Woman Accuses Chris Brown of Drugging Her on Diddy’s Yacht in Upcoming Documentary

Woman Accuses Chris Brown of Drugging Her on Diddy's Yacht in Upcoming Documentary

Chris Brown and Diddy are no strangers to legal troubles and it seems that their troublesome paths may have converged as an unnamed woman has accused Brown of drugging her on Diddy’s yacht in 2020.

The anonymous woman (who is referred to only as Jane Doe) made the allegations in the Investigation Discovery Documentary, Chris Brown: A History of Violence, which is set to debut on October 27. She alleges that she was living in Los Angeles at the time and had taken a trip to Miami where a friend invited her to a party on Diddy’s yacht in late December.

The woman, an aspiring dancer, claims that she briefly spoke with Brown before he gave her a drink. According to People, the woman claims that she had little memory of what happened next, saying, “I’m not even sure… this is when my memory starts getting a little bit weird….I don’t remember if I saw him pour it, but I just drank it and he just hands me another drink. As I’m standing there, I did start to feel tired and my body was feeling a little heavy.” She claims that the singer raped her and did not use protection. The two apparently communicated via text message following the incident.

According to People, Doe claims that she worked with a legal team to attempt to prosecute the case, but a judge ultimately dismissed the case “without prejudice” in 2022, citing “lack of prosecution,” according to court documents. Her lawyers dropped her as a client when police uncovered the text messages between her and Brown.

However, Doe is apparently now pursuing charges again via other avenues. She is represented by attorney Ariel Mitchell, who said in a statement: “I adore my client and I believe what happened to her is 100% true. I feel that I failed her as an attorney because I couldn’t make her comfortable enough with me in such a short period of time where she felt 100% comfortable being forthcoming with me.”

Meanwhile, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is currently being held in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center on racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution charges. Neither Combs nor Brown’s representatives have commented on the most recent allegations.

The documentary, which explores Brown’s past allegations of abuse and run-ins with the law, is set to premier on October 27 on ID. It was made by the same production company that produced the docuseries Quiet On Set about the Nickelodeon child abuse scandal. Both pieces are part of the production company’s “No Excuse for Abuse” campaign.

A$AP Rocky’s Criminal Trial Delayed Once Again – Judge Extends Invitation to Rihanna

A$AP Rocky’s legal troubles continue to unfold, with the Harlem rapper’s criminal trial, initially scheduled for this month, now postponed until January. This week, a Los Angeles judge agreed to delay the trial, which involves Rocky’s alleged assault on former friend and A$AP Mob member A$AP Relli, after his legal team cited a prior commitment for a concert in Bangkok, Thailand. This marks the third postponement of the trial, which is expected to run for seven to ten days once it begins.

In a moment that caught courtroom attendees’ attention, LA Superior Court Judge Mark Arnold addressed Rocky’s attorney, Joe Tacopina, asking if Rocky’s partner, Rihanna, would be present to support him. Referring to the superstar as “the mother of (Rocky’s) two children,” the judge extended a warm invitation, saying, “If she wants to come, she can come.” Tacopina responded that while he didn’t know if Rihanna would attend, it was possible she might be there for the start, although unlikely to stay for the entirety of the trial.

The trial’s delay adds another chapter to Rocky’s ongoing legal battle, which has attracted widespread media attention due to his and Rihanna’s high-profile status. Rocky, who faces charges for allegedly firing a gun at Relli during an argument, continues to perform internationally and is committed to balancing his legal obligations with his career. With Rihanna’s potential presence in the courtroom, public interest in the trial is bound to intensify further.

Diddy’s Streaming Numbers Spike Following Arrest on Trafficking Charges

Diddy's legal team is asking for his release. In a court-submitted letter, Diddy's team pens, "This letter will walk the Court through a series of actions taken by Mr. Combs over the past six months that prove that he is not a risk of flight or a danger to anyone in the community."

Bad Boy Entertainment CEO, Sean “Diddy” Combs has seen a surge in his music’s streaming numbers on Spotify despite facing serious allegations. After being arrested in New York City last month on human trafficking charges, Diddy’s Spotify listenership has skyrocketed, reaching a high not seen in recent years.

According to The Wrap and data from music analytics company Chartmetric, Diddy’s monthly Spotify listeners grew by 36% between September 16 and October 16. In total, he amassed 13.2 million monthly listeners during this period—approximately 3.5 million more than his average in previous months, where his numbers remained relatively stable. This increase shows that, even amid the ongoing investigation and disturbing allegations, listeners have flocked to Diddy’s catalog, pushing his music to trend across streaming platforms.

Among Diddy’s top-streamed songs in this period is his recent hit “Gotta Move On,” featuring Bryson Tiller, from his 2023 album, The Love Album: Off the Grid. The track’s lyrics about leaving behind troubled times seem to have resonated with audiences. Other popular songs on his platform include his iconic tribute to The Notorious B.I.G., “I’ll Be Missing You,” as well as “Another One of Me,” also from his latest album.

The surge in streams highlights the complex relationship between artists’ personal controversies and public interest in their work. Whether this uptick will sustain as his legal proceedings unfold is yet to be seen, but for now, Diddy’s music appears to be garnering renewed attention.

Ex-Wife Places Lien on Tyrese Gibson’s Atlanta Mansion Amid Child Support Dispute

Tyrese Arrested for Unpaid Child Support

Tyrese Arrested for Unpaid Child Support

Tyrese Gibson is facing new legal troubles involving his second ex-wife, Samantha Lee Gibson. After being arrested last month for intentionally underpaying child support for their 5-year-old daughter, Soraya, Tyrese now has a lien placed against his sprawling Atlanta mansion.

In an exclusive report by In Touch, it was revealed that Samantha’s legal team filed the lien on September 17, 2023. The Gleklen Law Firm, led by attorney Adam Gleklen, has placed a claim of $217,231, plus interest, against Tyrese’s 18,000-square-foot Georgia estate. The seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom mansion is now at the center of the ex-couple’s ongoing legal battle over unpaid child support and legal fees.

The lien is the result of court-ordered legal fees that Tyrese, 45, was supposed to cover on behalf of Samantha, with whom he tied the knot in 2017. Their marriage ended in 2020, but the court disputes surrounding child support for their daughter have continued to escalate.

This legal development comes shortly after Tyrese’s recent arrest, adding further complications to his personal and financial matters. Despite their divorce, the exes remain entangled in a contentious court battle, with Tyrese now facing mounting financial pressure from both child support obligations and legal debts.

As of now, it remains to be seen how Tyrese will respond to the lien and whether this will prompt further legal actions in their ongoing case.

Trump Says Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson Sought Out His Phone Number After Assassination Attempt

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has a soft spot for former President Donald Trump. Trump appeared on the Six Feet Under podcast with wrestlers Mark “The Undertaker” Calaway and Glenn “Kane” Jacobs and talked about a bevy of topics, one of which was The Rock wanting to check in on his health after this past summer’s assassination attempt.

“You know, [The Rock] was great. I never thought he liked me. And I felt badly, because I think he’s a terrific guy. Then [UFC President] Dana White said, when I was shot — I was shot to the ear, you may have heard about it… Rock called Dana and said, ‘I want to have his number. I want to have his number. What he did is sort of incredible.’ He considered it bravery. To me I considered it, ‘What’s going on here?’ But it was very nice actually, The Rock. You might mention that I said that.”

A$AP Rocky Felony Assault Trial Underway: How Did We Get Here?

Screen Shot 2024 10 21 at 3.29.13 PM

A$AP Rocky, the rapper, is currently on trial for two counts of felony assault with a semiautomatic firearm. The charges stem from a 2021 incident in West Hollywood where Rocky is accused of firing a weapon at his former friend, A$AP Relli (Terell Ephron). Rocky has denied the allegations and pleaded not guilty.

The incident allegedly took place outside a hotel in November 2021, where a heated argument reportedly led to Rocky pulling out a handgun. Relli testified in court that Rocky threatened him and fired the weapon, though no major injuries were reported. Relli later filed a civil lawsuit for assault, battery, and emotional distress, seeking damages.

Rocky was arrested in April 2022, after returning from a vacation with Rihanna, and released on bail. In August of that year, he was officially charged. The trial began in October 2024, after a judge ruled that there was sufficient evidence to proceed.

Rocky faces up to nine years in prison if convicted. His lawyer, Joe Tacopina, maintains that Rocky will be vindicated, expressing confidence in the defense’s case. Tacopina also mentioned Rocky’s desire to protect his family from the proceedings, indicating that Rihanna would not attend the trial.

When it comes to jury selection, that is set to begin on November 12 following a lengthy pre-trial process.
