Together, Young Dolph and Key Glock have long been one of Memphis’ best duos, and last Friday, the two Paper Route Empire artists announced that they would be teaming up once again for a new collaborative project. With the release of the church organ-driven single “Aspen,” Dolph and Key Glock revealed that they would revisit their popular 2019 collaboration Dum and Dummer with a full-fledged sequel. While fans patiently await Dum & Dummer 2, the Memphis artists have treated them with fresh visuals for “Aspen.”

In contrast to their February music video for “Greenlight,” the “Aspen” video finds Young Dolph and Key Glock escaping Memphis and heading to Aspen, Colorado for a snowy ski lodge retreat. The video begins with Dolph layered up with winter-appropriate drip as he takes viewers through his expansive and well-lit ski resort, and by the end of the video, both Dolph and Key Glock are out on the slopes covered in snow.

At one point, however, the winter visuals quickly heat up a bit with some steamy, eye-catching NSFW scenes. While moving throughout the resort, Young Dolph makes a stop in the bathroom, where a few nude women appear entering his shower. Steam blocks any ridiculously inappropriate shots from appearing in the “Aspen” video, but the video does flash a shot of their bare buttocks, so you definitely do not want to watch this video at work.

The song has been the latest of her singles to create waves over on TikTok, and now Doja Cat has blessed her fans with a visual to “Streets.” If the song sounds familiar, it’s because you’ve most likely watched one of the thousands of the red-light special #SilhouetteChallenge videos that recently stormed social media. The California artist is readying the release of her sonically-eclectic album rumored for release this year, but Doja decided to revisit her 2019 Hot Pink release to give fans the visual that they begged for.

The haunting clip stars Queen Sugar and Girls Trip actor Kofi Siriboe as the cab driver who becomes entranced by Doja’s moves. She caught him slipping and spun a web made just for him, but in the end, you’ll have to decide if this was all a fantasy or reality. Fans have praised Doja and her team for this one, noting how much the Pop-Rap star has grown since her “Mooo” days.

Make sure to tune into the Grammys on Sunday, March 14 to watch Doja Cat take to the stage as one of their many performers, and while we wait to see what she’ll come up with, check out the visual to “Streets” above.

Russ has been known for his smooth self-produced tracks that have captivated audiences all around the world. Russ knows how to sell out entire stadiums and tracks like “Hard For Me” provide the content that keeps his fans coming back. Recently, the artist decided to deliver a music video for the song which fits the concept of the lyrics. The song is about a relationship in which Russ is giving it his all while the other person hardly reciprocates the feelings. In this video, this is exactly what Russ depicts.

As you can see, Russ is in a futuristic room where his significant other is trapped in a glass enclosure. Russ does everything he can to get her out of the case, and eventually, that’s exactly what he does. Eventually, however, Russ is placed in the case where his oxygen is lowering. The woman just looks at him and doesn’t try to get him out, which fits with the theme of a one-sided relationship.

All the way back in June, August Alsina came through with his project The Product III: stateofEMERGEncy which had a whopping 27 songs, including the single “Pretty” which was a lovely song that immediately grabbed people’s attention. On Thursday, Alsina decided to drop the music video for the track and the entire production was directed by the likes of Megan Gomez. As you will immediately find out, the video has an inspiring message as it shows visuals of women who have been through extremely tough times but always strive to persevere, no matter what.

This message fits the lyrics quite perfectly as Alsina sings “Lord knows, only the Lord knows, how you’ve been through so much but you keep it so cold, and you hold it all inside, you don’t let a thing go, I know that you seen it all but you still never told.” There is a lot of emotion to be felt here and overall, the artistic choices come together beautifully.

It may not be the album that everyone expected, but SZA has given her fans a snack in the meantime. The Los Angeles-based singer hasn’t released a project since her critically-acclaimed debut studio album Ctrl back in 2017, but SZA has been actively in the studio collaborating with her fellow artists. The Top Dawg Entertainment singer expressed her frustrations on social media last year as she vented about her label, but she quickly returned to say that she loves her team and just wanted to give the fans the music they’ve been impatiently anticipating.

On Friday (March 5), SZA delivered the visual to her single “Good Days,” a track she first released on Christmas Day last year. The dream-like, ethereal setting imagines SZA as a glamor-shot fairy-sized being as she sings and dances in the forest surrounded by giant foliage. SZA directed this one herself, so press play above to see her creative vision, including her impressive acrobatic skills on the pole.

When it comes to futile tasks, attempting to cancel one of the biggest superstars in the world may very well be among the top contenders. And yet a half-hearted campaign recently surfaced on TikTok, during which a band of ambitious and likely bored Gen-Zers attempted to bring down Eminem once and for all. Alas, they quickly realized that Em has been fielding such attempts for decades now, stretching as far back to when The Marshall Mathers LP kicked off with “Kill You.” He’s long become used to the naysayers.

In an apparent response to the viral movement, Eminem came through to unleash some defiant new visuals for his Music To Be Murdered By track “Tone Deaf.” Featuring lyrics that directly focus on the topic of cancellation, the timing is too serendipitous to ignore. As is his caption. “I won’t stop even when my hair turns grey, ’cause they won’t stop until they cancel me,” he raps, all but daring his opponents to continue their efforts.

Though the clip is only an animated lyric video, one has to once if it foreshadows a more substantial clip to come — after all, there are plenty of vivid images found throughout that would feel right at home in an Eminem video. Released following the heartbreaking death of Los Angeles rap legend Nipsey Hussle, Big Sean’s “Deep Reverence” serves as a reminder of everything that made Nipsey so special. His feature verse stands out on the song, leading the way for Big Sean to reflect on his battle with depression and anxiety, his family, the status of his relationship with Kendrick Lamar, and more. He also references Nipsey’s death in his verse. The song is a favorite from Detroit 2 for obvious reasons and, recently, fans have been requesting a music video for it. 

Earlier today, Big Sean revealed that he would be dropping a video for “Deep Reverence” in a matter of hours and it has finally arrived after several months. 

It starts off with Big Sean riding in a hydraulics-equipped whip with Snoop Dogg, rolling through the streets of L.A. As Nipsey’s verse begins, we see a painting of the late rapper in different spots across his neighborhood. Sean returns when Hussle’s verse is over, crouching and praying on a basketball court, which features a large tribute to Nip. The Detroit-based superstar continues by rapping in front of other Nipsey murals, hanging out with the legend Snoop, and enjoying the city.

As a woman who touts a large half-phoenix, half-dragon tattoo on her back, Jhené Aiko was the perfect fit for the Raya and the Last Dragon soundtrack. The Los Angeles native told Apple Music that she’s a self-described “Disney kid,” so her inclusion in the film’s creative process is a dream come true for the singer. We previously reported on Aiko partnering with Oscar-nominated composer James Newton-Howard for the Raya and the Last Dragon song “Lead The Way,” and now, the songbird returns with a fantastical visual to accompany the single.

“I’ve always had this little fantasy of being a Disney princess, voicing one, or like being the character. And so this was the closest that I’ve gotten, so I was pretty excited,” said Aiko. “The number one thing was I heard dragon, and I love dragons. I have a big dragon tattoo on my back. I was born in ’88, which is the year of the dragon. And I just think it’s a beautiful, mystical creature that is just so many things, symbolizes so many things for me, personally.”

BRS Kash may be best known for his 2020 viral sensation “Throat Baby (Go Baby),” but the Atlanta artist is focused on proving that he has much more to offer to the music industry. At the end of January, the LVRN rapper dropped his debut project Kash Only, which boasted the sultry “Throat Baby” remix with DaBaby and City Girls as well as standout cuts featuring Mulatto and Toosii. Having already treated fans with the incredibly NSFW visuals for the “Throat Baby” remix, BRS Kash has now returned with the music video for the Mulatto-assisted “Kash App.”

The music video opens with Atlanta radio staple E.T. Cali promoting BRS Kash’s ‘Kash App’ house party on the radio before the scene switches to BRS Kash driving around the city in a stunning lime green McLaren and blessing female bystanders with hefty Cash App payments. Eventually, the Kash Only artist arrives at the packed-out house party, which is filled with twerking women and money flying throughout the air.

Mulatto then joins the party and delivers her verse in an appealing lime green outfit, and she notably closes her verse by rapping her line “The richer the n****, that mean the wetter the p****” while facing BRS Kash, possibly fueling rumors that he could possibly be Mulatto’s secret boyfriend.

Jack Harlow is doing everything in his power to establish Kentucky as a hot spot for hip-hop. While the area has never been tapped into as far as a rap-heavy zone, there has been a wave of artists coming out of Louisville and its surroundings, including Bryson Tiller, the aforementioned Harlow, 2KBABY, and the rising star EST Gee, among others. In the new music video for Harlow’s “Route 66”, he links with EST Gee to show off what Kentucky can produce in terms of rap stars.

The track is from his debut album That’s What They All Say, which received a lot of critical acclaim when it released a few months ago. “Route 66” is an ode to Kentucky with the 2020 XXL Freshman explaining how the state’s been changing artistically, telling fans that the Dixie Chicks aren’t the only musical products to have come out from there. EST Gee joins him for a verse, showing up for the video and heading to some of Kentucky’s biggest landmarks with Jack.

This weekend, Jack Harlow confirmed that he will be performing on Saturday Night Live this month. With the release of the “Route 66” video, the 22-year-old is starting off the month with a bang, poised to continue with even more fire with his SNL debut.
