple in 2019.

Check out the psychedelic new visual and let us know what you think down in the comments.
