Megan Thee Stallion and Torrey Craig were spotted out together in New York City over the weekend amid rumors of the two being in a relationship. For their night on the town, Megan rocked a black and grey dress with black heels while the Chicago Bulls star wore a black jacket and black denim shorts. He accessorized with sunglasses and a black hat. The two previously sparked dating rumors with a since-deleted video on social media.

When The Shade Room posted photos on Instagram, fans showed plenty of love to Megan. “Mind you her ex moved on 2 minutes after their breakup. She’s a gorgeous young woman, let her date in peace. Jeez,” one user commented. Another similarly wrote: “Period! Move on with your life the same way men move on with theirs lol. Love Meg.” Megan previously dated Pardison Fontaine.

In other news, Megan released her self-titled third studio album earlier this year. She preceded the release with several singles in “Cobra,” “Hiss,” “Boa,” and “Mamushi.” She discussed the reptile imagery during an interview with L’Officiel USA in May: “We don’t just stop at the snake. This is just what everybody sees right now. Renewal, rebirth: that is the whole concept of this [album]. We started with the snake because, first of all, I love snakes, but I feel like snakes are so misunderstood, especially in western culture. Snakes represent rebirth, spirituality.”

A new TikTok video from Megan Thee Stallion is the bearer of some big personal news: She seemingly hard-launched her relationship with Torey Craig. Some (especially those who aren’t basketball fans) might be wondering who Craig is, so read on to learn more about Meg’s apparent new flame.

Who Is Torrey Craig, Megan Thee Stallion’s Rumored NBA Player Boyfriend?

Craig is a 6’7″, 33-year-old NBA player, originally from South Carolina. He’s currently a member of the Chicago Bulls, spending the 2023-24 season as a role player for the team, and he’s on contract for the upcoming 2024-25 season as well. He played his first three seasons in the league (beginning with 2017-18) with the Denver Nuggets, then had stints with the Milwaukee Bucks, Phoenix Suns, Indiana Pacers, and the Suns again, before landing with the Bulls.

Craig has a son, Braylon, who was born in 2014. Craig was also part of a noteworthy Shaqtin’ moment last season. Despite the blooper, though, Craig is generally respected for his defensive abilities. Meanwhile, he generated some attention in 2023 when Bucks star (and former teammate) Giannis Antetokounmpo inadvertently knocked out one of his teeth during a game.

In 2022, Craig launched The Tory Craig Foundation, which according to its website is “committed to driving transformative change across generations by investing in communities and equipping at-risk children with the tools and resources they need reach their full potential.”

In recent times, Megan Thee Stallion has appeared to be single. Well, at the moment, that appears to no longer be the case, as she just seemingly hard-launched a relationship with veteran NBA player Torrey Craig.

As HotNewHipHop notes, yesterday (August 27), Meg posted a couple’s challenge video on TikTok (find it here), in which she and Craig answer questions about their relationship. (For the record, Craig said “I love you” first, per Meg.)

The 33-year-old athlete spent the 2023-24 NBA season as a role player for the Chicago Bulls. He played his first three seasons in the league (starting with 2017-18) with the Denver Nuggets before stints with the Milwaukee Bucks, Phoenix Suns, Indiana Pacers, and the Suns again, then landing with his current team, the Bulls.

Craig has a son, Braylon, who was born in 2014. He was also partially responsible for a memorable Shaqtin’ moment earlier this year.

In more platonic news, Megan and GloRilla recently spoke about their friendship, with Glo saying, “I first met you at your Hottieween party last year, and I ain’t gonna lie, I was kinda shy. You were just acting like you weren’t drinking that night. I was like… in my head, I’m like, ‘This b*tch ain’t acting like she ain’t drinking,’ like, ‘What’s up with this b*tch?’”

However, over the past few months, she has been single. Or at least that’s what fans thought. Last night, Meg posted a new couple’s challenge TikTok in which she was laid up with Chicago Bulls player, Torrey Craig. The 33-year-old has played for numerous teams throughout his career, and now, he is the highest-profile relationship of his life.

Despite the TikTok, fans still know very little about this relationship. It’s impossible to tell when and where they may have met. Moreover, it is still unknown how long they’ve been together. What we do know, however, is that the two look happy. Unfortunately, the internet does what it does best in these types of situations. In the comments section of The Shade Room, there was a whole lot of negativity, mostly directed at Meg. Luckily, she still had some people in the comments looking to defend her.
